Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I'm Sabrina Sharif under cannabis care mainly miss amina sharif, el arco Monica. So today's video is one of the most most most requested videos. So in today's video, I'm gon na show you guys all that I use for my hair from shampoo conditioner, the serum and also the curl cream. So most of y'all have been requesting me to show all the cool creams that I have and then there were a few who are asking me about the shampoo or the conditioner that I use so now in today's video. I'M going to reveal all the secrets and all that I use for my head and now without any further ado. Let'S get saturd so now to protect your hair from hair fall to have your healthy hair or to help your hair grow faster. You need to eat certain things I'll do a different video on that, what I eat and what I consume for my hair. Now in this video, I'm going to show you guys what I do for the outer growth and what are the shampoos or the conditioner, and all that I use. Firstly, I don't own my hair very regularly, simply because my scalp is oily and if I all my hair very often I will tend to have pimples and I will have breakouts on my skin so which I wouldn't want to do so. I do tour in my hair very often, but I keep my hair moisturized by using leave-in conditioners or applying a lot of conditioner and I use very minimal shampoo. So now I'm going to show you guys what are the things that I use so now when it comes to shampoo. I use this shampoo. This is by caresses and I use this shampoo. This is very good for dry hair. All the curly, hair and hair girls can't delay that our hair tends to get dry very often, so this one is very good for dry hair. So this one's corrected now a good replacement for this or a good dupe for this one would be any shampoo. That is paraben and silicon free, it could be from Mama Earth or it could be from Wow. So you can use any of those just make sure that your shampoo is paraben and silicon free - and I use this only and only - and only when I own my hair to get rid of the oil. Otherwise I use this one. This is the curl Idol cleansing. Conditioner again by castis, this is the one that I use regularly. So this is not a shampoo, but it is a conditioner which cleanses your scan. So I take about pump and a half to clean my scan and then rinse it off. This is what I use every alternate day to clean my scalp, and then I use this conditioner again by casas edges of the same range, a very good for fizzy and curly hair. This is the discipline hair conditioner. So this is what I use after cleaning. My scalp with this, I just apply it to the tips of my hair. I do not apply this onto my scalp. I just apply it onto the ends and then leave it for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. So now, if you've seen my curly hair routine videos, you guys know I use this serum. This is again by caresses. So this is the serum that I use and apart from this there's Japeth Habib's serum. So I don't have it here right now. I'Ve run out of stock, and this is this is what I have but I'll - try and insert a picture right here. So if you don't have this, you can either pick this one. So either of this would do so now coming to the coil creams I have right now I have about four cold creams. I have few more at my mom's place, but right now I have these four. So there is a one from Kostas and there's one of kinky curly. Then you know Cole kirmada says one of my most most most favorite and there's one by Marc Anthony. This is the strictly curl. So these are the four curl creams that I have. You can also use the mama Earth's hair mask as a live-in conditioner. If you happen to watch that video, I will link it right here. You can go check it out how I use or Hamas as a leave-in conditioner, and now I'm talking about each coil cream. Deeply so the first one that I have is this one: this is Michael Estes. This is quite expensive. This is for about two thousand three hundred and it comes for about 150 ml. So you can find this in any office or salons in Hyderabad or wherever you are, and you can find this in any of the salons in your city and then we have kinky curly. So I got this from us. One of my friends stays there and I ask sort of send this for me. You can also find this on Amazon, but that will be a little expensive. So if you have someone living abroad, you can ask them to send this to you or, whenever somebody's traveling from what prod you can ask them to get this now to apply this after your shower, once you are done with applying the conditioner and after you rinse Off your conditioner try to detangle your hair, then in there in the shower and then take handful of kinky curly and apply it all throughout your hair and starts pinching it. And then you can take a microfiber towel and scrunch it then in there, and this leave it for a dry and then you will find these girls. These girls are out of kinky curly, and then you have to mock Anthony this one. I think I ordered in naica or an Amazon - I don't really remember, but I'll. Try live the link below and not really fond of the Marc Anthony one because it clips a hard cast on your hair. So once you apply this, your hair doesn't feel very soft and smooth, I kind of feel it being little hard, but there are very good reviews on whichever app that I purchased. So that is why I ordered this, but I surely figure out the right way to use this one and then, of course, there's a cold karma. You guys know how much I love called karma, because this is this has been one of the most best creams and I've used the live in conditioner or the cold cream that I've used right now, I'm unable to find the links for called Karma, but once I Find the proper link for cold calm. I will try and link it down below, but if you have someone who's living abroad or if you have any of friends or family traveling from abroad, you can request them to get this for you and also there's a great offer on amazon.com. That is if your family or friends are living abroad. You have by three get through your bite to get one free, or something like that. So you have very good deals on that. It'S right now, due to the law of God, I'm running short of my conditioner and my shampoo. Of course I have stocked up on my curl creams. I'Ve ordered a bunch of them from my friend, I asked my friend to send a lot of them for me and other friends of mine who have curly hair and, of course, my own sister, who has curly hair. So I have stocked up on the creams, but I haven't stopped up on my shampoos or conditioners, because none of us actually imagined that something like this would ever happen. We would be logged on everything would be closed. Nothing of nothing of this sort was imagined, so I haven't stopped it up so now that I don't find my shampoo in a regular store. I have picked up the Dubs conditioner when I went to the supermarket, so I've picked about three of them and I would use this as a shampoo, so I will take handful of this and use the students of my scalp and right now, I'm using this. I wouldn't recommend you guys to use this on a regular basis, but now that I wouldn't find pirated and silicon free products, so this is a lot better than any other product in the market. So I mean I have been using dove since my childhood and I really like this product so introducing the shampoo. You can directly go on to the conditioner and use this and then again reapply the conditioner, leave it for five minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. That really works good and then now. The last thing is this: this tiny bottle. So this is like a hair serum, so I took a box of characters. The hair serum - or this is not to detangle your hair, but to help your hair grow in a healthy way. So it comes in about 36 bottles of this or 36 to 40 bottles, and also with a nozzle like so so all you got ta do is just remove this and attach the nozzle and then apply it onto your scalp like so, and give it a quick Massage - and this will help your hair stay strong and healthy, so this is what I've been using. Of course, I have not been regular, but I thought I will just honestly tell you guys all that I use so. This is one of the things which I was not regular, but of course, this also has a hat in my healthy hair growth, alright guys, so that's it for this video.
