Ana E: Im only 35 but for years I’ve been silently struggling with hair loss. It’s terrifying and depressing. There are days when I don’t even want to get out of bed because I don’t want to have to look in the mirror. There are days when I don’t leave the house because I don’t want to have to brush my hair. I have had panic attacks in the shower when I wash my hair and I see so many strands just washing out in my hands. I’ve had my thyroid checked. Jessica Pillay: BTW, do you have any suggestions or recommendations for a good dry shampoo? Or maybe a recipe for a homemade, natural-based dry shampoo? I am trying to slowly weed out all chemical-based hair products, but I've noticed that most commercial dry shampoos use a lot of chemicals. Thank you for your help!
