Healthy living is Beautiful! Be healthy!

Hi so, first up you're going to need something to hold your shampoo, I'm using this oh container, next up you're going to need your coconut milk, coconut milk is the answer for pretty much every hair problem that you're having it contains. Vitamin E and fats, which are great for hair growth. Next you're, going to grab a bottle, appear castile soap, I'm using dr. Bronner's magic, so vitamin E oil and then we're using almond oil. A lot of hair care products will add almond oil to their mixes because it nourishes and soothes the hair. So today we're adding it to our shampoo and, lastly, you're going to need a container or something to make sure shampoo in okay. Let'S start mixing okay. So when you first open up your can of coconut milk you're going to have this thick consistency at the top, just move that right over and pour it into your mixing bowl and I'm measuring out 1/4 cup of coconut milk. Next, I'm going to add in 1/4 cup of the back dr. Bronner's magic soap and then I'm going to add in 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E oil and add in about a teaspoon of almond oil. Of course, adding essential oil is optional. But I added in about 10 to 12 drops of rosemary, essential oil, the more and more. I started to look at this, the more and more. I realized that this was not enough for my hair, so I added in about 1/4 cup, more of the coconut milk and 1/4 cup, more of the soap now you're just going to pour it into your container. But as you guys can see, I knew from the jump that this wasn't going to be a good idea. But I didn't listen to my instinct. Make sure that you have a pouring like funnel type of bottle so that you can pour it straight into your bottle and you don't make a mess like I did so yeah there's a very helpful tip now. I was extremely stingy with my coconut milk because I wanted to use it for whipped cream and all this other stuff that I can think of that vegans usually use for cooking. So I did not use as much as coconut milk as a normal person. We'Re probably used to make this mixture, so you can use um. You know how much you want, but this only filled up to half a bottle of shampoo and it's probably only gon na be enough for one wash once you're done. You'Ll have a very easy and cheap shampoo to use on your hair. It left my hair, very moisturize, and I hope that you guys tried out coconut milk is absolutely the best and, let me know if you try it out I'll see you in my next video bye, make sure you guys check out my previous video, where I showed You how I moisturize my hair during the winter time and also be sure to subscribe and follow me on Twitter I'll, see you guys later bye.
