MY STAPLE NATURAL HAIR PRODUCTS -

http://www.shereadelsol.com/staple-pro...

Hey all is sure eh. What'S up in this video, I'm gon na show you how to make my fenugreek and I love pre-poo for longer softer hair. If you're interested, then let's go so we're gon na start off with the mason jar. I always infuse my herbs into a mason jar. That is what worked best for me. Fenugreek is an absolute powerhouse. I'Ve mentioned fenugreek multiple times on my channel, because it's an amazing vetted ingredient. It contains lecithin y'all have heard lots of them before you can sign that any hair grease it helps to protect the hair. It hydrates your hair and strengthens your hair at the root. If your hair is stressed about the roots and it's stronger than what does that mean you're going to achieve with a crack length, it's going to promote hair growth, you haven't seen my videos on hair grease and less. The trim definitely check it out in the cards. Fenugreek also decreases hair shedding, therefore, keeping more strands on your head. I'M going to go in with a tablespoon of aloe vera powder, which is another powerful aromatic herb. It'S going to balance the mixture because it's going to add, conditioning and softness to the strengthening nature of fenugreek. It also promotes hair growth. We know that goals for 2020, despite the craziness in the world, we still don't grow this hair. It also reduces its genus and dandruff on the scalp. Then I go in with 16 ounces of purified hot water. You can use distilled water. Just please for the sake of the hair gods, do not use tap water, then I give it a nice little mix just to make sure all the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the mixture, and then I let it infuse overnight to 24 hours. This was 24 hours later and you can see that the mixture has separated a little bit, but don't worry once you give it a nice little shake it's going to return to a homogeneous mixture. Yes, I'm using our junior high science terms, homogeneous so yeah. I just give a little shake just to make sure everything is distributed nicely before I strain it all right now, it's time to strain the mixture I use a big bowl and a nut milk bag. I will link everything down below. I, like straining my mixture, because it's easy for the fenugreek and aloe vera particles to get stuck in your hair, and we don't want that trust me. It'S annoying. I like using this big bowl, so I keep it as neat as possible because if you use a small bowl, it's gon na be messy. I just take my time and strain out the liquid. I think you can already see just how awesome and slippery it is, but I just continue to get out all the goodness and like look at that, you can stop right here. You don't have to add anything else. You can keep it as it is, but y'all know I'm extra, so I am gon na go in with a few more ingredients, but just look how nice and slippery it is right. Now I'm gon na go in with two tablespoons of my arithmetic oil. You can use whatever all you like, but I like using my eggs atticfoil. That is just what works best for me and y'all know. I don't like things drooping down my back so most of my mixtures. I do go in and add guar gum. It helps to thicken the mixture. It also helps to add slip as well. I started off with a half a teaspoon of the guar gum. Guar gum can get crazy very easily if you use too much so I always advise starting off with as little as possible and then building it up and adding more as you go. So you can see that I started off with a half a teaspoon of guar gum, and I mix that in with a tablespoon of glycerin and glycerin, and this make sure because it also adds moisture and slip, but also it helps the to emulsify into the liquid. Better, if you want guar gum to not have clumps and not be yucky mix it into some glycerin, and it really will change the game and I'm doing my mixture a nice little mix. You can see what it's looking like just getting in the oil to mix in I'm fit better. Before I pour the guar gum, and I mean you can see how lovely the texture is. I just go in, and I slowly add the guar gum and glycerin mixture and just mix mix mix it up. You can see that it has a nice consistency. Right here is sticking up quite a bit. The 1/2 teaspoon has really helped to make the mixture have more of a viscous consistency, and you can stop here, but I wanted mine to be a bit thicker, so I did go in with 1/4 teaspoon or 1/4 TSP of guar gum, and I use another tablespoon Of glycerin, so in total my recipe calls for 3/4 teaspoon of guar gum and 2 tablespoons of glycerin. Does that make sense? But I did it this way, because I didn't want my mixture to be too thick. I wanted to be able to control how thick it was. Of course, I'm a bit extra, so I am going in with a few drops of an essential oil. I'M going in with rosemary rosemary is good for promoting hair growth; it stimulates the scalp it prevents. Itchiness is just a great essential oil and look at this consistency up. Look how beautiful and slippery and gooey this consistency looks. This is an amazing treatment. You can use it as a pre-poo. You can use it as a deep conditioner. You can use it in any way that you want, and I just bottle it up and it's just time to apply it now. So, let's get into applying and y'all can see. My eyes are super red. I'M super tired, it's late at night, but I wanted to do the treatment overnight this quarantine season. My hair has been in under my bonnet pretty much every day for at this point there had been two weeks. I did not do anything to my hair. It'S my hair, you know, wasn't the best at this point, but this treatment definitely brought me back. It brought me back, I mean not to toot my own horn, but to to this mixture is so amazing has so much lip so much moisture. I'M a natural hair genius for this one. Look at the consistency, Holly! Look, how beautiful that consistency! The worthless thing touched my hair. I was blown away like look at my face, I'm just so pleased with myself. It'S just really incredible. My knots and tangles started to slip out. They just started to break apart. My hair just really came to life with this treatment and I'm heavy-handed I mean using a whole lot, but you don't have to use as much as I'm using, but because I do it myself, I don't mind using a whole bunch. I make it. It takes nothing to make it's a simple process and I just continued that process throughout my hair just angling, my hair, you can see how it's making my curls pop out like a lashing go, is really just incredible and of course, I just twist the section up And I move on to the next section, smothering my hair and this stuff and I'm gon na just make y'all watch look at my hair y'all had to come back. Look at my hair. Look at it yeah! Just look at the definition. Look at the shine and this product winces out very smoothly. I didn't have a whole bunch of bits in my hair. It'S really just perfect and just like that, I've already applied the mixture and look at me. Oh, this is how my hair is looking with it. Freshly applied throughout my hair, you can see, I think you can see it. I don't even gon na talk about it. I think you can see what this treatment has done for me like. I have so much shrinkage because my hair is so moisturized and soft. The shrinkage is crazy. I literally have mid-back length almost waist-length hair in the back, and my hair has shriveled up to my neck because it's so moisturized, I'm gon na give you a full 360 of what my hair is looking like shrinkage on 100, but that's alright. I also wanted to show you the movement and the body. Look on. My hair is moving, it's so silky, so smooth. I just can't, and then I just braid my hair up into two chunky braids. I applied my shower cap and my hat and my hair hat and I let it sit overnight. I did just want to show you the rinse out process. You can see that my curls are popping. My hair is smooth. My hair is shine tea. It just looks super good, so yeah y'all. This is what the treatment looks like after rinsing it out. Let me know what you think about this treatment. Let me know if you're willing to try it - and I was talk to y'all later thanks for watching love, y'all peace,

SheRea DelSol: Thanks for watching! Check out the latest UPDATE to this recipe: https://youtu.be/HnZ6NQ7J8ZA

sunny j: I finally got myself to make this recipe and I’m kicking myself for not trying it sooner. It’s a real game changer for me. The slip is out of this world! My knots and tangles did melt away with ease, I’ve never seen my hair do that the way my hair clumped together and had curl definition! 100/10! Thank you SheRea! ❤️

Dan E: I loved this video sooo much, I had to try it! I made my own pre-poo and I followed your recipe almost exactly!! Thanks, sis!! This treatment is definitely the TRUTH. It gave me instant definition, moisture, and my hair was noticeably strengthened!!! This was my first hair DIY and it turned out AMAZING. Much love, SheRea

De-Anthony King, MBA: I started my hair journey last year. I have been really getting into Ayurveda and I have been doing fenugreek and amla tea rinses on wash day. I tried this 2 weeks ago and wow. I really really enjoy it as an overnight pre-poo. Started another batch today for tomorrow night. Love this recipe. Thanks and keep them coming. Love ‘em. Doing the Ayurvedic oil next.

F G: Yes but I like to kick it up a notch, add some slippery elm, marshmallow root powder, and I use sodium lactate instead of glycerin. Only I use mine as a leave in because I refuse to rinse out our such goodness. Fenugreek will remain as leave on in my hair. With some hibiscus tea baby the moisture and slip is bomb diggiity bomb

Jesse Foyster: I finally got to do this recipe myself, and I did with fenugreek and amla powder ..... GIRL this is the best prepoo my hair ever did see!!! My Hair loved every bit of it, the slip went CRAZY Thank you so much for blessing us with this recipe

Jaleecia Marie: I love this combo! I’ve been doing this for a month and my hair loves it!

Bromista Davis: I did something similar: fenugreek powder, distilled water, my homemade infused herbs oil, and coconut milk -BOMB! It was a DC and my hair felt so hydrated after using it ☺️ Edit: can we get a length check on camera? Your hair is so long and healthy

Jamillah Hampton: SheRae I just tried this DIY and I’m in LOVE ! This pre-poo is everything.

Dan E: Thank you so much for all your content. I've lived with dry brittle type 4 hair for almost thirty years because I never learned how to moisturize properly. You make it fun and I have learned so much watching your channel!!

Duffy Dee: I tried this and added hibiscus to mine. I loved the slip, how my hair looked and felt after rinsing it out, I just loved it! But I used it as a prepoo so as soon as I washed my hair with shampoo I regretted it instantly. All the softness and goodness was stripped off. Next time I will use it as my deep conditioner instead. Thanks for sharing this DIY recipe.

trianna2008: Had decided to stop pre-pooing since I wasn’t seeing a difference but, after seeing your results side to side, I might just need to prepoo better. Luckily I have all these ingredients already! Can’t wait to feel and see the difference in my hair. :)

kippysun: I'm here for it! Definitely trying this tomorrow as my weekend DIY. Already have the Aloe Vera and Fenugreek powders! Might play with a few other things I have already and add them in as well. We'll see what happens. I'm ALL FOR DIY hair products!! Thanks for your videos!!

Crépus & Co: The penetration on dry hair looks out of this world! Wish I could achieve the same thing with my own DIY recipe but not there yet :)

Selena: Just tried this after taking out 2 month old twists‍♀️ This stuff is great and made my hair so soft and hydrated. Also used that Soultanicals detox and when i washed both out my hair was softer than when I rinsed out my DC. Will continue to use this. 5 stars from me!

larae366: I mix both aloe vera powder and fenugreek powder with my deep conditioners and leave it on overnight. Sometimes I add amla and or henna.

K Tukison: I want to say thank you. I tried this and 1 my curls. Popped instant. I left over night when I rinsed I felt the strength and moisture. A definite addition to my routine. Oh my shedding was minimal to none.. 6 strands or so.... I love this. Thank you. I'll be making your other concoctions

Pamela Queen: I know this is a few months old but I'm going to try this as a deep conditioner and sit under my heating cap for an hour (if no one bothers me). I love that you try to answer every one who leaves a comment. Not many youtubers bother with answering us. Maybe going forward in your DIY videos you can mention how long the mixture will last in the fridge, and what you can replace an ingredient with, as I've seen these questions asked repeatedly and you answered each one! The patience of a Saint! Lol

NJ Eberhart: The shrinkage . Thanks for the DYI. I just started using products with fenugreek and I think my hair really likes!

Mz Mitchell: She Rea this hair treatment is life you're officially a natural hair guru with this one!! I'm loving it, my curls are so define omg . I didn't have the guar gum so I used the slippery elm instead and the aloe from the plant omgeeeeee slip for so thank again hun I need an up to date wash day using ayurvedic diy please

aobianyo: Tried this recipe yesterday. Best hair wash day ever. I made it too thick but no problems. It went on easily and i left it in for 8 hours. Washed it out and my hair felt amazing. Just made Shampooing much easier. Thank you.

Josiphia Rizado: Who loves Fenugreek like me? great especially if you have thin fine hair

Chalisse Greenidge: Just bought the ingredients! I already love your black rice water prepoo and I know my hair will love this!! Is this considered a protein treatment?

Paula Carter: Thank you for this DIY. I use it today as a deep conditioner and my hair has never been this soft.

blkbry 1972: Baby, that prepoo looked scrumptious, I'm making this ASAP! I made a fenugreek deep conditioner last week and I loved it. I got the recipe from another Youtuber by the name of NowIAmNappy, check out her channel if you haven't already. I don't care for the scent of fenugreek, but the benefits outweigh the scent. The same goes for neem oil, it's smells so bad but it's a great herb. I see them nails sis, nice!

Neily2Real: Omggg I finally tried out this prepoo and WOOOWWWW. I have used it for two wash days so far and this is definitely a new staple. The other day I made another batch but added cassia to see how that goes. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!

PreppyFay12: I am interested in trying this prepoo. I'm curious though about two things. 1.) You promoted Curly Proverbs Henna + Aloe Mask which has some of the same ingredients would you use her mask as a prepoo then? How did the slip compare? 2.) Do you feel comfortable using another ayurvedic treatment in the same wash day on regular basis? I know you have done an all ayurvedic wash day before on the channel, which I have watched, but I am asking as someone who had never used ayurvedic ingredients before (for beginners).

RealMcCoy411: As I speak I am letting this DIY sit on my hair! It really does have great benefits!

NeeNee Brown: SHEREEEAAAAAAA!!!! OMG I made this and used it yesterday and WOOOOOOWW!!! As soon as it touched my hair, my tangles/knots melted away instantly!!! Detangling took 10 mins (tops) I can just hug youuuu!!! Thanks Queen! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

MRS. W.O.: Great recipe. Fenugreek works wonders. I use fenugreek seeds infused in and aloe vera juice as a refresher spray, I have little to no shedding and my hair stays hydrated

NEDA BOO!: How protein packed would you say the fenugreek powder is? I'm asking because I have very protein sensitive hair. Other than that, this looks absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to try it!

Nwayo o: When DIY makes sense. Wonderful recipe, thank you.

Daijah Monae: Yay for another DIY! ❤️ Out of your rice milk pre-poo, the aloe/rice water pre-poo and this one, is there one you prefer over the others ?

Kat Natural: Thanks for this video sis. I literally came across aloe Vera powder on Amazon. Needless to say I ordered it and I guess you can great minds think alike because I’m definitely trying this.

Bella Savage: I’m doing this next wash day! Gyal your recipes are !!!

Linda Summlin Aitch: Hey Hun! Have you tried this recipe with fresh aloe vera gel instead of powder? I am going to make this using xanthum gun as that's what I have. I keep a couple of leaves of aloe vera and was wondering how you think the recipe would do with gel. My SheRea hair growth oil+ is now about three weeks old and I have begun to use it. Thanks and stay healthy!

Brenda Spanner: I had everything but aloe vera powder and guar gum BUT I made it work. I substituted the AV powder for moringa powder and added everything else. Doing this as a pre poo and leaving the rest for a deep conditioner. My hair, right now, feels so soft with the pre poo in it. Thanks for the mixture

Fabienne Lafalaise: How often do you do this treatment? Weekly/Monthly? Definitely going to do this. Love DIY. Thanks for sharing

Sarah Luv: As a biology teacher, I got way too excited hearing you say "homogenous" lmaoooo. The school year has been too long. It needs to end already lol

Channygirl Chantel G: Ok this I think I can actually do! I put the stuff in my amazon cart and will be ordering! Thank you girl!!

Naturallyurs: I made it. My first diy hair product. I also added a tablespoon of raw unfiltered honey. The slip is great. Detangling was a breeze. It was easy to apply. Con: My hair smells like a Grenadian market (I'm grenadian so ...). I'll see if my hair products can mask the smell. Hoping so. Otherwise, great stuff.

Melanie Draughon: I hope that you see this message. Can I use the Goddess Hair Herbal blend, and Aloe Vera powder. Or should I just use 2 scoops of the Goddess Hair Herbal blend, because Aloe Vera powder is already in there? Just wondering what you think. I don't have separate Fenugreek powder.

Luvin On Me: I have very little experience using auyruvedic herbs and this was my first time making one of your recipes (I've been lazy). This one seemed pretty simple so I was down. But when you say you add gura gum cuz you dont like stuff drippin down your neck I figured it'll be alright.... as a person who normally pre poos with oil or store bought stuff I was not ready for this mess ... You need to add a disclaimer cuz this joint got soooooo messy without the thicken agent I will be following the recipe to the T next time. Curls were poppin though! Love your videos ❤❤❤

Coily Loxs: Got mine ready for tomorrow’s wash day. I used amla & aloe vera though. I also made some cleaning bars out of zizyphus and I’ll probably use different DCs from Soultanicals or Honey’s Handmade throughout my next few week’s wash days. I purchased their chebe almond milk conditioner I need to see what that’s about.

Adventurous Life Squad: Love using aloe in my hair. Fenugreek is always a plus for hair, increase in breast milk.

really_Joyce: So I made this yesterday without guar gum because I couldn't find any and y'all even after I finished deep conditioning, my hair was still defined and stayed detangled. Thank God I made alot. My next DIY would be the hair growth oil. *Can't thank you enough!!. By the way I used the actual aloe Vera plant and it turned out just right.

Belinda Sanders: I love the scent of fenugreek. I always have fenugreek infused oils on tap. I also use it as a tea spray. I need to try your recipe.

Alexa Mechelle: I love your diys! Can't wait to try this.

YoYoThaGr8: As a newer subscriber..I must say your recipes are BOMBBB. Thanx girl!!!

L Bu: Brilliant recipe! Thank you for sharing ♥️

booktoblockbuster: Thanks! Could I use aloe Vera gel instead of aloe Vera powder?

MZ TOY: Hello I have a question. Do you store the remaining mixture in the refrigerator? And if so what is the shelf life. I only wash my hair like every two weeks. Will it lasts that long. And thanks for this information.

Just K: Finally tried this today!!!

Nakia Bennett: Girl!!! You got my hair growing!!!!!!

HADASSAH POKU: Can you put Aloe Vera powder on the scalp for a pre/poo?

jenine short: I tried this as a prepoo and I love the slip! Can’t wait to see how it turns out after my shampoo.

moni L: How long does the diy treatments last? And is there any special way to store them?

Kisha Missouri: I just tried it my first time as a pre poo, all I can say is....This Stuff is Amazing❣ I love the slip it has, my curls was popping. This will be a staple for me as my pre poo. The only question I have. If I didn't use it completely, how long does it last, and how do I store it? In the fridge or not?

Qrly Hijabi: If one doesn’t have vegetable glycerin on hand, what’s a good substitute to mix with the guar gum?

Kitten Tree: Post partum shedding has me desperate. Fenugreek helps with lactation & my hair loves aloe so I will definitely try this

Real Life With Mama Kim🐻: I'm trying this out and using your recipe. I just ordered everything off Amazon from what you put below, thank you for this, I'm excited.

Nap Freedom215: OMG!!!! I have to make this. Love fenugreek and aloe, my hair is screaming,"Me want this now Mommy" Pre-poo going down as soon as I get Guar Gum.

NATALIE ‘MsCrzySxyCool’ HARRIS: Homogeneous...Yeeeessss sis!! I’m going to try this when I start growing my hair back for the cold temps. Thank you♥️

Hotdog Water: Can you make an Ayurvedic hair grease bc hair grease is the only thing that keeps my moisture in as a high porosity gal

jenine short: Do you have to wait 24 hours or overnight? Also, do you have to leave on hair overnight?

nattash28: Im definitely going to try this. im still transitioning but I want to make sure that when I do chop off my relaxed ends, I have healthy and decent length hair. so thanks for this

K.O. 11:11: WHY am I just NOW finding this recipe on your page? I literally just got on AMAZON and ordered the Guar Gum, Glycerin & Nut Bag (I have the other stuff already). THANK GOD FOR PRIME, because it'll be delivered 4am-8am tomorrow morning (my wash day ) - I'M SO EXCITED TO TRY THUS RECIPE!

Life with VonnahJ: Hey, if I don't use the whole thing, how do I store it ? & For how long is it good for ?

Fortunada Hope: Okay sis as soon as I order the Guar gum it’s on! I already do the mixture and like you said running down my neck is annoying just need to thicken it up!! Thanks for the tip! Notificationgang

Tanya Branham: Another great review .. question do you do clay masks? If so can you mix these herbs in the mask? Thanks in advance for your response.

HANN: I use fenugreek with aloe vera and then also add rosemary tea with a bit of oil mix coconut, castor, olive and rosemary. I use it as my daily moisturiser.

Awa Cisse: instead of using Aloe vera powder, can I use Aloe vera gel or juice?

Laschone Garrison: Made this and I love it!!!

Nursing Natural Hair: Do you have an Amazon store with this list of DIY ingredients for all of your DIYs?

S C: Do you have to keep the leftover treatment in the fridge?

Elizabeth Johnson: Ok so this is a DIY I think I can do! I like how it is not messy. Thanks for sharing!

Mia R: i love fenugreek too, but how do you feel about the smell.? whenever I use it, people think they smell curry/indian food or maple syrup. lol

Evryting Kriss: Let me add fenugreek powder to my Amazon cart real quick!

Maria Williams: I tried it today, I added a couple of oils. Vitamins E oil, vegetable glycerin oil, lavender oil and been oil. How often do you do this pre-poo
