MY STAPLE NATURAL HAIR PRODUCTS -

http://www.shereadelsol.com/staple-pro...

Hey y'all, it's sheree! What'S up, i am back with another diy mask in this video i'll, be showing you how i use amla for hair growth, shine length retention, aka booty, crack length hair. So if you are interested in seeing how i made this mask and applied it then definitely stay tuned you're going to need just a few ingredients. Obviously one of them is amla powder. Amla was actually the very first ayurvedic herb that i used on my natural hair. Many many many many years ago when i first went natural because of that amla will always have a special place in my heart. If you are new to diy - and you are new to ayurveda, amla is the herb that i recommend you try. First, as it's easy to use and easy to rinse out, amla is probably the most popular ayurvedic herb, but girl she's popular for a reason. Amla contains phytonutrients vitamins and minerals that help to increase scalp circulation and stimulate hair growth. Yeah put the on it. The vitamin c in amla helps to produce collagen, which improves hair health and strength. Amela has been known to thicken, volumize and darken natural hair, and i can attest to that next you're going to need some avocado and yes, my avocado looks old and busted. I am caribbean for real and not for play play, so i do not believe in using a hearty ripe juicy avocado on my natural hair. When you use a superfood like avocado, it is best to take it internally once you take it internally, it not only does good for the body, it does good for the hair. Topical treatments of these superfoods obviously are helpful if you want to get the best bang for your buck and you actually like the taste of avocado. I recommend that you eat it makes sense, makes sense all right, besides being a caribbean. Staple avocado is rich in fatty acids, potassium vitamin c e and k and other important nutrients. It is ideal for any natural hair mask because it moisturizes and softens the hair adds volume and definition smooths the cuticles, thus reducing phrase and aids in hair growth. And what is the goal say it with me? Booty crackling hair, exactly aloe vera, has entered the chat. Honey aloe vera is actually one of my favorite favorite ingredients. To add to my natural hair and to add to my mask, i have a detailed video on aloe vera. I recommend you check it out. Besides, being amazing for hair growth, aloe vera conditions smooths and adds shine to the hair very much like amla, it also relieves itchiness on the scalp and prevents dandruff. My aloe vera is already washed and cleaned. I go into detail about the poison and aloe vera that you need to remove before you use it so check out that previous video for that information, i no longer just scoop out the gel from my aloe vera plant. I use the whole leaf. I find that it just saves time and you get the same consistency you get the same benefits, so i'm all for saving time, and i know y'all are too and because i wash and clean the aloe vera. I don't get the itchiness that some people complain about now, it's time to mix the ingredients up, i'm first combining the avocado and the aloe into my little blender cup, i'm using my nutribullet, like i always do, because it is a small itty, bitty blender. I kind of have to do it in two steps. If you are using a bigger blender, you ain't got to do all of that. I just want to pulverize it just a little bit to decrease the volume, so i can add in the rest of the aloe and that's all i'm doing once all the ingredients are in the cup. I give it a bled for about two minutes. You can do longer or a short amount of time, depending on the powerfulness of your blender. So this is what the consistency is. Looking like right now, i recommend this is not a recommendation. This is something you have to do, especially if you're using the whole leaf of the aloe vera plant. You have to strain it. I use a nut milk bag. Usually you can also use a cheese cloth. You can also use a t-shirt if you want to, but you all know i like my little diy gadgets. So i love my nut milk bag and i use it for everything and after straining it you can see all the pieces left over those pieces would have been left in our hair and we don't want that. So this is the final consistency and i bet it's a bit looser than what you would expect, but it still has all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients in it. It is just a looser consistency which actually makes it better to mix it up with the amla. In case you want to recreate this recipe. I am using about a whole avocado with two whole aloe vera leaves you all know. My leaves are a bit smaller, so it will depend on how big your leaves are, how juicy your leaves are and how much hair you have and how dense or thick your hair is. Now i'm adding my liquid to my amla, i use about 16 ounces or two cups of liquid to a cup or eight ounces of amla. I find that eight ounces or a cup is right around what i need for my length and my density now. These are some optional ingredients. I am going in with two tablespoons of honey. I love honey for shine and moisture. It draws moisture in to the hair, i'm also going in with two tablespoons of aloe vera oil. If you all want to see how i make my aloe vera oil definitely give this video a thumbs up, and let me know down below and once the charade also diy, without the use of an essential oil i'm going in with spearmint, which is one of my Absolute favorite, essential oils and, after all, the ingredients are mixed. This is what the consistency is. Looking like, nice and smooth, you all know how i undo and, like i always say i do cover it and let it sit for 12 to 24 hours. That'S just something! I'Ve been doing for a while and that's what i continue to do: no rhyme or reason you can use this mask right away, but i'ma let mine sit now. It is time to apply. I got my bonnet on and underneath my bonnet, i got my quarantine twist as what i call them. I just try to keep my hair tucked away as best as possible. I do like to start applying my treatments to my roots. Your hair grows from your roots and it is important because these treatments are basically scalp treatments. Of course they help your hair, but they are exceptional for your scalp, so i do start up my scalp to make sure i do not miss that part. It is so important. These masks are super messy. That is the one con about them, but you can instantly see how much shine i have on my hair. My hair instantly looks darker and more moisturized and everything just by applying the mask it doesn't have to sit for a long time for you to instantly see results and that's what i like about ayurveda after one ayurvedic treatment you can see and will see the difference In your hair and then i just continue that process applying the mixture throughout my hair again making sure to apply that stuff. At my roots, look at my hair y'all. My hair is defined from the roots to the ends. My hair is thick from the roots to the ends. My hair is shiny, it looks healthy, it looks lustrous i love amla amla has been good to me and i'm sure it can be good to you too, after applying the treatment throughout my hair. This is what my hair is looking like again, you can see my curls are popping. You can see how healthy my hair looks. I i just don't know what to say. I just don't have the words i just don't have the words i'm like so good. Come on, slow-mo come on body come on movement, okay, okay, okay and then i twist my hair up into four chunky twists and leave the treatment on overnight. You can just leave yours on for 30 minutes to an hour, but overnight has been working well for me, so this is the next day and i'm rinsing the treatment out of my hair. While i watch youtube in the shower, because i'm fancy y'all can just see how my hair is really thriving, i decided to include this in the video, because a lot of people ask how i remove my powders from my hair. I use conditioner. I do not use shampoo to remove it. I do not use a co-wash. I use a regular smegular, cheap conditioner suave theo5 herbal essences, some chippy drugstore conditioner - to remove the powders from my hair. These conditioners not only balance the strength and moisture in my hair, but they also help to remove the powder as well. By making my hair nice and slippery, i just continued that process throughout my hair. First rinsing out the powder with water and then going in with conditioner to add slip and moisture and after rinsing out the conditioner. This is what my hair is looking like. You can see the moisture you can see the shine. You can see everything i did want to show you what my hair looked like with the powders completely rinsed out and air dried. I had been air drying for about an hour or two, but you can see that the definition was still there. The volume was still there and my hair just looks nice and big and voluminous and pretty and just bomb like i have so much movement have so much body. My hair just looked amazing after this treatment and that's it y'all. Let me know what you think: have you tried amla? Will you try amla? Was this video helpful? Let me know, thank you guys so much for watching and i'll see. Y'All later peace,

Tiff Temperance: I love using amla powder. It makes the hair Suuuuper soft, especially when mixed with a deep conditioner! It has also stopped my shedding! Also made my hair darker!

missasheliz: I can’t wait to make this !!! lol my family thinks I’m bougie making masks and using aloe but they are going to be MAD MAD when I have bootycrack length hair

The Digital Empress: Ever since I went ayurveda i’ve seen nothing but great results in my hair. I incorporated aloe leaf at first and my hair immediately fell in love. I just recently started using amla as well as the other indian hair secret powders and WHEW CHYLE! My hair has never felt this great and been this moisturized for days on end. I was never able to achieve a wash n go before and now i’m on my 3rd day of my wash n go this week with very defined and moisturized curls. I also just started using avocado as apart of my DC and the softness... The only thing about avocado and the powders guys, please use a conditioner like Shera explained to wash it out or you’ll be walking around with chunks in falling out your hair GoodEnergii also put me on to a lot of ayurvedic rituals too. I love both of you guys And we want that aloe oil secret too!

Cassandra Jean: Yesssss hunnie! Thank you sooooo much for this video. I’ve been researching and going back and forth of which herb to use first. I tried fenugreek last month and I think I did something wrong with mixing. However this wash day I’ll be using this recipe. I’ll let you know how it goes!

dodger: I love Amla! In addition to adding it to my henna tea spritz and my henna gloss, I add it to shampoo and see a major difference when I don’t add it to the shampoo. Hair is softer and not stripped when I combine them. Amla is also a great face exfoliater bc of its high Vitamin C.

Nichole H: I agree with consuming nutrient-dense foods. I consume organic amla powder in the morning with MSM. The amla powder I use is beige-green, which differs from the oxidized, darker amla powders. I also use dried amla fruit in my tea spritz and liquid for my henna treatments. I recently purchased amla oil for my scalp oil mix.

Marianna M.: I’ve been trying to incorporate an Ayurvedic treatment in my hair routine every wash day. I normally do them on clean hair before I deep condition. You have inspired me to step up my treatments and try different Ayurvedic ingredients cause you know, we tryna get booty crack length hair out here lol. Would this be a good treatment to do before deep conditioning or would that be redundant?

letterstoalease: I’ve been mixing amla in my deep conditioner and you automatically see more strength

littlebitnj78: Amla has been my ride or die Ayurvedic powder for YEARS!!!! It always does me right and fixes any janky experimentation faux pas Love these DIY videos - keep ‘em coming! Your hair is beyond thriving

ChameleonOne: Girl, I just wanted to let you know that my DIY Life changed when I listened to you and bought that nut milk bag! It's a game changer. Knee highs and cheese cloth ain't got NOTHING on that nut milk bag! I did your moringa mask last weekend. About to try this one next! Saved to my natural hair care playlist. Thanks for all your hard work.

Just K: Great vid. Def would love the aloe oil vid! Right before I got my cornrows in I did 6 weeks of amla. Mostly amla with a lil fenugreek powder and aloe vera powder. Brewed water and mixed in hibiscus petals, horsetail & nettle or calendula & burdock and used that as the liquid. The last mask I did your moringa and black rice milk recipe with some amla added in. Hair loved it!! Will go back to amla and moringa once the braods come out.

Evryting Kriss: For once, I have all the things needed to make this! I might be too lazy to make it BUT at least I have the ingredients.

Cheryl Greyer: I had to come back and find this video for my comment . I finally got my Amla herbs and made this mask this week. I just took my twist down and chileeeeeee my hair feels so freaking good!! This is def going into my weekly routine. Thank you love for sharing this magic ❤️❤️❤️

Jacky Wairegi: Amla was also my first ayurveda product I ever used when I was in grade school got amla oil from Indian shops back in the day and my hair was healthy and long.... I also drink my amla☺ I can say it's my favourite herb

Muna okezie: Amla has been a life saver. Amla has been proven to be more effective than minoxidil that is used in Alopecia treatment. Amla oil also is so amazing. I love that I can use my Amla in so many ways. Aloe vera is another powerful plant that works wonders for the hair. Thank you so much for sharing.

Ambr Mrriott: I think I'm officially obsessed with your channel ❤️

D Harmon: Yes, I always use amla for all of my ayurvedic recipes. I too leave the treatment in over night. Does a great job, and my hair is growing too.

Remika Williams: I love Ayurvedic treatments This one is my favorite because of the avocado my hair LOVES IT!!!! I just wish I didn't have to rinse it out because my curls be POPPIN

Morgan Williams: I’m loving these consistent uploads, keep them coming please! also, that hair is getting LONG! I’m so here for it ❤️

Aisha B.: I love love Amla. Use it in almost every diy mask! I think the more you get into Ayurveda, the more you move away from being an over the counter product junkie or you look for strictly ayurvedic products . I'm starting to not like a lot stuff. Thanks for the video. Your hair is really thriving SheRea!!

Amira Clemens: Amla is definitely a hair staple. I have made masks for wash day similar to yours and also made hair-growth oil infused with it. There is a lot of science on its ability to define, thicken, and grow hair. Everyone who wants long hair should be using it.

Al Boogie: Great video! I'm going to make this. A couple of questions. 1. Did you apply this to freshly washed hair? 2. When you let the mixture sit overnight, do you refrigerate it or let it sit out on the counter?

Ashleigh Fells: The consistency with uploading I have no choice but to stan!

1922mistyblue: I tried amla but it seems like I did it all wrong. I mixed it with oil and tea and allowed it to set 8 hours. I applied it for 2 hours and it was so difficult to rinse off. Prior to the amla, I had in aloe Vera like your original video. I did not use a cheap conditioner to rinse but I used She Scent It Blueberry cowash. My amla may have needed to be sifted too.

Nicole Alce: Amla was my first Ayurveda power as well and still using. Love it! Makes my hair shiny and healthy. Get lots compliments.

Amanda Leigh: Amla is bae! Henna Sooq brand is the best. I was using Hesh brand Amla powder from the Indian store but the Henna Sooq brand mixed like butter with no lumps and it wasn’t grainy. Awesome video, TFS! ❤️

Darrian Dodson: This looks amazing! I love your content and am excited to try it! Quick question do you wash your hair before this? And after the mask is rinsed out do you go in with conditioner? Thank you!

O'mya Rose: I have all these ingredients too sis wash day is Friday I’m a little shook

Leah McLean Tewari: Girl, I had to create an entire playlist just for YOU. ❤️

Virgo8270: Hey girl! Thanks for the video I'm excited to start incorporating Ayurveda ingredients in my hair care routine. Question: do you have a video of how you made your diy Ayurveda oil?

Kristy C: Great video! I am going to try aloe powder with amla powder and coconut milk for moisture...I love natural hair masks! Henna is also amazing

Jessica Nixon: I’m new to the Ayurvedic life & just made a mask. I used the Miche deep conditioner w/ aloe Vera powder , ashwaganda powder, & amla powder. My hair feels good. Still trying to figure everything out which is why I stumbled upon your Chanel to begin with. Thanks for sharing this info

Olivia Fitz: It's the consistency of content for me- I've truly been loving your uploads. I never thought I'd try ayurveda but I see the results it gave you. If I bought a few powders and added them to deep conditioners I already have, would I still get the same benefits? I wanna start out the lazy way. Lol.

Tehirja Ogbonna: Can you use the Aloe Vera and Avocado as a tea rinse?

Curls of a CPA: I have been loving these DIYs!! I just got my neem powder in the mail and now I have this one in my cart haha I have a couple questions lol can I add this (or even the neem) powder to one of my deep conditioners? Or can I use store bought aloe juice and avocado oil if I don't have time or energy to blend out the fresh aloe and avocado?

sds1011974: You do know by now you don’t have to ask us about anything you want to do right? We’re just waiting. Your hair just looks so lush n lively! Avocado has really changed the game for me. My hair loves it! I mix it with banana (both overripe) and Ayurvedic powders plus horsetail herb liquid drops. I add some conditioner in as well (Aussie Moist). My hair is thriving! So bring us whatever DIY you want. I’ll be here!

Allyson Terrell: Definitely going to try this, I love your diy recipes, please keep them coming

Darla B: Great video, love your channel. If you don't have aloe vera leaves can you just use aloe vera gel or juice? And avocado oil for the avocado? Thank you!♥️

trianna2008: Tell em again about the avocados girl! I’m Jamaican and my heart BLEEDS when I see these naturals using a beautiful ripe avocado in their hair. Especially in the states where you can be dropping $2-$3 on one avocado! Also, this looks nice! I’ll try it out next time I see aloe Vera in upstate NY!

puddin12dt: This looks SUPER nourishing and your hair looks very happy at the end so I will be trying this one! Thanks for sharing!

MRS. W.O.: Love that you showcase the benefits of ayurvedic herbs, a woman after my own heart.

Free as the Wind: Nice... My first treatment was amla. I mixed it with a protein powder ( never do that) but after 2 days my curls and thickness was poppin... Then few weeks later I tried henna.. it's not horrible but I will only do henna once a year if I see weak ends.

jamackee: Love your videos. Do you apply to dry or damp hair? I love amla but I've been using it in oils or tea rinses due to the messiness of masks but I'm thinking of going back to monthly masks.

Natacha De los Santos: Your hair is striving so well. I’m here thinking this is a recent video, and I’m like wow her hair got so longgg but I went to check how long ago it was and when I see it’s 7 months ago, I’m like wow and I need recheck a recent video to see how long SheRae’s hair got! God bless you hair and keep doing what you are doing!!!

Llorzz: When you said eating the avocado and not using it directly on hair, I KID YOU NOT, I laughed and screamed out EXACTLY lol. Lots of love from Jamaica my fellow Caribbean sis

Michelle Buchanan: Great receipe! I just made it and want to use it NOW. Question: I just washed my hair and twisted it 2 days ago so can I keep this for at least another week or 10 days?

nattash28: Ma’am!!!!! Your hair is looking amazing. I love it. I know following your recipes has set me on the right path. Definitely looking to add Amla to regiment. Have you tried hibiscus in your DIY’s?

Amber Hart: I used this lastnight ..my hair loves it I can't wait to see the results...my curls was popping..I'll never prepoo without it again

vey: Hey, girl! Quick question (if you've got the time for little ole me): do you think the amla powder will darken my hair so considerably that, when I buy extensions for braids and things, I'll need to go a color up? Say for instance, I buy my braid hair in a 1B (off-black) right now, but would I need to start buying a 1 (jet black)? Thank you!

Bianka F: I tried this! I think I didnt add enough aloe because there was absolutely no slip the mixture and it was hard to get it to spread in my 4c hair. But when I washed it out my hair was so so so soft !! I will definitely do this recently again with some tweaking . Thanks alot for the video !!

BlkScuba Queen: I made this today and I'm sleeping with it on my hair. I didn't use all I made so I put the remainder in a container and stored in the refrigerator. I can say once I applied it, my curls instantly popped. I'm a woman of a certain age and although my hair is healthy, it sheds a lot and thinning. I will let you know the outcome.

Ramiyah B: Thanks for this video I Have a question can I replace with aloe vera with something else?

Are you still using up that brand or have purchased a new brand and which one? Thanks for the video!
