In this one cup of water, you have to put half teaspoon of nigella powder. If you don't have powder, So you can also use whole seeds. There is no problem. not hard to make powder. You can grind the seeds at home. No worries at all. If there is a powder, then take half a teaspoon of powder.. If there is a whole seed, then one teaspoon of whole seeds., let it boil we have to boil it until it becomes in a concentrated for 2 to 3 spoon. We have to boil it till then, please, don't let it burn leave to boil and cover it.. Now, let's go to mix the rest. First of all, take one tablespoon, aloe vera gel in a bowl Shelf life is reduced. I will give you all the links in the description box below you can use that. after taking one tablespoon of rose water. You will realize fragrance Because this serum is going to be quite aromatic, so you can use it in a dilute form for your length as well and the third ingredient which we need here that is 10 drops of Rosemary, Essential oil. This is a power pack, ingredients Dermatologists many times suggest minoxidil. All of you will be surprised that rosemary essential oil beats minoxidil. Yes, It is very potent and there is no side effect, only the great result. Another thing that has challenged minoxidil is fennel seeds.. We are bringing that decoction as well all the powerful and potent things are there that you are going to be really happy When your decoction is left with 2 to 3 tablespoons after boiling, or you can consider a half cup, you can filter it and keep it Separate, if you have a coffee strainer, it will Filter it more accurate. You can also use this by dropper. If you use flax seeds, you have to do the application by your hand. I hope that's very clear to you, Those who use it can understand Those who don't know. I am just giving an idea. Aloe Vera Gel makes its Smooth and you can use dropper, but you can't do this with flaxseed after whisking it properly. You have to store it in a container glass. One is better because it increases the life; otherwise you can store it any container which is available and your hair serum is absolutely ready. Now, Its application is more important than its preparation, was.. How you can do the application after taking a bath when your hair is wet? You have to put this serum in your hand and very gently. You have to massage your wet hair. Why in wet hair, then it spreads very easily. No smell will come. It'S not oily, you won't have any problems. However, the problem is it makes my hair so so frizzy If I put anything other than coconut oil, my hair becomes frizzy. And only coconut oil doesn't help with hair growth..Any suggestion?
Bhuvika Rathore: Water (1 cup) + Kalonji (1 table spoon) - Boil it till it it concentrated to 1-2 spoons. Take 1 tbsp aloe vera gel,. 1 tbsp Rose water, 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Add the decoction after straining it into the mixture and mix it. .. Store it in a glass jar and after taking shower massage it in wet hair and let it dry naturally.
