Faster, thicker hair growth with homemade Aloe vera hair treatment for children. Wash day routine - https://youtu.be/lgulzPtWHUU

In today's video, I'm gon na be showing you a simple, wash and prep day routine. That is going to help. You grow your hair, faster thicker and longer. So if you're truly ready to accelerate the health and growth of your hair, then please continue to watch all right family. So the most critical part of a healthy hair journey is a clean head of hair. So, to do this, I normally start my routine with washing my hair. I normally do this with my hair, either twist it up or braid it up to cut down my wash day process. It not only cuts down the time it takes to wash my hair. It also cuts down on drying time, detangling time and braiding time. So when I'm washing my hair, the most important part of this process to me is my scalp. It is very important that you have a clean scalp, and this is one of the reasons I decided to embark on this weekly wash day routine, all right family, so I'm out of the shower. This is what my hair looks like. As you can see, my hair is still wet, but it has shrunk right on up because my hair is the queen of shrinkage, but I'm so happy to see my afro look so healthy y'all. My hair is coming together. So what I do is when my hair is still wet fresh out of the shower. I do go ahead and twist it up or braid it up, really quick, so that it doesn't tangle and make it hard for me to do my protective styles. So this is what I've done here. The next phase of this is applying my aloe vera oil. This oil is amazing at growing and thickening your hair. What I like to do is grab a cup or a bowl empty, my oil into it, so that it's easy to access when I'm braiding my hair. So the next thing I'm going to need is a wide tooth comb. So, as you can see, my hair is still wet, so all I'm doing here is taking my twist out detangling my hair, so that I can start the braiding process again family. If you haven't seen any of my videos, if your hair is a hundred percent natural, please do not use a brush on your hair, always use a wide tooth comb or a detangling brush, and always make sure that when you detangle your hair, it is either wet Or it has some kind of leave-in conditioner grease or something that makes your hair easy to detangle. Please do not comb or brush through your hair when it's dry that is going to cause massive breakage. You always want to have some form of detangler in your hair. Alright family, so I'm just going through and taking my twist out, detangling it and getting it ready. It'S a braid foreign looks like again. My hair has gotten thicker, it's gotten healthier, it shrinks. So this is not the real length of it, but it is looking good and I'm so so proud of my hair y'all, I'm proud all right. So I'm gon na section my hair off in two sections: I'm gon na work with one side, but I'm gon na twist the other side, so it doesn't dry up and tingle up on me all right. So using my fingers here to part my hair. My hair is super curly and the comb just does not do it for me, and sometimes it gets cut in my hair. It starts to tingle and family. If you know you know natural hair, is it's a workout y'all? It'S a workout, so I do use the comb to detangle my hair, but I don't use it to part my hair because again it causes breakage at times all right family. So here is my cup. So the reason I put the oil in the cup is because it's easy for me to just reach in grab a little bit of oil. Rub it onto my hair and also massage my scalp, and then I work my way to the ends making sure to get my ends. So it's not frizzy and dry, and then I go back in with my comb to make sure that it is completely detangled so that when I do go back to braided it doesn't tangle and break on me. So, as I braid, I usually dip my fingers in the oil as I braid my hair down, if that makes sense, so you're gon na see that I'm gon na have some oil on my hands on my neck. My hair is going to be super moist and again, if you follow me for a while. This is the process that works for me. When I do my protective style, my hair is usually soaked or saturated with my leave-in conditioner or my oil. In this case, I'm using the 100 aloe vera hair growth, oil. I do connect my braids so that it's easy for me to put my wigs on or whatever protective style, I'm wearing this protective style is going to be under a wig anyway, so it doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to facilitate hair growth, and that is the goal alright. So moving on to the next braid here, that is Little Miss Nadia, my three-year-old daughter. She is just running around the place and wondering what I'm doing and she's, also due for a wash day. Routine as well as you can see from her hair, so she's gon na be up next anyway. So moving on to my braids here, as you can see, I am connecting my braids as I go foreign ly so moving on to the other side and I'm actually almost done y'all. I only have this one braid left and I'm going to connect both braids to this one braid, to make it one. It'S a mouthful but you'll see what I'm talking about here. This feels really really good. Y'All the aloe vera oil feels really good on the scalp. As I've said before, it has this tingling clean feeling because of the mint in it, and it just feels light you'll see that I have a lot of oil on my hand here, but that is no problem at all, because that is going to dry Away really Fast because the oil is actually very light y'all, I have used a lot of the oil here to do this protective style. That is why it looks a little messy, but this is the routine I use, and this is the routine. I'Ve always used to get length thickness and health family, as I braid my hair. My arms get really really tired. Y'All dealing with natural hair is like a workout y'all. I always consider my wash days arm day. So then, after the braids, I'm gon na go ahead and tingle it or entangle it with all of the rest of the hair, so that we have one tiny little bun in the back of my hair, then I'm gon na use my dropper to apply some of The oil to my hairline, well, not my hairline, my parts. I use my fingers to massage it in so it's not dripping and dropping everywhere. So that is all I'm doing here, see how clean healthy and fresh my scalp looks alright, so I'm gon na use my cap to cover up my hair, especially if I do this at night. This is what I use to go to sleep, so I kept the cap on for about an hour and then I took it off and, as you can see here, all of the mess is gone. My scalp looks dry but, most importantly, my hair looks nice neat and ready for the week all right family, so that is it for my wash and prep day routine. Luwana Bennett: WOW! Your afro is so beautiful and healthy looking! I am currently in the process of growing out my relaxed hair. It's taking awhile, but I'm looking forward to seeing my natural curls come in. I was taught to hate my natural hair and for the first time in my life I want to learn to love and embrace it! ❤️❤️❤️

me all day: Hey Mercy! You are just so inspiring overall. I didn't do a big chop to start my natural journey. It was basically heat trained and in the process, I did get a lil damage but nothing a few trims and treatments couldn't fix. I've achieved the desired length and it's still growing. My only issue now is obtaining thickness and volume. It's been recommended that I stick to my blowouts during the winter, and wear more protective styles during the warmer months. I watched a few of your videos and got some really good ideas on where to start. 1st, I gotta get this oil!!! Thank you so much for sharing and spreading the love. Any tips that you can add would be greatly appreciated. God Bless beautiful!
