Hello Mature silver hair beauties. Let's talk some more Hair care for us Mature women. What's new for my ritual..

Hey everyone, it's Sarah! Thank you so much for stopping by to visit with me, it's great to have you. It'S been a while my husband and I, since the last time I filmed we've been bouncing back and forth who's going to be sick, the longest and more. It'S just been awful, combined with the Wisconsin cold winter and wisconsinites friends have told me Sarah. This is not a bad winter, it's pretty it's pretty mild, considering and I'm like. I'Ve only escaped to California, oh for so many years, that I've missed out on all of this exciting cold weather and so um being sick, the cold and then also having that the heat on in the house that artificial heat that just everything combined just seemed to Suck all the life out of my hair and my skin and just everything so um. I want to talk a little bit about restoring some of that Health to my hair, and maybe this can help you as well, if you're going through any um experience such as drier hair, more dull, hair, more limp hair or maybe itchy scalp or something drier skin. Whatever, where that hydration, no matter how much you put on your skin or whatever it just seems to just not go the way you want it to go. So one of the things that I thought about my hair was: what can I do? It was so glimp and just not manageable, and I couldn't one bad hair day after the other, of course, not being able to take care of it. The way I wanted to being sick, you know it cost you, so I I've really thought about this. A lot. I'M usually a person that likes to use a apple, cider, vinegar with some water after I wash my hair, every other shampoo or once a month, something but I'll use it when I feel like necessary, but this time I thought. No, you know what I want to get in there and try a clarifying shampoo, which I haven't done in years, and so I did some research trying to look around to see which one do I want to use. There'S so many out there which one's going to benefit my hair to try and restore it because it's so it just just. It was just terrible I and uh so looking things over. I found this one and it's um by biomedic hair science. It'S the k-18. I don't know if you could see this k-18. It'S a peptide, prep detox shampoo. So it's going to clarify your hair, but it's got some like supposed to some really good stuff in here. Let me see anyway um. It will go ahead to break down some of the dirt. That'S lodged in your hair shaft, some of the oils that have just been been there for a while the metals and um hard mineral Waters and just different things that are going to really get make your hair, limp and dull. And so it's got a peptide thing. In here that's going to nourish your hair and it's going to remove all that buildup and get you to reset your hair back to square one, and then we can go ahead and start business. So I just tried this for the first time. So it's still a review. I haven't tried it too long and I did I I used it and I'm pretty happy with it. It'S my hair is so much better at Square One. What I did was I washed it and then afterwards I applied a conditioner. You just needed, I just needed something, so I did that and then I air dried, my hair and then, of course, I've got a flat iron it because my hair's got so many textures on the bottom. It'S so curly that even flat ironing it it takes an effort to get that out, and then it goes into waves and a little bit of more straighter up here right at the crown in the top. So I just want to balance everything out. So I like that flat iron look, so I choose to do one heat tool and that's a flat iron. It'S best to do that with gray hair, because and very gently sew and you're going to want to use um some type of a heat protector on your hair, because your hair can Scorch and if you use that flat iron too hot or you don't use a Protector and you just go over it a couple of times, you could Scorch your hair. You know like it's like ironing, a precious silk blouse and you put it on there just a little bit too long and you get that little bit of yellowing. Well, that's like your hair, so um you can get that. So I highly recommend a blow dry, um, a spray to just Prime that hair and make it make it safer to use your whatever heat tool you use, and personally I love Argan Oil. It'S so good for the hair so um. I got all these Argan Oil Products. Whenever I see them and I'm lucky enough, did I get them all at TJ Maxx, I'm not sure, but I know I got these two. It'S the blow dryer celerator, and this hydrating condition that you put on your hair when it's dry - or at least I do does it say, dry or wet. It'S a leave-in, styling cream and you can apply it to damp or to dry hair. And just I just work it in at the ends and then work it on the way up, and it helps with my frizzies because sometimes gray hair does that it wants to frizz up. Just it just doesn't have the oils that it did at one time. But my hair has always been frizzy wanting to just frizz up and if I'm not careful, my hair just blows up like this, like the 80s look, came very easy for me anyway, um so those two, but I also have a glossing oil and it's supposed to Help boost your coloring and here again control some frizz. These are paraben, free has no sulfates in them or anything, and when my hair is all done, I'll go ahead and just use a little pump, sometimes to work it in my hands work. The ends of my hair and going up to the top, and it really works to hydrate my hair, just make it just so much more healthy. Looking purple shampoo, I use that maybe every other shampoo, maybe the third time around. I wash my hair twice a week. Still and it's perfect in between I'll go ahead and use a dry, shampoo and I've been trying different ones so we'll get into that at another time, but it's uh the purple shampoo, I'm still using that by the way, uh purple shampoo, your hair, looks fabulous because It doesn't contain any fillers or just anything or silicones parabens, none of that stuff, no animal testing. I try. I look. I want to see those little bunny ears as much as possible, so I'll go ahead and use these great products and finish off with a finishing spray, because it helps with the humidity and I sprayed my hair a couple times today. So go ahead and it really locks in that humidity and helps it's got a little bit of a scent to it, but it's Pleasant anyway. Um! That'S what I've been doing now with this detox shampoo. The next time I wash my hair, which will be maybe tomorrow, is with this pH balance. They have a pH balance after you use the clarifying shampoo. They have a pH balance, which is going to help to maintain that pH balance in your hair. It'S gon na. So that your scalp doesn't get so dried out and it keeps it healthy, you want to keep a healthy scalp for you to keep healthy hair. So I'm going to give that a good try and we'll give reviews, and I will go ahead and give reviews on those when um after I've used them a little bit more, but so far so good. So I've been using that, and it's not just what you put on your hair, it's what goes in you've got to get your vegetables in got to get your fruits in your amino acids. The proteins just the right kind of things that are going to help your skin and your hair. Sometimes you know now that I'm older, oh, my gosh, it seems like need a little bit more help than I ever did, but I'm still like a little kid. I need the um, the gummies, the Hair, Skin and nails, and this is by Nature's Bounty tastes good. It'S got 2500 micrograms of biotin in here and some vitamin E and vitamin C in here - probably not but yeah, not much of either of those but uh. It'S very, I really like this so I'll use that when I want to grab something really quick and um, I you know, I drink those green juices. I'Ve already just finished one just before my espresso and tried to drink that and some of the vegetable juices that are out there, no sugar, please I get enough sugar, you know and uh I bought these recently. These are called smarter greens and there's some soft chews in here, and I've already had these after um, my oh gosh, you know what I have in the morning is um half a bagel with avocado spread all across and then, when I have it, I put a Sliced tomato on there - and it is so good, so I had that for breakfast and because the avocado there you go good for the skin and good for the hair, the good healthy fats. So I did that and here's this um too, and it's like a burgundy color and it's a soft too, and it's very tasty and then, let's start chewing in front of you. I won't be able to talk anyway, um just different things that I do one other thing. Um that I like to do is remember in the in the day they had this um VO5. If you remember that - and it was a hot oil treatment, they might even have it out still I'm not quite sure but uh this I just bought - and I hope it's I it's um hydrates do dry, scalp and Smooths your split ends. It'S a hot oil treatment and I was so excited to see it. I was just a team TJ Maxx and I was like all excited: it's Rosemary and mint hot oil, um hair treatment and it's got biotin in it. So I will go ahead in the next few days before I shampoo my hair again and use this hot oil treatment, gray, hair hair and even coloring. Here when I colored my hair, it was always dry. My thing was drier than than it is now and my hair was more coarser than it is now now. My hair is um, so much more soft. You either get coarse, gray, hair or you get the more soft. I have the more soft hair and my hair is growing. I don't know, let me see how would I show you this, so you could see the dark. The difference, if you can tell between the back of my hair and under my hair versus the very top of my hair, it's kind of crazy, so I've got a lot of brown in my hair, so it makes for a lot of different uh Dimensions. To my hair, so these are some of the things I'm doing and remember beauty comes from within. You can be um somebody that could be, and I've seen this. I have seen this where a beautiful woman, you just look at her and she's so beautiful, and then she opens up her mouth and a harsh and mean way, and it's like oh changes things I wouldn't want to be that for anything. What it just reflects - and I bet you anything - that's a scam call. That'S you know we get one of those every hour around the hour. Not kid you not, but anyway. Thank you. So much for being here, it's great to see you it's been a while. I know, and I don't know where the phone is, but I'm listening, yep, it's a scam call. They hang up as soon as the the recorder goes on crazy. Anyway, you take care, and, if uh, if you'd like once, you tell me what you use to detox your hair or to get yourself back on track, it's always good to share with your mature sisters, which we can all do to maintain um a good, healthy lifestyle And good good feeling about ourselves as we age so anyway, you take care and hope to see you very soon bye for now,

LeadMeToPeace Jeanie: I loved all this information about helping our hair out in these days! I took notes. It is so good to see you, Sarah! You look beautiful! I'm so sorry you were sick and I hope you continue to get better and stay better! Love you! Have a great weekend! Love and hugs, Jeanie xxoo

trixiegirlism: We sold our warm weather winter home this year and it's our first winter here in Kansas for 12 years, so I can relate. My hair and skin has taken a tole too. I haven't used a clarifying shampoo in years because I'm afraid of striping the color, but probably should before my next color. Your hair is so amazing, you should be a hair model. We still have a land line too and those scam calls go on and on all day. Only use my cell for emergencies and only give that number to a select few. Still like the land line for everything else, because you can hear the answering machine from anywhere in the house and don't have to go hunting for cell phone to see who's calling when at home. Good to see you today Sarah. Laurie

Terri Reyes: Hi Sara, what a pleasant surprise to see you. Thank you so much for sharing your most informative video. You look great!
