SIMPLE CURLY HAIR ROUTINE FOR SHORT CURLY TRANSITIONING HAIR!
When I cut my hair I didn't realize my usual routine would stop working for me. Tried a few things and I think I'm back! As I continue to transition fully healthy curly hair my curl pattern changes...I have a lot of loose 2C curls to 3a curls and a few 3b ringlets.

Hey everyone, my name is caitlin and welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to be showing you how i've been styling my short hair recently. So ever since i cut my hair, a lot of the products that i was using are not working for me anymore. They'Re just weighing my hair down, so i've had to try a few products out, and i think i have a couple that i like. So i'm going to show you some today and yeah. If you haven't seen my last curly hair routine check that one out all the methods or like my wash routine and how i prep my hair before i style it, it's all still the same so watch that video after you watch this one other than that. Give this video like subscribe to my channel and let's get into it, so my hair has dried just a little bit, so i'm going to re-wet it with a spray bottle, make sure it is a little bit more than damp, but not dripping. Make sure you guys get the back of your head, that's with water and product, it's always the one that everyone has trouble with. I still always have trouble with it, so i'm working on it but make sure you get the back of your head. So now that my hair is properly wet, i'm going to take a leave-in conditioner. This is the one i've been using um. This is the first one i ever got so i've always liked it. It'S just a little bit pricey, but i got ta finish it before. I can get anything else, so this is the aveda nutraplenish leave-in conditioner. You want to shake this product and a little bit of it goes a long way. So you don't need too much. I'M going to take my denim brush and just go through my hair. Make sure that everything is coated evenly with the leave-in before styling and again this is, i already start the process here of lifting the hair off of the or lifting my roots off of my head. Sorry, all right! Next, i'm going to be taking my curl cream. This is from deputy: do girls with curls curl, defining cream? My hair has been loving this product, it's super affordable as well, so if you're interested in something that is affordable and doesn't need a gel to hold, this is the one i am going to be using a gel today, but just in case you wanted to know, I think it holds really well without a gel, so i'm just going to do my hair in section so just a little bit. First, i'm going to start with the back of my head and then the ends and work wait. Okay and again, i'm gon na be taking my diamond brush and just making sure everything is evenly distributed. So the last product, in my style routine, is the curls blueberry bliss curl control jelly. That was really hard to say. I'Ve obviously been really liking this product, but yeah, and it's so hard for me to get out at this point. I have to squeeze it on my knee and then take it with my hands. I don't know if anyone else does that, but that's me so i'm just gon na rake this through my hair before i go in with the denim brush again so start at the bottom flip, my hair. So again, just taking my denman brush and lifting the hair off the head. So once everything is brushed through, i start to scratch, and you want to hear that noise, that is, the magic curl definition sound okay. So that is all i do for products and how i apply them into my hair. Next, i'm just going to take my diffuser and i will just hover and try and dry the roots first and the midsection before i go and start cupping with the diffuser head. I think i'm good to start cupping with the diffuser. When i scrunch, i tried to bring the diffuser head all the way up to basically rest on my head and for areas that i can't reach or that it's just harder for me to um use the diffuser head. I will take my hand and then i will just use the diffuser this way. So my hair is just about like 70 dry, so i'm just gon na add a little bit of the argan oil for morocco by ogx and just a little bit of the moroccan oil treatment. And then i will continue diffusing. So this is my hair all dry and i love it. It'S amazing. This product is amazing, um, try it out it's affordable. It just goes to show you don't need to spend a lot of money to find something that works. So there's that and if you could recommend me a an affordable gel in the comments below. Heyyyyy: My hair is naturally straight and it’s silky soft and soo shiny and waist length I use in the shower Shea moister castor shampooo and conditioner and Miele rosemary mint mask (2times a week).after shower I use the Shea moisture castor lotion and manuka honey leave in and the Miele rosemary mint oil.I only use products from Shea moisture and Miele .I do an oil treatment once 2 weeks with the Miele rosemary mint oil and leave it overnight then wash off in the morning.I trim my hair once 3 months when it has thin ends (rarely does).I wash my hair every 2 days .when I go to the pool I use coconut oil from Shea moisture .
