Well, hey guys, happy December 1st, you know what that means. Today'S video is gon na, be my monthly favorites, but I have a lot of fails from the month of November that I'm going to share with you in this video things that just did not work out for me that we're going to talk about. I reviewed the Polish Choice: uh reformulated, calm products or many of them in a video this month, and a lot of them were seriously a flop for me, and I think a lot of the tweaks and changes that they made to these products were not for the Better, they were really good products at Baseline, and I feel as though some of the things they did. It'S just like why? Why fix it? If it's not broken right, so the two for me that were major, fails seriously disappointed number one: was the Polish Choice? Calm, Ultra Gentle cleanser 19 and at first when I put it on my hand and everything worked it up a little bit and put it on my face. I thought it was kind of slippery. I started like the feel of this, but I noticed that it didn't really lather well, and I especially noticed it when I used it to wash my face like in front of the mirror that it was not lathering properly at all. I was getting it where it would kind of Clump up and not not adequately lather. I mean that that's basically it. I use this cleanser by itself uh to try and remove the color science. It'S Unforgettable face shield. I used this cleanser in the shower and it would not take it off. It'S just not delivering, so that was a fail and then the rescue and repair intensive, moisturizer Small Tube 33 dollars left my skin feeling dry plain and simple uh. It was not good whatsoever which really disappoints me because I loved their previous moisturizers in this calm line. In fact, in my older video on the top, my top 10 Polish Choice products, one of those calm moisturizers I listed in that video and I had to go back and make an addendum. Now to that video saying Hey, you know, I pinned a comment. Saying: hey they've changed these. I no longer recommend them, so that was definitely a fail for me like I I again, I don't know why why they had to go and change it. I'M nervous they're going to change the sunscreens because I really like their the sunscreens in the calm line and those are the only ones that they haven't changed, nor have they changed the packaging and I suspect they will change them. So hopefully they don't change them. For the worst Polish Choice did sell the company to uh what is it Estee Lauder, and so they made the they've been making adjustments. I guess all right next product that was gifted to me, and this was an epic fail for reasons. You may not think this is the elemis Frangipani monoi body oil, and I know what you're thinking, of course, she's not going to like a body oil with fragrance. She doesn't use body oils and she's always whining and moaning about fragrance, but I was actually excited to try this because, yes, I don't use body oils, but I do like the scent of Frangipani and this smelled nice. I hope I'm saying that right, I'm probably not this smelled nice and I thought okay, I'm gon na give this a go. All it is is coconut oil and fragrance. So there's nothing magical about this. Now coconut oil. I have a video as a side note on the skin and hair benefits of coconut oil. It has been shown to be helpful for people who have eczema to use coconut oil on the skin. Some people find that it aggravates their acne and for Hair Care. It has been shown to be helpful for reducing Hydro fatigue and this particular oil. They say you can use it on your hair and your body, so I thought maybe I'll give it a go in my hair because you know I like scented hair products. Why not give it a go, however, this gets the award for stupidest most mind-numbingly painful packaging to ever use because it is solid as a rock. This solidifies, it is solid, as rock they tell you to get like some warm water in a bowl and put this in to melt it, but it takes forever to melt all of this. It takes forever to melt this. I tried putting it on my shower ledge. Maybe hoping the steam would melt, it didn't touch it. It'S 70 degrees. I keep my apartment 70 degrees and it's not cold. So there's that and it solidifies very quickly after you melted it down too the easiest way I found to get this to go from solid. All the way to liquid is to set it on top of my dryer, while the dryer was running for a full dryer cycle, I could get this to liquify. The cap is also really annoying it screws, on which I guess, is kind of nice for this type of product, because if you are going to be putting this in in water, you don't want the water to get into your product right, so the packaging. I guess you know it kind of makes sense from that regard, but it's just overall really difficult, so it smells nice. It feels nice on the skin. You know when it comes to body oils. The reason I don't use them is. I don't really think that they do too much for you sure they may have some antioxidants and again there is research showing that coconut oil. I mean small research, we're not talking about major randomized trials. Here there is small research showing benefit for people with eczema using coconut oil. You know as an alternative moisturizing ingredient but oils they don't really do such a great job like sealing in hydration they're. Not you know, they're not like a full package of just using a moisturizer. They kind of give the skin a nice luminous glow it's more of an experience, but oh my gosh melting. This down takes forever. I don't know who has time for this: the only people I could think that would have time for this are those of you who take baths. I don't have a. I don't take baths. You know a lot of people take these like enjoy taking baths, in which case I could see you know sitting in the tub. You know maybe watching a movie. Some people do that and these big bathtubs they have nowadays are reading a book in the tub and just swirling this around in the bath water, to melt it down and then putting it on the skin as soon as you get out, but man it solidifies pretty Quickly, I went on their website because again this was gifted to me. I went on their website and they have a few other body oils in this exact same packaging um. This is 58. So if you were thinking about buying this for yourself or as a gift to somebody who likes to do Spa nights, I don't know who has time for it the packaging, the process. It is just too high maintenance to high maintenance that so that was a letdown for me for sure all right, the next failed product. For me, I had four fails. This month came in my fabfit fun box. It'S the way, detox shampoo! I was pretty excited to try this because I love it's a clarifying shampoo and I use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove hard water residue from my hair and or styling products, hard water. It does interact with the surfactants and, like your shampoos, it can leave a film on the scalp on the hair strands, make the hair more prone to breakage. So I like using a clarifying shampoo. This one has chelators in it which help to bind up the ions in the hard water, reducing the formation of that soap, scum and it has hydrolyzed keratin, which can help cut down on like uh frizz. But this actually made my hair feel like it had more buildup on it. I don't know what it is about it it just. It did not work out for my hair type. It could just be me and my hair, you know, everyone's hair needs are very, very different. So I'm not saying it's a bad shampoo for everyone, but it was a bad shampoo for me, but it is a popular product. I guess on their website. I think they even sell refills. You know you can buy the refills in the bag. So clearly it's it's one that people it looks to be a popular product from what I can glean online. It'S thirty dollars, but it did not work for me at all. Those were the fails. I reviewed the new products by albolene for you guys this month and the new albolene cleansing balm to me. It'S like. Okay, like you, really didn't change anything other than changing ingredients, but it basically looks looks the same feels the same. Does the same thing acts the same, however, the micellar milk facial cleanser, 15, roughly 15 dollars. This is a great product for makeup removal. If you don't want to do a cleansing oil or cleansing balm, it works really well and it's a product that you can actually leave behind on the skin. It'S a more affordable alternative to one of my favorite products very similar to this. The event event, tolerance, extremely gentle cleansing lotion. This performs exactly the same and you can actually once you use it to wipe off like your makeup, you actually can't don't technically have to rinse it off. I do recommend rinsing it off, but it's very mild. It'S very gentle. If you have eczema sensitive skin, this would be a great option for you for makeup removal. It does a really good job like it takes off the mascara. It leaves the skin feeling actually moisturized. It'S also a good option. If you're experimenting around with makeup - and you don't like what you did or you messed up your eyeliner and you want to take it off, this is a good good thing to use, because again you can leave it on the skin. Leave that residue behind on the skin, I don't recommend doing that like regularly like, for example, if you did eyeliner and messed it up, you want to use a little bit to get it off. I think you, I think, you'd be happy with this. In that regard. Maria fragrance, this is a good product too, for those of you who are always asking about how to remove sunscreen when you're out camping, maybe you don't have access to running water. Consider this it works. Well, the micellar cleansing lotion really does break that film of water resistant sunscreen up, so it works well. Effective gentle relatively inexpensive, give it a try if you're looking for some kind of makeup, remover a few favorites videos ago, I shared with you guys the heat protectant that I still use and love. It'S the Moroccan oil, Perfect Defense, heat protectant works. Well, I do eat style, my hair these days, not every day, but I do when, when I do. This is what I use and I love it. It was in a favorites video a while ago, but this month I discovered a product that I swear was made for me because when it comes to style, hair, styling products, 99 of them just make me look like a grease ball. They don't work on my hair. Styling mousses gels. Well, that's not true. They work on my hair only if a hair stylist puts them on my hair. If I do it, even if I do it exactly like they do it, I always look like a grease ball, like it always just clumps onto certain strands of my hair, and it just doesn't look right this product, however, the Moroccan oil hydrating styling cream this product Is brilliant, because not only does it not look greasy on my hair, but it has this anti-static property to it, and so it helps with the little flyaways the static any kind of frizz. It helps the hair just lay properly, but it's not greasy. It has dimethicone betramonium chloride, argan oil, and it does have fragrance. It smells exactly the same as a heat protectant, but what I like about this is, you can put it on your hair are damp and or dry. I put this on to dance so putting it on to damp hair. Just takes like two pumps: uh work it in from root to end comb it through and let your hair air dry or you can blow dry your hair after, although I don't believe there there's it's, not a heat protectant so make sure you use a heat protectant And I haven't tried using it along with their heat protectant. I'Ve either done one or the other, so I don't know how well they they do if used together anyway, um it's worked out really well, and then I love it on dry. Hair too, like you know, if you ever, are pulling your hair back in a ponytail or whatever, and you have just like it looks a little messy somewhere. You can just take a little bit of this Pat it down. It leaves the hair very soft, but it doesn't make it look greasy and you don't need very much it's easy to work through the hair without it just like glomming on to a few chunks of hair here and there it's worked really well for my hair, I Don'T know how well it works for all hair types and textures, but I assume I would assume just an assumption. I would assume if you have curly hair wavy hair see my hair is naturally very wavy curly wavy hair. I think you would get along well with this. I like it because it's not over it's not drying, see a lot of styling products to me. They dry out my hair strands too much. This is actually moisturizing. This is it's like if the Aveeno, calm and restore oat, gel moisturizer decided to to turn into a hair care product, and that is what this is. It'S it's very nice. It leaves the hair soft, but not greasy, and I love it uh. So it's almost kind of like a leave-in conditioner in a sense, but it has that anti-static property. That'S really handy, especially. You know when you're combing, when you come or dry when you're coming or brushing your hair when it's dry, it's easy for static to appear. This helps get rid of that. The fragrance is nice. It'S not super strong, though, or headache inducing it does linger a bit in the sense that if you put your hair up to your nose, you can smell it, but it's not like giving you a headache. So, at the beginning of the month I travel to New York and while I was there, I found this bag. Kedzie is the brand, and I love this thing because it holds a ton. But it's not like super bulky. It'S vegan um, but it's well made. I love the detailing the hardware. I'Ve been wearing it just like a crossbody bag and that's how I like to wear it, but you could also wear it over the shoulder see how it's got like a thing in the back. Here holds a ton. It holds my vlogging camera, it holds a tripod. It holds my wallet, my glasses um, but it's not bulky and it's great for going through airport security, where you have your stuff right on you, so it has a zipper here in the front that holds a decent amount of stuff. It'S got a cute lining too. It'S leopard print has a pretty big pouch here with a little there's a little pouch here um, so you can fit quite a bit in there and then this is the main body. You can fit a lot in here, a lot uh, as you can see. I have my vlogging camera case and my eyeglass case here is empty. Then the back has this big pouch, so you can slip stuff in there. Like I slipped my phone in there, I have the hardest time finding purses and you guys know I don't buy leather. So I like the bag so much. I went on the website and I got the wallet which is vegan as well and I love it. I took everything out but um you can put your cards here. It has a nice snap closure and then the back. You can put your photo ID and then there's a zipper pouch there. You can hold quite a bit and it slides perfectly see it matches matchy matchy it matches the bag. Slides perfectly in here doesn't take up any space, they have other patterns, other colors. They have other styles different types of wallets. I'M super happy with the quality of these. I discovered it like. I came across it and when I was shopping with you guys in Chelsea Market purses that will accommodate you guys. Um are hard to come by without being like this whole luggage tote thing. It'S not super bulky. You know, like I hate purses that are like open. I just feel like somebody's going to reach in there and steal stuff um. I, like I like bags that you can hold close to what did I watch this month, so I watched the first season of euphoria, someone recommended you guys who watch me. You know I'm really into stories about addiction, so I thought I was really going to like it and for the most part I did it's very graphic, though I don't think I can make it through the second season. I had to take a break. I kind of felt like maybe it was a bad idea to watch it all in one or two. I watched the first season in like two days uh like over a weekend, and it was good. It draws you in like it's a compelling store. It'S an interesting story. I think it was just too graphic for me and I felt, like the characters didn't have a lot of depth to them, maybe maybe in the second season you learn more about the characters. Let me know, but I'm not quite ready for the second season. I need to take a break from it. It left me kind of feeling down and dark, so I had to take a break from it uh, and so I watched that and that's about it anyway. Y'All, that is everything I loved and hated from November. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and that you're having a great first day of December, if you're, watching this on the first or whenever you're watching this, I hope, you're having a wonderful day and if you guys enjoyed this video, give it a thumbs up share With your friends and as always, don't forget, sunscreen And subscribe I'll talk to you guys tomorrow, bye foreign

Carrie Moody: Dr. Dray, I wish I could explain how much I have enjoyed finding your channel. You have helped me deal with personal skin issues and armed me with so much quality information for saving $. All of that, while being a calming, funny, kind, everyday constant. It is quite honestly, incredibly soothing to have you post something different everyday because of your personality and all you bring to your videos....faves or fails, vlogs, shop with me's, whatever...I'm here for them all❤️ Have a great day, Dr. Dray and everybody❤️see y'all tomorrow

mollyjane01: Loved “Euphoria” but yes, it can be a lot to take in. Taking a break sounds like a fine idea to me. I thought Season two is definitely worth watching. Plus, the makeup looks & outfits are bomb. ✨✨

deeqa alii: I used to buy the Elemis body oil because of its nice smell. But in order to use it faster, I use to decant the melted contents from the bottle into a pot with large opening on top and would scoop out small amount and let it melt in the palms of my hands before applying. You are right, because of this hassle, it is not worth the price (42 GBP) for 100ml here in UK.

Nina Burch: The second season of Euphoria is even darker and the character development was better. I definitely felt moments of pure despair and terror, but I left feeling hope. Definitely give it a go once you feel ready!

Maureen Green: So funny about Euphoria. I was visiting my 32 year old son who was watching episodes back to back. And every time I walked into the room he paused it and said he was not going to have that on with his mother in the room.

Femke: Started using the Moroccanoil hydrating styling cream a week ago and it saved my hair as well it’s very moisturising but doesn’t make it look greasy

Lauren Emerick: Ohhhhhhh that bag is CUTE! Reminds me a little of my MZ Wallace bag. I love that it’s just a practical nylon like material with sturdy straps that isn’t too frilly, but is instead soft and sleek. I usually go for black, but that fuchsia is stunning! Edit: also! Probably great for traveling because you can just roll it up and pack it into a larger carry on.

VRA: You have beautiful hair! I let my hair go gray after coloring it blonde for many years and I battle the dullness so anxious to try the Moroccan Oil. Enjoy all your tips. Have a wonderful day everyone!

crash like waves: Really excited about the Moroccan oil hair lotion. I have been LOVING hyaluronic acid in my after shower hair routine but I sometimes feel like I’m not locking in the moisture. That product seems like a good option for a last step!

AmyOfEarth: Yes Euphoria is very graphic but I recommend watching season 2 if you got through season 1 — there is some (also graphic) backstory that lends a lot of depth to some of the characters.

Daniel Barcenas: This is why I will always continue to watch your videos. You tell us the truth about a product! ❤️

Hassan S: I've been using the Moroccan Oil hydrating styling cream for 10+ years! it's my absolute favorite

Brandi Lange: I love the Elemis Frangipani oil, it's one of my absolute favorite scents. I bought it at a spa in Hawaii. I bring it into the shower with me so it can melt in the shower, I don't wait for the entire bottle to melt. Usually just enough for me to use!

Marina: I wouldn’t recommend Euphoria, but I enjoyed Wednesday Addams so much! It is actually more joyful, than dark.

Mignon Alverson: Happy Thursday. Thank you for reiterating about the new Calm cleanser from PC. From what you're describing it sounds like the Eucerin hydrating gel cleanser. It didn't clump but it didn't spread. It kinda stayed in a ball and it felt like it was ice skating over my face. TBH. It was the worst sensorial face cleansing experience. ❤️ Products like this make me want to take a hammer to them while screaming. ( Perimenopause).

Julie O: I LOVE all the Moroccanoil products I’ve tried. The dry shampoo dark tones is awesome. I’m going to have to try that hydrating cream. I’m very wavy/curly and coarse hair so I’m always getting frizzy and fuzz.

Debbie Walker: Happy December Dr. Dray ! Love the purse, and purple is my favorite color. I use the the Moroccan Hair oil and like it, but you have to be light handed with it, otherwise, too oily. Smells sooo good ! Thanks for the reviews ! ☺️☺️

Dee-Dee S.: I actually predicted what you were going to say about the Elemis oil. I bought a small bottle and sat and stared at the packaging trying to figure out how to open it. I opened it properly but nothing came out. Put it aside. Tried again a week later. Finally called them and they said to warm it up. What??? It is a nice product but I feel like it could be designed more efficiently and effectively.

Jessica L Townshend: I hated the Ouai detox shampoo. It definitely clarified and deep cleaned, but every time I turned my head for the two days afterwards, I would get a whiff of perfume. Realized I was getting a headache from the scent. So now I'm back to the Suave clarifying shampoo, which is much more affordable. Especially for a product I only use 1 to 2 times per month.

Stephanie Butler: I love the Moroccanoil haircare! The hydrating styling cream, light oil, dry shampoo, and curl cream are my favorites!

Laura Trant: I have time for the Elemis oil and it melts pretty quickly when I'm taking a bath (which I adore), also smells wonderful. I have not tried it in my hair, but I will now!

Lauren: Always look forward to the beginning of the month because of these videos Thank you dr.dray!

mary ann Gonzalez: Happy Thursday Dr Dray and everyone another great video always look forward to monthly faves and fails love tomom and Tybee

Gabriela Drummond Ellison: I've wanted to try Moroccan oil products for years, and last month I finally got 2 leave in - one of them was the hydrating styling. Both definitely did not worked for me, no matter how many times and different ways I tried to use them. My hair is wavy, frizzy, fine and dry. Is a real shame because everyone loves their products and I was super excited. A good addiction theme series to watch is Sharp Objects, one of my favorite ever!

ChrispyCritter: Hiddy ho (ho ho), Dr. D and happy December! Thanks for this great review. I purposely just got Hulu so that I could watch “Only Murders in the Building” with Steve Martin, Selena Gomez and Martin Short and I’ve already binged Season 1. It’s great and I recommend that one, especially if you like murder mysteries thrown in with comedy. Have a great rest of the week! xoxo Christine in sunny & breezy CO ☀️

Karen Fejta: I use the Elemis body oil. Yes the fact that it hardens is kind of crazy making. I put it in a coffee mug of hot water while I'm drinking my coffee and then as soon as enough of it has melted for me to get any of it out of the bottle that's when I use it. My nail technician said that it's really great for your nails which is why I bought it. But I also really like it for my hair. Not so much for my body.

Lin Lee: Always a great vid n chat. I enjoy your review and honesty unlike influencers. Your perspective on things are on point with me esp on Eurphoria, I didn’t enjoy it, was actually triggering to watch. But I’ve heard great things of the show, all actors/actresses in it. Thanks Dr. Dray

Catherine Jager: Love the bag Hands free is a must-have for me!

Susan Olson: Happy Dec 1. Six days until the Winter Solstice…the days begin to get longer And 24 days till Christmas Love the bag. It would be great for the one carry one and one personal item on a trip. Have been looking for a heat protector. Thank you for the recommendation.

Mary Lawman: Thanks for sharing your favs and fails. Love the cute bag and wallet. Happy Thursday, Dr Dray! Hope you have a peaceful evening.

Itzya Labrada: Great video, Dr Dray! Weird thing about the solid oil when there's ways to make it liquid

deSeriosa: You should watch the show Wednesday on Netflix. I thought an Addams family remake would be so overdone by now but it's actually really great writing, directing and acting.

Laura Strobel: I received a sample of the Moroccan Oil Hydrating Styling Cream. I have naturally curly hair and I liked it too. Thanks Dr Dray, Happy December

Violet: 4:12 To de-solidify the Elemis bottle, use a container like a stainless steel wine chiller, put a couple of inches of room temp water in it and then fill to half way with boiling hot water from an electric kettle. Then put the Elemis bottle in. After a five minutes, dump out the water, put the Elemis bottle in the container and fill the wine chiller with boiling water (since your Elemis bottle is warmed up it can tolerate hot water and metal will dissippate heat). This should de-solidify the oil. Keep the bottle on top of your fridge which is usually a warm place in the house.

Joyzote: I really want to thank you for keeping it up for the better of us. Happy Holidays

Kae-Toya Lee: I take baths but I don't fancy melting a bath oil every day. The Loccitane shower oil is good enough for me. I use the Aveeno body oil for a bit of va va voom if I want to boost my moisturiser.

Jennifer Britzke: I found that when I use the OUAI shampoo, I need to use VERY little and emulsify it thoroughly in my hands first. This has changed the life of my hair. I do use a shower head filter though due to hard water. Maybe that makes a difference? Great video as always!

BMW: Back again…Wednesday on Netflix is amazing!! If you need a new show. It’s so well done and the characters are excellent.

Sammy G: Oh girl. I needed a year between seasons of Euphoria. But it’s so good. Also I learned to love the Ouai shampoo. I was using too much and cut down to maybe a quarter size amount and it wasn’t so drying. ❤

Froodychick: Happy December! I love the purse. I like to have lots of pockets without bulk.

eddie☆: Season 2 of Euphoria is sadly not as good as the first one, aside from some magisterial acting from Zendaya, it's not as thoughtfully written. However, you should check out the bonus episodes (they are set right after the events of S1) which focus 100% on Rue and Jules, they are completely character driven and are very intense and beautifully written and acted. Happy December Dr Dray!

Lisa W: I hate when smaller companies have products you love and then they sell to these big companies and they screw up the formulas. I been stopped buying from Paula's Choice. Thank you for the homesty

MeadowLark Yoga: Dr. Dray, I always appreciate your very well informed and researched posts, particularly regarding care for aging skin! Do you provide virtual consultations for Tretinoin prescriptions -- or can you recommend someone who does? I'd like a prescription and I learned in a chat thread in one of your other posts that GoodRx only prescribes Tretinoin for acne. Also - have you ever reviewed Proactiv products? I searched but couldn't find that. Maybe your readers can advise. Thank you!

Nathalie Gignac: Yes the styling cream from morrocanoil is fantastic been using on my frizzy curly hair and very good and dosent makes your hair down and look flat or greasy

Rose DeMates: I got a glass bottle of coconut oil like that before. I would bring a pot of water to a light simmer on the stove and put the bottle in. That worked within a couple of minutes to melt it and within a couple of minutes of removing the bottle it was warm to the touch and ready to use.

Sharlene: Thank you for the great reviews and recommendations as always ❤

Meggie Price: Live for faves and fail! Happy rainy Thursday!

breanne love: Thank you Dr. Dray I'm always grateful to you for sharing your wealth of knowledge.

Stephanie Nause: I’m obsessed with that moroccan oil styling cream. I mix a pump of the oil in. It makes my hair so hydrated but not greasy So so good. I use it on dry hair

Suzu: I had a fail last week with CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser for Normal to Dry skin which I bought for my 63 year old mom who has drier skin in Sierra Nevadas. She prefers cleansers that foam (but not like that thick rich shaving cream lather/velvet foam) which this didn't. We prefer normal bubbles/lather that can really remove dirt and sebum which leaves your face feeling weightless and clean. I gave this (cream) cleanser a try out of curiosity and wow did it leave my face oily (I'm already oily as it is) and feeling heavy. I bought it from Walmart in store, so the packaging didn't indicate its "non foaming" unlike the Amazon description. Had the packaging indicated "cream cleanser" I would've steered clear since I know my moms preferences. Watching stuff: Peripheral on Prime is great! I highly recommend if you're into sci fi and time travel Bags: I love it! I can rarely find a bag that's mature looking but yet functional and efficient for everyday use. I have a Saksroots convertible crossbody/mini backpack which has been decent but I like the capacity the Kedzie seems to offer, I'm definitely going to check it out!

BMW: Happy December!! Love faves and fails!❤

Nada B: Happy December Everyone! Just my annual reminder to use protective gloves to assemble your Christmas tree. The handling/lifting ones are the best from your dollar/hardware store. Apart from keeping your hands, cuticles and nails lovely for the festive season; it makes putting up your tree more pleasurable and easier to do it methodically...branch by branch, without slacking-off towards the top! Also apply hand and barrier creams before you put on the ornaments. ‍♀️❤

L R: I would love to see you do a video on erethyma ab igne and how to treat it. I have endometriosis (11% of women do), and most of our population suffer from this as a result of heat use

Melissa gaines: Amen on your feedback of the Elemis body oil. It smells amazing but it’s the biggest pain to deal with.

ebrucansu9: My fave type of video. I keep hearing about morroccan oil, might try eventually. I caved in at black friday sales and bought Color WOW Anti-frizz spray. I know this one very popular too. I wonder what's Dr Dray's opinions on this one.

Yvonne Adrian: I have been using the Moroccan Oil products for years! I have tried other brands but always come back. I have salt & pepper, wavy, dry hair and love the Moroccan products.

Mandeep Bharaj: I have used the Elemis body oil. It was gifted to me too. You just put it in a bowl/sink of hot water. Takes 2 minutes max. Used a whole bottle. It’s my Saturday night treat. Don’t use warm water.

Margie Ryne: Thank you so much for all the great information! Happy December 1st!

Tony J: enjoy your Thursday guys xo

Uncle Charlie: Extra virgin coconut oil has to be at 76 degrees to melt I’m pretty sure. I use it on my toes daily because it’s anti bacterial and microbial. Works really good!

toni sullivan: I agree on the Elemis oil. Only thing it is good for is travel. I put it in hot water in my bathroom sink while I shower. Definitely won't repurchase. Smells great.

Carmen Munoz: I love it too Moroccan oil cream works for curly hair ‍ perfect

Alysha L: Yay! Love favs and fails

B Kat: I love Moroccanoil in general! Their curl cream is 10/10.

thanos field: Happy December Dr.Dray and everyone i hope you are well and have a wonderful time you know decorating and creating xmas thingies. Dear Dray your reaction according the body oil was graphic enjoyed them to the core and it's your opinion you aren't moaning or throwing a tantrum of a sort, it is you point of view (and a secret i agree with you/ pinky swear that you gonna keep it (my secret) ). Love the bag fabulous purple and magenta kind of color matchy matchy wallet and i also don't like leather not my thing at all . Xmas is coming so let's be jolly and kind and love each other let us all pass by our differences and other labels that are put upon us and be happy and caring towards one and other.

Sayantani Dasgupta: Happy December & advance happy new year to you..keep it up never stop making your helpful honest reviewes

MalloryW: I just started using the Moroccan oil cream a few weeks ago and I LOVE it!

MarieJosee Pitre: The Elemis product could be melted it and transferred it in a jar for ease of use

Tonya Yon: Agree with you on Elemis oil.I have to put it into a bowl of hot water an hour before my bath or shower.I do enjoy the scent and a scalp massage with it.However, I will not repurchase.

Barbie Blue: Speaking of aveeno - Costco has some aveeno & hydro boost specials. I love the prices on winter coats & clothing at Costco

david shabas: Hi Dr Dray happy to be here on Thursday for Dr Dray time i live for this❤

Katherine Jones Debay: Oh, FYI, as you are experimenting with eyeshadow, when you get to cream shadows, Shelby Wilson and Amanda Z are the very best for choosing, demonstrating, reviewing high-end and budget cream shadows. Have fun!

bellla1103: Morrocanoil curl styling cream is also fabulous and a staple for years.

Christine: I laughed at what you say about your hair looking like a greaseball unless the stylist puts in the products because same here! I don't know why/how, I swear I do the same thing the stylist does but I get different results! I'll try your rec, thanks!

francine: I use to use Paula when she owned the company and was the cosmetic cop...YEARS AGO... Was losing the vision even before she sold it to Estee Lauder it came down to the only thing I would buy was the cleanser it became so expensive I found Vani cream cleanser much better and at a decent price.

CMaz: I use a different product with coconut oil and I have found if I lay it down on the shower floor while I'm showering it will melt. Not all of it completely melts but enough for me to get out. The one I use is also a plastic bottle so I can squeeze to get it out, the glass would definitely be more difficult.

maya: Hey Dr Dray ! Please review pillowtalkderm skincare it looks so good

Barbie Blue: I think blow-dry professor recommends morccanoil styling products. I think. One of the reasons I like showers in the am is that if I were to put products in my hair at night, by the morning, my fine hair would be too flat.

sharotej: An older, over-the-top show about addiction is "Nurse Jackie" with Edie Falco. Highly recommended.

No Name: Your hair has been looking great lately.

Jumping Bee: Shows I really loved this year: "Succession" (HBO) S3 "House of the Dragon" S1 a Game of Thrones Prequel (HBO) "ANDOR" (Disney+) a standalone Star Wars series that's actually more of a political realistic Sci fi show by the guy who made "House of Cards" and yep that surprised everyone.

Lizzy J: The Elemis body oil was perfect in Bali because it was melted the whole time. I bought it with the intention of taking it to hot Asian countries

206glacier: I got a travel size of the new PC Calm Cleanser to try it out, and it lathers totally fine for me.

Kathleen Yan: I also love the Moroccan oil products I use them all even the hairspray. My hair is fine and dry from too much colouring.

Wendy Berger: Hi dr. Dray.. what’s your thoughts on neutrogenia’s pro-retinol .3%? I used it and got so red and flakey and dry.. I contacted my dermatologist and she wanted me to stop it and return back Trentinoin. The neutrogena pro retinol .3% she thought may have something I might be allergic to. But it was fragrance free!

Rebecca Koon: you should do vlogmas

Tracy D: Well whenever Estée Lauder, P&G, Unilever, L’Oréal and LVMH take over, the products we know and love will be changed into something that’s subpar. Might as well move on to the next.

Rebecca Koon: I have to try that morracan oil cream you mentioned thanks for the recommendation

Rogelio Aiko: Happy December to all!

Liz O: Would love for you to review Frownies <3 Curious your opinion of it too!

S J: I wondered if we are related... while listening you describe your hair and your likes for a purse! Lol... I have the same issues with fine, wavy hair and have a hard time finding a purse I like. I don't know who designs these things! Anyway, I enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing.

krumble: Hey Dr Dray I have idiopathic intracranial hypertension in remission. Have been advised retinol use in contraindicated as it can raise intracranial pressure. Is this true? Can you recommend anything I can use instead that will be somewhere near as effective preventing skin ageing and treating fine lines? Thank you

Momo: Dr Dray, this question doesn’t have anything to do with this video, but I can’t find an answer online, so I thought, maybe, you could tell me. The question is, is it okay not to apply sunscreen as much in the winter as you would during the summer? I still apply once or twice a day, would that be enough? For context, I only spend around 2 hours a day outside, and I almost always have the blinds in my house closed. Also, where I live, it gets dark at around 4 p.m during the winter. Thank you in advance.

Vickie Mendoza: I need a bag & wallet like that! Cute!

Rochelle Secord: The OUAI shampoo also has sooo much perfume in it that I threw up after my shower. I received this in my subscription box so I had no idea in advance. Admittedly I am very sensitive to fragrance but I have literally never suffered from any product so badly.

Ivelina Pancheva: I can't believe the stupidity of this Elemis package... I love cocnut oil masks on my hair, but I'd only buy them in jars. Wasn't Elemis supposed to be a bougie brand, what's up with this nail breaker of a pcg?

R: No sting or burn on the eyes ,use it all over the eyes ,,Love it ..Walgreens Sensitive SPF 50. Thank You

Joan Vignocchi: It's Murphy's Law that hair looks best coming out of the salon. I can't understand how to use all the tools at home! It NEVER looks the same!

Maricel Gundayao: Happy Thursday, Dr. Dray ☀️
