I thought of fixing their problem as well Ready everybody. So, let's see what are the methods Gooseberry ( Amla ) is sour. No, it's sweet, Gooseberry, (, Amla ) is very good for skin. No, it's very good for your hair. It'S the same ingredient but works for both Like today's remedy of our channel. If you watch today's remedy carefully, then it will surely cure your dandruff during winters. If you use this religiously, then your hair fall will also be subsided. Hair fall happens due to dandruff, So let's cure your dandruff and ultimately, your hair fall. I am here to share four such DIY remedies with you In today's video. I will be talking about how to get rid of the dandruff caused due to the usage of hot water Or because of improper cleaning of scalp Or due to not changing your pillow covers frequently. If you use each others towel, then the chances of catching dandruff increases. If you do any of these things or do not wash your head frequently, then you are entitled to have dandruff. This takes lots of efforts to get rid of our scalp. Washing your hair, just with shampoo, is not a solution. That is why you will have to take some more efforts. I shared this video with you and believe me. Majority of people got rid of dandruff just in one wash, But that needs to be followed regularly in order to wipe it off completely as it conditions your scalp And conditioning cannot happen within a day. Scalp has to be made understood slowly that how should it be? Similarly, the remedy that I will be sharing today will clean your scalp gradually Do not expect magic in first application itself. If you will follow this gradually, then you will get amazing results. You can follow this thrice or twice in a week, And you will see beautiful changes in your scalp Before actually sharing the remedies with you. I want to tell you that all of us has different scalps. All of us have different problems, different lifestyles, different hygienic conditions. That'S why it's not possible that one formulation will suit everyone. So what needs to be done? I am sharing five different ways and five different remedies with all of you. You have to try them in the same order. If the very first formulation suits you and your dandruff is cured, then you need not do the other one. However, if the first one doesn't suits you then try the second one. None of them is harmful, None of them has side effects. You can definitely try them out and you will not have any issue. Whichever suits you will give you the result in first application and you are going to be really happy. So, let's start asap, The very first method could be to use only mustard seeds, oil or only sesame seeds, oil. Both the oils are equally potent specially in the winter season. It'S nothing like they get more energized during winters, But the conditions during winter season like low temperature, roughness dehydrated air. Due to this conditions, these oils give better results during winters Mustard seeds, oil is so powerful that you will not need anything else. If it suits you, You can use sesame seeds, oil also, we consume sesame food items more during winters. This is the reason that sesame seeds, oil, becomes extremely potent during this season, So apply sesame seeds, oil and consume sesame seeds, And I am pretty sure if it suits you, then your dandruff will be gone in first application itself, But it will come back again as You are not changing anything else. Try this thrice in a week and gradually your scalp will start responding to it So be patient. Second option to cure dandruff could be Gooseberry. ( Amla, ) oil, Gooseberries, (, Amla ), are in season and consume them. The way you can Store ample amount of nutrients and Vitamin C in your body this season and enjoy the upcoming seasons, Your hair will become amazing and also your skin Overall immunity will develop. What else do you need? Dandruff will go away very quickly. You are aware of what Gooseberry ( Amla ) can do for your hair. Take sesame seeds, oil in an iron skillet, add grated Gooseberry, (, Amla ) to it fry it. Well, Let it turn brown strain, it well. Add Vitamin E and your Gooseberry ( Amla ) oil is ready. It will make your scalp so beautiful that you will feel like getting bald headed Your scalp will become amazing and shiny. You will become very happy with the results. I need to show my scalp literally. Second, option is going to be Gooseberry, ( Amla, ) oil Do prepare it and if it suits you, then you will come back to say. Thank you. I promise you that Third option to cure dandruff is Nigella seeds and Fenugreek seeds. Oil. Take any oil that you are comfortable with, such as coconut oil, sesame oil, olive oil, any lighter oil Crush both the seeds and add them to the oil. It'S a powerful oil for your hair fall dandruff, hair growth. This oil is a panacea for everything. Specific video is available. You can check it out, Just check out the comment section and you will find many people whose hair fall has stopped cured their dandruff And they are all rejoicing. Those comments are my confidence, and that is why I can tell that this oil can completely fix your dandruff And you will get the confidence that there will be no more dandruff on your shirt during any presentation. Option number 4 to cure the dandruff would be the blend that needs to be prepared by you, Which has aloe vera gel sesame, seeds, oil and onion juice. This remedy is a bit strong, and that is why it is placed at fourth place. Direct application of onion juice could be the reason of hair fall for many people, as it is very strong Here we have used Aloe, gel and sesame seeds, oil to subtle down the onion juice Mix. It well and you will get a blend like this Apply. This only on your scalp one hour before shampooing, your hair, that is enough, Do not keep it longer Wash it off. You will get amazing results. Your dandruff will be completely gone in one application itself, But it will come back again so keep using it regularly so that the scalp is disciplined. Do not panic if it doesn't go off. If your scalp looks clean after first application, then it is suiting. You Start using it regularly Remedy number 5 to cure. Dandruff, which is the strongest of all, Is ginger and onion juice Extract the juice out of them. The way you want Apply this juice in your hair. If you are scared, then you can add a little bit of oil to subtle down the juice. Otherwise, if you have extreme dandruff - and you have tried all of the previous four remedies And then you have moved onto this, then I would suggest you to use plain juice rather than diluting it. Apply it properly on your scalp, Keep it for half hour to one hour and then wash your head After using this remedy, your dandruff will be absolutely gone. I give you surity for that. If the dandruff still persists, then it's not dandruff, it's something else. It can be a bacterial issue or scalp issue, and you need to definitely consult a dermatologist, Because this is not normal. This is the last thing that can be done to cure dandruff. I do not recommend you to do any more DIY remedies to get rid of dandruff at home. But the problem with my scalp is that neither mustard oil nor lemon suits me ☹️ I tried it once & I had more than normal hairfall while applying it & when I washed my hair with my regular shampoo (Khadi Aloe Vera shampoo) I had tremendous hairfall in the wash Almost 3x than what I usually see the other times. After wash my scalp felt very clean & free of dandruff, but the heavy hairfall scared me off of that remedy.
