I didn't expect this. I didn't expect this hey TIFF, I'm et welcome back to my channel and um melanin, hair care drop that new new fire and it's in the building y'all she in the building. Okay. So we don't talk about this, leaving conditioner the melamine, haircare multi-use softening leave-in conditioner. We don't talk about it. We'Re gon na test it multiple these because, like they say multi-use, so if you want to know more about this conditioner how it works on low porosity hair, how it works on type 4 here keep watching now when it came to the first launch, I noticed that Everybody in the natural hair community was just so happy that Whitney wife was releasing products that we were a little bit biased. I me the first say I was a little bit biased because I'm a fan, I'm rooting for you to win, so I will make this product work. But now is that second launch? Ok, we already know and love Whitney. We know her products are good. I got ta say the gloves are coming off. The gloves are coming off melanin hair care, not only decided to give us a leave-in conditioner, but they gave us 6 uses in one. This is something we didn't know we needed, but now that we know it's like. Thank you for blessing our life, so I already played around with the texture of the leave-in conditioner and comparing it to the cream now yeah. This is the cream. This has lasted me an entire year, but if you watch my first melanin hair care review, you will notice that this cream was too thick for my low porosity hair. It just sat on my hair if I use it on dry hair. However, it is amazing for our twist out it helps my hair hold moisture, really well bond on wet hair. It was too much for me and you saw that learning curve in my first impressions, video. When you look at the texture of the leave-in conditioner through the bottle, you see that it's very creamy it's relatively thick, but when you pump it out, you notice that the cream melts into your hand, and I'm hoping it's also gon na melt into my hair. I'Ve compared the texture of the leave-in to the texture of the cream, and you really see that it's less thick, it melts more and it has a really nice texture when it comes to the smell. The cream smells like cocoa butter. It'S not a very strong scent and the leave-in conditioner smells like peppermint, also not an overwhelming scent as well. So when you order on the website, you get a nice little card telling you of how you use all three of the products multi-use softening leave-in conditioner. So many different ways you can use it as a conditioner as a deep conditioner as a leave-in conditioner, a detangler, a pre-poo and a daily moisturizer six different ways of using it out of the six. I am going to demonstrate at least four different ways, so I'm excited to start okay, so we're starting this journey by testing this leave-in conditioner as a detangler. So I think a generous amount about two pumps and, as you can see, I start to work it into my hair ends. First and immediately, I'm like so this bad boy is not only melting into my hand. It'S melting into my hair. I think a little bit more because the tangles immediately started to melt away, but the thing with this product is because it melts it does spread easily, but I don't know it doesn't coat. The hair, which is a good thing, look at that tangle, melt away. Look at dad it's good, but since it doesn't coat the hair cuz, it has really good ingredients. I tend to use more, but if you're not new here, you already know that I'm heavy-handed, but this is a good detangler. My fingers glided through my comb, glides, true, and I think you'll also see that my brush glided true as well. Look at my brush glide true. This is a very good detangler. It'S very good! So next up, I'm gon na test it as a pre-poo. So for this, like for a pre-poo, I'm gon na lie, it might not be healthy for my hair, but I need something to coat my hair to have a feeling that I'm doing something and this product doesn't coat the hair it gives you slip. You can see. I have slip but another cult of the hair with filler ingredients, which is good, but for me for me personally, when I use a pre-poo, I want to feel like I have a coating on my hair. So for me you know other people might like it as a pre-poo. It'S just not for me. So the pre-poo was me man. So this is how much I used trying to use it as a detangler and a pre-poo on my entire head and I've moved to the back room, hello, new bathroom setup and i'ma use this conditioner as a rinse out conditioner. Now I apply the same amount on wet hair, starting with my ends. Once again, this gift slip. Okay, slip. Look at my fingers, gliding! True, it's nice, my brush went with it. I can tell you I used about the same amount on dry or wet hair as dry hair, but on wet hair like really wet hair. This gifts slip. Now when I washed this out, it was crazy. I think I left this bullet in my hair for like five minutes after shampoo, and it immediately liked it immediately starts working like it immediately starts working. So it's a very good rinse out conditioner very good, and I was intrigued to see like okay. If it's worked really well as a rinse out, can it do more as a deep conditioner? So here you see me just washing my hair rinsing, my hair again, because this is best apply on soaking wet hair, which increases the slip and, as you can see, look at that slip go and the longer you leave it. The better the hair is doing. Look at that, it's been in my hair for five minutes. How is it already doing this? Ah, I didn't expect this. I didn't expect this. I wanted to be unbiased. It'S gon na be nice guys, the longer you leave this in your hair, the softer your hair becomes. So here I sat under the dryer for 15 minutes and my hair was so soft. I didn't even know it was possible to be more soft than it was as a rinse out conditioner. The only thing I can say this doesn't really give thumping of curls there's gon na be soft. There'S gon na be curl definition, but it's not gon na clump. Your curls, so I rinsed it out and my naked hair was moisturized, was soft. I saw the baby curl poppets. I saw the protein do its work. Look at the before and the after, I feel like my hair was a lot more bouncier and the protein gave it the little bounce that it needed now. At this point I saw how much conditioner I was used, and I was like listen, I'm not rinsing this product out to put it back again, so here, I'm just gon na demonstrate the leave-in properties by leaving it in not rinsing it out anymore, like I feel I can't keep saying that my hair was soft. Coz I've said it. I sound like a broken record, but this is called a softening leaving right. It'S. It makes your hair soft, so deep. Conditioner is amazing, leave-in, conditioner, amazing, and now I'm gon na test it as a refresher blow-dried, my hair and I'm gon na try it on dry hair again to set my twists up now, I'm using a pump to kind of just reactivated the product in the hair. Once again on dry hair, it's amazing it softens. The hair immediately makes the hair more pliable tangles melt away. So I feel like a broken record man. This is really good gon na twist up my hair with it, but I wanted to compare the twisting properties of this to the twisting cream yeah. So with the twisting cream. Listen it's a lot. Thicker makes the hair a little bit less pliable than the leave and does, but still, okay and listen. This cream is better for twisting. I ain't even gon na lie. It gives the twist more structure. It helps to here to hold the twist better. So I was really impressed with that, but it wasn't as moisturized as they leave in now, where it really all comes together is when you lose use a leave-in and a cream together. Now the leavin gives it moisture, it makes it more pliable, mints melts tangles and then the cream gives it that extra hold to really take the form of the twist out. So I would say they work beautifully together. I ain't even gon na lie. She really did the dang thing with this okay, so I twisted it up with the cream as well and then listen. I tried to let my hair dry enough. I was tired, okay, so I did my best and now we saw all six ways of using this leave-in conditioner. Okay. So I'm back it's the next morning and it's been a short night, but I'm gon na get this video to you guys as soon as possible. Cuz you, my hair, is soft soft. That'S how you describe my hair okay, so I did the twist on our blow-dried hair. I gave it just a few hours to dry. I did a few parts with only the twisting cream. Those pieces are dry. So maybe it's not at my hair isn't dry, it's that it feels so moisturized. Maybe it's beard the parts I did with only the cream. Those are dry they've, taken a curl nicely, the parts that I did with the leaving conditioner and the cream. Those are dry as well, those have the curls as well, but they feel softer. This part feels nice feel soft. Like I told you guys, this is a really good cream, but to live in it's a not done level and not done level of moisture. I don't know the leaving conditioner the name says it's a softening leave-in conditioner. It is definitely a softening leave-in conditioner. I couldn't believe how soft and buttery my hair felt when it came out of the twist yeah mom. This is a young mom. If you don't know on my channel, one of the highest praises a product can get from me. If it's your mom, when it comes to the six uses, I actually demonstrated all six when it comes to a detangler, it's great when it comes to a pre-poo. It'S matte that comes to being a rinse out conditioner. It'S awesome when it comes to a deep conditioner. It'S amazing when it comes to a leave-in conditioner, that's a really really really good leave-in conditioner! When it comes to a daily moisturizer, it is mind blowing. So out of the six uses, I would say, five are good great mind blowing and one for me is a mess. It'S like. I'M not gon na use you like a pre-poo purse. Other people can do that. Other people can do that if they want. But for me you got ta, give me a little bit more as a pre-poo, but if you are low porosity, yes, it is low, porosity friendly. If your protein sensitive, however, you might want to watch out. This has hydrolyzed wheat protein in there. It'S not in the few first few ingredients, so it might be okay, but what they do have is amino acids and if you don't know amino acids are the building blocks or the smaller components to form protein, so they're a lot more effective than wheat protein. So if you're Pro insensitive, you might want to watch out for the protein using a different ways. I'M probably not gon na do is this is to fire to use it all of the ways that I used it in this video and, like I said this is not easy to find in the Netherlands. So how am I gon na use this? I'M probably gon na use it the most as a deep conditioner / leave-in, but this is so far as a refresher as well. I don't know: okay, listen if your biggest problem with a product is which of the different ways. Am I gon na use it because all of it is bomb or fire luxury problems man, so I want to know from you. If you have this product, how are you gon na use it? Let me know - and if you don't have this product, I hope this review kind of inspired you to either get it if it's possible in your country, or you know, support that for 85. Thank you so much for watching this video, I'm not gon na make it much longer. I'M gon na place a few videos here and the subscribe button here, and I will see you in the next video bye beauty.

Erika Lee: I have the Melanin leave-in conditioner. I've used it as a leave-in conditioner, detangler, daily moisturizer, & a styler. It worked best on wet hair for me. I'll probably use it as a leave-in conditioner. It made my hair so soft. I love the product!

Lisa Eleanor: I got mine yesterday along with the twisting creme. However I'm not washing this $18 out.....

Sparkle Babe Boutique: I love it on my hair wet!!! I use it as a leave in! I ordered 2 more and another twisting cream! This is a staple for me! Works on my 4a4b hair, works on my daughter's 3c4a, works on my other daughter 4b4c and my husbands 4c hair! Which is amazing because I have never used a product that moisturizes all our hair! I mean like make it super soft and tingles the scalp! I hope she never stops selling this.

Katherine Miller: I would love to try this, but I’m on a product buying detox. Maybe in a few months depending on how well I’m using up my stash.

JOA: Heyy Gurl! I love your channel by the way! I live in Nederland as well and wanted to ask how long did it take to arrive? Also did you also have to pay for extra taxes when it arrived? Normally when I order to NL or Germany from the US, I have to pay extra and it is a bit annoying . Also is the product worth it?

Sherri Okere: Love ya girl. I was so inspired by your video I bought 3 of all her products. I don't want to run-out because shes always sold out!!!

Atiya Lawhorne: I am waiting on my shipment. I plan to use it as an overnight prepoo/detangler and then a deep conitioner/leave in. I chopped my hair off to a TWA a couple months ago so I'm not too worried about using to much too soon but if I still had my waist length it would be deep conditioning/leave-in. I appreciate the unexpected reactions from folks.. it's funny but genuine.

Lisa Eleanor: Soooo I finally used my products. I washed my hair with Maui shampoo and while in the shower I used the leave in bc of my lopo, so I got out of the shower and I had white balls of product just sitting on my hair, so I decided to use it as a DC and sit under the dryer for 45 mins .. much better, and I washed it out when I said I wasn't gonna. I should have gone straight into the styling process. O used the leave in and creme and did twists. So final thoughts. Use leave in on damp/dry hair and I need a gel. All in all I like it

VALENTINE DANGER: I have yet to try any Melanin Hair Care products. Your review is really making me check these products out. Thanks for the video.

celine osondu: I really want to get this leave in before the leave in cameout I was watering down the twisting cream till it was like a leave in it was so good so I could imagine this product

Timetrae: I will be using it as a deep conditioner and a leave in!!!

Vannah S: If you don’t mind me asking when using this with the other Melanin products how long did your hair stay moisturized ?

BevRW: just order 3 more sis. Buy three shipping is free in the states.

Liz Austin: Finally got the chance to view this vid Was looking forward to it Love it! #famirisquad

K J: I use it as a deep conditioner and then leave it in and style

Keya Clayton: I looooove it but I can’t get past the mint smell. I’m just going to have to use it as a deep conditioner so that I can rinse it out. However, it made my hair incredibly soft as a leave in.

Hope: you guys in the states are soo lucky . i dont think we can get this product in the UK
