How to manage your hair while working out and getting really sweaty? I have several tips for this. First is to apply dry shampoo before you work out that way, it can absorb the oils as they start to oil. Another tip is to keep your hair pulled up away from the base of your neck, like where your head and neck meet. That, at least for me, is where sweat tends to pull. So if I'm wearing a really low, bun or a low ponytail that just traps heat and makes it even sweatier and greasier, but obviously you can't prevent yourself from sweating. So after a workout, something that can be helpful is to blast your roots with a blow dryer.
