Silicon Mix Bambu Deep Conditioner Review On Relaxed Hair- Very Impressed:) | Healthy Hair Care

Hi guys my name is tinashe. Thank you so much for joining me this week um. I really appreciate your time um. So today, what we have is actually a hair video, but just to make things a bit more relaxed and just uh sort of have this, as also one of uh. Myself can actually have my humidifier on. So the room is smelling nice and smelling of lavender essential oils. That'S what i'm using! So it's it's! It'S really calming and relaxing, and that's what i really need today just to be calm and relaxed yeah, so the essential oil i'm using is this particular one. It'S called the it's: it's from a brand called aroma essentials and okay, 10ml bottle it's just lavender oil and uh yeah 100, pure organic lavender, oil and um. It'S just relaxing it's it's actually very, very relaxing. This is the one i'm using. So the good thing about these essential oils is, i can put them in my diffuser and then i can also use them, for you know my hair, when i'm also doing my um, my hair, so multi-purpose uh multi-use, that's actually what i really go for when i, When i buy most of these products yeah, so the room is smelling nice. Now, let's start what we're reviewing today is a product called silicon mix. It is the bamboo treatment, it is a nutritive hair treatment. So actually this product is from the dominican republic uh. I'Ve heard so much about it. I really have heard so much about it, so i'm really really um excited to try this product uh. One thing that actually drew me to this product was the fact that it is it's it. It also has some bamboo extract, not bamboo water, but bamboo extracts, meaning that um, you know, bamboo is really um. It'S a really good humectant um. Even when it comes to skincare and the like. If your product has bamboo, then you know that it's going to be very, very um high, with with reference to moisture and - and you know, all those things, so i'm really excited to see what this silicone mix is going to do. Let me just read this product out: it is called nutritive, hair treatment, nutritive, hair treatment, bamboo contains bamboo, extract a natural product to regenerate and nourish the hair and silicones to smooth and give shine, prevents, hair, breakage and split ends. Vitamin e c and f calcimus oil and almond oil improve the health and beauty of the hair, helping it grow longer. The directions are wash hair and apply with massages leave on three or more minutes, depending on the condition of the hair. Then you just reach rinse uh, for those of you who don't like fragrance on the ingredients list fragrance is actually ingredient number one. Two, three, four, five, six! It'S actually ingredient number six um, but it's really packed with uh with a lot of um. Goodness it has water as the first ingredients um yeah. I think this is going to be a very interesting review, plus also, i think the other thing that i like is that you can leave it on for three minutes and if you want to go longer depending on the condition of the of your hair, you can Actually do so, if you look through youtube uh, even people who are um re-using their wigs and maybe not just re-shooting but restoring them wigs that have stayed in their wardrobes for like two years or so you'd find that they use this and the wigs look. So good afterwards, i was actually looking at those videos and i was just like wow. Let me just try this with my hair and then we see um. We could have a very good product on our on our hands. So, where i got this product, i got it from true cosmetics. True cosmetics, here in kenya, used to be called super cosmetics. I don't know whether they've just rebranded, or they have made their smaller stores into into maybe um another sort of like um sub-store of sorts uh, but just to put this out there, the guy who helped me choose these products was really really really good. Imagine i was so impressed he was so knowledgeable about the products um. He was ready to help out and you could just see that he wasn't like just um doing it just for the sake of doing it. He was really involved in the business um. I think for small businesses, this is one thing, that's very, very important. Uh. Your team should actually be very, very knowledgeable about the products they should not be ignoring customers um. As a customer, i should not feel like if i'm asking them too many questions, uh they're feeling a bit off. They just wanted to just buy and go this particular guy who helped me was really like. Honestly speaking, really really really good. I went to the one that is close to um the true cosmetics that is close to. I think it's on koinonga street, so i'm based in kenya, um yeah, so uh, the one that's close to koinonga street uh, we're very close to um, very close to the java there yeah so um, honestly speaking uh. That guy deserves a raise. He deserves a raise. He knows his products and also the other thing was um even the way he was taking me through um. You know the products. What i need it is, it wasn't a situation where he was forcing me to buy anything. No, not even you'd. Actually, ask me what i needed uh. What are my concerns, um, what i've been using uh? What else do i need from what i already have, and even now, when i was giving you the list of the products that i have you'd actually say if i picked up something - and i have something - that's almost similar you'd actually say that for this one, you Really don't need it uh for now you can come back later when that other one is finished, but maybe now you need a b c d, so um, actually small businesses um your employees will make someone really come back to buy um a product. So i really really enjoyed uh this guy's um customer service like i'll, definitely go again. Sadly, he didn't have a badge you see now, that's the other thing. If um these custom executives have badges i'll, be able to say, go and see so, and so he was really really good and they know the person who i'm referring to, but um yeah. This guy was really good, very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was on on his shelves, which was very, very important, um yeah. So let us uh start this process, so, as you can see, i have a protective style going on. Yes, this is the style that i did here at home um. So what i'm just going to do is just it's just undo my hair very quickly. I will put you guys on time lapse so that it is not too long a process for you guys to watch. So i'm just massaging my scalp um. I'Ve not put anything for now, so i'm just going to go now to the to shampoo and condition my hair, i'm just going to be using the moisture, shampoo and conditioner. I'Ve already done a review on that and i think i'll just put it in the cards up there so that you can see, but otherwise yeah. This is how my hair is looking. This is um how many exposed relaxer. I should be 13 weeks post relaxer, if not 14 yeah, it should be 14 weeks post relaxa and i'm really loving that, with the the way my hair has been growing. Let me just give you a close-up so that you can see my my growth really really really really really good. My hair is actually uh, i'm feeling like it's very healthy. It'S not breaking, i'm not experiencing any any issues. So i'm back. I have just finished uh washing my hair um, so we're going to use two tablespoons of silicone mix. Bamboo for me fragrance is actually nice, nice fragrance two tablespoons. For me, that's normally the sweet spot, two tablespoons of a product - in fact i have put heaped this - is the quantity. This is what it looks like, and this is how much i've taken i'm going to just put a tablespoon of my normal oils that i normally put. This is a mix of macadamia oil, avocado oil and olive oil. So i'll just put one tablespoon, then i will proceed to add my a few drops of my essential oil, i'm going to use the peppermint oil and also the lavender oil i'll just put. Maybe three four drops, so i'm just going to mix that all together. I'Ve just been putting it in my in my mixing container. This is how it's looking like when it's all mixed. It is a very thick consistency, very, very thick consistency, buttery battery. The fragrance is not that much, but let's just see how it's going to um. All look on my hair, i'm just going to partition my hair into into three or four partitions so that i can apply this nicely. I have a mirror here, so um i'll be looking this side, so at least i can. I can see what i am doing. My hair is already uh feeling nice from the my hair is actually really really nice from the from the from the shampooing process. So let me just partition it hi guys, so i am back. I have just as you saw in the clip i um i applied. The conditioner i i really uh, i really massaged it into my um into my scalp into my hair, because that's one of the things that they said that you should do and then, after that i put on a heat cap i didn't have to. They said that you can wait for three minutes and that should be okay, so i didn't have to do that, but that's what i did, because i really wanted that deep condition. Um and then after that i um i was under the heat cap for about maybe 25 minutes, thereabouts, um yeah. So, let's see so after that, i went now to just rinse it off and, as i was rinsing it off, as you saw, i was a bit generous with the product. I think i'm a bit heavy-handed, but it's it's only because my hair has been um out for uh for a while. So i really wanted to you know just make sure that it's restored um yeah. So what you're going to do next is just remove and then see how it is feeling um if the texture is any different. If i like it, let me talk about more with regards to the product, um, etc. So let me just remove it. Remove this thing. Uh, by the way, when i was washing it you, you need to make sure remember that it's a thick product, so you need to make sure that you you you rinse it off well, and i was a bit heavy-handed. Oh my gosh guys! This is really good. This is really really really good, like i actually don't even feel like. I need to put a comb through it. It'S smooth, but also strong, it's very smooth and strong, hey, actually, don't even feel like, and you know like how i showed you my growth. It'S really good. It feels really really really good wow. I actually really really like it as you can see, i'm just using my fingers and it's actually looking like it's combed and yet i'm just using my fingers. That'S how smooth this product has made my hair wow. Oh, like i said, um the mirror is this side. So that's what i am looking at. So what i'm going to do now is just to apply my country, leave-in, conditioning cream and then seal it in with macadamia oil and then leave it out to air dry. Wow, i will really give you my full review after after doing just that. Oh my, this is really really really nice wow. As you can tell i'm very surprised, my hair is actually feeling very moisturized but strong as i'm even partitioning my hair, using a comb really really nice. I have a lot of new growth, so at times it can be a bit difficult to just put a comb through, but this is really really nice, so i'm just going to put a bit of the product. In to my hand, this is the khan to uh leave-in conditioner um. So as i'm doing this, maybe we can just chit chat about this product so, like i said, i put this product at um. Okay, let me remind you what the product is called. It'S called silicon mix, bamboo bamboo, it has some vitamins in it and then it also has some um some bamboo extract. So it is a deep conditioner. It does not have any protein in it and then it says that it is restorative um. It has restorative properties. Uh and then it will um reduce the drive, the dullness of your hair. So, like i said, i bought this product, i'm in kenya based in kenya, so i bought this product at um. True cosmetics, uh, true cosmetics, is like super cosmetics, uh, it's actually one uh one company, so they told me um, so the price that i bought it at was 1 300 shillings um. Yes, that's like 13 and uh. That'S a bit pricey, honest speaking. That is a bit pricey. What you are getting is uh 500 ml um yeah, so you you're essentially getting just 500 ml from from 1 300.. This product is really good. I have not seen it elsewhere, that's that's because i've never looked for it, but i only saw it my first time there through cosmetics, um and my hair is feeling so nice just just take a look at it. It'S feeling so nice, it's feeling so well, nourished. Honestly speaking, all the conditioners, all the deep conditioners i've used before have, especially when i'm when, when i have this much new growth, they've not done as as good a job as this product has. I remember when the guy was talking to me about it and he was telling me about it. I remember that there were so many other products there uh, but it's just like you know what um given the given. The price point try this because there was uh mizan. I'Ve always wanted to try. Mizani there was a caraca. I'Ve always wanted to try care care, but, as we know in the kenyan market, these products are very expensive. So i also didn't want to take a plunge. Um with regards to that, so i was like. Oh no, so let me try this product um. Is it worth 1? 300? Yes, it is. My hair is really nice. It is feeling smooth um. You can't even tell that um um, the the new growth i have is oh gosh. You cannot even tell so um with regard to the performance this product really performed. Well, will i buy it again? Definitely what i want to do is to try it on my uh wig i've seen so many people use this product on their wigs and their wigs look really really really nice. So i think i'll do that i'll, try this product with you um, so that we just wash my wig and we see whether we we get good results, because, from from what i saw, the people on on youtube are really getting um, really good results with this Product um yeah, so gosh, let me know what you think: um is this the product you try, i think, on amazon someone has seen that it goes for about 13. So i think maybe, when you do now, do the whole shipping to kenya. That'S going to be a whole uh, more er expensive. So maybe, if you do want to try just go to true cosmetics, true cosmetics, nowadays, what they're doing is they can actually deliver uh to to where you stay. So you don't really need to go to um to town or wherever it is that they're located. I know i know they're also located in uh westland, if i'm not mistaken, so so yeah. Let me know what you guys are thinking. What do you think about what you think about this gosh? Imagine just my fingers just my fingers and i'm okay wow, i'm really loving this product um. Do let me know if you try it. What i'm just going to proceed and do is just to put put it back. Obviously, i need to comb it because i need it to air dry so that it it it air dries at least well, nice and straight. Imagine as i'm even coming through the new growth it it really. I have detangled my hair very well, it's really really really good gosh. Imagine try it try it and let me know what you think and if i do get the name of that um of the attendant do help me. I will really, i will actually just uh redo the the description of this video and just write him there, because, honestly speaking, he really did a very, very good job yeah. So now i will just uh proceed to air dry, my hair, and we call it um. We call it guys look at this. It'S flowy, my hair is flowy. It is flowy, it is in very good condition um. I would really like. I really recommend this product. I really do they have another one. It'S a protein treatment and i've also seen some good reviews with regards to to that product. It'S a protein treatment. Apparently it's in um it's in a darker container than this one um, that's one. I think i will try. I think i'll try as well, but for now you don't have it so you won't see a video on it very soon, but i think i'll try it as well, because if the bamboo one was really this good, then i might as well try that other one, Because there's a lady who was saying that she used to use aphogee and then she moved from that alfaji treatment to this particular one, so um yeah. My next step is to try the alpha g protein treatment, see how that works, and then maybe i will think of investing in this other protein treatment treatment, but for now this is how my hair is looking. I really love it. This is a product. I would definitely definitely definitely buy again. As you can see, my hair is flowy. It gosh. My hair is flowy. It'S looking it's looking good, it's looking well conditioned and moisturized it's looking very healthy, very, very healthy, and even when i was putting a comb through it, my my regrowth was was okay. It was really okay and you can actually use your fingers to just detangle it and wow super impressed by this product.
