Hi guys, i'm going to share with you the oils that i used to oil, my hair, and there are six of them and i think they help promote hair growth. First oil is pumpkin seed oil and we're gon na warm the oil up, and this is hot water. Just gon na put some hot water here. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamin, a and e, and it's a good antioxidant, so don't fight any free radicals. That is on the scalp, and so it protects the scalp. Next, i'm going to use castor oil and i'm putting the castrol in a different container, because i want most of the castor oil on my scalp, rather than the length of my hair and castor castrol promotes hair growth. Next, i'm going to use flaxseed oil and flaxseed oil is rich in omega-3 and that nourished the hair follicles and it have a really nice feel that next, i'm going to use primrose oil and pro primrose oil is an anti-inflammatory oil. So it prevents any um redness of the scalp or inflammation of the skull next we're going to use the essential oil it, which is lavender essential oil and that nourished the hair follicles and have a common effect overall on the entire body. Next, i'm going to use rosemary, essential oil and that blocks dht, which can cause hair loss and it promotes hair growth and essential oils are very good because it is the essence of the plants, and it goes straight to your entire body, so it basically affect every Cells in your body, so it's great for health, i'm going to apply all six oils to my scalp and the one with this, with the pumpkin seed to the rest of my hair for the application. I i just put. I mix everything stir it in, and i use one of these droppers this. I just saved the bottle with safety. Butter good get the dropper and i'm gon na put this casserole on my scalp, because i have a really hard time when i try to wash this castor or trim the to my my hair itself, so the rest of the oil i'm gon na put it on The ends of my hair because it's easier to wash out - and i don't want to use too much shampoo - trying to wash out the castor oil and just be very gentle with your hair um. You know no roughness in it. It'S nice to play around with the oils define which oil work best for your hair, because everybody here is different, so different oil reacts differently with other people with different people here, so have fun playing around with the oils until you find one that is perfect for Your hair make sure you give your hair a good, massage and that's very important to sculpt and and then i just put my hair in a braid and put the bonnet on and sleep with it. So that's it. Thank you. You
