Hi guys welcome back to my channel. My name is tinashe and it is such a pleasure to have you here today, um, let's start off by saying that you're probably into your children, i stay in a place whereby they, you know they're, happy children who play so uh. You probably hear you know just the happy sounds of children playing so today's wash day and we have a hair video and we're going to be reviewing a particular product that i have not really used before um. This is the motions, uh conditioner and also the motions uh shampoo for me. So far, i've just used the the daily moisturizer and it's really good. It'S really it's moisture based. So i was just like okay, so let me give the shampoo and conditioner a try. So i really like how big it is. This is 9 47 a miles for both for both, which is 32 fluid ounces. So this is going to last me a very long time, so um yeah, i think we can just see how it performs um initially for my shampoo, i normally use just the tresemme, that's the one i normally use, and i think that's the one i showed you In in some other video before but uh today, let's try this and then and then we we see, then i'll just give you a proper review of this product. One thing that actually drew me to this product was the fact that um for the shampoo. It'S reason that it's sulfate free, it is an active, moisture, lavish shampoo, it will nourish and restore, and it has shea butter, argan oil and coconut oil, then for the conditioner for the conditioner, i'm actually going to utilize. It like, i would a deep conditioner, but here it says it's active, moisture, plus conditioner. It will nourish and restore um shear butter, argan oil and coconut oil. Those are the ingredients that are that are in here, no sulfates, no parabens, no um yeah. It has so many of the no, it actually doesn't even have also mineral oil. It doesn't have any paraffin, it has not been tested on animals, it does not have any petroleum yeah, so it says instantly penetrates the hair, smoothing softening and providing a glossy shine. Intense moisture, rich blend infused with shea butter, coconut and argan oils helps seal in vital nutrients and stop the cycle of hair dehydration for results that feels moisturized like luxuriously, smooth and soft okay. These are really good claims. Eh. I'M super excited to see how that will play out, and then this is an excellent solution to help nourish it and restore dry damaged, hair textures. So this is the conditioner and then it's saying that the directions are after cleansing, apply an ample amount, uh gently massage into here and rinse after three to five minutes. So so that's the conditioner. Now we'll go to the shampoo. So let me read what it says at the back of this um shampoo. It says all new, moisture, sulfate, free, active, moisture, lavish shampoo gosh, that's a mouthful hey! That is a mouthful and it's a boy. It'S involved! Look at this. Can you see it's actually bold? Um restores hair's natural, moisture balance, while gently cleansing and detangling intense moisture-rich blend infused with sheer butter, coconut and argan oils helps it in vital, nourishment and stop the cycle of hair dehydration for hair. That feels moisturized luxurious, smooth and soft excellent solution to help nourish hair and restore dry damaged, hair texture. So what i'm going to do is i'm just going to you know the deal i normally just start off by uh preparing my hair. This is what i'm, using to pre-poo container tresemme conditioner, a mixture of oils that is um yeah. So this is a mixture of oils, um, olive oil, macadamia oil and also um olive oil, avocado oil. So these are the two oils that are in here and then i remember that i have this amla oil for people who've used this this amla oil, that's in the kenyan market. How good is it can someone tell me how good this is yeah? So i i i i have a little bit remaining, so that's what um so so i have a little bit remaining. So that's what i'm going to use, but if anyone has used this, please let me know please let me know if this is as good as the amla oil itself yeah. Let me know so what i'm going to do is for us not to have a really long video. I'M just going to put you guys on time lapse. Then we can see how we are going about this okay, so i'm done with the pre-poo. So now what i'm going to do is just use my heat cap to just make sure that at least all all the moisture is you know incorporated into my hair shaft for this process. So that's what i'm just going to do next um and then after that, um i'll, just go and now use the shampoo. I might not be able to take you to the place where i do that, because it's a bit dark, so you really won't be able to see much so i'll just come back and then let you know how it went and uh. Please just take my word for it hi guys, so i have shampooed. Oh my gosh. I have thoughts and opinions. I have thoughts and opinions. Let me start. Let me start with the positives before we even open this hair. So the shampoo smells nice right. It smells nice, but it does not linger one. Two. Ah, the slip is good. You can actually finger detangle your hair as you're shampooing, which is really really good. Three, when you look at it like just the consistency of it, it it looks nice. It looks pearl like it just looks like a lot of effort has been put into the formulation of this thing: disadvantages disadvantages. Leather. This thing does not lather as well as my tresemme one that i use and for me i really like it to ladder so that i feel, like my you know my my scalp, my hair is being cleansed well. Imagine it does not lather as much it lathers. Yes, but it doesn't lather as much as much as i'm used to then. The other thing is uh quantity. You need more, you need to utilize more of that product. When i compare to the tresemme one, let me not say a little goes a long way, but the quantity i use for the tresemme one. Imagine if i have a smaller bottle than this one that one will last me for longer as compared to this particular bottle, which is really big like how many fluid ounces 32 fluid ounces. So it's actually really really big, so yeah, that's just my experience with it. So far um yeah, it means i'm going to go through this bottle faster than i would the tresemme bottle. So, let's just at least take a look at what my hair is looking like right now, after the shampoo okay wait before we even do that. Let me go take a mirror. I'Ve been i've been winging this thing without a mirror. So let me take a mirror. Okay. So if you see me looking this side, it's because that's where the mirror is so that's why i'm looking that side? And yes, i do use gloves when it comes to all my uh, my hair things, because there's some chemical. I react to i've not yet identified which chemical that is so just for my own uh. You know protection. I have to use gloves. Otherwise my hands will peel yeah, so gosh. Actually, my hair's actually soft. It'S it's! It'S soft! After that shampoo. It'S really soft! After the shampoo - and i feel like it is it's nourished, it's actually most moisturized those claims on the bottle, uh yeah flames on the bottle. True truthwood, yes, so next phase conditioner. So i'm going to use this as as as a deep conditioner and i'm just going to use it like the normal way. I would use my other deep conditioners so that i see whether i need to use more fit or less of it uh yeah. So i'm going to use two tablespoons of of of this. Can you see the consistency? It'S really runny. It'S really runny. The texture just looks like the one for the shampoo. Also it's really runny gosh. I think i'm going to you need more. Let me just put three tablespoons: that's better! So done mixtures of oil lavender oil. A few drops like maybe four drops peppermint oil about four drops as well. My mixture of oils that i used before um, i think we'll just use just one one is enough yeah. So let me just mix it up so that this you can all see how it's looking after we have mixed. So this is how it's looking like, after that whole mixture, very porous, consistency and yeah. So what i'm going to do next is to put you on time lapse, but let me just explain what i'm going to be doing just sectioning my hair then applying the the deep conditioner. Then i'm going to go under a heat cap for about 15 to 20 minutes hi guys, so i am back this product. Has this product has really surprised me? Has it has really really surprised me uh, but before i get into it, i think let's just see how it is looking like. First before i talk about the conditioner itself, my hair is detangled really well. It feels soft. It actually feels very soft and feels healthy. Hey feels strong feels healthy um. What i'm going to do is i want to put in my leave-in conditioner, because i want to air dry it i'm going to proceed to apply leave-in conditioner, i'm using the cantu argan oil leave-in conditioning repair cream, which is this one for this product. A little goes. A long way just this then i'll put some coconut oil just a little bit then warm it up with my hands and then apply i'll do the same to the rest of my head. So i'm done i'm just going to leave my hair to air dry. So, let's talk about these products: let's just talk about these products. Uh they need dimension. Definitely they need dimension. Okay, so also for me, hey side, note i like it when, when products have the cabs approval, i'm in kenya, so i i i feel like they've gone through, you know, checks and balances to see that this product is help is good for for human consumption. In terms of say, if it's eating, if it's just consuming on your face, it is atc. I really like the bit of using products that have been approved by your regulator in wherever you are based in whatever country you are yeah. So these products for starters, they're heavy, very heavy, ah 9, 45 ml, for both of them 32 fluid ounces. Um. Let me first talk about the conditioner, because you've already heard me speak to the shampoo, so the conditioner, i did not need three tablespoons, those three tablespoons. I put too many two too many slip. Did you i'm sure you guys noticed that the slip was really really really good, really gosh, i was. I was actually super amazed i was just like. Am i playing? Am i applying shampoo on this like? What exactly am i am i applying, because i felt like i was applying um shampoo, that's how good it was. So when i was putting it when i was putting it on my hair, i could feel the sort of like it was forming in a way it was forming in a way in a way some air bubbles you could, you could actually feel it as you were. You know just uh uh going through your hair with the product. You could actually feel it and for me i really like i've never experienced such from a conditioner before so i really really liked it. Then when it came to uh washing. Definitely i used a lot. So gosh i i really had to rinse it off like really really hard to rinse it off. I love the results i was going to when i was washing. You know just washing my hair, i could my hair was detangled, it was detangled. Well, i could go through my you know my my my strands nicely, no issues at all, so i really enjoyed this product like this conditioner. I really enjoyed it now. Let'S just go to the over review um. I got these products from cafe gosh, so apologies i'm not going to keep holding them they're heavy. They are so heavy, so i'm not going to keep holding them. So i bought the products in kaffor. They were each going for not more than a thousand shillings. If you have to convert that it is ten dollars, one of them was actually cheaper. I forgotten what it was exactly that was cheaper, but one of them was actually cheaper at around 950 shillings, which is nine dollars fifty cents so uh i got them at cofo. I'M sure i've seen them in beauty supply shops, so i'm sure i'm sure you'll find them there. The bit that i really like the most was um the bits that they are moist like they are moisture. They lean more to the moisture a bit i've seen some um, which product was. I looking hydrolyzed oat protein yeah like i've. I'Ve i've seen some hydrolyzed oat protein. I'Ve seen some hydrolyzed silk in here, but most of the but most of most of what is contained in here is essentially um, moisture based uh and you know humectants. They are all packed in here so, which is why i actually chose it. Then i really like the fact that i did this as a deep conditioner and i think, next time i'll try it just normal conditioning not as a deep conditioner and see how it performs whether my hair will still feel the same. But i really liked it. I actually really really liked it, but the quantity like i said i can't carry this. It is heavy it's a lot. It is really a lot, which is a really good thing for someone who's. Just trying to you know stretch when it comes to buying these products. Um, so that's really good! Now, when it comes to the individual products themselves, the shampoo honestly, i feel like they could have done better for my hair. For me, i feel like they could have really really done better because i'm comparing it with the with the tresemme and it does not compare at all. I had to use a lot of it like really a lot of it and that's not the much i use when i'm using another another shampoo, and even there was another one that i was using before, which was, i think, cosmo. It really doesn't. Yeah, like like the shampoo fine, the slip is really good. I think for these two products slip very, very good, but now, when it comes to the actual performance of what a shampoo is supposed to do, which is ladder, do all those things this one does not really lather that much and uh. To be honest, if i'm to say, will i buy it again? The shampoo? I will definitely not buy it again. If it finishes it finishes, i will not purchase it again. The conditioner, on the other hand, now that one it was honestly speaking, it was a diamond. I really loved it. I enjoyed the experience it opened up my eyes to other things like really wow really enjoyed it. This is something i can purchase again and, as you can see like what i said, you don't really even need three tablespoons. That is too much that is too too much. The slip is really good, so it means you can go on for a really really long time with this conditioner alone. I think this brings us to to the end of this video. I really appreciate your time guys.
