You what's up guys welcome back to face of the matter. It is your girl, Jay here, and I'm fresh out of the shower neck is still wet, because I tried to keep the moisture on my hair when I got out of the shower by putting on a cap like right when I'm still in the shower and washing My body, it just keeps the water and the moisture in there just so it won't be all shriveled up and dried up by the time I'm getting ready to do my hair. So this video has been highly requested and I guess I gave you guys a teaser in one of my previous videos, because I was trying out this new product and I really really loved it. So I don't want to keep you guys waiting. So I'm gon na jump right into it fresh and if I have like a middle part, it's because I specifically left it like that, because that's kind of how one of my hair to fall cuz, I'm trying to go for a middle part. When I do my twist outs this time, we can ready to get messy in here. Let me put some on my lips because my lips look chapped, Oh help me, God taking off the cap here we go so this literally still has like water in it. I don't think my hair is dripping that what I do have like a little bit of product build-up right here. I guess where I didn't rinse it out that good enough, so here is my hair. Fresh out of the shower curls are pop in the front. It'S a little frizzy. My hair is always like that in the front. I don't know why the curls don't pop up here, like they pop when I put in jail or something, but they just don't pop in the front. This is what my hair is looking like. Fresh out of the shower, so I'm gon na go ahead and separate it into sections. So, like I said, I'm going for middle part, so I'm gon na go ahead and get that developed and I don't care for like a super deep part. I just want it deep enough, so you can tell that it's a middle part. You know what I'm saying: I'm just gon na randomly section it off, and I'm only doing this because I'm trying to you moisturize my hair first before we get started. So I'm not gon na do this as we go through our like go through the twist out process and I'm trying to do a lot less talking a flight a lot of the times. When I watch hair videos, I like it better when they talk less so I'm trying to keep that in mind when I do mine, I'm going to put it in to sort of kind of. Like four sections I mean, even though I did pin that one up in one, so I'm gon na focus on this section. So first, what I like to do is one of my favorite go-to products right now. This is to moisturize my hair, while it's still wet. This is just to moisturize it. This is just what my hair is loving right now as a combination. What I love to use is the I don't know this is pronounce me. L, the me L organics pure simple, natural, moisturizing, avocado, hair milk. This is what my hair has been loving and I mix the two and I mix it with the Jamaican black castor oil. The original I get a generous amount, not too much. I just get enough that I'll know that will cover that section. I'Ll literally just take the oil and I pour enough in there. I don't pour it too much. I just pour enough that I know will make a good mixture for this back section. So literally, just warming it up in my hands and then I'm just gon na go through and coat my hair and I like to do it this way. So, by the time I get to like a certain part of my twist outs and stuff, my hair will be nice and moisturized all over and it won't be like crispy dry when I get to it. It'Ll still be nice and moisturized. So then, I'm gon na do is just twist it up and I'm gon na just put a little clip on it because of course we're gon na come back to it a little bit later, but that'll just keep it in place. As I do the rest of my hair, all right, so as you can see, I have four section. So of course we started with this section back here, so that's the section that we are gon na start with. I usually start with the back of my head. First, anyway, not really a specific reason. Why? But that's just what I do next thing: you're gon na need is a good old dipping brush and the favorite haircare product that I'm loving right now I don't like I said in my last video. I don't know if I'm late to this bandwagon - oh if I'm late to the Train or what let me hear ya. So this is the Bella curls coconut cream, curl defining cream get into it. Like I don't know, if I'm late, but when I tell you this is beautiful for like a wash and go and it has - and it has been beautiful for my current twist out so yeah, so we're just gon na go with it. It smells really good. Consistency of it is pretty thick, but I don't really mind it because I mean, even though I use a generous amount, I kind of you know get rid of some of the product anyway, but we're just gon na go with this. I use this product by itself. That'S the literally the products that I've just used are the only products that I use now that the hair is pretty much it's been chilling in the product. I don't care to do my hair when it's like super soaking wet, but I do like it to still be wet, but what I am gon na do is I take a little section by section clip up the rest just so I can focus on the parts That need the most attention at that time and right now it is this little bit back here. What I will do is add a little bit water, a little bit of water. I don't want it super wet, but I mean it's already wet. Why not? What I have been saying people do is: if you want a little bit more length, they blow out their hair first and then do it, but I don't care to do all that, like my hair will grow when it grows, it'll be alright. So first I take the product product is like. I said it's kind of thick, but I don't really mind it. I get a generous amount and actually I grab too much hair but it'll be okay and I just kind of comb through it with my fingers. Just to kind of distribute the product all in there and then, of course, I'll go in with my diamond brush, and this is where the detangling happens and I like to detangle a little section by section. This will probably change as my hair gets longer because it's gon na take me a lot longer. So I will take the time to go section by section, because I've been waiting this long for my hair to grow and get some lint and I'm not gon na mess it up just because I'm trying to cut out the time all right. So my twist outs, I do very small, that's how I get a lot of definite ouch. That'S how I get a lot of definition self-explanatory. I just go in and I twist I'm what I do my twist. I do like a little tightening method. So when I do it our twist and I tighten twist tightened twist twist twist tighten this way, it just helps me get a lot of definition, because I make my to a super small. Of course. This does take me a little time, but what I will say is because I'm trying to avoid wanting to get like a diva cut, I'm just so it can have really nice shape. I make the back of my curls super a little like, as you can see, it doesn't even have like a lot of hair to even like form straight down like look at it like that's. Why I do what I do as I go up. Of course, I'll get bigger with my pieces but like in the back, oh they're, mad little twist tighten twist tighten twist twist twist, tighten alright. So, like I said, I'm just gon na take section by section I like to just part it with my finger. There'S no specific order or like technique that I do as far as tightening it I just tighten and when I feel like I've twisted enough alright. So I'm going to finish the rest of my hair and I'll meet you guys back up when I get to the top last piece all right, so I'm purposely twisting the opposite way, because I remember the last time I did a middle part. I twisted him going like I don't know how I did it, but it was like one side was higher than the other side, so it was like I'm trying to avoid that from happening again. So so, instead of doing it this way I'm gon na go back. The other way just so it can fall better when they dry, but it's like we're twisting this way, because it's kind of like backwards on this side, all right. So I was taking this blueberry blitz, curl control paste and I'm just kind of laying my edges in the front because once they laid they leave when they draw tomorrow, they'll be and the crazy thing about it is. I don't even think I made my part like the symmetrical, so it's like yeah there's that, but it's all good. So now I'm just gon na let these joints dry overnight. I'M gon na actually be up for a while tonight, so they'll probably be somewhat dry by the time I actually get into bed. What I really despise up - and I don't know how other people do it, but they do their hair at night and then sleep on it when it's wet and so every time I do that I wake up in my curls or like mashed, so I'm gon na Be up for a little while, so they can dry some and then I'm gon na lay down. I'M just gon na put a silk bonnet on it just to cover them some people sleep without them, but I'm gon na sleep with one on yeah. I will see you guys in the a.m. if it's in the Lord's window, so we can see how these turned out, so I'm gon na show you guys the front and the back alright guys. So it has been exactly two days since I did the twist outs. I did them on Friday night and it is currently Sunday evening now I did. I did wear my hair like this to church because I was like you know what I'm dedicated I'm not taking my hair down. I know I'm curious as to how they look, but I'm not taking them down. Okay, so no, so I waited for you guys. So what I want to go-ahead, you all see how I'm trying to color coordinate yeah, see that right, so I'm gon na go ahead and take them down. But first what I like to do is add a little bit of this Creole, a bell: organics oil. You can use any type of hair oil that you like now what I can say. I was kind of fearing that they were gon na get frizzy, because I waited two whole days to take them down. So I'm just gon na start in a random spot and just start taking them down. Like I said before, I do not pick them out, so I literally just undo my strands. I try to leave like the front ones for last and I just take them out with ease trying to do them in an order just so I won't lose my steps here so, as you can see, that's how I'm taking them down. So I take the twist. Alright, so take one of the twists in the way that it's going. I just do like this that way, any oil that's still left on my hands. It can kind of coat it down, I'm taking them out really easy just so I can avoid any frizz. But when I tell you this Bella, curls cream that I use, I barely have any type of frizz like even after day two of having these twists like they're, like just shiny by the way the night I did my twist, I did mention that I was gon Na be up for a while, so I ended up staying up like a couple of hours after I did my twist and that kind of helped dry, my hair up faster. So when I slept it didn't mash my curls because remember I had said something about when I sleep on them and they're wet, they end up getting mashed and it doesn't look right so, like I said, I ended up staying up for a few hours and that Did help with me avoiding getting that mashing type of look on my twists, so they did stay round. You know when I got up, I did check them and they did stay round cuz. I have heard before some people have mentioned that if you don't want to start with a super wet head just so you can't avoid having those mash twists if you're doing your hair at night, do it on dry hair and then, as you twist and do the Twist, just kind of spritz your hair a little bit and coat it with whatever products you want to use and then go from there. Instead of starting with like a freshly wet head out of the shower, like I did all right, so they are pretty much out. Okay, so the next thing I do is, I always give it a quick shake, not sure that it really even does anything, probably not okay. So now, of course, the next thing I want to do is take a pic, usually have my other black long one, but I'm always losing my picks. So what I like to do is take some of the twists and just clip them up for a second just, so I can focus on this under part, and I like to take my twist by the root and of course this is where we're just gon na Get volume this is the end of this two strand twist out on short natural hair, as I shared before, I think my hair type is like 3c for a, I don't know, I don't really care, but I know a lot of people are really into their hair Types, but this is just what works for my hair and yeah if you made it to the end of this video. Thank you so much for just supporting the end, just watching me go through this entire process. I hope that today you learned something that you got. Some tips from me and the things that I have been learning to do and how to take care of my hair so other than that. I'M just gon na sleep on it like this and but like I've shared before my twist outs. Don'T last longer than about two or three days before it just literally gets crazy, but using this Abela curls product, it has honestly kind of helped me a little bit. It keeps them moisturize, they're shiny, like it just looks really healthy. The twists are there, like the definition is there like, but other than that guys. Thank you so much for watching. So, as always, if you are new, welcome i'm jay and if you're not new, i just thank you so much for supporting me with whatever I do here with my channel. I love each and every one of you to know in and of course, God willing. I will definitely see you all in my next video bye,

CBM24: Thank you for sharing this! I’m a dad working with my daughter’s hair and I believe she has the same hair type as yours. Been learning how to condition and detangle and now thanks to you, how to twist! Thank you so much I subbed and look forward to more guides!

allofdestiny: beautiful results beautiful woman!. love the process, the twist size and and definition in the end.

Traci Mitchell: Thanks so much for this tutorial! I realized I wasn’t adding enough moisturizing elements to my hair before twisting it! I did sit under the dry to lock in my twists. Three days later my twists still look like I just twisted them can’t wait to take them out! Thank you!!!

Stacey: honestly one of the best twist out results i have ever seen. even the twists look good as a style before you took them out. loved this video

Monica McCalpine: Beautiful healthy looking twist out. Love it

MsJackson8833: Thanks for the help! My hair is a little shorter than yours, and I’m still learning how to do twist outs. My biggest problem is humidity. I leave home pleased with my hair, but at the end of the day it looks like a puff of hair with little curls at the end of my hair. But I’ll keep trying!

LadyQueen BBG: Yesss.. sis, hold on. Wait a minute! That twist-tighten worked for me!!!! Never thought to do it because I didn't want to break my hair of make it frizzy I guess.. but the right moisturizer made those coils POP!!! I'm so happy right now off of my two little strands. Lol. Can't wait to see the outcome. I can feel the burn in my arms already hahaha.

tamara white: I’m in the process of transitioning my hair im going natural my hair now is about the length of yours not my first time trying twist but love the tutorial you gave definitely giving it a try again so thanks for the video ❤️

Michelle Hayes: Beautiful I’m going to try this on my hair. Thank you for teaching us.

kens mb: I've discovered to avoid my hair drying out during the styling process is to leave the shower cap on. Like when you were applying the hair milk and castor oil. Just leave the cap on your sections while you're twisting. Hope that helps.

fashionbeauty: I’ve been natural for almost going on a year now in June and my hair is about the length of yours. My hair is so thick, dry and fizzy that the natural hair products I’ve tried out, my hair doesn’t really care for lol. I haven’t tried these 2 products that you have in the video but I’m definitely going to give them a try and hopefully my hair agrees with them. Your natural hair is so gorgeous and so are you. Thank you for inspiring many of us❤️

LuvAnika247: I absolutely love your twist out. I will definitely do that hair style.

Luella Marchany: My hair isn’t this long yet but I love it. I’m saving this video for later. Your hair is beautiful

Katoya Solis: I love how your curls turned out. I’m afraid to try and do my own twists

Very KinkyCurl: That turned out so pretty and I love how you took your time.

Ariell Christian: The amount of PATIENCE you have with doing your hair. For both twist outs and coils. I have like 4x that amount of hair. But when i decided to be more patient like you....THE HEAVENS SPOKE TO MY HAIR haha

Betty Clancy: I love your video! All your instructions were great. Your hair came out nice!

Quincy Brison: I've have interest in going natural and your video was extremely help. You're a beautiful lady and your hair is lovely. Thank you!

Lucy 312: You did such a great job. Love it.

kaydenpat: Love your hair and your makeup. Great tutorial.

Enyatta Landreaux: My go to is my Bella Curls leave in I just so in with it! My hair is fine, high density and really curly. I love to use the Jamaican black castor oil for my LOC method after I shampoo. Doing mini twist is time consuming and so is finger coils lol but once you done it looks nice! I don't think the Bella curls creme work for hair that doesn't have much of a curl pattern.

JessicaANDtheKs: Beautiful I can’t wait to do my hair

Thembi Costa: My hair tends to be frizzy@ the front as well. I've concluded it's a combination of the environmental elements and manipulation. The curls at the nape are perfect because they are not manipulated as much. I rarely use direct heat. Hope this helps.. btw ur curls are gorgeous

Donna Stevenson: Im loving your hair.. Trust your process. I went through the same thing with my hair. Beautiful your hair will grow. Be humble and trust the process.

Mommy Life: Love it girl! ❤️❤️❤️

Monifa 360: Beautiful curls. I love, love, love Bella curls, it's my holy grail. I tried so many other hair companies products all disappointing. Bella curls did not disappoint from the every first twist out

Lonna Bunny: Yessss! I love that curl definer it’s literally the only thing that works on my hair

Ariee Duhh: You are beautiful! So easy to watch lol great tutorial boo

JUSTKENNEDY 12: Your hair curls like mine!! it’s so curly and coily in the center when it dries but each curl is it’s own. I always thought I was doing something wrong but I don’t have loose curls so I guess I can’t expect them to be super bouncy and all. Really wanna tryna slick back ponytail but woah it is a struggle. nice to see someone with the same hair texture as me!

Dawn Hewitt: Naturally gorgeous!!

Grace Mercy: Very pretty I tried Bella leave in conditioner, but it DRIED my hair out.

SaySay: Skin is glowing

AE: WOW! Twists... amazing. Twist out... amazing. Makeup... amazing.

KaBa Love: It looks beautiful.

M D: I like this video. The first day I took my twists down they didn’t look right. But then by that afternoon it was different and then the next day it looked better and the next day. I loved it. I would recommend that if you want to try it don’t do it the day you are going somewhere do it a couple of day’s before so it looks better. The girls are more defined. Sort of like she did in this video she led them dry completely because if you don’t you get freeze.

Jae Bea Blessings: Simply Beautiful!

Cortney Govan: Luv luv the moisture technique, they look super jucy, I bought the bella curls but haven't had a chance to use it yet, I'm really impressed how yours turned out. I'll be using your technique. God bless!

Casandra Swanigan: Beautiful I love it !! Thank u

Whitney Nicole’: Yassss I’m glad I ran across your video. I’m not for sure what my hair type is but it definitely resembles yours!! I’m excited to try out the Bella curl ❤️

Virginia Jay: Funny enough I was looking at Mielle products in my local hair shop. I think our hair type is the same (I’m not really into it either) but seeing your results I’m going to try it out. The Bella curls product I don’t think we have in London so I don’t think I can try that just yet. Thank you for sharing! Xx

Robyn H: Gorgeous!!!!!!! Thank you!

janith anderson: Beautiful inside and out! Keep Glowing!

Majige: Girl you should try Taliah Waajid's bamboo, biotin & basil curl activator & defining cream. My hair is combo 4c,/4b but girl! My hair looks like Shirley temple curls when I'm done with my hair!

SoBlessed: So Beautiful!~ I just did mine~~Thank you~

J S: Would love to see the day or 2 twist out

screeech1: I think they look GREAT without the untwisting

Tracey Danielle: You are so pretty and your curls are to die for

Sabrina Robinson: I understand why we stopped using pomades and hair grease. Over time the oils will clog the pores on your face and you may experience blackheads and pimples. Another reason we used to use only these products was because that was all that was available. Products formulated for natural black hair have only been being developed in the last ten to fifteen years. I've been a hairstylist for over forty years and have watched the development and evolution of hair products. I appreciate your video. Thank you for sharing!

Theresa Marshman: Great video. I’m trying tomorrow, trying to get away from box braids.. thank you

KendiaMarie: I love Bella curlz curl cream! Try the leave in conditioner it's great too.

maxine oliver: Love the curls in that hair!

Melanie Davis: Wow! I don't know what skin care you use but when I first saw this, I thought you were about 14 until I saw the wedding band! Your skin is AMAZING!! I have straight, Caucasian hair and have always thought that some of the hair styles I see on women, and little girls, of colour, must take HOURS to do. I don't have that much patience but after watching all the sectioning and twisting you did, you have my respect for your patience. And your hair looks fantastic...so healthy and bouncy. I've never seen anything other than the rows of corn plaits being done, so I was really interested to see what you were going to do. Thanks for sharing! I wish I had even a little bit of curl in my hair. You look beautiful ❤️

Jakaya Jones: this video was very helpful! Thanks for sharing!!

Anna law the singer!: it doesnt matter babe❤our natural curly black queen curks straight out a wash is EVERYTHINGthanku jesus.enbrace it.ur hairs beautiful
