These Products Had My 4C Hair So Moisturized And Juicy!

How do i make myself look a little presentable for the people, hi guys welcome back to my channel, so today we're going to do the hairstyle that you saw in the intro obviously, and we're gon na be playing in some new products. Okay, i'm doing too much. This is not how i imagined this would go. I was sent a hair wash deep, conditioner leave-in conditioner, as well as a gel eco slay, is a black owned brand, focusing on using plant-based ingredients. All other products are unquestionably vegan other than the peppermint schnapps, which contains honey. I'M gon na be playing in their products and let you know, as i go through my washing routine, what i think about them. They make every single one of their products from scratch in their kitchen handmade, so everything's natural i'm really excited to get into these products. The company believes that you are what you eat and put on your body. They did not send me a pre-poo and you guys know how i feel about pre-pooing, my hair. So i think today i am going to skip pre-pooing. Oh can i do it? Can i skip pre-poo, i'm not going to skate pre-pour entirely. I am going to take care of my scalp, so i've been using the scalp stimulation mask by trico solutions. I'M going to be using this on my scalp before i hop in the shower, so you know what let me just put that on really quickly. The good thing with my hair being like this is the fact that it's already sectioned. You know this is amazing, i'm not going to take down the twist. I am just going to wash my hair in this twist and kind of use them. As you know, the bento knots that i usually do when i wash my hair, i'm just not going to bother just because i mean i don't have to right. I don't plan on putting this all over my scalp, but i really want to get my edges just because it's a treatment that i've been doing for my edges and i don't want to skip a week all right. So that is on and we are going to. Let that sit for about half an hour and when that's done, i'm going to meet you in the shower. This is why i use regular plastic bags, like you're disrespecting me on camera. Does that count as my hair being covered close enough, so the first product we're gon na use when we hop in the shower is the peppermint snaps wash product, combines the ability to moisturize detangle and cleanse your hair all in one. Some key ingredients include marshmallow roots, which is great for soothing and relieving your scalp and hair african black soap for its antibacterial antioxidant, anti-fungal, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties jojoba oil to dissolve the dirt and buildup, and also nourish your follicles in hair shaft. At the same time, this products contains honey to help clean the hair follicles by getting rid of impurities, also straighten the hair follicles and prevent clogging, which is a reason for hair loss, also has rosemary peppermint, lavender and tea tree oil. All of these oils will improve hair growth, treat dandruff and relieve an itchy scalp. Although i went ahead and washed my hair twice, it was still left very soft and not stripped at all. Now, moving on to the lip conditioner, i should mention that it is recommended to keep the products refrigerated after you open them to preserve their shelf life. So the deep conditioner is made with avocado okra, coconut cream, aloe vera and banana. It is super thick, lovely texture and very moisturizing. It penetrates your hair to nourish even the driest locks. Some of the ingredients here to highlight is okra. I'Ve actually never used okra in a dip conditioner. Not that i can recall, plays an important role in absorbing iron, which keeps our logs strong and healthy. It has antibacterial properties as well also has avocado oil, which is an effective treatment for dry scalp and other type of skin inflammation, so banana, improved, manageability and shine product also has argan oil marshmallow root, jojoba oil, aloe vera juice, coconut oil and coleslaw oil. So i haven't heard of this oil before, but the good thing with eco slay is that they are focused on ingredients and hair care education. So they write monthly blogs and each product has an about the ingredient link explaining why each ingredient was chosen and the purpose that it plays in the products. But while i have you here, coleslaw oil is loaded with vitamin e supports a healthy scalp and help maintain hair growth all right, so the deep conditioner had been sitting for about an hour and a half. I went and worked out killing two birds with one stone. So now i'm hoping to quickly detangle my hair quickly, detangle we'll see how it goes and then, after that, i'm going to set my hair. The reason why i say i want to quickly do this. Oh first of all, my hair is feeling really good. Okay. The reason why i say i want to do this quickly is because i should be out of the house in 40 minutes, and i think i can do this. Oh my god, my hair feels so good. Did you see that? Did you see what just happened? My hair feels so good y'all, okay, first impression when i was applying the dip conditioner in the shower love how thick it is. It feels really nourishing it's easy to coat your hair with it, and i also love the size so how much product they are giving you my first impression when i was putting it i was thinking to myself. I wish i had a little bit more slip when applying it, but now that it's been sitting in my hair, my hair feels amazing. So it's okay, it also doesn't have much of a scent. You guys know i kind of love scent in my products, but these products are all natural, so it's a good thing that they don't have heavy fragrances or scent in them. This is crazy. How i'm just detangling my hair right now? Okay, i can get used to this. Maybe i am going to make it out of the house in 40 minutes. Oh, my hair feels really good. Just look at this juicy fursy hair y'all. Just look at her love it. She feels really nice and soft. I wish you guys could touch my hair right now. It feels really nice. Whatever i'm doing with my hair, i'm sure they're gon na start asking me very soon when i'm gon na be done, auntie, who, moving on to the rice pudding this product smells so good. Oh, my god, it really has a pleasant smell. The combination of jasmine and vanilla smells really good. This is a leave-in conditioner, slash moisturizer, so i'm going to use it as soon as the pump. No listen. I am trying to wear this now that the pump is cooperating, we can start moisturizing our hair. My hair feels like butter and i haven't even moisturized or anything. It feels really really good. Let'S get into this leave-in conditioner slash moisturizer. The rice pudding is their newest product. It'S formulated with fermented rice water for strength and contains several moisturizers to meet the protein. Slash moisture balance that our hair needs. It feels good in my hair, it's giving me leave-in vibes. My hair is just honestly so soft already and you can tell that your hair is happy when it just shrinks up like that. We hate shrinkage, but really it's a sign of healthy hair, it's marketed as a leave-in and moisturizer, but it's on the lighter side get into this moisturized 4c hair, though like just get into it, you see this. Do you see this? Is my hair with the live-in conditioner in it and it's without they both feel so good, it's the moisture. For me, this product is meant to melt away tangles while moisturizing your hair. To be honest, my hair was already tangled free by the time that this product came into the picture, so i didn't really have to work that hard, so some ingredients to highlight marshmallow roots extract once again, which is good for your scalp and hair. It has fermented rice water, like i mentioned earlier. It also has chamomile. Flour extract slippery elm extract needle leaf extract melissa, leaf extract permanent leaf extract horsetail leaf extract yuca vera, jasmine and vanilla, essential oil. I'M going to give you a little bit of homework to go into the website, check out the about the ingredients, tab and see what all of these extracts are supposed to do, but i'm going to give you a little hint. They all help in hair loss, help regrow your hair calm. Your scalp has antimicrobial properties, thicken and moisturizes your hair, while straightening your hair, follicles, moisturize hair, don't lie okay, it doesn't lie so the style that i want to do is hopefully something really quickly. Okay, i have time okay, so the police department gave me an extra 20 minutes to do my hair, so i think we can make it so. The style that i want to do is a little something to the side. You guys know. I love my little something to the sides and then flat twists for the rest. So let's start by parting. That first, let's see my hair is so soft uh. You know what i would hate. I would hate to use the gel. I don't like gel because they dry out my hair, like my fingers, are like sliding through okay, okay, okay, okay, focus, i would hate to use the gel and then have the gel mess up this beautiful soft forcy hair. I have going on right now, i'm just going to put this to the side, i'm going to do flat twist. If you guys want a tutorial on how to flat twist, i will link a video in the cards and down below i'm probably gon na. Do like four rows or flat twisting nothing too crazy. Once again, i have 20 minutes so to flat twist. I am going to use a little bit of the gel, oh my god. So out of curiosity, i just put some of the gel in my hair in the front and look: can you see that i don't know if you can see what just happened to my forcey hair, okay so wash and go with this gel in the near future? I think so so the gel, i am ready to do a wash and go with this one. I don't know about y'all, but my soul is ready. This is another product that has ochre extract aloe vera juice, chamomile. Flour extract also has nettle, melissa, peppermint, horsetail eucavera extract. Don'T forget your homework. It'S a super thick gel, really not going anywhere so with aloe vera. It acts as a great conditioner, so it leaves your hair, smooth and shiny. We all know aloe vera is also very good for your scalp reduces dandruff and condition your hair, and i think the combination of aloe vera and okra really helps keep the hair moisturized, because my hair wasn't dried out at all by this gel. It also has strawberry fruit essence. The vitamin c in strawberries encourages iron absorption and also encourages better hair growth. Another thing i should mention about the company is that they do have a recycling program where you can send back your empty bottles for recycling, so they are environmentally conscious all right. So it's been a few days more days that i want to admit. It'S been like four days: y'all, it's been four days, you know what we're home. This is quarantine, style. Okay, that's all i'm gon na say i'm ready to take down my twist it's about time, but between you and i i feel like the break was well needed. My hair just enjoyed chilling in this style. That'S my excuse. At least this week was kicking my butt a little bit. You know like i feel like it comes in waves, where i feel good and then you feel a little sad or a little depressed or a little all over the place, but we're back and we're doing this thing. I am going to use a little bit of almond oil. Oh that's, not even the right product girl, what you're doing all right there you go. I don't know how i confuse these two. You know because they look the same so putting a little ooh. I meant to put a little bit on my hands. What'S going on with me today: y'all: okay, there we go so we have a little bit of oil in our fingers and i'm just gon na go in and take down these twists. I'M really excited because i want to see how my hair turns out, and i hope my hair cooperates to be honest. Why do i have so many bobby pins in my hair? What the hell? So, let's start from back here, i knew i just knew that i was gon na. Have some crazy definition. I do it. Oh yes, definition and the good thing with flat twisting is you don't have to do too many separating you don't have to play with it too much. You know, as you take down your twist, you get the definition that you want so i'm here for it. We have another bobby pin. Why do i have so many bobby pins in my hair? I don't know i don't oh. I know. I know why you had a purpose girl. I'M sorry, i'm gon na have to put you back. My hair is so defined. I don't know if you can tell, and i can still feel the gel in my hair, so it's giving me a nice hold i'll have to use it more though, to really figure it out. So this side of my hair is, you know, looking a little grimy. It has been four days. I was thinking of redoing the flat twist just so they look a little bit more fresh just because it's not doing the rest of the style justice. You know, like everything, is nice and defined, and then there's this, so i am going to redo the flat twist. It'S the perfectionism in me. It just won't. Let me be gray like i'm, not even gon na use edge, control or anything or maybe i am should i i actually i'm going to use the gel. Yes, let me get it there. She is so i'm just going to use this a little bit by the way. My makeup today slaying it's funny. When i was doing my makeup, i honestly just didn't know what was going on like my eye. Makeup was going all kind of south. I didn't know if i was gon na be able to save it if i had to start over, so i just kept blending blending is key. Okay blending is key and it turned out. Okay, if i may just say so myself, i'm really impressed that i kept my hair in the twist for four days and i still have that much definition and hold from the gel like. I can still feel the gel in my hair kind of impressive and my hair doesn't feel crunchy. It doesn't feel really dry. It does feel like i have gel in my hair, but it's not like it's not bad and i typically just completely stay away from gels. I think i said that before because of how they make my hair feel, but you know this one's doing the thing i'm so excited to do a wash and go with it.
