My Hydrating Wash Day Routine | 4B/4C Natural Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my youtube channel in today's video, i'm gon na be sharing with you guys my natural hair wash day routine. As you guys can see, my hair is pretty dry. It'S been in those two puffs for about a week and a half. Now i even went to the gym with it y'all, so it needs some desperate help. I prefer to keep my wash day simple and to help me do that i'm gon na be using the wave booster line from style factor. This is to open up my hair follicles, so my hair could receive all of the cleaning that i'm about to give it and conditioning now my hair is low porosity and what that means is it takes a while for my hair to absorb water, which is why You see water droplets on my hair strands instead of it being absorbed quickly, so yeah i'm gon na go ahead and do a nice little rant session. Whenever i'm rinsing my hair, i like to get into my scalp and just start rubbing away any debris that i may have on my scalp, so the first thing i'm going to go in with is the wave booster. All in one conditioning shampoo. You guys heard me right: it is a conditioning, shampoo and remember i told you guys i, like my wash day routine simple. This is perfect, for if you want to just get in the shower wash your hair and get out, it has aloe vera, which is great for protecting your hair and coconut oil, which is amazing for hydration. It also contains no parabens, no sulfates. It is cruelty, free and vegan friendly y'all. When i say you guys, you need this shampoo also, it smells really really clean and mild. So i really appreciate that, but i'm gon na go ahead and rub that into my scalp in my hair as well, because it is a conditioning shampoo, i'm gon na go crazy with that and i'm gon na wash my hair twice since my hair was really really Dirty, i think i didn't wash it for about two and a half weeks so and one tip for you guys whenever you're shampooing, your hair, make sure you get a shampoo that is sensitive to the hair and that's not gon na strip. Your hair away. Because all that work, you've done retaining your lens and making sure your hair is protected in particular, styling could all be damaged by using the wrong shampoo, which is why i definitely recommend this wave booster shampoo. It gets the job done not only that it has a great leather which you guys are going to see in a minute, but it also protects the hair with the aloe vera and hydrates it with the coconut oil and it's other factors. So i definitely recommend this shampoo guys. I know you guys see my curls as i'm rinsing my hair out. That'S how i know i had a really good cleanse with the shampoo that i use whenever i see my curls pop like that, but this is my hair. After the shampoo, my hair was very light and fluffy, and i love that, but next up we're gon na be using the wave booster hydrating leaf and conditioner. This is ideal for keeping your hair moisturized between washes. I know this is a leave-in conditioner, but i'm also gon na be using it as a regular conditioner for my hair. So i'm gon na go ahead and apply it everywhere. You wan na make sure you scrunch this product into your hair and if you want, you, don't have to do this step. I just like to because i prefer my hair being coated in something while i detangle it. So that's exactly what i'm doing but be sure to section your hair. If your hair is thick like mine and really scrunch the product in there and get every single strange, this leave-in conditioner is also paraben and sulfate-free. It'S actually formulated with fruit extracts y'all. So that's very different, it's vegan and just an essential that you need in your wash day routine. So i definitely recommend this leave-in conditioner as well. But this is my hair with the conditioner on there. I'M gon na go ahead and apply it everywhere. Make sure you do not forget about your edges y'all, they are so important whenever you're washing your hair, don't forget to wash them or condition them, but i'm gon na go ahead and apply this all over my hair and you guys are going to see what i Do next this right here is me telling you guys, i'm gon na try with really hot water, so i'm gon na go. Do that and now that i'm back we're gon na detangle with this detangling brush, i forgot what it's called, but it does a great job. Detangling my hair and that's the only detangler i use, but after using this leave-in conditioner, my hair was extremely soft and i was surprised because after this little wash day, i actually went out with my hair without putting any cream or any product in my hair. After the shower and my hair was really soft and fluffy when i was out so that was really surprising to me, but i'm gon na go ahead and detangle my hair, as you guys, can see it's very easy for me to tangle my hair and my hair. Just looks very soft and is very soft and my curls again are curling baby. So this is the shedding hair that i have again. I haven't washed my hair in a couple of weeks, but once i'm done detangling that section i'm going to move on to the next and just keep that process going y'all, but my hair felt really really nice and soft and i've actually never felt. My hair feel this way, so it's right here, i'm saying that it's really really fluffy so yeah. I really like this leave-in conditioner too, so i'm gon na go ahead and just detangle all of my hair y'all y'all see how easy it is for that brush to break through i'm about to give you a whole slow-mo montage. You already know me at this point. I just love when a product does what it says it does, and so this is my hair after it's detangled, and this is the other side when it's not detangled y'all the difference, the movements, the curls, i am in love with it. So, as you guys can see, i'm rinsing the leave-in out of my hair, but i did end up putting some more back when i got out of the shower because it is a leave-in, but i just rinsed my hair with some cold water. So it could close in the follicles and my hair could stay moisturized. So after my washer routine, my hair is very fluffy, very, very light, which is so rare for my hair, but look at how pretty it looks, y'all how defined and moisturized it is. So i'm gon na go ahead and put my hair in a ponytail. That'S how i prefer to dry my hair. You guys could try it in any other way. You'D like, but i'm gon na, put my hair in a ponytail and i'll be done with the shower portion of my wash day, routine, all right y'all. So i had to go to church, so i had to really quickly put my hair up and just do a little something with my edges, but i was so shocked at how soft my hair was. This is me telling you guys what i did? I barely tried on my edges, like i just swooped, with the style factor. This has been my favorite product even before i started working with this company. If you guys don't believe me, this one is mine and look at the inside. I absolutely love love this gel. It'S just something about the formula that just knows how to sleep. My hair down, i'm gon na get into styling my hair and actually show you guys me trying out the products for the first time. First things: first, i'm gon na go in with the edge booster spray bottle that they sent me fill up with water and just spray all over my hair, because when i did leave the shower, i didn't put anything in my hair other than a little tiny bit Of leave-in conditioner, but the very first product i'm gon na use, is the wave booster curl styling lotion. Y'All, i'm gon na tell you guys this lotion has so much slip. I did not know what i was getting myself into, but this is the consistency of it. As you guys can see, you can actually see the slip through the screen. This moisturizer is very light, so it doesn't weigh your hair down and also has natural botanicals that help to nourish and hydrate your curls y'all. It also has avocado oil, nettle and chamomile extract. All of these are used to soothe and condition your hair all while providing a light and effective moisture. Now this is my face in my reaction to all the slip that this lotion had going on. Y'All, it's definitely a game changer and it might be my favorite product in this whole line. So this is the consistency of it. I'M gon na go in with the other section of my hair, i like to work in big sections and then narrow it down to smaller sections. So that's exactly what i'm gon na do with this hydrating lotion all right. So i have the moisturizing curl cream and the curl styling cream. So i think i already have enough moisture from the lotion because y'all when i tell you my hands, are so slippery, and so is my hair. I'Ve never experienced such slip from a moisturizer before what i'm trying to say is. I think my hair is already moisturized enough, so, instead of going in with the moisturizing curl cream, i'm going to go in with the curl styling cream, because i'm about ready to style. My hair, so this is the curl styling cream and it is thicker than the hair moisturizing cream, because of course you have to style your hair with it, but this cream actually protects your hair from the heat. So if you like to heat style, your hair, then this is the product for you, but this product softens, enhances and protects your beautiful curls and all of the products and the wave booster line are paraben, free and sulfate free, also, they're, really good for your hair And not only that, but they smell amazing as well, so i'm gon na go ahead and put this into individual sections of my hair and i'm going to use my brush detangle my hair and y'all. My hair is so soft and curly, and over here is just me seeing how fluffy my hair is, which is so crazy to me, like products have never given my hair volume before, like normally, my hair would just be voluminous on its own, but these products actually Voluminized, my hair, and so if you're looking for volume, look no further because y'all see it so next, i'm gon na go ahead and put all of my sections and individual braids. This is a stretch in my hair and i also have some definition whenever i do. This and whenever i get to the end of the braid i like to twist so my hair doesn't get too tangled up, but that's basically what i'm going to be doing throughout my whole head of hair. Now this does have biotin in it and, as you guys know, biotin is amazing for hair growth, and this oil is not only great for your scalp, but also for your hair strands. So keep that in mind as well, but i don't really love putting oil on my strands, so i'm just going to go ahead and put it all over my scalp and after that, i'm gon na rub all of it in it's the next day and it's time For me to take my hair out, i like to do a nice puff whenever i'm done with these braid outs, but my hair is really really soft and it's very bouncy as well. I'M going to show you guys right here, look at that bounce back y'all, but these products work amazing. For my hair. I strongly recommend you guys getting yours, i'm going to list it down below, but y'all just wait until the transformation how everything comes together. Next, i'm gon na go ahead and fluff everything out, so my hair could have more volume for my little puff, i'm gon na make. But this is what my hair looks like after i'm done. It is so fluffy voluminous and pretty i'm going to get ready, because this next product, i'm going to show y'all, is my favorite product of all time pertaining to my hair, like whenever i go out to buy my hair products. I always make sure to pick this up like i was a true supporter, a true fan of this before they even sent it out to me.
