My Hair Growth Results Using Rosemary Essential Oil

Hey everyone: how are you doing this morning? It'S marla. Hopefully everybody is doing well, hopefully everybody is staying away from covet. I hope our area here in boulder is really not that bad that i can see. I don't see you know that we're getting that. Many more cases per day - thankfully i think sometimes they'll mention that we have five more cases of it, but the deaths while they've gone up they've gone up very slowly, so fingers crossed my state doesn't become the next florida or new york. I feel so sorry for people in those states they've really been hit really hard. Texas too, so you know, like i said, fingers crossed, but so far we've been okay. Here i don't know anybody in my neighborhood at least anybody. That'S you know said anything that has it everybody's out running or walking, or they seem to be okay. So that's the update on the health of my area with this whole pandemic. I'Ve been out going to my doctors. I go shopping for my groceries. Things like that. I'M not as fearful as i was originally about the disease, but i'm still very cautious. Let'S see if there's any other updates. I want to give you before i talk about my hair. I think that's it for now what i want to talk about really quickly. I'M going to give you a quick update on my hair growth, i'm going to show you before and after pictures of when i first started this journey, and you know what it looks like now after you know, i'm trying to figure out how long i've been putting This stuff on my hair, i originally started putting jamaican black, castor oil on my temple area, because that seems to be the area that genetically my mom had a little bit of recession. My dad had a little bit of recession. My brother has a little bit of recession. That is my trouble spot area, my temples, so that's really where i focused putting on jamaican black castor oil last year. I think it was is when i introduced rosemary, essential oil. I got this rosemary pure essential oil. Off of amazon, i read several articles about rosemary, essential oil, how it is really good for helping hair growth. I also saw one study where they compared it to minoxidil, and it really did fare just as well as minoxidil in growing hair. As a matter of fact, there's one plastic surgeon and if i can find his video, i will put it down in my description box. He also talks about rosemary oil for hair growth. So what i do is, i just put some of this in this cap and then i get a brush and the brush. I use looks like this and then i use this brush. I dip it in the cap and then i paint it on my temples and i've been doing this with the rosemary oil. Now i think, for over a year like i said, i started a couple years ago with jamaican black castor oil, but i kind of stopped using that and i've stuck strictly with rosemary oil gon na do a comparison now. The before picture is not the original picture that i took with my camera. What it is is i put up a video, and i showed my temples before i did this. I cannot find the original footage of that on my camera, so what i did was i went to my video on youtube, used my iphone and filmed the video on my iphone. If you kind of understand what i'm saying so it's not super super clear, but you can definitely see it so i'm going to do a before and after after using rosemary oil, now definitely for over a year now - and i am very happy with it - it's not Like it's given me, you know bushy hair. It definitely has filled in that area. Just a touch, and i hope, if i use it for several more years, it will help that area grow. Now i am big on using things to make hair grow. I use grande lash on my eyelashes. I had bald spots on my eyelashes several years ago. I mean scary, bald spots on my eyelashes. I started using grande lash and my eyelashes have all grown in now and i use grande lash, probably maybe two to three times a week. That'S it and they've done great, and now what i'm doing is i'm actually testing out a new serum on my eyebrows and i'm going to see if i can get some of these bald spots on my brows, mainly in the middle filled in as a matter of Fact i started using it and i can already tell a little bit of a difference in my eyebrows, but i'll talk to you about that in another video. Let me get to showing the comparisons of my temple area. Well, i'll. Tell you right now that i am really really impressed so far with what the rosemary oil has done to my temples. I plan to continue using it. I think you can see a difference between both my left and my right temple. I really like the idea that it's more of a natural way to try to have my hair grow and i'll see what happens after i've been using it for a couple years to see. If that area even gets thicker. The only downside to it is, it does have a very kind of offensive smell, but that's okay to me. I use it when i'm home doing nothing. I put it on leave it on for about, i would say, four to five hours, the longer the better - and i do that - probably twice a week just in the area that i noticed a little bit of thinning, mainly my temples. This is the update on rosemary oil.
