The truth will set you free, the French that'll piss you off. What'S up YouTube, welcome back to my channel, it should go, go fast Cannon and today I'm gon na be sharing with you guys all of my favorite products that I use when I'm braiding hair. All of these products will be listed in the description section below so, if you would like to check any of these items out, I'll definitely have the names of them and a link where you guys can purchase them. So to start off. I have a specific home set that I use and that I love and it's by Studio 35 beauty - and it looks just like this here. I actually purchased this comb set from Walgreens and I think it's usually about 3 bucks, but sometimes you can find it on sale like walking, always comes through with the sales and so like. Sometimes you can find it like. Buy one get one free or buy one get one 50 % off, and so once I see that like I do practice a lot. This home set comes with 20 pieces and I buy this specific set because I like this calmness in there and and each pack you'll get about, I would say, like maybe 4 or 5 of this comb in like different colors and absolutely love it for partying. I did used to use a red cell foam, but I don't know like I just like this comb a lot better, so just like guys can get a close-up of it, and then it also does have like bigger combs that you can also use for detangling. So, just like, after like it's a great value for the pack in general next, I have a couple of my favorite products that I use for parting, and you guys will probably see this and literally all of my videos with one of these two products I use Murray'S edge wet: this is not the extreme holes, and I also like to use the Black Panther strong edge control. Murray'S egg white would probably definitely be my favorite out of the two of these products and that's just because why it works so well, like I love the texture of it. I love the hold of it, and this is the one that I mainly used on straighter textures. I used it apart and I can also use it to do like feed embrace it's just like some multi-purpose. I absolutely love this product. The black bears are strong edge control. I really only use this for box braids and for parting. I do not use this on edges ever or to do feeder braids only for parting on feet of braids and that's because it does leave a white residue. So I just want to be clear that I know this is an edge control, and so I don't you have to buy it. If you like, omma and just turn white, it will turn your edges white. That'S why I only use it for party or to blend hair into my box braids. I do not use this to like coat down feet of race or any of that, but I do love the texture of this product. It'S purple. I use this and pretty much like almost all of my videos. I just love the way that it feels on my hand and yeah. That'S why I think it's a great product. You can purchase this online through like Etsy or something I haven't really seen it on. Like Amazon, I believe it's on eBay, but I don't really use eBay, but I would say I'm a local Beauty Supply for $ 10.99 and guys this stuff sells out quick. So apparently, I'm not the only person that likes it. Next I have like almost everybody's favorite product and that is shining gym in the yellow bottle and when I found out that people were using this, I was like yo like why Jam, because, as a kid I always hated gym like I felt like, I would lay My hair down with it - and it was like boom instantly turn to Greece, but shine and jam is great for feeder braids. I use shine in gym for mainly like my stitch, braids or feed embrace, and did I use this on straight textures, just because it's really slippery, I'm more like gel, like, like other Murray's edge wax and the black campus augur a lot thicker. So I don't use this on straight hair textures I like to use something like a little thicker on their texture, but guys, oh, my god. I feel, like almost every writer uses, shine and Jeremy yellow bottle and I absolutely love it. Next is one of my favorite extra controls and I would definitely be hit total transformation and guys this X control is so expensive that, like every day, I'm always time to play them like. What do I use this? Why do I use this, but I only love it. I know for like people with 4c textures. They say that this edge control doesn't work very well for them and for 4c textures. I would recommend a very edge waxy extreme hole, because I've heard really great things about that one. You guys texture, but this is like my absolute favorite edge control. It'S definitely great for parting as well. Battle uses a part just because it's so expensive, so I'm like baby I'm trying to make this bottle go the long way, but this is definitely my favorite edge control, as the hits total transformations next is braiding hair. I have two brands that I'm currently using that. I absolutely love, I'm always open to trying new brands, Derek some brands that are similar to these - that I also like to use. But these are definitely my go-to brands in the first would be spectra, easy braid, and this is like a pre feather pre layered, stress, hair and I absolutely love it because it is so time-saving. The only thing that I will say I don't like about the EZ braid hair - is that sometimes it's really really thin down on the bottom. So I only use this for, like certain styles, I typically don't use it for box braids more like lemonade, braids or styles. That like require a really really small fee to break because I'll save a lot of time using this. This hair on the stop - and I also like kind of reef Everett as I'm Brady, also special, you see braids like the price point, is awesome. I paid 399 when I get it for my beauty supply, but I know you can find it as cheap as $ 1.99, which is like not bad at all. I do think that they could work on my consistency of their packs because sometimes you'll get a pack. That'S like really really extremely thin at the ends, and so that is really frustrating, but I always double-check the packs before I purchase them. They come in like all different sizes. So I think this is one of the longest sizes, but I did hear that recently they made 36 inches so baby. If I see that is the absolute wrap, but I do love this brand of braiding hair. The next brand that I love is expressions of braiding hair, and this is probably my most used brand when I'm styling the pack of expressions a purchase is not repetitive related, but I do know this day. This released a line of expressions hair that is pre feathered, and so I would let's try it out. I haven't tried it out yet, but I absolutely love love their hair. I love the natural light, look and finish of expressions it's nice and full. I especially use this for box braids. I always cut it in half and feather it myself and if you guys are interested in seeing how I feather it make sure you guys check that video out, because I'll show you guys how I do it in a lot of you guys asked about that. The expressions ready hair that I purchase is $ 5.99, a pack, but guys you can always find stuff cheaper online, I'm just gon na. Let you know that now like, if you go to the beauty supply just know that you can always find it cheaper online. So I do try to purchase online when I have time, but I don't think yeah, I purchased it from a local beauty. Beauty supply for $ 5.99 attack eleven expression, so it was really long and really full. I wish they had a better color selection, sometimes that you know I what they have when I am working on. Color hair, my favorite brands to use is extreme hair and they haven't such a bomb color selection. They also have my regular Brady here in just regular, solid colors also, but I love the ombre colors that they offer such as the one that I'm rocking in my head right now, and the only downfall of extreme hair is that it is coming from overseas. And I haven't gotten it super quick like four days before, but the last package that they said you did take three weeks. So I just want to let you guys know, because I said before in a video that the shipping on this hair was really fast. It says take three weeks for me to receive this hair and that's just how it is when, when you're overseas so um, so while I love their color selection, it does kind of suck. Because I mean I can't really get these colors for my clients. Unless I order really really far in advance, so that's just one thing to keep in mind but yeah my color selections bomb. I love the way that the ends finished like it's, not it's not super thin or just like super nappy. Sometimes I get with colored hair and it doesn't like fully dip instead and this care doesn't do that, and so that's why it is definitely one of my favorite brands of braiding hair when I'm using a color. Next, I have my favorite moves and I like to use a bigger off Sally mousse, and this is the maximum shine and this one has a macadamia oil in it. This is probably like the most frequently asked question is what moves do I use, and so now you guys know they have like um different colors, there's, also a green and a pink one. I love the green one as well, but for the purpose of this video I just kind of got the blue one and I like all of theirs so far mousse I tried to stay away from the ones that, like I, fake curls and that's what turned me On to the bigger wrong one, because there's just kind of like extra hold when I'm using my moves, I try to stay away from things you like, I could make curls and that's what turned me on about the big Ross. Styling mousse. I absolutely love it and I love the shine that adds to the side one cup then next is coming up spritz, and this is like a really strong hairspray that I absolutely love to use. It has a great smell to a lot. I love the smell to it and it just works really really well so I'll spray. This on to my clients, hair, usually after I loose it, I kind of spray down and tie it down. It just gives you a style and extra hold. This is also what I use anytime. I do ponytails look we've to kind of just like wrap the weave hair around the ponytail, so you can't see the wet, and this is the exact hairspray that I use. So I think it's also awesome for that too. Next, I have some of my favorite moisturizers and the first is the medicated on five and one anti itch: growth, conditioner and I've talked about this in a video before and have olive oil, jojoba oil, shea butter and tea tree oil, and I love to use anti Itch sprays, especially since I do mostly braided styles, because I feel like that everybody's, like biggest complaint, is like how do I stop it from itching? So I love to spray like a medicated anti tip spray, and it also has a lot of great oils in it and so yeah. If you're looking for something that has like a super awesome fragrance like you, could definitely smell the tea tree oil in this. So it's not gon na have like that, like super like perfumey smell, but I just love like I just love the consistency of it and I love. I don't know I just loved it. Okay next is actually going to be a scout therapy. Oil that I like to use - and this is my certified bill of beauty and I've - used this company a lot on my channel, mainly because life is black-owned, and I like to support my own people and also they just have really awesome products. I'Ve used like their edge control and stuff before on my on my channel too, but like I actually really really love this product, and this has safflower oil, jojoba, argon, tea, tree mint, crystals, vitamin E and just a bunch of other stuff, and I absolutely love this. That'S another oil, so whenever I'm doing Braden sobs I apply both either before or after my style just depends on what side that I'm doing, and so these are definitely my top two moisturizers. Lastly, people always ask me: what is that stuff that she's tying around and they are a styling strip? This is what you will see: stylist a tie on to their clients, hair after they use the mousse. So yeah guys. Let me know if you guys use these products love these products. Do they work for you, you guys hate them. I would also love to know if they don't work for your hair texture if your 4c and you're, like no baby, none of these work for me make sure you guys drop a comment and let me know - and I will catch you guys in my next video Bye

Miss Jenny D: I'm a fellow braider and you've helped me grow in the process and I thank you I am sooo appreciative that you took the time to make this video. You don't know how much this helps

Athaliah Noel: I do braiding as well and i must say you have helped me improve my knowledge on braiding! Thank you so much for your time in creating these videos it's greatly appreciated ❤❤❤

Octavia Poindexter: That Xpression pre-feathered hair is the bomb!! I love it, it saves so much time!

genesis martin: I thought I was the only one who didn't like Shine n Jam. It doesn't hold my hair at all.

Mariena Chandler: I just started trying the palmers infusions oil in my children's hair and so far its okay. I even tried it on my own scalp because I have dandruff. I can't use certain products on my scalp because it will just make it itch even more. But that oil hasn't made my scalp irritated at all. And it smells amazing. And it didn't weigh down my daughter's hair.

Braidmynatural: I provide the EZbraid hair for my clients but, yes you’re right...I absolutely HATE when it’s not consistent at the ends. I’m currently looking to try another brand and see what works better for my taste...considering xpression pre stretch or the ruwa

BraidsByNetNet: Girl your makeup is bomb!!! And those braids still looking good as hell!!!

Edna Johnson: Definitemy looking forward to trying Murray's edge control. I've always wondered what you tied on your clients head after mousing, Thank you for showing that. Awesome products.

MsTbaby Elle: Thank I so much for this video!! Most people don’t like to share their tips watching your videos have improved braiding techniques tremendously now I just need to work on my speed

Mirlande: I use Edge Booster by Style Factory on my 4c clients and that's the only one I see that works for me and last for about 2 days if it's tied down at night. and it's only $7.99.

Jade Monique: I literally got on Murray’s edge wax because of you and it’s bomb!!!! I love this video and LOOOOOOOVE YOUR HAIR

aleialaw: Man that Murray's edge wax is the truth... Your hair will not move. The extra strength is like glue (not literally). But your hair will be smooth and stay.

Braidmynatural: I’m a braider but not a fan of the Murray. I use shine n jam because it applies smoothly. But the trick to having great results is to have different products for different hair types. I actually use the Murray(sometimes) or edge effect(super control) on thicker and lower porosity hair.

Lakay: I have a hard time smoothing the hair when preparing to do feed ins but thank you for this video

ImLivingJoyfully: Thank you for all your videos. This one was informative. My daughter and I ha e that 4c hair and I CANNOT get her edges to lay down for nothing lol! Guess I'll be trying Murray's next time.

The Genius: Ive only been using natural products on my hair like hair honey, castor Oil, olive oil and aloe Vera gel. I’m really nervous about allowing my stylist to use alcohol based products in my hair like “edge control” or “jam” I don’t want to damage my hair. Any other products you can suggest for a substitute?

Amiya Feagin: I have 4c hair and I recently started using a edge control call I am blessed hands and girrrrrrlll it works wonders

Holistic Beauti: I have 4c and hicks combined with the green Eco styler lays my hair down soooooo good

Naturally Exquisite: I love shine n jam for braids!! DIY braider ‍♀️

tryphena sarpong: The murrays edge was does not work for me at all it just greases it up , and I love how your one of the hairstylist to moisturize your clients hair and not let it be dry , all your stuff in your giveaway seems very helpful

Lord Megatron: do any of y'all remember the green stuff from back in the day that we used for cornrows? i wish i could remember what it was called but it smelled so good...came in a big jar.

TheCRYSTALLURE: Yesss the spectra EZ Braid hair is lifeeeee. I’m allergic to the kanekalon (I’ve tried the whole acv method and it didn’t work) and once I found this I was hooked. And I’ll try the Beeswax but I’m just not sure about it. Edge controls and stuff like that don’t do my hair justice. I know one of my braiders used Vonte Silk Effects if I’m not mistaken which is old school but all these other hair products if it ain’t gel then I’m wasting money. ‍♀️but I’m willing to try “someeee” new things. But gel is definitely a go to for me especially Got2B or anything with a hold 10.

Yuliana Carreon: I love your videos ❤️and I have used one product from one of your videos (créame of nature organ oil) and it works perfect!

Ashley Jefferson: I love everything but the pump it up. I use spritz and shine by bronner brothers. It's expensive but better for your hair on braids and styles

Naturalista: Buy the xpressions online at sams beauty, it’s cheaper, they typically have it on sale & they have a larger variety of colors

Carla Fuquene: How many packs of Xpression hair do you use for box braids?

tink poynton: Much love from England love your videos has helped me so much with my braiding ❤️

Tomeko White: Love all the products you use :)

Cheyenne L: I love the intro like it never gets old!

May Coleman: That’s so funny I out. The Hicks first just cause I was over the regular blue jam but watched tutorials and picked up the murrays and shine jam and am bout to take that hicks back with my 4c ass! Lol thanks for the info sis

Wech Wech: Do you recommend using something like eco styler for sleek braids?

Margaret Mischeaux: Y'all she is so gorgeous!!Thank you for helping us.

jahiraaniicole: I use most of those products but most times this pump it up leaves my hair feeling sticky .

Kay Kay: THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO ❤️

Chyna's Choice: Hey!!! What products work well with braids frizzing?

Mo&Shun Mafia: Yasss hunty im about to go straight to the store!!!!!!!

Demira L.: I would love to win this giveaway

Candace Rushing: Describe box is my go to thank you for including everything that you coud

Ms_ Naija_Beauty: Makeup and your hair.... Girl you're fabulously, gorgeous!!

Carlotta Upton: Your hair always be point love it

LoveBug XOX: I wish I could learn how to braid. I always watch tutorials on YouTube & I get all my supplies ready and then when I start, it doesn’t come out nothing like I expect it to.

P: Do you think I will be able to use the Shea moisture jbco loc and braid butter for my cornrows? Also would I be able to use the Shea moisture Manuka honey and Mafura oil twist defining custard for my cornrows?

Demira L.: I love your edge controls.

Snootygirl Beauty: Is mousse optional or it’s needed to complete the style? I feel like it would revert the hair
