Everyone so for this recipe it is to make a really nice moisturizing banana hair conditioner like a leave-in, conditioner um, and what you're going to need is half of that. Well, I'm also doubling it because we have two beautiful, ladies, that are going to be doing it. So you're going to need half of ripe banana, which this is my friends, it's very right, as you can tell um, you are going to need a quarter cup of warm water, a lot of warm water you're going to need two tablespoons of honey, and this is Way more than tupid nicely um and then you're going to need 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and you can get this at a Whole Foods, any kind of kind of specialty, store shop or know you can get it GNC it linked to. So the first thing you're going to do is you're going to take your banana and you're going to mash it up and then put it in the blender. Crazy, failed. Okay! So you're going to take your banana you're going to open this you're just going to take little pieces and drop that on in there and then you're going to add your water, half whatta and your honey. Sorry then you're going to take your coconut oil and you're going to take one teaspoon, but since I'm doubling it I'm going to do two in coconut oil is actually really good for your hair, your skin. I heard it's good for if you're like holding its really wonderful on your scalp too, so oops, that's a little bit more than one hey. You guys are so quiet huh, then you're going to blend it until smooth. It'S like you're, making a smoothie before your hair. Dear we're saying it smells like a tropical paradise in here. Actually, I suppose like banana bro, and there is your mixture and you are all set to drink it. I'M just kidding you're all set to put that in your hair. Okay. So now we decide to put both of them together and we're gon na head together were like lost in doing so for the banana lime gon na do is you're gon na put it in some sort of container you're going to shampoo and condition, and do this In the shower um, yes, and so we're going to take the whole mixture that you just made gon na sit you're just gon na bring along your whole feels like and you're gon na kind of start. It smoothly it smell, really and you're going to massage them. In your camera, no all you gon na do so you're done with that. I was like throw up um and then once you're done with that you're just going to take it and it'll probably best to use a shower cap, but you can use a towel as well. Okay, to just tie your hair up to keep your hair warm! No use this but uh like you know. Those turbans happen to you that the Purple's are a baby, there's no one'll in it at all the cordage tropical smoothie nana beretta and it looks like we should cook it shall sanic how about you you for it. It'S hard to love, make sure you get it all in there to get all that! Moisture! Okay and then after you have after you have that banana smoothie in your hair you're just going to keep your shower cap or your towel on your head, you're, going to wait for 30 minutes 3-0 seeds wait for kind of a long time, but it's worth it. Okay, you, okay, so thanks everyone for watching. I hope you guys enjoy this video and I hope you guys end up doing. This is really fun, especially for the summer um yeah, so you guys are like mute and then just like awkwardly. So, thank you to my thank you to my two special guests: dot and Sandra and we'll see you guys next time. Bye,

Gigzy21: Hahaha loved this! Your friends are such great supporters to have you do this to them lol. You all had me giggling with you! Thanks for the recipe! Love coconut oil!! Awesome for scrambling eggs too :) :P

Yu Ming Lui: What a fun video!!! It reminds me of The Body Shop's classic banana conditioner....but this version is of course way more natural - and I'm sure it also tastes great lol!

abrhil: GREAT! i've used bananas in my hair before, and they just make it super soft + help revive the waves in case you have curly/wavy hair :D

Mindy 민디: Yeahhh!!!! DIY!!! :D :D woohoo!! I gotta try this out now!!! I love hair masks and never realized bananas would be perfect. Love you, girl!! <3 <3

Selena Torrealba: I'm so trying this! Thanks for this video!! :)

Megan Pham: I did a hair mask last night with a mixture of an egg, a banana, and olive oil. It worked really well! I'm gonna try the coconut mask as soon as i get my chance to buy some coconut oil.

momo: DIYs are awesome! thanks for sharing :D once you got everything in the blender I got all hungry lol

pinkxlipgloss: Hahaha! Videos with friends are the best. Cause then we get to see how you REALLY interact with people. Like when your pouring it in their hair and theyre freaking out. Bahaha! Had me cracking up. And the pictures at the end were adorable! Question though.. Do you think this would be ok for color treated hair? LOVE YOU JESS! xoxox

Kya Kyng: @Rachel Schmiedeberg You should use coconut oil or olive oil. Both oils penetrates the hair better than any other oil, but olive is alittle greasy. I've done this without water. It makes a creamy consistancy, which makes it better to apply. (in my opinion) :-)

Jeryn Peers: I love this! You think you can replace the coconut oil with olive oil? I unfortunately dont have access to coconut oil :/

Erin Elizabeth: This is WONDERFUL my live! I'll need to try this! What else can you use coconut oil for? Love you!!! Xoxoxo

MisoJenny: Oh jess jess you never cease to surprise me!! <3

beautybyjessicalee: @pewpewpichu yesss coconut oil is so delish in hair! I never realized until I tried it :) hope you enjoy xoxoox

beautybyjessicalee: @classy0507 so trueee!!! Its because we actually did two DIY projects in one day (i deleted one bc it was too long!), so their hair was wet already. Then we got too lazy to record them afterwards because they had to shower after! HAHAHA!!! you are so right though! I didn't even think about it - will do that next time! :) thanks for ur suggestion!

beautybyjessicalee: @pinkxlipgloss :)))) i know i love making videos with friends! makes life so much more fun! And yes! because one of my friends that did this has highlights in her hair, and she loved it :) Love youuuuu!

smc112: Can you sit under the hair dryer with heat to deep condition your hair with this recipe? The ingredients in this recipe are all great for adding moisture. Not sure what the banana does, but since it's natural it should be good. I bought a banana shampoo from the body shop today & it had good reviews.

beautybyjessicalee: @loveJBP I think it would def work! because for the longest time I didn't have coconut oil, so I used argan oil! :)

Anyways, cool idea for conditioner and my hat goes of to you and your two lovely models for a well done highly entertaining video.

Celina Penteado: Hilarious , but the remedy seems to be good. Thanks girls.

jannet213: wont honey change our hair color?

Esthy Anaz: do i later wash off the banana from my hair or am i to carry it like that

natster_nsx: It might've been better to also show what their looked like dry before they used the conditioner and then again dry after they used the conditioner, that way we can see the results better? Not that we wouldn't believe you but just for effect I think it would've been a good idea? Thanks for this tutorial tho!

Gity Behi: thanks----------

Layne Dodge: and it turns out this was just a joke, and some girl just got you to rub honey and banana mush into your hair.....

Petri T: I use coconut cream, if we heat it, it'll be coconut oil. Almond oil is better. Probably allergic of coconut oil cos it's not hygiene. My coconut cream is special for restaurant, it's sterilized, so healthy. I use it for my shampoo/body soap, even on face as moisturizer. But most of time i cook the MIXTURE, then whisk better, after that strain, & I add Dettol anti-septic, so won't feel itchy. Be careful, if live in Asian country where lots of insect/fly there, please add Dettol, pour it until the smell of fruit reduce. If not, you wouldn't realize the fly stay on your hair, and fly will drop the worms from it's butt, then suck /bite skin, especially fly of garbage.
