I need to know what you guys think about the melanin hair care products and let's talk, let's really really talk about this, because some things are funny and some things are not so funny. Okay, I took out my hearing. I took out my clothes. I took out everything come on talk to me. Okay, so we have more. People join in. I feel really bad starting something and people have not joined. I'Ve used it on my my hair is low porosity. My daughter's here is high porosity. My older daughter is normal proxy. We'Ve used it on heart, our care proxy, and I'm gon na tell you the truth about the melanin. Multi use something living conditioner, this kinda colleagues, it can't do several things, it says several things and I believe, abuse it. On the sixth day, six things I don't know what is seventh inning, so some true that I will let you know number one truth about this product is, it is very expensive number one truth. It is very expensive. I bought this for eighteen dollars. Shipping was ten dollars, so that's a total of twenty eight dollars that I spent on this. I told my husband guest today, I'm not no. Yesterday last week I was like oh I'm gon na have to review this store product that I bought for $ 28. It was I come again, I said $ 28. He said really really I mean out of all the products you amp, you don't have. You have to go and buy something. I said baby, that's what we do PJ product junkie. That'S what we do. I said. Okay, so first thing for us: it is very expensive, hopefully she'll be able to get a shipping down or whatever, if you guys are in other countries, you're gon na pay way more than I did the last amount of money. And then, if somebody paid was a hundred and something dollars to get this shipped internationally, so you know you paper custom, you pay for all that stuff. So, okay, let me tell you something that the person, the second thing, yeah yeah, we love not 25. I love nachos if I got Metta before she's a sweet lady, so the cost is one of the truths I should know about it. I don't have truth about this. Is that not everybody can use it? I let me tell you something why I said not. Everybody can use it the way that she says it can be used. I am low porosity. This has a lot of protein. It has protein in it, okay, so the first time I ever used this product. Okay, that I posted, is the first use this product. My hair was clean, but my hair after I put in my product, I put it in my the product, my hair, my hair had a funny weird feeling to it. It felt as if it hadn't felt before it felt really weird and stuff, and so I said maybe my hair wasn't so so clean. So what I did was that I decided to clarify my head next time. I used it on my hair did feel a little bit but a little bit better, but to think that, I should tell you that, unlike how, when people use it in their hair and their pre point and they're going like that, they're, like oh, my god. This is so it detangles my hair really well, it didn't do that for my hair, I just have to be honest, but that was like with the sleep please with the sleep. I was like great to sleep with the sleep. Well, the sleep does everybody is talking about. Where is the sleep? I couldn't figure out where they sleep? I was like all. Thank you guys. You are telling me that is this clip. This is seriously. I couldn't figure out with the sleep was I'm like. I did on my shimmy, you know: where is this slippery feeling everybody's talking about till today? When I determine my hair is probably wash I couldn't find the sleep okay, I nude under my bed. I looked at my children's drawers. I lived in my underwear drawers. I looked at my cabinet and looked in my boxes. There was no sleep. I couldn't find this clip. My hair was like so I don't know. Maybe something is wrong. Okay, I don't. Ladies, something is wrong, so guess what I did again. I clarified my hair game and I say: okay, let's start again and my hair is like girl, you're torturing me girl. You had to torture me. I carried back my hair again for the third time, and I said let's do this again so, instead of using to detangle my hair, I didn't detangle my hair with it. I didn't leave it as a pretty pool because it gave me that weird feeling, so I shampooed my hair with my normal shampoo. I said: let's try that deep conditioner. So you know there are two things they you're here pre-poo. So I say altar number three: where soldiers marching in the war to figure out how to use these expensive products that my husband is pins up at our bow about like. Why did you spend my money buy this stuff? So deep conditioning I tried it on my daughter's here deep conditioning, my oldest daughters, yeah. She asked for see here thick thick hair. I need something thick like this uh-huh. This is what God did conditioner I hate it like it. I hear wasn't feeling it I hear was just like gosh. I was like seriously - and I was thinking about this - is the one product that was some our problem or buying so many different, deep conditioners. I hate it in lighting, so I said: okay, fine, so scratch that go back to the drain port. For my hair, my hair was like it's okay me, my second. My second only have two children twice. My youngest daughter, I hear is more like 3 C 4, a 4b 4c I hands greedy here, so it will swap like all that different texture. I have different texture so be greedy as leptin. I here was like I kind of like it. I'M like. I know you greedy here, you like, if you always liked everything, expensive stuff, to be taxing moistening, yet expensive, expensive, illogical, currently go to Dawa, see Dada anyway. I said in your buy that just and I you love expensive tastes, may your husband be able to take care of you or something anyway, a hair loved it. So I prosti silky silky those kind of opium in many many here. You know what we call wait. A minute here - pasta. 3C: you know the back girl. I said: okay, I hear liked it. You say you can use this, as is as a living, conditioner leave-in conditioner. I decided to use as living conditioner on my hair when I used a leave-in conditioner with on my hair on its own. You know this silica. Is it as a deep conditioner, leave-in conditioner hi happy Sunday limit conditioner, and then you don't have to use anything with it or you can go or whatever I use it as a little conditioner only. The second is in the second day that night, my hair was not dry, but my hair was on the verge of dryness. Knowing you feel you're in your life, she died moisturize. Oh she done push. I said. You know I needed bulletproof, so I put this and then I put on oil. This is not the wall. I put on oil and then I put this like bulletproof and guess what my hair stood moisturized for two days. I said good all this wahala for nothing for two days: melted moisturizer! I was like okay. Well, you manage that so then I said this Elsa stay. Moisturized longer than two days so, the next time I sweated a king, I said I shall we do this. I said I use this as a living. Remember, boleros, leave-in conditioner. I got an oil use. This is all I got my butter or whatever I use the butter on top and guess what I don't said. I need something powerful to stop the moisture from escaping, and then I got my one that cross wonder, wonder wonder I got my wand across get set here gel. This helps lock in moisture. It'S a jelly. Is it it's like a gel, but, unlike other Joe's, that, like drought, your hair and everything, this gel actually makes your hair break boys choice and I now took it. I took this that I put it on top. I guess what happened you're not know what happened. Even I use this one too. Okay, so I say butter. I also use this Kadima Coco mango butter. Okay, guess what I've told you guys? You guys want to know this ant, that is the natural 85 curl look at that. That is the natural 85 cross. You guys see this, you see now. If I were you watching that I would not change the five clothes. I got that 285 girls. This is yes, we are somewhere. We are so happy because we are not 285 close. That 285 close. I finally got the truth about natural 85 and I got did not rate five curls. You know where she does I've, no money zero. So that is the truth about it. That is the only way I've been able to use this product, and it has lasted a moisture hope you guys enjoyed this. I will not be using this product again, I'm gon na use it as a living after that I'll use an oil after that, our user butter or a moisturizer and the power behind it. The real thing behind it is this. This is the thing that made it work for me, this guy, a hair. I will always add it to my stash. I'M gon na go buy some more because this is the truth. I'M not repurchase and people. It'S too much work too much work, trying to figure out what works and what doesn't work. For me, this is too much work for me will likely repurchase yeah. No, I will not be repurchasing this because it is too expensive. I'M cheap, it is too expensive, but this one I'm always going to add it. It smells good. What am I use this? My husband doesn't chase me away from the bed. You guys what I use did mothers like it smells something my city smells Strongbow. For me, this one I use decided once used for film if I use this buzzwords like well. This is my husband. If I use this, I'm gon na have this. So I tell you I'm if you guys ever, if you guys ever ever, yeah, not Melanie was gon na start. I'M sorry, this is the star. Wonder, crowd gets a jelly. I will always always shout this out if you want something that'll make your cross day, the wind has blown my hair. My hair used looks exactly what I say on my hair. PreppyFay12: Yeah I had mixed feelings about the line minus the shampoo because I haven’t tried it. I think the line works really well together - I think the formulation is well done in that regard but I had issues with each product individually which led to me giving away the cream and leave-in and contemplating a repurchase of the oil which is nice and indeed multi purpose - the verdict is still out on it. Especially at the time I tried all three of the products in the LOc I was wearing wigs so I wasn’t so preoccupied with the moisture in my hair because I wasn’t wearing it out and exposing it to the elements. I kept them twisted under my wig and washed whenever I needed to although I noticed I had to wash more frequently whether due to scalp irritation or hair dryness needing a quick rinse. The leave-in was too strengthening and dried me out/ it has glycerin in it so it frizzed me out. The cream was too heavy for my hair and no matter how little I used it was too heavy for my strands and the scalp buildup was crazy. It also has glycerin so when I used it to style my hair in an out style it didn’t hold up well and frizzed out quickly and was both greasy, and dry. The oil I will say is light and greaseless and I could oil my scalp and not have irritation. I felt it really helped my scalp not to flake but I’m trying another growth type oil and enjoying that for less money so that’s where I’m at. My hair stats: kinky 4B/4C, fine strands, high porosity, medium density, medium length. Hope this helps someone.

Tedra Needle: You had me cracking up at this review! I know what you are saying about the product. I find it only works as a leave in but paired with her twist elongating cream and my own chebe butter. I get the most juicy styles and stays moisturized for a whole week! No joke! Also, I apply the leave in but do a deep condition with the plastic cap/heat cap first, then move on to the other styling products. This way it can settle in my hair before I add the rest.
Karetha Haith: Thanks for your chat on on the new Melanin product; every product performs differently on each head of hair. The leave-in conditioner works great on my hair as well as the elongating cream and the oil. Melanin products may be expensive, but for me they last a long time (so it's worth it). I really like your channel and your energy is fun. Keep up the good work!
Chris E: I had the same experience. I used it as a co wash it was okay and I used it as a leave in but i feel like it made my hair dry. If you had to put that much product in your hair to make it work then something is wrong with it. My hair was more moisturized before I applied it. It seems like for Low Pros it takes moisture away, making you have to work harder. Thanks for the review. I thought I was the only one. Oh and no slip for me either.

Based on the many rave reviews I've watched so far, like you I was very confident that this conditioner would finally help me stick to just one small set of products and make my hair care life a whole lot simpler but this video has grounded me. Hearing you tell the truth about how the different types of hair in your house reacted makes me realize that I need to wait and see. I really hope I would be one of the lucky users and this leave in would work wonders for my hair without me having to add many more products under and over it .That would defeat the whole purpose of my purchase and because it ain't cheap I would be quite disappointed. AGBK: I think she mentioned this in her videos that her hair is high porosity. I could be wrong but she probably created these products for her hair type. I have watched other people review her products and their hair loved her products basically because their hair is high porosity. Everyone I watched review her products say their low porosity hair didn't like it and they complained about frizz and lack of slip. Thanks for the review. I have all of her products but I have no clue what my hair's porosity is so we shall see what is going to happen.

Reservechic: I am completely fine with the retail costs of Naptural85’s products and I have paid the $10 shipping costs at times, but because I just don’t feel like paying that anymore just for one product to be delivered to me, but I now just stick with buying in bulk so that I can get free shipping. However, I do hope that in the future, her shipping costs will be lowered and that she will offer specials, where people don’t have to always buy 45+ to get free shipping everytime. Now, before she dropped her new multipurpose leave in conditioner, I already had her twist cream and oil blend. However, I didn’t get in on the pre-order, because when I purchase something from online, I just don’t have the patience to wait a super long time for it. So, I ordered 2 bottles of the leave in conditioner after it officially launched and 1 more twist cream as well. If I were to use the leave in conditioner all the many ways you can do do that’s listed on the bottle, I would be done go through just one bottle of it in no time. Which is why, I use it sparingly when I do so, and I have used it as a daily moisturizer+styler when I first received it, and I have used it as a leave in underneath the twist cream, and am using it a a daily moisturizer+styler at the current time. I have fine textured wavy hair, so I don’t need to use a lot of product on my hair at all, because my hair will get weighed down and start feeling greasy when it comes when it comes to any leave in or styling cream. I like the leave in conditioner a lot, however, I do rotate between styling products, so I plan to use it whenever desired, just like the rest of the Melanin Hair Care products that I currently own. I really enjoyed hearing all that you had to say about this new product. As, I really appreciate your complete honesty a whole lot.
