Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today I'm actually going to be filming the two-step protein treatment by fo G. I actually bought this off to Sally's website about two days ago for three dollars and 79 cents. Like that's cheap, I know some places have the actual bottle, which cost like twenty or thirty dollars. But if you want to try this out before actually investing in the whole bottle, I would suggest you try this first cuz honestly, the best thing ever, if you want to just kind of like liven up your curls and give it that volume again. This is something that like, if you have to see, maybe the three eight curly hair like me, or even if you have kinky or curly hair than I do like this - is the best treatment for you to get that volume back. I know as far as the protein treatment goes, the directions are a little bit complicated, so I figured I would just do a tutorial on how to apply the protein treatment. Rinse it out, apply the conditioner rinse it out as well. Just to show you like how it works, because I know when I tried it the first time I was insanely confused. Usually I buy one leave-in conditioner pack and I'm fine, but this one I need to actually buy two because the protein, it's kind of like a honey based texture and it's not enough for my hair to suffice - is my hair. So if you have hair longer than mine or thicker than mine, I would probably suggest getting three for reference. If you guys know my sister, she only uses one package just depends on your hair, but just a heads up, though, as far as the first step, the protein treatment, it just smell a little funky, I could say it smells like rotten food, was left out for, Like three months pretty much, it literally smells like I'm, not even exaggerating like the smell is kind of nasty at first you get used to it, but it's kind of disgusting. So if you want to see how the review goes with the fo Jean just keep watching. Okay, so you don't have to get in the shower, but I thought it would be easy for me. If I did all you're going to do is just rinse your hair and you just apply shampoo and just rinse it out. That'S all we're gon na do in case any of you guys are wondering what shampoo I'm using. I actually buy this shampoo and conditioner from Amazon for about $ 40 for both bottles. It works really great. It'S about vegan base, paraben free, sulfate, free, essential oils in it. It'S amazing it makes my hair smells so good and it just leaves it feeling very soft guys so step two pretty much after you just shampoo your hair. You just obviously just want to brush your hair out. This might be a little like uncomfortable because it's not softened by the conditioner and really quick um. I would recommend doing this with like a t-shirt. You don't care about or like flip it inside out, because the protein treatment can be kind of sticky and it does kind of stain so yeah. I would definitely just kind of do that. So I know this is a whole like opposite of what we're doing, but you have to brush your hair as straight as possible. Like you got, ta make a look like this and if it helps it would actually be better if you kind of like party it down all the way to the back and just have like one strand here. One strand here so make sure that there's no hair at all on the back, so you're pretty much it's gon na. Look like this. Just she need that wet hair! Look! Okay! So I personally split my hair in two, because I'm gon na use one packer for one side. One pick on the other side like I said it doesn't come with much protein into the bag, so I recommend buying two or three. If you have longer thicker hair than I do so once you have your hairbrush like there's already a pre-cut thing for you here, so like you just kind of pour it in your palm of your hand, and it gets really sticky on the dries. So I'm gon na take one pack and put on the left side of my hair and you just kind of rake it through. I know I go against all the rules of curly hair and applying products in curly hair, but this is how to do it. So I pretty much finished the entire packet on one side of my hair, so just gon na make a cut. I would leave it in the sink by the way, because you know got to get anywhere else just right. Great great great smells good, Oh bad, bad! To be on the exaggerate earlier, but it's supposed to smell kind of funky, so the birds kind of my hand, all right. So that's one packet, oh all right! So once you apply one side once again, those all the rules against of curly hair applying products. You have to brush it all out to make sure it's all even now, and you just leave it like that, like you do not put in a little Doody, you don't put in a little plastic bag. Just leave it like that. Now we got ta. Do the other side, oh, this is spilling everywhere. Please make sure you have a towel on the ground. I do the reversing or in the shower. I don't want to do this in the shower, but just great. Why remember? This is a protein treatment so, like I know, the application looks very weird, but this is pretty much. This is the important part like this is not going to help your curls in your hair kind of come back to life. I like to put it in my boots as well as like money. I can't you don't scrunch I supposed to happen, but don't scratch do not scrunch. Do not do anything like that. Yo you're going! Okay, okay, so I put the application ready on the right side. Like I said, you want to brush it out, and now this is the most important part like I said you don't put it in boobie, you don't put it in the plastic bag, you don't put it in a bonnet. You literally leave your hair. Like this, you there's no time limit on it. This is gon na harden your hair, like really really hard in your hair, don't be alarmed it's okay, like it's supposed to be doing that. Okay! So as this is drying your hair, you don't want leaving it for too long either, so you actually do want to take like a hair dryer. I usually kind of use this diffuser part just because it help just kind of get more angles and heat. So that way, it helps try a little bit faster and obviously it'll harden a little bit easier. Okay. So, after about like five to six minutes of consistently drying it with the hairdryer, when you pull your hair should do this, you should kind of like stick all the other, that pretty much means it's working or it's work. So this is actually probably a good time for me to rinse my hair out. You don't relieve it in for too long like I said I would probably wait around with the hair dryer for about six seven minutes straight leave it in for about ten minutes. Max 10-15 minutes um see I'm gon na rinse it out now. So all I did was just rinse, my hair, my red shirt guy, so I have to change shirts. I could not do any more in case you guys are actually wondering this head wrap towel. It'S actually from the diva chrome one. It'S the microfiber, if you guys, are still wondering it's about twenty twenty-five dollars, but it's worth the money right. So the last step is going to be the moisturizer, which is pretty much a leave-in conditioner. It says on the packet: you can leave it in for about two minutes. I need someone who does deeply conditioners in my hair at least once a week, so minor gets enough for moisturizer. Guys is so for me, i'ma leave in about 10-15 minutes. You can leave it in for about between hours. All depends on what you guys think, okay, so my hair is all wash okay little baby things that I will probably never use alright. So this point this application, like I said you - could it's a leave-in conditioner, so you could put it in like a regular bag. Bonad heat cap, whatever you guys have this one. I already have like the pre rip. It doesn't smell. Funky, not sticky, just regularly conditioned air, so this is like the Jesus treatment that much I started from the roots. Personally, remember that I was putting on the conditioner for YouTube. I'M gon na look crazy, but I'm like I'm almost crazy yourself, so I'm not even gon na judge myself, you shouldn't, so I pretty much what I'd like to do. As far as like applying conditioner my hair, I do like to Inc of the roots. I mean it for the roots for the ends because, like I said my hair can get dry easily, I feel like my hair grows fast at a good rate than the average person, so once you have it all in your hair, I like to pretty much take It into like a bun this one, you can leave with a bun. Alright, pretty much. Take you to the button just like that. I kind of just leave it there lookie. I have a clip, okay, so pretty much. This is what I look like right now. I'M just leave this in for about, like I said, 5-10 minutes and then I'm gon na rinse it off Nords. Okay, so I moved to my parents room because being quarantined in a house with a bunch of love, Puerto Ricans does not help me record, so this is what I'm doing so pretty much already showered rinsed out the conditioner. Obviously, once you do, they look a little like right, one here pretty much once that's done just kind of wan na I brushed it out, I'm like obsessed with brushing my hair and that's a really bad thing to say, but I don't brush my hair every hour. I put some type of light, so that's why I just leave it curly all the time, but it still makes it close enough away when I actually use its GK. It'S hair taming system, the juban ex. This is amazing. This stuff cost $ 30. But, oh my god, it's amazing! It'S so good to have smiles and a little goes a long way to be honest, but I aim for my roots. I try not to put too much leave-in conditioner. In my I mean I keep saying my roots, but I need my ends. I'Ve had to put too much in my roots just because my hair gets greasy faster, all right guys, especially the end of the tutorial I wasn't putting product in my hair, for you guys to kind of show you like the final touch, but just seeing how late It'S getting right now and I did have to get up early tomorrow morning. It'S not gon na work out. It'S not. This is my hair air dry for about 15 minutes or so, and I can already tell like there's more waves and curls in it naturally than it usually is. So I can only imagine how it's gon na look when I actually do put in the product, and I should diffuse it, but I will be filming soon my wavy curly hair routine, to show you guys kind of like how I diffuse my hair and get it All big and fluffy, but in the meantime, thank you guys so much for watching this tutorial comment like it subscribe below.
