Hi everyone welcome to this carbon natural. This is the second week of my washing goal, investigation challenge or something of that, sir. So I'm about to wash my hair today is day number five. I started off by rinsing my hair with water to remove any products that were left in my hair from the last time that I wash my hair after that I section my hair off into four walkable areas. Once that was done, I took a good amount of the conditioner and started using that to apply to my hair. I, whenever apply products always start off by a planet to the end and then walking through the perimeter of my hair was I situated the full section? Then I said I walk in in smaller sections, just to make sure the conditioner which those areas when I was done, I kind of massage my scalp just to remove any products left there. Then I started detangling, my hair. I repeated these steps for all the sections of my hair until I was fully done when I was done, I raised up my hair to thoroughly remove the product from my hair. Next, I wanted to do a light. Protein treatment, I'm using Aubrey organics conditioner GPB conditioner. Just to give me some protein some strength in my hair and I'm applying it to the ends of my hair really generously, then I start walking in smaller sections. I love the feel of this product. I love how it makes my hair really fill. I left out in my hair for two minutes. Then I now started using the Shea Moisture 10 in one deep conditioner to give me moisture back in my hair. I left that in my hair for 30 minutes, after that, I rinsed it off and make sure that I used aloe vera juice as my live in the aloe vera juice was really cold and it helped to seal in the moisture. In my hair, whenever I use aloe vera juice, I always kind of scrunch it in and then lightly just remove any water. When I make sure that I also put oil and I'm going to use a lot of oil, so my hands being washed and my hair feels very soft. After using the aloe vera juice and the oil to seal in the moisture, now you can kind of see how it's not like super defined. Unlike before with the conditioner left in. It'S not super defined at all and it seemed to say if they are very juice kind of softened of my curls, I'm kind of losing it all like that. So now I'm going to take my flaxseed gel and I put in a calm bottle because that's the best way to use it, so my flaxseed gel is quite watery, which I wish it was not as much as this, but anyway, my gel over at first I'm Going to start working in smaller sections so far, this is what it looks like it's not super defined, but you can kind of say like right here what it looks time. So it doesn't look as if the old is there. It has so much old on my gecko styler gel. However, it is really really soft, so I'm going to go ahead and do the rest of my hair and then I'll come back and share the results so I'll finish, applying the gel and I'm just shipping, my hair, I want to do um a little bit of Front bangs just to see how it will be so I'm just kind of shipping. My hair, I'm just gon na shoot my hair just to loosen the curls. Why don't you think I need to do that because this gel doesn't clump together or like the arm. Agusta eco styler gel that clumps together, but this gel doesn't come together, so I don't need to shake my hair whatsoever. I can kind of see it does and it's not really super defined like the eco styler gel. Now the amount of hair that I lost during the all washing process was about this much so about a quarter size of hair which to me it's actually less than what I normally lose so yeah like that. So it's been three hours since I did my wash and go. You can see my hair still damp. You can see with the gel, it's still really really damp still wet. You can to the water and I've actually gone outside, and I've showed my head to get the water out, but it's still really damn, unlike the ecostyler gel that by this time it's a tired drying up. I think, by this time I just have dried up white patches of air. One thing that I notice is, with this flexi Joe I'm getting a lot of this knots at the end of my hair, and it looks as if my hair is clumping really tightly at the ends very well and creating some form of knots and what I have To do is just now gently pull the knots apart with my hand, and now you can see that it's tight, there's no point anywhere with this cut it out, and this is the close-up of my hair, of the definition that I'm getting with the flaxseed gel and, As I told you earlier, my hair is still really really wet. Okay, people, it's been eight hours and my hair is till not dry. It'S still about 80 % wet the only parts that are dry at the very tip, which is not good at all. You can kind of see a white stuff all over my hair from the gel everything is white, so I will definitely be washing my hair in then, when I shake it, my gift flakes yeah. I'Ve tried this job before and it has worked really well. Why didn't use our very troops with it, or mainly in moisturizer, so I don't know, maybe be an average juice and the flaxseed gel just didn't work well together. So I'm having a feeling that that's it the last time when I used this gel, I only use it with oil, no aloe vera juice, no, not just water oil, and this gel. So I think yeah you can see all the white I need to go somewhere now and I'm kind of stuck I'm like what am I going to do so I think what I'm gon na just do is yeah a shrinkage also is really crazy, see that you'll Think that I cut my hair yeah, it's not doing anything so I'm gon na wash my get it. So what I'm going to do is I'm probably just gon na put my hair, like put it off somehow just for today. I got time to redo it yeah. So sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but this is my experience using other very juice in combination with flaxseed gel. So thank you so much for watching. I will see you in the next video but before then comment below. Let me know, have you ever used flaxseed gel and what was your experience which blocks it girl, thanks for watching, see you in the next video bye

Savi Quin: I just did my first flaxseed gel about 2 weeks ago my daughter's hair and my hair loves it! Makes our hair really shiny and gives it hold without too much crunch. I made mine really thick but it was easy to apply with great slippage. The flakes in your hair was from the aloe. I did a shake out with cactus and aloe without rinsing it out and added flaxseed. I had the same residue you had with the aloe. Love your videos keep up the great work!

MsBrwnBunni: I debated for a very long time on using flaxseed gel but never got around to it; as well as marshmallow root. The save from the wash n' go was everything. Best wash n' go save ever!

Veronica Graham: This wash n go series has inspired me to try the wash n go and I love it!!! I did it with Kinky Curly Knot Today and Kinky Curly Gel, it turned out great.  Thanks for this series!!!  I've never used flax seed gel, I will have to try it.

miriami466: Wow, you're so creative! I really like the style you came up with last minute :)

AlllSmiless: Have you ever tried a bentinite clay treatment? I heard that they're good for wash and gos because they cleanse while encouraging the hair to clump together which cuts back on tangles!

Emma Thomas: Beautiful. I found if I add some slippery elm and honey (about 1 tsp) of each it makes the flaxseed gel less watery and the curl clumping better. Aloe vera juice makes my hair hard so I opt for a luke warm acv rinse for my final rinse

Krisparty72: I'm so happy that I'm not the only person who loses clumps of hair after wash and gos (or any style, really). Your hair is long and beautiful, and it looks very similar to mine start to finish! I have a "reach" goal~

Goddess Naturals: Here in 2020 ? .. Thank you for this gal your channel inspired me to start mine, I tried your way and it worked perfectly, thank you ❤️❤️keep doing more, am a big fun

Hodayah Yisolole: I tried flaxseed gel only once and was not happy. I really didn't have a regimen like yours, but you made want to visit it again. Thank you. Your hair is so beautiful btw.

Bonnie Hangan: I used flaxseed gel with slippery elm bark ,Marshmallow root. Boil and let thicken one hour then strain. Add 2 TBS of vegetable glycerine, one tsp vitamin e 10 drops of an essential oil. I like my recipe. Just lasts about a week. Our hair needs oil. Flaxseed likes marshmallow root and slippery elm bark

Ciara_Sha'Ron: I used flax seed gel for a wash and go and it left flakes in my hair also. I used suave naturals coconut as a leave on and organic coconut oil as a sealant. I also noticed that it created a lot of ssk in my hair and it was right after a trim which I was disappointed about. No more wngs for me unless I am ready for a trim. Tfs

Aicha: Thank you for sharing!!! Very helpful beautiful lady! :)

TC Shock: I love it. You look beautiful! I make my gel super thick and it clumps awesome!

Kinks &Coils: I loved my wash and go with my flax seed gel as well but I am on the hunt to try to find a product that will enhance my curls. Have you ever tried the Deva Curl B leave in?

Kathryn Atkinson: I've never used Flaxseed Gel.  Not sure how or when to use.  Your wash and go styles looks great.  I have 4b hair and wng has never worked for me.  Maybe I'll try again using your method.  Thank you for sharing and encouraging.

Angela Mitchell: I make and use my own flaxseed gel an I love it. I did notice once I over did it on the aloe juice, so try spritzing ur hair only with aloe juice then apply the flaxseed gel. U don't need too much. If u do u will experience clumps of flakes or white stuff like i did ..the downside is the super shrinkage with the gel though. If u don't mind that then it's perfect.

GrownWoman0804: Looks good. Try using a diffuser to dry and stretch the hair for length.

patriciaae99: What? I love it! This is what I wanted to do!

chandra hill: I loved it, thank you for sharing.

djsugah: watched it on silent (at work) so i couldn't hear what you were saying. great demo, really enjoyed watching your routine. i love that gpb condish by AO, i have to repurchase it. it makes the hair feel soooo good! you do the aloe vera rinse on naked hair - is your hair high porosity? you could use a spray bottle to spray the juice, this way you can make sure it goes everywhere you want without some of it spilling into the sink. it is more economical :) the flaxseed gel has tons of hold wow. and it was taking a while to soak in. your final updo was beautiful! great video! xxoxo

Chatzkies: use homemade flax seed gel on my kids3b/3c hair... no flaking...only gel and water nothing else. My favorite gel!

Tanya Ottley: Thanks for the video.  I have not been able to achieve a wash and go that was acceptable to me.  It was too frizzy or/and not defined enough..  So thanks for your trial and errors you are a brave natural.  lol

Tolu Banjo: I love all of your videos. You are very inspirational. God Bless you.

byoung4eva1: How do u preserve your flaxseed gel?

MyNaturalMyChoice: Enjoyed yet another video of wash and go`s I don't have any problems with flaxseed gel. I dilute my aloe Vera juice half cup aloe vera 1cup of water. You're doing a wonderful job! Thanks so much for sharing!

Beauty Roses: Your hair is so beautiful!!

Katisha Dogisha: Nice! Very beautiful looks so soft

ISayToMyself: Thanks for this. I think I will pass on the flax seed for now.

Justine Horton: I made very thick flaxseed gel and mixed in some tee tree oil and olive oil before I stuck it in the fridge to cool off. I didn't make enough, I only covered about 75% of my head. I didn't get flaked because I sprayed my hair with water and aloe Vera juice and nothing else added. My hair is very soft and I don't have flakes.

Solomon Peace: I really love your hair.the problem I have with flex seeds gel is that it always flakes even when I use it with much oilplease help

Patricia Morrison: Hi, Oil added with gel makes it difficult to dry and creates flakes. Do not use oil find a good moisturizer with your homemade flaxseed gel. I tried flaxseed great curl definition. There are different types of oils some that moisturize and some that seal, do a research. http://curlyhairlounge.com/hair-care-penetrating-or-sealing-oils. Aunt Jackie's Drench great moisturiser and curl definition but very light. I only use oils for treatments as it changes the texture in my hair and I can not see curl definition with oil. Hope this is helpful

Van Huz: I don't make my own. No time for that. I use shea moisture curling gel soufflé with flaxseed oil on my type 4 hair and my husband uses it on his type 1 hair. We love it. It gives the soft hold we're looking for. Sometimes I use on my 3 years type 3 hair.

Gracie E.: lovely video. Have you looked at Naptural85's 25 min co wash video? I think it could help us 4c women at least.

Devin Adair: Your sections were waaay to big!! Thats why you had white residue- you also have to work it in more.

T Pope: I love the way your hair looked when you put it up in the scarf. Can you post a video or respond back explaining how to pin it up like that please?

mdesro7: I fine that flax seed gel is a very light gel, that's why I do not use it on myself. I like the hairstyle you end up doing, cute!

Natural Since Birth: Gosh, it's been awhile since I've watched your vid(s) and commented (feels good, about to type yay xD). Now, I have tried flaxseed gel as a wash n go (I have 4b hair) and I did not like the outcome as well, and I don't do wash and go's because I personally don't like them for me. I prefer flaxseed gel for twist outs. I'm trying to remember if I did use aloe vera juice (I think I did) and I did not get flaking. OH! I mixed my aloe with purified water and I did not see flaking. I guess 4b hair is just not about that wash n go life?? However 4b hair can definitely achieve this!! Hoping I can one day. Love the vid :)

cetriya's Art n Comics Channel: I like the style at the end.

Mulenga Latim: That hair texture is exactly the same as mine.

msiyanna2006: It looked cute to me.

Lovely Africa: Very nice, no I haven't use flax seed gel, before, I did wanted to try though, but I don't put get in my hair, Thanks for sharing

Gwendo Beckly: Thank u very much I used Flaxseed gel I saw that all what happened to my hair is the same thing that I saw to ur hair, may be me too will try it with out the aloe vere the next time when I will make another gel.

simi: I love your videos and I'm looking forward to more. Btw i have a weird question, are you Nigerian?

Tiffany Edwards: finally someone who says what aloe vera juice is exactly for

Charita M: I'm really thinking about trying a wash n go

mslataprada1: Your hair look the Bomb. Nice
