Hey guys crystal here from elite haircare usa. So we have my client here where today we are going to be doing a service that we call the works. Um she'll be getting a silk press condition. We'Re also going to be doing a color um to cover up some of her salt and pepper and then um we're going to detangle her really really well. Now, if you guys can tell her ends, aren't kind of straight, but her hair is very, very thick. You guys so i physically could not put my fingers all the way through her hair, so that tells me that she has super thick hair um or we can also use the word density. So this video is really going to show you guys how to work with your hair when it is very dense, like this um how to better, manage it. Coloring, a couple of pro tips, so we'll kind of talk about everything today as a whole and you guys will get to see um beginning to end the style unfold. So you guys sit back and relax and watch the show, hey guys so to start off this process. I use our soothe and balance pre-treatment because she had a lot of build up on her scalp. It did not help that her hair is what i'm going to consider very matted at the root level. I thought it was just pure thickness, but, to be honest, you guys her scalp or root level was not detangled at all. I really didn't notice it until we were at the shampoo bowl, mainly because her ends were definitely detangled, but i could not part her roots and, as i started, to split her hair, i started to notice that it was super matted. So i'm using the soothing balance. Pre-Treatment to number one help to break up a lot of the build up on her scalp number, two to kind of help release a lot of that. Tangling that's happening at the root level as well, but i do have to tell you guys that this service today was extremely um. Back-Breaking um we ended up her hair ended up turning to almost dreads it was. You guys, have to really watch to the end. To see this total transformation, so after the first shampoo which in the shampoo i did give her a nice scrub, remember her hair was basically i call it singed um at the root level. Uh later on in the service, i actually found out that she had gotten a relaxer a while back, but her relaxers don't seem to take as well. So her all of her hair actually looked very natural to me. So i rinsed her hair out with warm water. Definitely at this phase of the process, we use warm water, so once i started noticing that her hair was severely tangled, this is also another reason you guys why i tell you guys it is super important to brush through your hair on a regular basis. I am not saying that she did not do that, but i want to use this as an opportunity to make you guys understand how important detangling and brushing your hair and combing your hair with a comb and the actual brush is very important because her hair at The ends was nice and detangled when she came in, but the hair at the root was not touched, and then that caused even more tangling on the hair at the ends. So that's why it's super important you guys now for her second shampoo. I use the moist repair and i want you guys to take note with how much shampoo i use, because that was actually way too much shampoo. In my opinion, i used the moist repair, mainly because my goal at this point of the process, since i knew that the hair had already started to tangle or matte, was to soften the hair as best possible to help remove a lot of the tangles. So to start the process, i used our scalp agitator, the scalp agitator, while it is for, of course, blood circulation and getting that itch, it is actually a great tool for helping to detangle the hair because it actually does not tangle the hair. When you are utilizing it it just kind of grazes through it has the ability to actually detangle the hair even better than some of the wide tooth combs and detangling brushes out there and it's great to use in the shampoo process. The only bad side to it is because her hair was so matted already the really the scalp agitator. It only kind of helped to graze the surface when it came onto her scalp level, but for the free hair for the follicles that are out the follicles that were already tangled. It really just kind of glazed over them a little bit, because some of the tangles were so small that it slipped right through the teeth of the scalp agitator. But what i will say is this is definitely a tool that you can utilize you guys, because it really helped to loosen that scalp area where it was super tight and super matted. But if your hair is already tangled and already starting to dread, you really have to still go stage by stage or section by section and detangle, the hair with a wide tooth comb and a couple of other utensils, which you guys are gon na, actually see me Doing that in her service today, my goal today, like i said, was to try to soften and detangle as much as i could without the comb ahead of time, because i knew that this was going to be a task all right. So after we rinse her hair out and if you guys notice, i was printing for quite some time. That'S another thing. When it comes on to 4c hair, the hair is so tightly bound and she basically says she's ready to cut her hair off when she came in even before we started the process, because it's just unmanageable for her. So something that i suggested to her was if she decided that she wanted to keep her hair and grow it out natural. I would definitely recommend it that she got a very mild texturizer of some sort to kind of help loosen the curl pattern to make it easier for her to actually comb through her hair and not feel so much anxiety when the time comes, because this can really Drive a person to cut their hair off i've been doing here for quite some time. This is a regular day for me, but for my client i can tell you guys that this was very stressful for her, because at the end of the day you don't want your hair to tangle up. But at the same time i have to detangle her and if she was detangling herself, it probably would have taken her the entire day or she probably just cut it off. But you know i have my patience. I i am ready to take it on. So, to start with the treatment, i decided to do a hydration treatment cocktail, so i used the makita deep conditioning mask from our impulse collection and then i also cocktailed it with some of our moist repair conditioner. Now you guys look how much conditioner i'm using you do not need a ton of conditioner on the hair. I'M going to tell you guys right now. Conditioner helps when your hair is tangled, but saturating your entire head with a ton of product is not going to help these tangles that are already there come out, you're still going to lose hair, it's still going to be tangled, and it really just depends on the Level of tangling that you're dealing with so i use the handheld hydration steamer, which i know you guys are missing that tool to do her treatment. And then i utilized that steamer to also help to loosen a lot of the tangles that she had before. We even got to this part of the process, but i still had to go through section by section you guys and detangle. Her hair, some of the tangles or knots, were so tiny that it required me to use a smaller tooth comb just to get through them, and it did take me about 30 minutes to detangle her all the way. Now, if you're doing this at home, i guarantee it would not be 30 minutes, but because i've been doing this so long, i've kind of gotten the technique down. Pat my speed is a little bit faster, but you guys tangling is tangling. Now remember, as i said at the description of the video trigger warning, because i know a lot of you are super sensitive when it comes on like hair videos and pulling and all of that stuff. But it is what it is you guys her hair was dreaded. Her hair was locked and all of that debris all of that tangling from her root went straight into her ends, and it is how it you can't really do anything about it. You guys so i expected her to lose a good amount of hair because it was so tangled. So that tells me that she hasn't really done much to it herself and she told me that they detangled it on her way to the salon. But the roots were not touched so after all of that, that is the amount of hair that ended up coming out. That'S from all of the combs, the agitator, everything which was actually a very good amount um in regards to size. That'S actually not much you guys for the amount of tangling that she had going on that was minimal to me, mainly because, if your roots are that tangled the way that hers were, that tells me that they have not been detangled in quite some time and i'm Sure she had a lot of residual shedding, which is your your regular shedding. That was not able to happen because of that, so that amount of shedding was actually very good or the amount of hair that came out. That was really good in my eyes, because it could have been two times that all right, so i went ahead and rinsed her out using cool water. If you guys noticed, i did not rough her hair up anymore. I was very gentle with how i rinsed her hair, because i did not want it to re-tangle and the crazy thing about 4c hair and even 4b hair. The first thing it wants to do is roll right back into that very comfortable position and re-tangle, which her hair did re-tangle almost through the entire process. So that is a characteristic of 4c, sometimes 4b hair, i'm not surprised, but you just have to work through it. You guys and be as patient as you possibly can so now, i'm actually applying hair color for her um. This is a permanent, dark brown and if you guys notice, i'm thoroughly saturating because she does have salt and pepper and with having 4c 4b hair. That color is not really penetrating as well as it should. So. How i do it is i just over saturate the stubborn areas, which is like the hairline, and then i go through in small sections, and i apply the color to the roots and then at the same time. My reason for applying this type of color is because i know it would kind of break her roots down just a little bit, not in a bad way, but just to kind of help with a lot of that tangling that she's dealing with after that, we dried Her and then i just utilized my blow dryer and now i'm going to use some of our frizz tamer and shine serum to start the silk out hot combing process. Now i did not even use my h2 pro hot comb for her. I use the old school marcel stove hot comb, because i am dealing with a beast right here and i love it. I love a challenge. I love my job, i love what i do. I love my clients because she was a trooper. She was really a trooper and we just kind of suck it out together. So i went ahead and applied a little bit of the first tamer and shine serum number, one as a heat, protectant and number two to kind of help soften the hair. As i soak it out, i didn't want to make it overly greasy we're not doing the old school press. This press really was just to kind of break her roots down a little bit, and i use that term very loosely when i say break her roots down. Not literal, okay, you guys just figure of speech and then after i use the hot comb, i would follow it up with our anniversary iron, which is the titanium iron. In a situation where you have 4c hair for b, hair for a hair, typically titanium is going to be your best friend. If you are doing any form of silk out, which i would silk the roots and then i'll go through with the titanium iron, which is our anniversary iron and then soak her hair out the remainder of the way. If i tell you guys, the finish of this was miraculous, her hair was beautiful, absolutely beautiful, um outside of the tangling. She has an amazing grade of hair. I love her hair. I love the the texture. I love the density everything, so i wanted to slow the video down, so you guys could kind of see the hot combing to kind of see how the roots look and after hot combing her. I followed up with the titanium iron now another characteristic of 4c4b. For a hair is that it wants to revert almost immediately. So that's another reason why i used the hot comb, the marcel stove hot comb, because i wanted to ensure that i was really giving her roots. I don't want to say the maximum amount of heat, but a good amount of heat, because it's really required, if not her hair is going to revert almost instantly. So that's another reason why i use the hot comb and then on top of it, because she has not been pressed in quite some time or even silk pressed in months or maybe years. I don't want her hair to revert back so quickly, especially after all of the work that we did today with the shampoo process and the detangling and all of that good stuff. But i can say that once we started doing the press once i started flat, ironing her or silking her out - all i just saw was just like this breath of fresh air. This relief on her face and she was just so happy because her hair was very soft. So all of that deep conditioning, all of that that we went through today, was definitely for a good cause all right, so i am going to go ahead and trim her up. She hasn't had a trim, so definitely a trim was required for today she did have some breakage in her crown area. So what i did was a reverse trim, which i always kind of do a reverse trim where i start at the crown and work my way out, because usually my clients are always dealing with breakage in the crown area from neglect ponytails whatever, and then i just Work my way down and that allows me to keep a lot of the length and then, of course, if i need to cut off a lot of that hair that is just dead or split. I can still see it at the same time. So that's another reason. I'M for the my madness, everything that you guys always see me doing in my videos, but in the meantime of the trim, if you guys want to learn more, i definitely recommend you guys going and signing up or enrolling in our elite hair care university. Where i discuss different topics um in my classes, i do live virtual classes via zoom and google meets, and then we have our business building classes that are coming up in october september is all about porosity. So if you don't know anything about your porosity, go ahead and sign up for our upcoming class september, the 7th on knowing your porosity and then we have our low porosity class and in our medium to high porosity class, where i'm basically teaching you guys all the Ins and outs about your hair porosity, which is the road map to basically everything that you do to your hair. So how you can access that the link is in the description box or you can go to elitehaircareuniversity.com www.elitehaircareuniversity.com all right, so we're almost done with her trim, i'm just kind of going around the perimeter cleaning it up and then we are going to style her. Now i did not use ceramic for her. I used the same elite anniversary iron in large sections because i did soak her out. Another reason for me using this iron instead of just the ceramic, is because i know that her hair wants to revert, so i hit it with a third round of direct or somewhat direct heat to ensure that her hair did not just roll right back up as It did when we first started now. She still is going to revert you guys. So that's not stopping her from reverting really. All it's doing is just giving her just a little bit more longevity, and that's nothing more than that. If you guys are new to my channel, please don't forget to hit that subscribe button. Please don't forget to also thumbs up this video comment. You guys tell me your thoughts on this miraculous transformation from where we started. Okay and now i'm just using a little bit of wax on her hairline, because her hairline just literally kept reverting. It would not stay straight for anything under the sun. I hit it with a hot comb. Twice, i hit it with my flat iron once and then i had to go back and hit it again with the flat iron and even then, by time we were done. Her hairline started to roll right back into its way. So that's another reason why i tell you guys the method to my madness, because i know exactly what her hair was going to do so for her at home care. She just basically will wrap her hair and then i recommend it that she use a stocking cap to keep her hair compressed and also from tangling. So i use a little bit of goddess polish to spray on her hair. Look at the density. Look at the volume! Look at the shine look at the movement. Just look at everything you guys her hair just came out beautiful, i loved it. She loved it. We laughed after so much and i was so glad that she was happy with the finished result, because i was over happy with the finisher. So i thought that i was not going to get through this service today. You guys, but your girl did it and she loved it. All. The products that you guys heard me using today are also in the description box, where you guys can click the link and find those on our website. Elitehaircareusa.Com but, like i said, comment down below, tell me what you guys think, and i appreciate you guys for watching see you later. You

Justin Justin: Just wanted to comment after several months of watching this channel. I'm a bald male and I'm addicted to watching the before, during and after process of hair channels. But your positive attitude and demeanor is what keeps me coming back to THIS channel. Anyone reading this, have a great day and KNOW things will get better.

Amy Robinson: Admittedly, I'm a white woman with SUPER fine/thin hair, so I don't know the struggle of having thick and/or curly hair. That being said, what you did with this lady's hair was beautiful. I'm sure stylists appreciate your going through the run-down of products you used. Watching you use the products and seeing how gentle you were and confident that what you were doing was going to make the lady happy was phenomenal. Great job!

ItsallGood: Being an older (58) white, gray hair lady I of course don't have this issue with my hair. But as a woman, we all have our hair problems. I just love these videos for the upbeat, professional and thoughtfulness being shown. We all like to look out best, and this shows absolutely beautiful hair. It shows when someone loves their job.

FS: I love this. I know many people don't think about this but some older people have trouble with their hair due to arthritis. My mom has rheumatoid arthritis and can barley lift her arms. I would have done it for her but we lived in different states at the time (thankfully not anymore) so she ended up getting locks and goes to the salon to have her hair washed, retwisted, and maintained which helped tremendously

SewardWriter: Even with her issues at the beginning, you can tell how strong and amazing her hair is. I've known people with type 4 hair who can't get length to save their lives. She looks amazing at the end. Great testament to your skill and talent, and her hair's strength and resilience.

VeeBee81: That WAS minimal hair shed! I’ve lost a lot more than that when I’ve detangled at home. I’m also a 4c/4z mix.

Teresa Collier: ‍♀️ As a fellow 4c …… (sigh) THANK YOU! I sat in this chair with your client during her entire process! You ran down all our struggles. The tangling, the frustration, the “just cut it”, the instant reverting! That 4c came to the battle but did not win the war End result, cut, & style are beautiful ♥️

Bonnie Anderson: You are SO good at what you do! Plus, videoing and stepping everyone through the process so seamlessly! This is definitely the gift God gave to you, hence why you love it!

Heather Thomas: I'm new to your channel and obsessed! I'm not a hair dresser, but love watching the before, during, and after transformations. Also, thank you for teaching me so much about natural hair. I have so much appreciation for the process and hearing your client's stories. Particularly, how this client wanted to shave her hair off becuase of its before condition. I can see her glowing through her mask and can feel her feeling her beauty as you finished. Truly incredible! Thank you for bringing us along on the journey.

Bonnie Moore: HER HAIR LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL! IT'S THICK. AND BOUNCY!! IT LOOKS SO SOFT AND FULL ! GREAT JOB CRYSTAL!!

KaiNicoleDwyer: Her hair is a beautiful! So thick and healthy. The roots looked knotted but not locked. I started getting to my roots because I the tangling is a lot for stylists. Some are not patient with the naps. Shout out to us 4c ladies!❤

Marlie Crim: I’m a middle aged white chick and I could literally watch black women do hair ALL DAY LONG! It’s so informative THANK YOU ❤

Sarah P.: One thing I can say, to have hair to even get tangled is a blessing, coming from someone who once had a lot of hair and now has none due to health issues. I regretfully complained about my 4c hair plenty of times. Now, I would love to have some hair to get tangled.

Ms. Ann Thropic: Miraculous is exactly the right word to use to describe this transformation because HOLY COW, I can not believe you got it to that point! She must have been so grateful and felt so much better in herself after you were done. It is night and day what you did for her and hopefully now she’ll be able to maintain it a lot more easily and keep it from going back to that state. You should be so proud of yourself!

Leslie Karren: WOW!! I never realized how much work it takes to look after this kind of hair. Great job everyone!!

Nellie Smith: Man I can relate to her so much. I have 4c hair and every now and then I think ‘screw it!’ I’m too tired to maintain this. Shaving it all off is my go to even though I’d rather have hair.

Majestically Maiah Morton: I empathize with her because people usually are going through tough times when they neglect their basic haircare regimen. Some just don't have the time but others may be severely depressed.

LaTrice Berry: She needed you to be very understanding and thoughtful. You took your time and gave her everything she needed. Hopefully you can help her get a routine so that she can continue to care for her hair. Great work as always ‼️

Lhmcd 55: I’m an old white lady post menopause and I’ve lost most of my hair. I love watching your channel. Your attitude and care really are uplifting. You made her hair look so much more comfortable, easy to care and beautiful for her. Mine doesn’t hold a perm it’s so fine. I enjoy watching as you are a very eloquent teacher. Thank you. May you all please take care and stay safe.

Helenann Viccora: I cannot imagine having to go through this much effort to care for my hair, I thought I had it tough having pin straight, ultra fine hair. The finished hair in this video is absolutely gorgeous.

Lorna Lessing: I know this is an older video, but I just wanted to drop a comment because you are amazing at what you do! I'm 58 and Caucasian so I can't really relate to the issues this sweet client was experiencing, but I have a feeling that this woman would make me feel at ease and cared for if I did have any issues! You can hear the non judgemental caring professionalism in everything she says and does. Some people were made for certain professions, and this is definitely her calling! It's so nice to run across such a positive professional!! Thanks for sharing your gift with us, and to the client, you look even more beautiful than before!! God bless!!

Missy Coates: Girl, you did your good work, lol. WOW!!! It's beautiful. You are a trooper. I had a client with badly tangled hair and it took me about 40 minutes to get through it. I thought that her hair was comb out when she came in. I guess we won't know until we actually see the client's hair up close and personal, lol. Keep up the good work.

TifSC: I stumbled on this video after watching several asmr haircut videos. As a white woman in my 50s, I don't have any issues with my grey/white hair (I just have psoriasis on the scalp). But here, we see some real professionalism and care for the client. Her hair looked so lovely when it was done.

Tina Ziemba: I’m a white woman and had no idea your hair was so difficult to manage. Now I appreciate why my black friends were reluctant to do water aerobics! Your client’s hair is absolutely gorgeous! I really enjoyed this video. Thanks so much.

A Anskska: I’m a white girl with hair that’s hardly even wavy, but this video was fascinating. Seriously, the technique and the tools and the patience, everything, it was incredible! All the little details you knew, even what type of metal the iron needed to be, all of that, it really shows your passion for hair. I’m now on a binge watching the rest of the videos in your channel

lh fabiano: amazing work! I can't even imagine what this must have done for this girl's self esteem. your positive attitude and the way you touch people's lives truly makes a great change to the world :)

princess pakeel: I'm a stylist of 22 years and I see myself in you as a stylist, even down to the styling, it's very very similar. I'm always up for the challenge and my goal is for my client to be pleased. I also have extremely coarse dense hair, but at this stage of My life, I've accepted it and I love me, all of me. Thank you for sharing

Dave Edwards: I've honestly gotta take the time out to congratulate you, her hair looks amazing, truly! You're an wonderful artist!!!

wisdom seeker: I cannot ever watch just one of your videos. This one is definitely a huge transformation ❗ It's like the lights were dancing off of her sleek and conditioned hair ! Another beautiful hairstyle with much dedication and care .

Mary Toepfer Gwinup: You popped up in my feed and I'm glad. I really enjoy watching you work. I have a friend who has a 8 year old girl with mixed hair. Super curly but super fine. When it's curly it's almost to her waist. She hates brushing it because it tangles right back up. I've trimmed it a few times this summer and helped her wash it and comb it out but they just moved 12 hours from me and mom works long hours so up keep is going to be difficult. I want to send her some products to help get her on a good regime now while she's young. What do you suggest? I can send you pics of her hair if it would help.

toye2u: Hey Crystal, first let me preface this by saying some stylists wouldn't have touched your client's hair because of the way it looked. Hell, they wouldn't have touched it. But that's what set you apart from them too. You are a true fighter, that's that Cancer spirit and for those who doesn't know what that is; we as Cancers, we nurture, we fight, we protect, and we give love on all levels. Crystal that's exactly what you did for your client. You didn't give anyone room to speak negatively about her and the condition of her hair, thank you. I'm not surprised but many would be. You gave that lady a new life! You could see it before the end. At first she had a serious face, a protective face and then those eyes got bright as she saw that you were winning. Although she had a mask on you could see the HUGE smile on her face and I smiled with her! The end was nothing but a blessing and she was shining. I loved it! ❤

SHARON: The British made Denman brushes are brilliant for curls and coils. They have a great detangle brush that covers large areas to keep you on top of tangle after a process like this. Tangle teaser have the paddle brush for curly girls now too, which is a great additionto their range.

Denise Tillinghast: You are seriously talented ! I appreciate learning the trails and tribulations of ethnic hair. My grandmother was 1/2 black, and she always used silk cream like you do and wrapped her hair every night.

lissa rice: Absolutely gorgeous! What an artist you are. I can't imagine the joy you brought to your client.

Travel Dreamer46: Miraculous is one way to describe the transformation. Your skills as a cosmetologist are beyond compare. Her hair was beautiful. Your kindness towards your clients is commendable. Thank you for sharing your talent and product with us. Awesome.

Julia Silverman: You do such fantastic work! What a change, and how beautiful her hair is.

Binga MW: This hair dresser deserves a medal for tackling this ladies hair. I was exhausted watching it. My kids are all so tender headed I don’t think they would survive this. God Bless you for doing what you do everyday. You are persistent and genuinely kind.

E. Lynn Hagin: Her hair looks beautiful! You are amazing at what you do!

Esther Williams: Her hair is beautiful either way. Yes, we must care for different textures different ways. It seems some people are describing 4c hair as troublesome and it’s not! It’s beautiful and strong and we need to embrace it as a people

PhD Nurse Practitioner- SMART Student Nurse Topics: She must have cried tears of joy!! How beautiful her hair is! The luster and body are incredible! ✝️

Angela Marie: Great Job! Full a passion while styling her hair. You truly love what you do. It was amazing to watch! Looks beautiful

Beeeeeeef: she looks so happy and comfortable at the end! great job and huge respect to you

Not Ever: I’m a 57 year old bald guy, who had fine, straight blonde hair 40 years ago. Why YouTube recommended this channel to me and why I’m fascinated by your videos is a mystery. What an artist you are! I just thought hair was hair, so what if it’s curly? I can’t believe the skills and knowledge you have.

Kaitlyn Randall: The joy in her eyes at the end!! You took such good care of her!

Leslie Melton: I can definitely sympathize with her client, I have 4c coily/curly hair texture as well and for more than 30 years I kept it relaxed and when the new growth would show even a little bit, I had to hit it with a hot comb just to get by, and I never had any hair loss. After a while I got tired of the process and in 2002 I decided to go natural, starting with extension braid to grow out the perm, then cornrows, twists, and finally I Loc'd my hair in 2003 and its been that way ever since and I couldn't be happier!!

A Smith: Yesterday I was going to cut my 3-in, 4c matted, tangled hair for the second time in 5-mos. My hair fell into this condition due to back surgery I had last year. While recovering I was limited on what I could do. I found this video by accident before heading for the scissors. Crystal worked a miracle on this woman's hair! As I watched her do what I considered the impossible because that was the condition my hair was in, I began to have hope. After watching the video, I mimicked what Crystal did with my matted hair. I lost quite a bit of hair but I didn't have to whack it off again. Crystal, you're a Godsend! You are a highly skilled professional beautian with blessed hands. You saved my hair by sharing your haircare tips. I've been down mentally and physically for a long time due to my slow recovery. By making this video, you lifted my spirits! I wish you continued success in your business and your haircare brand. I placed an order and can't wait to use your products to get my hair in tip-top shape again God Bless!

Barbara Kosloski: OH MY GOSH! You are a TRUE professional!!! WOW! I can see why the client told you to cut it when she first arrived. It my hair was like hers, I would have said the same but seeing it after you worked on it, I would have started crying... for joy. She looks stunning. I hope she keeps going to you regularly. You know how to work her hair. I hope she buys the products you used on her hair so she can keep it looking nice between appointments especially the wax to control her hair from reverting. This is my first time watching your channel... but not my last. You are worth following, posting a comment and Like.

Barbara Maasch: Her hair looks so beautiful. You did such an amazing job.

wwaxwork: You can see in your clients body language just how she felt so defeated and sad about her hair at the beginning, then in the end she was smiling so broadly and the way she was holding herself you could tell she felt proud of how she looked. You didn't just fix her hair you fixed her spirit.

Laura Ryan: How gorgeous! The love and care and expertise you put into your craft is so apparent! Please keep sharing videos like this!

Kimberly Pinkney: Her hair looked Magnificent!!! I wanted to start crying from joy, but I was scared it would make her hair bunch back up! Great job!!!!!

SB: This is the first time I’m NOT jealous of someone with thick/dense hair. Whatever she decides to do will require so much upkeep.

DJ 🕊: I am amazed at the difference from start to finish ! Her hair is absolutely gorgeous ! Well done ! ❤

Jan Groh: Beautiful, almost magical transformation! I'm so glad she came to you instead of cutting it off. You are an artist.

V M: She has beautiful hair! So dense. I hope she learns to care for her hair. There are so many women, especially in her age group, that would love to have a full head of hair like this.

Tim Walker: Wow! That was beyond an incredible job. What a fantastic transition . Not only do you have skill. But your patience and most important, patience. You just blow my mind. That ladies hair looked incredible. Wow. You're just amazing ❤️

Octoberdays: Thank you for not giving up on this client's hair and working and reworking after the final trims. God bless your caring and patient hands. This is so motivational and inspiring.

Alyssa Boettcher: Well done! I'm so impressed with all you did to give her a gorgeous style!

Dora Parker: What a miracle transformation! I still think you're a magician cause you give back so much to a client in every single beautiful job like that!

AM NOYB: What is so obvious is your skill and knowledge about handling this type of hair. The transformation was amazing. I wish continued success. Your client's hair looks fabulous - night and day!!

Ternelle Cross: This is amazing. My hair behaves just like this and I finally gave in after 5 years of natural and relaxed it. Had I had a stylist like you I may have been able to maintain my natural hair but the longer it grew the more difficult it became to care for. I work full time and just didn’t want to spend my little free time dealing with hair. You are making such a difference in your clients lives. Wow.

Katie Dixon: I love this channel. I have naturally curly hair. It’s a love hate relationship. Sometimes I love my curls. Other times I’m ready to go and get a Keratin Treatment or Brazilian Blowout. Your videos are so relaxing!

Rv Wall-e: I am an old white granny blessed with a beautiful bi-racial granddaughter that I adore. I am learning so much about hair from you that helps me understand what she’s got to do to get and keep her hair as beautiful as it is. Thank you very much.

Lillian Maddox-Whitehead: Listen!! I was concerned about the end results but you used your anointed gift to create beautiful results!! Thanks for your teaching as well, you go step by step in what you call your “madness”, it makes it all make sense!

Kim Craig: Hi there I'm a hairstylist in the UK. I'm 60 year's old and have been a stylist for 45 years I was born in Zimbabwe so have watched many black stylist's work but what you did to that ladies hair was nothing short of amazing I just loved the finished result it looked amazing.

Diana Gilles: What an amazing transformation! Stunning results!!

Mekas Braids and Styles LLC: Yesss great job!! But I have to say, I am so glad you posted this video because as a fellow hairstylist, I know our 4c clients struggle with there natural texture and may sometimes neglect it..Hairstylist like “us” view this as a challenge especially if the client is feeling a certain way about it! I don’t see a lot of educational videos from us professionals on the real care for 4c hair. So thank you cause the whole time I was like “ooh she right, yep she right” lol

Casey Lawless: I can’t even imagine how much work this had to be!!! You are a miracle worker!!!! She looks fabulous!

PhD Nurse Practitioner- SMART Student Nurse Topics: Her hair really looks beautiful! You are helping her restore her hair as well as her self-esteem and her soul! You're so caring! May God continue to bless you!! ✝️

Dee M: You made her hair look gorgeous! You truly are a miracle worker and I love how shiny her hair looks. I need to buy some of your products, my hair just always seems to frizz out and look dull.

gail conroy: omg you turned a hot mess into something beautiful. It's so shiny and lovely, easy to comb and looks fantastic.

ALL: I am a white woman and love watching all types of hair videos for all different types of hair. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Your client looks so beautiful and that shine is amazing! You are so talented!

Tara McGhee: I grew up in a salon and I’m amazed at how many hairdressers don’t know how to cut hair let alone style it. I’m generalizing right now but you black ladies seriously are amazing when it comes to everything from the basics on up. I just get a thrill watching these videos and seeing the quality that should be expected in all stylists. Keep those videos coming they’re awesome. (Side note: I swear beauty schools should be recommending your videos and others like it to their students!! Seriously!)

darlene yee: This lady is what I call a hairdresser ....the before and after are astonishing. Did an amazing job on this lady's hair ...

Gods_child_ 83: Awww! Such an awesome transformation!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m just now seeing this for the first time! My hair is very similar! I believe 3b/3c or 3c/4a. Literally, a combination. God bless you both!

Tomara Dannette: This is what you call a true professional service! Very informative and detailed. Handled with care. ❤️

Sue Norton: I used to have no idea how difficult 4c hair is to handle. Thank goodness for you! What a beautiful result

Stephanie Wiley: Her hair turned out so beautiful!! So happy she didn't chop it all off!

Ingrid: You did an amazing job on this clients hair. Her scalp must feel invigorated. I love your channel even though I’m an older white woman with a biracial grandson who has type 3A hair which I suspect will be a 3C when he hits the teen years. You explain everything and it’s very educational.

Catie Katz: Her hair turned out beautifully! You did an amazing job! ❤️

Robin Bond: You do such a good job, you are so patient and caring with your clients. Her hair looks great!

Whitney Woodall: Wow! It turned out beautiful! The whole process looked so relaxing and satisfying! Love it!❤

Missy Alexander: I was wondering about the edge around her forehead and how you straightened it. You’re a true blessing to this client! Beautiful outcome.

Isabella: I haven't seen treatment of this hair type before. All I can say is 'Great Job'. That must have felt so good for her when you were done. Her hair is now as beautiful as she is.

MsSimpleMovies: I don't have the same hair type, but I know a lot of us neglect ourselves when we're depressed, busy, unwell. I gave myself a short haircut (short enough not to get fairy knots or huge knots) as I felt depression coming on. Preemptive haircut. I came out the other end without huge matting, thankfully. This was a couple years ago, and it really helped me preserve my hair health.

Steph Boyd: I am a white lady who thinks her hair is hard to look after. At least I did until I started watching this channel. Ladies I know nothing of pain and time. You are troopers. Well done xx

Donna Ryan: You certainly brought out her natural beauty! Gorgeous hair.

Joy Taylor: Amazing job! The care you put into this client will never be forgotten. God bless you!

Jewell Williams: Your products strengthens the hair so much till the amount of shedding is always less than using other products. It's amazing!!! I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!!!

Elizabeth Turel: Oh my goodness, so much work. Her hair looked lovely! Now I know why my black friends wear wigs. We never talk about it, I guess because they think I wouldn’t understand. My daily hair is so easy compared to even just brushing through all that hair. I so commend you on your persistence.

D: Best thing I've been able to do for my thick 4c hair is allow a good conditioner to sit in it and soften it down. After 30-45m in a cap, comb glides through and blow drying is so much easier! I know that's not practical in a salon, but works great for my at home washings.

Jewell Williams: You worked for your money on this one Crystal!!!! Good job!!! It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!

Rose Broyles: Ooooh! She looks so GOOD!! Just checking in on my privilege over here and being grateful for the fact that I am able to be "lazy". I don't know how I would find the energy to keep up with hair like this. It's GORGEOUS density, texture, all of it, but it's work. I would be in a state all the time and sad about it.

Simply Kiva: Break em down girl, yes! My daughter have 4b . I'm always figured out ways to keep her hair calm.

Ladida386: My hair started to curl after I stopped taking contraception pills. My hair is right now between 2b and 2c, before it was 2a. Hair around the face started to curl much more intensely than hair at the back. The problem with this is that I have a lot of "undercoat" hair around the face. During rainy days it starts to protrude in every direction, I look like a dandelion. Curl cream is working for now. I hope it will stay this way.

Audrey: You did a great job on her hair. What a challenge it's was but you mastered it so cool. I appreciate your skills and knowledge of hair health . Thanks to your channel I understand that in the past I had been using my hair conditioner incorrectly and over doing it . Thank you

Claudia Harrison: Honey, this BEFORE and AFTER is literally unbelievable! It truly took knowledge, skill, quality products, and patience to accomplish what you did. Job very well done Crystal!

Denise Jordan: Holy cow. That was amazing how you finished her hair. You did a wonderful job.

Lily Rose: After dealing with chronic anemia for the last 4 months, I realized that you’re not sick as long you can take care of your basic needs. I didn’t touch my hair for 3 months (only washing No braiding) and I have bald spots in my head when I have the thickest hair you can imagine.

Susan Jordan: You are a master craftsmen. You exhibited kindness patience and compassion when helping this lady restore her beauty.
