#curlyhair #curlyhairroutine

Hi everyone, so today i want to share with you my beginner's curly routine. I'Ve been processing my hair for 16 years between relaxers straighteners, brazilian blowouts keratin treatments, and i decided about five months ago. I would begin my curly journey to restore my tight boricua ringlets growing up. I felt my curly hair was not beautiful. I felt, like everyone around me, had beautiful, lush straight hair, so i straightened my hair at first, not straightening. My hair was hard, but now i'm feeling more empowered than ever. I want to share some products. I'Ve been using that have helped me keep in mind, i'm not an expert, i'm still learning and discovering what works for my hair, my natural curl pattern of my roots. I think is between a 3b and a 3c, while my damaged ends are about a 2c i'll know more as my hair grows out completely, and no i'm not doing the chemical chop anytime soon, but maybe one day, if you're new to my channel, please hit subscribe Down below and don't forget to give this video a like, so let's get started, i'm going to share my wash day routine and some tips that have helped me along the way of my curly journey. I wash my hair once a week, i'm not following the curly method, fyi, not just yet, but i have taken a few tips from it, i'm starting off with olaplex. This is great for all hair types. It helps strengthen and protect damaged, hair by relinking, broken bones caused by chemical damage. You want to apply to wet hair and let it sit for 10 minutes. I like to apply a face, mask and then turn off the water dance to some music sit on my phone just something to pass the time after 10 minutes rinse it out and now we're going to shampoo. So i recently started using weed products. I hope i said that right and i have noticed a dramatic difference in the texture of my curls, i'm starting with the advanced climate control. This is an anti-frizz technology and it makes my hair so soft, i'm using this little shampoo scrubber and it helps to massage the scalp create blood circulation and make sure that i thoroughly cleanse just to know it's a very soft gel. It'S not like a hard plastic. So it won't hurt your scalp or anything. Next, i'm going to condition it with the we don't curl quencher. This has made my hair, so soft, i'm focusing the conditioner on my ends. Since my ends are the driest and with my conditioners i use a detangling comb in the shower just to make sure everything is coated. I like to use a hair mask every other week, since i'm only shampooing one time per week. This has jamaican black, castor oil. Shea butter, peppermint and apple cider, vinegar, which you don't smell, the apple cider vinegar by the way this helps to restore chemically processed or heat styled hair. It made my hair feel so soft afterwards after i rinse out the hair mask, i put my hair in a clip because i like to style my hair wet. You can also use a microfiber towel or a cotton t-shirt if you want to put your hair up to absorb some moisture, but for me i found leaving my hair wet allows my curls to come out more. The first thing i do out of the shower is add a leave-in conditioner. I bought this one at the drugstore and i have been loving it. It smells very beachy and it gives my hair the moisture it needs and also was great to detangle. Adding a leave-in conditioner definitely changed the way that my curls came out and i like to finger comb it through the hair and then after i finger comb and add it into the hair i'll brush it out. So the curls come together. I can't tell you how amazing this humidity gel is. This is a game changer if your hair is frizzy or you live in a humid environment, it's very humid where i live, and this has made a noticeable difference in my hair. I'M gon na apply it the same way. I did the leave-in conditioner. This is another game changer and it's a random purchase. I got at the drugstore and it is this curly magic, curl, stimulator, you're supposed to add a quarter amount per section, and it just makes my curls come alive. It looks like a gel, but it doesn't crunch like one it's softer if that makes sense, but i section my hair and then i apply it roots to end, and this brings all of my curls out again. Everyone'S hair is different, so just experiment with what works for you, you don't have to add a curl cream, but i like to add curl creams, because it gives you a very soft finish versus a gel. So if you want more hold, you can use a gel, but i love the more touchable just like very fluffy curls, so i apply a small amount all over my hair and i focus it on the ends. Now i like to take a microfiber towel or a cotton t-shirt and scrunch the hair. I'Ve tried both methods. I think they both work. Great i find doing this instead of using a traditional towel works better because it helps to reduce frizz and absorb the excess water faster towels on my hair made my hair more frizzy, so now you're going to scrunch the hair and if your hair is dry, make Sure you spritz it with water, because personally, i've experienced that the more wet the hair is, the more it's going to scrunch and you're going to get more of a curl. So you want to make sure to really take your time and scrunch the hair absorb all that excess water and start to make your curls come out for the front pieces of my hair that have a hard time curling, i'm going to spiral them with a comb. You can also use your finger, but i've been really into using the comb method. At this point, you can either air dry or diffuse. I'M going to diffuse today on low heat and low air. I like to hold the diffuser for about 10 seconds in each section. This part is really up to you. You can experiment and see what works best. I like to consistently move throughout the hair, and i also like to diffuse upside down, because it gives me a little bit more volume you can see here. My curls are starting to come through, but my ends, however, are so damaged that they don't have the same curl pattern as my natural curls. So what i like to do sometimes is to take a really tiny, curling wand and curl the front few pieces of my hair. Please skip this step if you don't want to use any heat on your hair. Please don't do this. I like to do it occasionally because it's my hair and i don't really mind to use it on a few pieces, but i just find that it kind of pulls everything together for extra volume, run your hair up at the roots and it'll. Give you a little lift and then, if you feel like your hair, still has any frizz, you can add a light hair oil, i'm going to use the olaplex bonding oil. This is my final, dried hair. I am loving, discovering new styles such as half up or a messy bun, with some pieces hanging out, comment down below some of your favorite curly products tips or any curly hair video requests. Thank you. So much for watching and joining me on this curly journey be kind in the comments. Because again, this is very new to me and remember, have fun embrace your hair and even though it's hard to start, i promise you. It will be so worth it and if no one has told you today, your curls are beautiful. Sending you guys all my love, and i will see you in my next video. Oh

Amanda Ensing: where my curly girls at?!

ElleMarie: Tip: use your creams first to add moisture to your hair and then any oils on mid shaft to ends. Last, use the gel to create the cast to seal in those moisturizing products. ( it’s harder for those creams and oils to penetrate through the gel to hydrate and over time you’ll notice your hair feeling dryer and dryer) After my hair is 100% dry I will apply some argon oil to my hands and scrunch our the crunch and my curls are touchable, soft, has hold, and shine. Hope this helps❤️ you have beautiful hair!

Lara Omar: Can we please talk about how KILLER that intro was??? Amanda that’s incredible please keep doing intros like that. Also I’ve been loving your editing style lately.

Stephanie Marroquin: Amanda it makes me so happy to see how you’ve fallen back in love with your natural curls and have embraced them in all their natural beauty!! I’ve been watching your videos since before you’ve moved to LA and this is the content that reminds me why I’m such a big fan of yours

Stephanie G Thats Me: I LOVE that you are embracing your curls! My daughter has really curly hair and she used to always ask for me to straighten it, I would occasionally, but have stopped now. I want her to know and love her natural beauty and embrace what God gave her. You look gorgeous Amanda! Glad you posted this it shows younger girls to also embrace their natural beauty. Love you beautiful!

Amanda Alvarado: LOVE that you’re starting your curly hair journey. I started last year and my curls are thriving. Just a couple of suggestions to help the process along. The ends of your hair that don’t curl are dead. A slight trim will help stimulate healthy new growth. Also, heat applied to your hair while you’re trying to get your curls back will slow the process down. I know it’s hard (especially since you’re all things beauty), but If you can stop applying heat your hair will go a long way. Less sometimes is more with curls. The more product you add to your hair, the more it will weigh down your curls. So really it’s just about finding the right combo for your hair that provides volume and curl definition, without having to add so many different products. I went from using so many creams to now only using two and my curls have never looked better! try plopping too! Far less work. Good for a lazy days when you want your curls, but not all the work involved ❤️

Sarah villar: YES I love seeing people start to embrace their natural hair texture, I started in March, my hair is sooooooooooo much healthier. My fav products are the Cantu moisturizing curl activator cream (amazing). The biosilk rock hard gelee (glycerin free, strong hold after you SOTC). And the Curls blueberry bliss leave in conditioner. And the Cantu twist and lock gel (super moisturizing, soft-medium hold) Also the shampoos and conditioners from the not your mothers naturals line are all amazing.

Vanessa Lee Renta: Cutting my hair each month like a inch each time helped me get rid of my straight hair with out doing a huge chop. It’s a process !

Lauren Barbee: Yasss Amanda! Embrace your beautiful hair! I also have very curly hair and no longer straighten it. I feel there is a time and place for straight hair with some waves in it. But get so many compliments on my curly hair! Way to go girl. You will get there it will take time to get those ends to curl back again. I wouldn't do a chemical cut unless u want to go short. But thanks for the great tips. I also love my curl cream by not your mother's

E. Akemi Walker: I've been embracing my curls for the last 10 yrs and it's still a journey, different lengths for me require different products, so many half used items. I did the same straightening my hair for years but now love and embrace the natural me. So happy you are doing the same. Much love and the best of luck to you on your natural hair journey. I just recently started following you via my Instagram feed, think it was a Olé video. Enjoying your honesty. Looking forward to more videos ☺️

rembrandt: Our curl pattern is super similar! I suggest that you do use a gel with a hard cast. The trick to get soft curls is to just “scrunch out the crunch” once your hair is completely dry. The cast is just there while your hair is drying, and once you break the cast, you get super defined but soft curls! Also, I suggest getting a denman brush if you don’t already have one!

Liz Limon: I didn’t know you had curly hair! I love to see ppl embrace their curls ❤️ one time I used a boxed hair dye and it relaxed my curls I was so sad. I tried everything to make my ends curl, finally gave up and cut them off. My curls came back to life! And my hair grew back so fast! . Your hair looks beautiful, and I can’t wait to see your curls in their full glory ❤️

Sophie: As I’m getting older I’m starting to love my curly hair! Thanks for sharing!

Hannah Tolson: Some tips I’ve learned: The Manes by Mell diffusing technique is a GAME CHANGER, protein/moisture balance is key, and sleeping on satin/silk helps preserve waves and curls

beeanca13: So proud I of you for starting your curly hair journey!! Stick to it hun, you’re doing great

Gina Burczak: Thank you so much for doing this video! I was like you when I was little because everyone around me had pin straight hair and I had thick curly Mexican hair! I love embracing my curls now! Can’t wait to try some of these products! I love the scalp brush idea! You’re a natural beauty

The Spiritual Witch: Girl! I love that you are embracing your absolute natural beauty! I’m a curly girl as well. My hair is super long now so my curls are pulled down with the weight of my hair. You look gorgeous!

Liss Solorio: I love your positivity Amanda, can't get enough of your videos ❤️ I can relate to you so much, my hair used to be curly and now it dries wavy frizzy. Love you so much!

nycjillian: I used to straighten my hair for years as well!! And my curls have come a long way with trial and error. Key for me is in the shower to actually add the leave in right before you’re about to get out and comb the leave in and it truly makes such a difference. Also when using the diffuser you want to dry the base of your head first and then dry the ends. Also when putting on product sectioning helps! My curl pattern used to be yours and now it’s 3B.

Mia Jefferson: Getting trims every 3 months or so will help you grow out the damage the fastest while not changing your appearance drastically! Your hair will appear the same length to others, but you will see with every trim your hair will get even curlier eventually leaving you fully transitioned. Your hair is gorgeous!

Kristen_Laura: I love that you did this video! I’m just starting to really embrace my wavy hair. I always used to blow dry it all the time but I really try not to use any heat on my hair anymore so I figured I might as well embrace my hairs natural waves and just help them along. Thanks for this video. Your hair is gorgeous!

Delilah Adielen: Can't wait to see your hair one year from now! A chop wouldn't hurt though I went for mines & although shorter hair isn't really my best look, I don't regret ever doing it. The hair health I have now was totally worth it!

Jennifer Caraballo: AHHH. I can’t believe your finally embracing your curly hair. I have some tips, for all the products apply in sections, I would apply the leave in, cream and one of those gels. And then use the brush in sections too and scrunch per section. I promise you’ll love the results.

LovingCandisRenee: I just bleached my curls and they freaked out!! The Olaplex Bond perfector has been a life saver!!! Your curls are looking so good!! Getting trims every 6 -8 weeks really helped me too.

Evelyne Velez: We share very similar stories! I recently decided to transition as well and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

Elizabeth Brown: Ahhhh mahhhh gahhh yessss love the curls can’t wait to see how it looks a year from now. I’m going on 2 years since I transitioned from chemically damaged hair to my curls. From one boricua to another keep going strong it’ll all be worth it!!!

Lassi joy: Ive been struggling with my hair for awhile, it would just become insanely frizzy. I followed this routine for the first time today and i did not know my hair was this curly!!! Theres still frizz but i know that will go away with time

Marianellyy Diaz: Oh yes girl oh Amanda you got some curls on you I’m so happy your staring your curls Journey !!!! I LOVE OUIDAD !!! I use the strong hold gel ! I break off the cast with a oil at the end. Tip try to use the GEL at the end to seal everything off. Use your 1. Leave in 2. Curl defining cream 3 . Gel 4 . Oil to break your gel cast. Hope you see my tips can’t wait for those curls to be healthy !

Valeria Madrueño: love love LOVE this! I'm happy to see your curly hair! I started my curly hair journey about two years ago when I decide to get a hair cut to freshen up my hair bc I had fried my hair to the point where they didn't curl anymore due to heat damage, it wasn't until last fall that I got a deva cut so that I could finally chop off the last bit of dead ends and I'm totally loving my curls! ‍

Vickie G-H: I transitioned after 4 years of Japanese hair straightening it was definitely a process. My hair was like yours , curly on top and straight pieces on the end. I ended up cutting it 1/4 inch at a time. It’s a process but i love seeing it grow out.

Maelene: So in love with your hair! loving this content❤️ please keep us updated as you continue on with your curly hair journey

Yvette Noriega: I love it! I am also on my curly hair journey (not method though) I definitely have a similar routine and I feel that’s what works best for me as well, I do want to try the curly magic, that looked so good! Thank you for sharing your curly routine with us!

Messiah Daniels: i love how she shares her transition and also her routine, there arent many you tubers who do so this is great

Roselyn Santana: Hey Amanda, love the video! Some of the products I've been loving which I found at Target the brand is called The Good Stuff. I use the curl definition jelly and curl hydration butter these two combined work best in my hair which is a 3a and 3b. It leaves my hair super shiny and touchable. Keep up the curly hair content. Roselyn

Jaide Baltzgar: Amanda, you are STUNNING with your natural hair! I’m obsessed with your curly hair, you rock it so well

Alanna Rhodes: I started my curly journey over 2.5 years ago and I am so glad I did!! One thing I wish I knew then was that there are naturally curly clip in extensions (for after my big chop) I have some now from bebonia but I know it would've made my shorter hair days so much easier mentally

Sarah Anderson: I would definitely look into Shea moisture! I used to flat iron my hair everyday for 2 years and then I started my curly hair journey and shea moisture was AMAZING at bringing my curls back to life. Then stupidly after 4 years of natural hair I got a keratin treatment and my hair is so dead looking and damaged so my curly hair journey starts all over again!

Bonnie Emile: It’s awesome that you are embracing your curls. Do what works for you! Thanks for the video!

Briana Phillips: Hey chica ☺️ glad you’re back on the curly girl side! I would recommend cutting the off your damaged ends & giving your hair a break & doing protective styling! I had to do this a while back as well, but your hair really flourishes in the long run. Xoxo

Lori Oliveras: I'm so happy for you that your taking your curly journey. Curly girls are blessed because its not a common hair type you see. You don't see ladies flaunting big curly hair. Love to see what products work for your hair and what order works too. I see you put cream after gel. I know cream before gel. Gel creates the cast the holds the curls. Can't wait to your natural curls come through!

Rhian. Anise: I just stumbled across your channel today and I wanna say you have great routine to be new to the game. It's super hard transitioning, but I promise you'll get the hang of it. One tip I do wanna give when you start to have more new growth it not to neglect the roots. Many people suffer ALOT from puffy dry looking roots, so adding conditioner to those strands as well benefit them and keep them strong and healthy. Another tip is to not get caught up in hair typing (like the 3b, 3c,4a, etc.) because in all reality it's of least importance. Instead, find out what your porosity, density, and thickness is and this will be a big help to your journey and the products that are right for you and your hair. I hope your journey goes well!!!

Alexa’s Curls: Yessssss! I’m so happy you’re starting your curly journey!!!!!! It’s the best decision I made

Sasha Rohani: I feel the intro, I use to think my hair type was “frizzy” and it was so prone to damage, literally use to straighten my hair everyday in high school, safe to say I came a long way from that haha

Ghuijy: Your curly hair is everything. Your wild woman finally is coming out, embracing yourself for who you are. You go girl

Izamar Solis: I needed this video I’m exactly the same mood I’m trying to get my curly hair back and I have no straight my hair or done anything to it for 2 months now and I been trying to find good products for it ,hopefully in a year is back to how it used to be

Tiana Pollack: Im super late watching this I've had the most stressful week but watching you makes all of it better love your curls girl you are gorgeous in everyway

N A: Yaaaassss I’ve been waiting for this video for my babygirls curly hair so excited!!!!!!! Thank you Amanda!!!!

Amanda Vath: Love that you’re embracing your curl!! Ouidad is so amazing. I love their melt into moisture mask and the oil cleansing shampoo is soo bomb!! I use the climate control gel and then the VitaCurl mousse and scrunch it all together, diffuse and scrunch it out with the mongongo oil (Ouidad). Good luck!!! My hair took a good 5-6 months to really start improving after years of damage. Looking great already though girl!!

Diamond Lanier: Gosh do I remember this phases. I’ve never chemically straightened my hair but I have heat damaged it to the point that the front (which already had the looser curls) was practically straight. After about 2 months of consistently leaving it curly the curls started to resurface. It takes time... eventually the curls will return.

Gabby Parker: Congratulations on the curly journey. I was just like you....hated my curly hair when I was younger. But I LOVE IT NOW. My one advice to you is to keep an eye on the ingredients. Try to stay with sulfate, silicone, and paraben-free products. It really makes a difference. YOU LOOK AMAZING! And keep doing you. I have been a long time fan, but more recently, I love the content you have been producing. You can definitely tell you are happier in Tennessee. Congrats again and WELCOME TO THE CURLY CLUB!!!!

Lea Toshiye: The Shea Moisture Manuka honey INTENSE hydration hair mask saved my hair!

D B: We have the same hair texture... for years I straightened it and damaged it so much. I’m slowly trying to regain my curls and get use to seeing my hair curly again instead of straight. It’s hard definitely a journey.

Linette Arroyo: Yay for starting the curly hair journey! I started mine a year ago and am in love with my curls.

Jussme Nikk: This was amazing ty for sharing ur journey. I recently started mine as well my curl patterns are identical to yours. I've been getting really discouraged because of the straight pieces it's so heart breaking what I've done to my once beautiful ringlet curls. I think I'll be adding more steps to stimulate the curls right now I'm loving lus brand curling products, it's a Canadian company. I am gonna look into ouidad as well ty so much for sharing! xo

Victoria Buksa: your curls are beautiful!!!!!! thanks for this! I'm on a curly hair journey too! I lost my straight hair do to cancer and the curls are sooo new to me! need all the help I can get <3

Ashia Forde: You've come such a long way Amanda. Your curls are def coming back. Your roots are looking great! Those are also some great products. Keep it up!

Kirsty H: Love love the routine! Curly hair routine such a tedious process! Would definitely try the hair mask!

Makayla Hadley: I’ve been wanting to do somewhat of a “curly girl journey” and it’s nice to see you use some drugstore products! Makes it less intimidating

adrianna jauregui: Yaaaas!!!!! JOIN US QUEEN ON THE CURLY SIDE!!! Embrace the journey(the good, the bad, and the ugly). The end result will be worth it. Good luck and don’t give up!!

Hannah: Ive recently started embracing my natural curls! I used to straighten my hair everyday for like 12 years!

Alexis Dixon: im also on my curl restoring journey!! another tip that's helped me is finishing my shower with cold water and if i choose to blowdry, also finishing that with cold air as well, it helps define the curls a lil better

Ilma Manji: Hey Amanda! I also am rediscovering my curls and I was told to put cream on before gel because the cream has a tough time penetrating through the gel cast if you do it otherwise! Is there a reason you do it the other way? Slay girl

Deanna Dee: I went from heat damaged hair ... never did a big chop and I was able to restore my curls !! Aphogee is an AMAZING line !!! It helped a lot

Amy G: I started transitioned to natural about 6 years ago. It is very hard in the beginning but sooo worth it!!! I love using not your mothers hair products and I use a mask almost every week! I just bought wave formers as well to use for styling!

Eldy Rossler: Omg I’m so loving your curls, Mine hair curl is a 3c , and truthfully it’s always been a hassle, I find it the shorter I go the more defined they are, I’ve been using monat and it has helped a lot with my hair.

Angelina Javier: I am so amazed with how well you have done this!! Great job Amanda, love you girl xoxo #ateam

Tamea Crenshaw: Girl, fr thanks for posting this! I’m the same in the sense that I hated my curly hair (still kinda do) & lately I’ve been debating embracing my curly self, so this helps sooooo much!

Morgan Taylor: the frequent hair cuts helped me so much! like every 3 weeks, I'd cut my ends and that made my hair grow faster while simultaneously cutting off the damaged hair. I love the Shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil line and the low porosity line

Crystal Z: This is going to be a great journey to follow. Thanks for sharing

Alexis Christine: Oh my goodness! Amanda, I cannot wait to see your hair when it’s all grown out

Kayleigh Haywood: It certainly is a journey to get back to your natural curls. I started my journey January of 2018 and how my curls are today, I’am so thankful I stuck with it! Good luck!

Jem: I’m so happy you’re on this journey!! ❤️❤️❤️

MariG: Yes! More curly hair bun up tutorial please! Thanks Love this video

Amanda Marquez: Use Flexi rods and train your curls!! That’s what helped me bring back my curls when I chemically damaged them! Your hair is looking so beautiful, I’m happy you decided to start this journey. ✨

Kelsey Arias: omg I’m so excited for your hair journey!!!! your curls are coming through!!!

Monique Rivera: I love the garnier avocado mask as a leave in conditioner. I didn’t do the big chop right away. I would do an inch to one and half at a time. It’s hard to do the big chop right away. I finally did and I love my curl!

Deanna Reve: Having curly hair is definitely a journey! Starting is the hardest part but it’s well worth it in the end. I recommend avoiding heat completely, heat in any capacity causes damage. Protective styles help a lot and constantly deep conditioning and trimming away the damaged parts. Good luck!

Beauty By Amanda Gray: I am so glad you are embracing your curly q's!! I love your curly hair!! Your curls are coming through okaaaay

Joy Estur: Yey!!!! So happy to see this video from you. I'm also starting my curly hair journey, I'm on my 3rd month. I'm a 2A-2B-2C ❤️

Cgbeautyxo: Hey Amanda. I also have curly hair & ever since I started brushing my hair only in the shower, I noticed it makes a huge difference with my curls. I will use a comb in the shower after conditioning to de tangle my hair. When I’m done, I will just add a de tangler with my hands & add it all over my hair & will use my fingers to de tangle more. Then I will add the styling products & diffuser & my hair just looks so much curlier

Briana Kendrix: This video was so well done, and your hair looks great! My hair is less curly than yours but I’m interested to try some of these products, but when I comb/brush my hair out it looses so much curl

Ebony Gomez: Loving the curly hair on you Amanda!!! I'm also Puerto Rican and probably the ONLY person in my family that doesn't have the beautiful curls. So I was the opposite of you! My hair is lightly wavy. BUT whenever I like to try the curly hair look, I'll do two tight French braids and let them out the following day and I have pretty curls close to those my family has. Not the same but pretty darn close! It's a beautiful look. Loving it on you

get glam with Sadaf: Even though I don’t have curly hair but I loved watching this video so satisfying and your hair is gorgeous love you queen

Amy Iwanoczko: I do not have curly hair but I LOVE this video girl! Amazing job!

Jen S: You look gorgeous! I love when people embrace their natural beauty!

Journeythrough3: What great products. What great tips Amanda, you have ALOT of great knowledge on curly hair. I love so many of the products you showcased. It’s not imperative to cut right away, as the hair in the front grows outs then you snip a tiny bit at a time..don’t feel pressured. Congratulations and good luck on your journey.

Hidamis Olivo Felix: A tip for styling use the cream before the gel. The gel will seal everything in including moisture.

Katherine Aleman: I would love to see both those styling hair styles! So gorgeous!

Simone Kurkowski: Girl you look absolutely stunning with your natural hair!

Alexandria Nicole: Love it! I never tried the comb method my front layer also has trouble curling I’m gonna try that!

Lillian T: Amanda, you need to try the Aphogee Two step protein treatment! I did keratin once about 2 years ago and that killed my curls! Plus I get highlights, I had to chop off my hair but the top part of my hair the ends were just not curling like my roots. I tried the two step protein and let me tell you... I was so shocked! It really did help a lot. Your curls are beautiful btw!

Ashley Riehm: You look so beautiful with your curls! Loved this video! ❤️

Theresa U: I love love LOVE ouidad! I’ve been using them for about a year & my hair just loves it. I have very thick, coarse, 2C-3C S type curls and it has been a struuuuugle figuring them out! I also use the ACC gel, but I also use their featherlight styling cream! I do cream then gel bc I want more of a hold bc my hair can get BIG! I love love love my Dyson! It’s seriously been a game changer for me!! When I diffuse, instead of scrunching the blow dryer in, I hover around my hair- ugh. I love it! I’ll flip my head upside down just to hover the underneath bc that takes FFFFOOOORRREEEVVVEEERRR to dry applying an oil at the end to scrunch out the cast & give those soft curls is a game changer too! Follow manesbmell here & IG, she’s suuuuper informative & so is hairinel on IG! She’s a Ouidad ambassador!

Lisa Ward: Great video. I do think putting the cream right after the leave in, then layer the gel will help your straighter pieces hold a curl better. You should try mizani oil gel or curl enhancing lotion and their 25 miracle milk. It's the perfect moisture/protein balance.

Adrianaツ: your one of the reasons why i decided not to straighten my hair everyday and embrace my natural curls. i really wanted to thank you because ive always been insecure about them. all loveee!!

Tiffany M: I needed this. I recently stopped straightening my hair and i'm trying to love my curls.

lf: Wow, your hair looks amazing! I am so excited to see it in its full glory once the damaged parts have grown out I wish I could try the brands you're using, but they're not available in my country/can't be shipped here hopefully I'll be able to buy some of the stuff during my next visit to the US

Lit Wit Bbk: I had damaged curls ! And I want to give you some tips! 1. I did a oil hair mask every week ( coconut oil, black castor oil, and I added egg) 2. I suggest getting products with no sulfates or dimethicone , I suggest ( Maui, not your mothers, and Shea moisture) 3. Sleep with a satin pillow case !! It keeps your hair non frizzy and u wake up to god looking curls 4. Get a micro fiber towel 5. I gave myself a little trim every month and I promise you it works!

Giv: your curl pattern is beautiful love it so much!!

Deya Vences: Omg love! I’ve been trying to regain my curly hair as well!
