My Hair Growth One Year Later! Ft. Routine Wellness Shampoo And Conditioner Review!

Also in this video, though i do want to share how much my hair has grown since it's been an entire year literally a year since i cut it. Super short, i want to share some tips, little tricks things that i've just added into my routine. That i think, would be really helpful if you want to try them out. So i hope that you enjoy this video and let's go ahead and get started so routine did send me this little box, where i have all the little products. The little box came with a shampoo, conditioner and actually a little extra product that i also want to talk about. Something that i did mention in my last haircare, routine literally a year ago, was actually my thin hair, because my thin hair was just more prone to breakage and to having dead ends. So if you have thin hair, you can probably relate so. This is why i was excited to try routine wellness's, shampoo and conditioner, so these are the ones that i specifically picked. They actually have different scents and all that stuff i picked rose because that's the one that kind of drew my attention and i wanted to try rose. So this is why the bottles look kind of pink, but these actually have biotin. It helps increase your elasticity. They also have argan oil, which you guys know i mentioned in my last video a year ago, literally like argan, oil is incredible, moisturizes your hair and it helps prevent breakage, which is what i really really need. Then it has other things like coconut oil. They have nettle oil if you've never heard of nettle oil, it actually nourishes balances and also hydrates your scalp. Those are only some of the benefits that they have. They have a lot of other things. I damped my hair first and i tried to damp my hair, like probably like the bottom from the bottom up and not directly like wet my scalp and then down it's just a preference, but then i go in with a shampoo. I only do like two little pumps from here, and these little pumps actually came with the box, which is super convenient, because i prefer having like this pump instead of just the regular cap, where you have to like click it and then pour. I mainly put this on my scalp um and i just try to massage it in there. So after i'm done with the shampoo i go in with the conditioner, and i actually mainly focus my conditioner. Always i've always done this just on the ends of my hair. I don't really like to put conditioner on like my head, my scalp specifically, so i like to use this on my lower end, so kind of like half from here down. So that's been basically my routine lately for almost two weeks trying these out, and just with these alone, i can honestly say that my hair has become so soft just right away. The first day that i used it, it was so soft, like in the shower already before i even came out of the shower with my damp hair. So it felt super soft and soothing. Usually part of my routine has now become using one of these um towel heads. I think it's what they're called um. I got mine specifically from amazon, but i usually like to wrap my hair in this, so i will link this down below. It has a little button here, as you can tell um. I picked a gray one. This is actually i got a set of two, but i like to wrap my hair with this. So it's a little bit wet as you can tell um. It gets kind of damp, but not too crazy, like my towel would um, because this is specifically to help dry. Your hair, i usually come out of the shower, and i wrap my hair in this and it's really easy. Actually. I was at first confused, but i think i got the hang of it now, so you basically wrap this on the top here and you can just twirl or is it twirl twist the bottom like this and this little kind of like hole hook, thing um. It just goes up in the front and you wrap it on the little button, so your hair will pretty much be wrapped in this. This is good for my hair length right now. Maybe if it was a little bit longer, it would still be okay, because it's pretty long as you can tell, but you do have to wrap it around um really well, but usually i'll just do my makeup get ready. While i do that - and it seems pretty easy because meanwhile, my hair is just you know, drying on its own, then part of my routine has also been this brush, so i usually would use the wet brush, which i still have i still use sometimes, but this Kind of has been my go-to. It has two different types of bristles, which i really really appreciate. So i have been liking this a lot. When i take my hair out of this towel, i go ahead and start brushing and i start from the ends up towards the top of my head. I also notice that it's so much easier to brush my hair and i don't really need, like another whole entire product like a leave-in or anything like that, although i still use them sometimes just because the shampoos really make it easy for me to brush through my Hair and these products are actually formulated specifically for thin hair, and i have noticed a whole difference aside from the softness with that as well, because i feel like my hair has become more like. I don't know how to more dense like more heavier like it has more to it. I do not color my hair or have dyed my hair. That'S one of the things i don't plan on doing ever, but you never know i might one day decide. I want to bleach or do something i don't know you never know, but right now, as of now, i don't currently dye my hair or anything like that, and i feel like that also has been a huge benefit in taking care of my hair and growing. My hair longer these just in case if you do have colored hair, these are actually safe for color treated, hair and even gray hair. They did also send me this routine hair serum. It has a lot of like vitamin e seed oils, avocado seed oils and a lot of things like that in this product. I did actually put it in the shower and i left it there for like five or four minutes. My only thing was that i already have an oily scalp, so i feel like when i use this in my scalp. Specifically, it was too oily for me when i came out of the shower, so i would use this, but on my ends or like from my hair down half here to down there, i definitely am going to keep using this, but not on my scalp. I'M going to try and use it on my hair more halfway and down. So that's my focus with this, but if you do have a very dry scalp, i would highly recommend trying this i feel like that would be really helpful and also this is random, but i have been obsessed with these hair clips right here from amazon. I will also link them. They look like this and they actually fit my hair really well now, since my hair has gotten so much longer and way past my shoulders, my little clips no longer hold it. So i got these from amazon and i've really been liking them. I feel like they don't break my hair, which i really appreciate again.
