Grow Your Hair Longer and Stronger using Yao women secrets !

In this video, I talk about what YAO women do to grow their hair longer and stronger. They keep their hair very healthy by shampooing their hair with only rice water in which they infuse orange or pomelos peels, as well as tea seed residues.

I talk about how rice water will help you grow longer and stronger hair.

I also show you how I use it on my natural hair. I actually use it in different ways. Sometimes I rinse the rice water, sometimes I don't.

My spray bottle: http://bit.ly/HairSprayBottle

You can also see a demonstration here: http://bit.ly/KadimaOBP

If you use orange peels, use them from an organic orange !

You can do the exact same procedure as Yao Women:

1) Rinse your rice with water by rubbing your rice into it.

2) Keep the first rice-rinsing water and ferment it for one week.

3) Put the water into a boil and add orange or pomelos peels (organic), as well as crushed green tea seed residues. You can also use green tea leaves !

3) Let the rice water mixture cool down.

4) You can use it as the last rinse during your hair wash routine. You can use it before or after shampooing, as a conditioner or as a co-wash.

If you only shampoo your hair with this rice water mixture, I advise you to not use any industrial hair care products on your hair. Use only very light natural products.

The seeds that Yao women use are tea seeds which scientific name is Camellia Sinensis. It is NOT tea tree or chamomile tea ! The scientific name of tea tree is Melaleuca Alternifolia and the scientific name of chamomile tea is Chamaemelum nobile.

Inositol is very important molecule in rice water as I said in this video !

Rice water helps with hair growth and length retention as the same time. Inositol reduces the surface friction of your hair and increases hair's elasticity. Therefore, HAIR BREAKAGE will be reduced significantly !

Inositol penetrates the hair fibre and stays inside it even after rinsing. It protects and keep your hair healthy !

Rice water contains B-vitamins and minerals such as manganese, magnesium, selenium, phosphorus and potassium which are beneficial for your skin, scalp and hair follicles.

Brown rice has higher nutrient content !

Don't hesitate to tell me if you have already tested rice water on your hair! My skin also loves it ! Haha !

Hi everybody today, I'm going to talk about rice, water to grow your hair, longer rice, water for hair is used traditionally by some women, especially young women. Young people is an ethnic group located in China, Laos, Vietnam, Burma, etc. How do ya women prepare their rice, water, yah women rinse their rice with water? By rubbing the rice between their hands, then they ferment the resulting rice water for one week after that they boil the fermented, rice, water and add orange or pomelo spills. They also add cheese, seed residues into the boil in fermented, rice, water. Then they let the rice water cool down and use it to wash their hair. I wanted to specify that the scientific name of T is camellia sinensis and it is the tea that is used to make green or black tea. Yahoo women often use tea oil for cooking. They crush the seeds to extract the oil from them and use the seed residues in their rice, water, young women are known to have very long hair and they wash their hair with rice water every two to three days. Why will rice water help? You grow longer? Hair rice, water contains a very important molecule called inositol. Inositol will help you a lot with length retention because, firstly, it reduces the surface friction of your hair and, secondly, it increases your hair elasticity. What is surface friction it's when your hair strands rub each other, and this friction that matches your hair cut occurs, which is the external layer of your hair strands. Therefore, inositol helps to protect the external layer of your hair, also inositol penetrates into your hair and stays inside it. So, even after rinsing, your hair, the protective and beauty buying effects of inositol is maintained. On the long-term, your hair breakage will significantly decrease because inositol will make your hair stronger and your hairs elasticity will increase according to Luke Salvatore are the cosmetic inositol? Is an anti-static agent: it reduces static electricity and prevents your hair from being electrical. It is also a hair, conditioner or conditioning agent, which makes your hair soft easy to calm Chiney and gives it volume light, etc. It is also a humectant. A humectant maintains the water content of a cosmetic in its packaging and on the skin, so I guess it will improve the moisture retention of your hair to rice. Water contains a lot of other molecules besides inositol, which strengthen and protect your hair. They also have a positive effect on your skin, your scalp and your hair follicles rice water contains nutrients such as the vitamin B group B. Vitamins are easily destroyed when heated, so I cannot guarantee you if there will be B vitamins in your rice, water, however, rice water contains minerals such as manganese, magnesium, selenium phosphorus and potassium, which have a positive effect on your skin, your scalp and your hair follicles, and Your hair follicles needs nutrients to grow, hair, faster, thicker and stronger. Now women use the rice they plant by themselves and the resulting rice. Water is really thick. I guess their rice is not affected by pollution and is of really high quality. So I advise you to use organic rice, water coming from locations where the pollution low or non-existent. You can use brown rice if you want to it's actually higher in nutrients, but me I use organic quite wise and I don't use the rinsing water. I used water after cooking the rice completely, you can do as you. Please me. I prefer to use the rice water after cooking the rice completely, because I think it's more efficient, more concentrated and actually in the Caribbean at least where I grew up in Guadeloupe. We use the rice, water after cooking the rice completely to treat digestive problems such as diarrhea, so I really think that the water after cooking the rice is of high quality. It has medicinal properties. I really think that this water has medicinal properties, so I use it as my grandmother would use it, and it's actually more convenient for me to use it like that. Now, I'm going to show you a demonstration. First put your rice in your cooking pot. It'S then rinse your rice, two to three times you can keep the rinsing water or simply throw it now add a lot of water in your pot. Then cook your rice completely once your rice is totally cooked, pour the rice water into a strainer and let it cool down in a glass bowl here. Is my rice, water totally cooled down. I let it sit for three days in a fresh area before using it. There was no change in texture or smell it just smelled like rice, then I transfer the rice water in the spray bottle to make it easier to use. For me, young ni, Yahoo. She give me in a young earth mana. When did she give me dirty one? You can also rinse your hair using a bowl. It'S way faster like this, but it depends on your preference. Don'T hesitate to shake your rice water to make it more homogeneous. Now you do my shop deeply. I apply the rice water on my scalp and all of them. I hear by devising my hair in sections it's when finished, applying rice, water on my scalp and all over my hair. I add more on my scalp until nothing is left, then I put my hair in the plastic bag and a towel to add some heat, and I let it sit for at least 20 minutes now. You'D in my shop deeply die baby i'ma make you, sir mommy. Did she give me Familia in the yard? She gave me a liar ma now. When did she give me dusty one, my grandpa? She gave me another thing, so any mana be looking after at least 20 minutes. I mean everything, that's it for this video. Don'T hesitate to tell me if you have already used rice, water on your hair and if you got positive results or not, don't forget to subscribe and share my videos to support my channel. I see you in the next one: bye, bye,

WiseLady7: I just did my first ricewater treatment, and it left my hair very soft but also strengthened! I also noticed the increased level of elasticity, and my hair appeared slightly darker, almost black-looking. I also have less frizz, and my hair wasn't super tangled! I am definitely including ricewater in my hair regimen! Since my hair is protein-sensitive and ricewater is high in protein, I left it in for only 10 minutes. I also added organic castor oil. I believe adding castor oil to the ricewater added to my hair being more moisturized than normal. Plus, my scalp felt so refreshed and "unclogged." No more itchy scalp, too!!! I love, love, love your channel!

Zombaaaay: I love that u explain everything throughly then include a demonstration. Thank u ❤

Quiesha Denise: It definitely works I did this and went from neck length to bra strap length in a matter in months great video

Bobby H: I have been using rice water for the past month and have seen very good results. However, I do not boil the rice water as it will remove some of the beneficial properties out. I let the organic brown rice water sit in distilled water in a mason jar for 12-24 hrs them drain the rice water and use it. I let it sit on my hair for 1 hour then rinse off. I love using rice water. My hair has been growing.

Linspiration's Haircare: U are such an inspiration I also started growing my hair about a year ago now its long and strong and super thick And now I'm starting to help others do the same, power to us girls :)

GodsLove IsInfinite: Thank you, I'm barely discovering this and you have explained it so much better than all the other vids I have watched on rice water growth. I appreciate you and your knowledge on the topic because I was scared to try it but now after watching this I feel more at ease. Wish me luck

Ari Mills: Am I the only one who thinks the voice she’s uses for the questions is hilarious....love your style❤️

Create Your Best Version: Your hair is sooooo beautiful and thank you for sharing this information!

Delores Callen: Thanks for this information but I do have some Questions: 1. Do you wash your hair before you apply your Rice Water solution? 2. If you don't wash your hair before you apply the R.W., do you wash it afterwards? 3. Do you Deep Condition your hair as the last step before you style your hair? 4. How often do you do this process of R.W. rinsing? 5. How long do you leave the R.W. solution on your hair before your rinse it out? P.S. I'm new to this and I know that there are many people doing this but I want to use your method, with your help my hair and my grand daughter hair will grow long, strong and more healthy! You have some BEAUTIFUL HAIR and THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Pink High Heels Bayo: Totally going to try now! Thanks for the Demo. Few Questions. Have you ever left the rice water on your hair for a few days? Do you stay away from heat on your hair? And also, Did you have long beautiful hair ( and It is beautiful) before the rice water?

Breona Ellis-Jones: Hi! Must I always wash it out? Or can I leave it in sometimes as a curl refresher?

Royale Clay: Yes, I used rice water to rinse my hair with for the first time and I was shocked! The shedding was very minimal. It did feel a little dry, but it was the first time using rice water so I wasn't concerned. My hair is so strong and a lot thicker. No lie! I already made my next batch of rice water so I have it ready for next time I shampoo my hair.

The Kymm Show: I'm going to try this it's so simple and looks easy!!! Thanks!

Lady Nails: Just came across your video I literally just used for the first. And when I say it’s a miracle from Jesus Christ! My hair was very straight and brittle because I relaxed my hair and my hair is naturally curly I damaged it and it started shedding my scalp was really itchy and sore. I poured it on my hair and scalp massaged it in and my whole head is very curly an tight my hair looks darker healthy and soft. This really works

Sherry: I’m glad you wrote a book about all of this. Trying to go through all of this information online can be confusing and discouraging.

Linda Venable: Yes, I've used the rice water. I can tell you, that I am so happy! My hair is more manageable, and I can finally get the comb through it like I need to. After my hair is washed and rinsed out, what took me 3- 4 hours to braid, now takes me 1 hour or less. Thank you so much. I Love your video's. Stay Blessed.

Lau Lau: Honestly the best video on rice water. I have heard so much about this but am well convinced to try it after watching this. Thank you

ya Min: This is it for both for hair and skin. No expensive product necessary :)

Sesshōmaru: Best and most informative video on rice water I’ve ever seen. Thank you!! Clearly you’ve done your proper extensive research! And I love your accent ♥️

1Shavi: Thanks for sharing the English version, I really enjoy your videos! I tried washing my hair with rice water once, but with unboiled rice water. Soon I'll try it again with boiled rice water.

ElizaHTB: I’m going to try this! Thank you! You have gorgeous hair!☺️

Kiki Rumble: Beautiful Hair. How often do you do this and also when you started this treatment how long was your hair to start with? x

Inspire Strength: This is the best explanation on you tube I have seen concerning rice water treatment for natural hair. I have used it before but iIstopped because of the smell. because of your explanation I will start again and use the orange peel to get rid of the smell.xoxo

Hana: When I first used rice water on my hair, I noticed results immediately (I didn't boil it btw. I let it ferment for 24 hours). I have 4C hair, so the shrinkage is normally very real for me, however, I noticed that after rinsing out the rice water then my conditioner, my hair did not shrink up nearly as much as it normally would. My coils were looser as well. Also, this past month I have been dealing with itchy scalp and dandruff issues, despite the fact that I wash my hair every two weeks, which has always worked for me no problem. I washed my hair a week ago and the entire week, my head did not itch uncontrollably like it did before. The dandruff is still prevalent, but I believe that has more to do with the fact that I've been using hair product everyday this week (something I don't usually do; I usually moisturize my hair every two days or so). But, anyway, I can't wait to use the rice treatment again. I even purchased the Rice Water Hydrating Deep Conditioner to test the results and see if it's as effective as letting actual rice ferment/ boiling rice before application. Great video, and I look forward to seeing how continuous use will affect my hair :)

Shardaè She Is: You have one the YouTube curly hair community award for the best video on rice water out there. Thank you miss! ✨✨

Tiffany Becton: Thank You for sharing! I love your hair! I’ll definitely be trying this out for myself.

didbyBRI: Yay! I needed this! Will definitely be trying this!

DESTINY PARIS: very informative thank you very much x

The King and I: I prepared my rice water last week and it's been on my hair for 30 min so far. This treatment is great. I've been using rice water consistently for 6 months with black rice. I will start boiling the rice water and adding the orange peel God willing I hope I receive even better results by rinsing and boiling. I'm Grenadian so I will start drinking rice water as well like you suggested. Thank you God bless.

RandomVielleuse: What a useful video! And you're such a beautiful person. Thank you so much for this. :)

Kay_Szn: Bonne vidéo! J'ai beaucoup appris. Est-il préférable d'utiliser ce rinçage avant ou après le shampooing?

doThatGWalk: I actually didn't know all of the scientific properties of rice water! It hasn't been this well explained so I had no clue! I will actually look into doing it this year.

Sweets Perfection: Thanks sooooooo much for sharing. I have been researching this methods for sometime. Could not stop the shedding/breakage problems. The rice water stopped this after one use. I am hooked. In my search for help, I had little to no money, and unemployed. Other than stress factors, being 50+ did nothing to help my problem (hormones) ladies. I did try first with no pomelo peels and the carmellia oil, and there was a difference in my right away. Has been a week with no shedding or breakage. If anyone wants to know its best to order the extract/oil of the pomela and camellia than try buying items themselves, because they are hard to find. By the way you are the second person I have seen or read who has done some true research. Thanks.

tahira1: I am going to try the method of applying you use. I have been pouring it over my hair and catching it in a bowl to reapply. Which leaves my hair very wet and water draining out of the bag down my back. This spray method looks easier. Thanks

Nyotakikora1: I just discovered your channel, and glad I did!. How often do you do this? And do you do it on clean hair first? Thank you ma'am...great video

Just K: I have been using rice water for months, and can definitely see a difference in the amount of hair shed after my ENTIRE wash day process. Also hair does seem more elastic and break less. I added some ayurvedic herbs to the water before fermenting, and found it tempers the effects of Rice water's protein.
