Here's a list of everything I used:

¤ Color fix by one n' only

¤ Prism lite blue by saloncare

¤ 40 and 20 vol. developers by saloncare (large bottles)

¤ Absolute perfection booster by ion color brilliance step 1

¤ Absolute perfection color sealer step 2 packet by ion color brilliance

¤ Color charm wella t14 toner

¤ Color charm wella 050 additive (2 of them)

*IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE*

I am not a professional, just doing what a professional recommended to me. This can be pretty damaging to your hair depending on the thickness and overall health of the hair prior to the process. It is important to know that if you are using color fix, it is solely for stripping out dye, not for lightening natural hair. For natural hair, you may need to bleach twice but not in the same day! It will take a little more time for you. Make sure your hair feels strong and smooth again before bleaching a second time. After that, continue the process after skipping the color fix step.

also, i toned for 20-30 min.

have fun!

All right, so first thing is: first, I got some color fix by one and only with argan oil. That stuff really takes the color out of your hair like crazy, especially if you have blonde underneath that's just waiting to come out. I also got some blue tinted bleach and, along with that, I'm going to use 40 volume developer because I'm coming from a very dark brown - and so is my natural color. It'S a medium to dark brown. So that's going to be very handy and inside of that I'm going to also put this in this inside. Apparently these two things act as olaplex, pretty much they're about the same thing. So that's going to be all in there. It helps keep your hair, nice and strong while you're bleaching it so it doesn't fry next, I'm going to tone my hair with 20 volume, developer and t14 pale ash. Color charm toner works like a charm. I'Ve used it before many times and it really works and last but not least, I'm going to use the same developer and going with some color additives, and these are 0:50 cooling, violet and the girl told me this really makes your hair gray. So why not do what she said if she really knows what she's doing, because she's done it before so yeah and I got some gloves always need gloves. Don'T forget those. I know this shirt has seen some better days, but many hair dyes have happened in it. Sorry Paramore, so this is what my hair color looks like right now. There are some light spots in there, but most of the part for the most part it is dark a so, let's see what happens, I'm kind of nervous, but whatever I've done this before many times all right, so I've literally just taped you guys to the mirror, Because this is the best way that I can capture this: did it a little crooked, but I'm not going to mess with it because it's pretty secure so obviously the first thing you want to do is brush out your hair. Alright, first we're going to start with the color fix, so this comes with three parts: it comes with these two, which is the color reducer, the conditioning catalyst, and this is processing lotion. I don't think I'm going to use this because I want it all out, and these are reusable gloves. I highly suggest you just go ahead and buy some of those because number one. Oh my god, they said amazing in number two. Why would you just keep buying and wasting a bunch of gloves like when you can just wash your hands when you're done alright, so I'm gon na get my bowl out got it got my brush found it? Oh there's like red hair dye all up in this. I also forgot to add: you definitely want to use these conditioners when you are finished, dyeing your hair because well shampoo and conditioner, but this stuff right here step one color reducer just going to use all of it cuz I already know. I already know I'm gon na need it all guys. This stuff smells like rotten eggs step number two conditioning, lipid conditioning catalysts you're only supposed to make the first two parts. The third part is to stop it now that we have both components in the bowl. You want to mix everything perfect, okay has to be perfect. Oh and another very important thing. You want to apply it to slightly greasy hair, because that way, it won't dry out like crazy. Also, you don't want to have any product in your hair that and prevent full-coverage all right. This is the consistency that you want to have it's slightly goofy, but that's good, because they'll stick on your hair and not get all over the carpet just kidding. I'M not you would never do don't don't do this over card. Let me part my hair in the middle really quick, because I can get some better, even coverage like that. I don't. Oh, I don't uh section my hair and I don't section my hair, like everybody else does, because that just takes way too much effort. Alright, it is thoroughly spread throughout my hair and, as you can see, it's already doing a huge deal of color lifting and it's very nice. I love this stuff, it is super smooth and it really spreads throughout your hair really well. So if you have hair of this length, like me pretty much right below your shoulders, one box is the perfect amount that you will need um. I was instructed at Sally that you should just brush it through or comb it through, since this is a very wide tooth brush. That'S not very you know, elastic here or anything like that. It'S very hard bristles, I'm going to go ahead and use this, because this stuff is super smooth. The conditioner inside makes it really easy to spread everything around and very easy to brush it. So I found that it is super helpful to take the long parts and just go like this, because it really not only does it activate the hair a little bit better or activate the chemicals a little bit better. It really helps you cover everything that way. It'S not super splotchy, so it's lifting! I don't really know how this works, but I'd say it's lifted about four or five shades. Just with color fix stuff, Jeremy's coming home and I know he's going to say woof, it's safe. How much you want to bet! Actually, he takes last time to come up the stairs hi ass in here yeah. It definitely lightened it a lot and yeah on the bleaching. So let's get started with this: I'm going to read the instructions and it says open, container and remove scoop and in her bag holding away from case carefully open the bag. Wear gloves, add one scoop of prison lights powder to a nonmetallic mixing bowl carefully. Add two scoops of salon care 20 volume, developer powder and blend together until mixture has ba-ba-ba-ba-ba. So what I'm going to do is obviously I'm doing 40 and not 20 and instead of doing one scoop in two scoops, I'm probably going to double that because, probably not going to be enough. So it's just kind of giving you the ratio that you're going to have to do so yeah and it says that you can't reuse it by the way. So don't don't try to be clever and do that they're already dry, they're really grippy on the outside too. So that helps okay, so for every one scoop of powder you're going to do two scoops of developer and I'm opening this stuff. I was told to add this to the mixture. Apparently, this stuff is comparable to old legs and she told me to use half of this bottle inside the bleach in half of it inside this Hoenir. Alright - and this is what it looks like when it's all mixed up - do not over process your hair, because it's going to just fall right out pretty much if you're going to blow dry, your hair use cold air before you bleach it, because you're going to irritate The crap out of your scalp, if you have like Huck and then you add chemicals, it's a horrible, I'm just going to same thing that I did before I'm actually going to just start right here, because this is the part that I show the most. So I want it to honestly process before the rest of it all right, we're all covered and I'm pretty sure it's been in for like 20 minutes well, I'd say it did a pretty good job of lifting. However, you can't really tell in the camera, but there's a lot of splotchiness, see you tomorrow when my hair is dry cuz. I really don't feel like doing this again tonight, so this is my hair dry. After bleaching, there are a few like yellowy spots in there, but I think it's definitely bright enough to just go ahead and do the toning and gray so cuz. If I bleach it again, I feel like this part of the hair is just going to fall out. Welcome back to the bathroom and being taped to mirror alright, so I'm going to go ahead and just mix these three things together I go ahead and put in the developer, I'm going to read read what the UH t14 peel ash lawn needs. Silver, wise mix ratio is one to two one of these and two of the developer, so this is 1.4 fluid ounces. That times two is two point eight so going to take this. You can kind of assume what a one point four would be yep. That'S all the way filled um. I think I can actually just fit both servings in one bowl, so I'm just going to do that for the additives you don't need to add more developer for the additives, because it would have a ratio number down at the bottom, but it doesn't so this you Just add to the toner developer: you don't need any other developer with that 50 just went ahead and added both with those entire bottles, and I don't think I need this other one right now, so I'm going to set that aside, I think I'm going to add A bit more developer, just because it looks like Jill so now it looks like this. That'S a lot better, alright and then is the end product right there. I'M actually going to part my hair this time, because last time it was really hard to get in here. So, based upon how my hair looks right now, I think this stuff is going to be amazing. Definitely cancel out all of those like orange tones awesome. I can't wait to watch you guys, I'm very, very, very, very, very, very, very happy, but yeah um. I haven't even dried it yet, and I can tell this is exactly what I've been going for um last time I did my hair gray, it was nice and all, but it wasn't really great. It was more so like blue and metallicky colors, but this is like silver, freaking gray, I'm so excited for it to be dry. Can we take a moment guys and admire how beautiful this turned out? There'S no brass no longer smells like ass. I can't eat chill out, but this is got ta say I'm extremely happy with the way this turned out, which I'm sure you guys could tell already. I highly suggest doing it this way, rather than buying a hair dye, that's going to temporarily turn it blue. In order to get what you want, when you could just get what you want right away and since silver results, thank you so much to the girl at Sally's that picked out everything that won in my basket. You really know what the hell you were doing. I hope this video helped any of you guys that are trying to go for this look or something like it, and thank you so much for watching this video see you guys next time you

lilymoon0f0: As a hairstylist I am honestly impressed that finally someone on YouTube does the proper steps to bleaching and toning. Big thumbs up

Tricia Kehr: I just followed your 3 steps exactly as you said and my hair is the most beautiful silver/grey color I've ever seen. I also came from a natural dark brown but at 57 years old, I had a lot of drab looking greys mixed in. Thank you for this video. I would have never tried this otherwise :)

Aryn Tay: If anyone wants a much lighter shade of grey all you do is use a few cap fuels of the wella 050. She used the whole bottle resulting in dark grey. I use 4 capsules and it is light silver grey more pastel. Great job great video!

Chrissey Peguero: I am SO glad I stumbled across this. I'm literally sitting outside my local Sally's right now and I thought let me scroll YT for some inspiration on how to get my daughter's hair the shade she wanted and THIS holy grail of tutorials popped up. She's is going to be SOOOOOO happy to know momma's got this! Thank you for the first few minutes where you went through each product thoroughly. I've got my list in hand and ready to buy some product!

cass_8_me 13: I just wanted to let you know that I followed all of your directions step by step and finally got the silver hair I've been wanting years! Thank you so much for this video. I probably watched it 10 times as I was doing my hair lol

Sam Nowaczyk: Love this! It turned out so gorgeous! Just a little tip for anyone who wants to use this toner and booster combo, if your hair is already pale blonde with no hints of yellow skip over the 20 vol and use 10 vol developer! Or if you’re maintaining this grey color use 10 vol to keep your hair from drying out! The 20 vol actually adds lifting power to the color which will eventually result in damage of the hair if over used

dottie1966: OMG!! 2021 here- After spending way too much time on Youtube, this is finally the video I needed!!! You and Nina are my heroes (although I haven't tried it yet...) Question for anyone with the knowledge to answer. I'm in my mid 50s and pretty sure I have plenty of silver underneath the medium auburn dye I have been using for years. I though this would be a "less painful" and shorter time for growing out if I went for something close to my natural Grey/silver-whatever. Do you think I am on the right track?

Alissa Smith: I've tried gray hair twice and almost gave up on it until i found this video. My hair isn't even dry yet lol and its straight silver. Your a life saver❤

Annie Logovii: I have dark, thick, amazing hair and decided to follow the toning steps from this video. I had my hair stylist bleach the full head prior, so I was working with a palette ready for toning. My hair came out amazing! I did not add more developer as she did here after she added in the additive and i love the way it came out too! thank you for this vid!

Unconventional Forager: Thanks for celebrating grey. Helps us natural grey women. So glad my natural grey is coming in.

Haylz: OMG… I can’t even!! This is AMAZING LADY! I’ve watched SO many videos and didn’t feel confident enough. This gave me all the confidence I needed! I have wanted grey hair for YEARS! I’m 33 and I have a lot of grey. I got my first grey when I was in high school. I have very dark hair. I’m about a level 2-3 dark brown. So you see alll the grey. They stick out like a sore thumb so this will be an amazing colour for me. I am going to Sally and I’m getting everything you did! I cannot wait!! Thank you thank you THANK YOU! :)

Mary Thranow: Your results are exactly what I want. I am going for it, can hardly wait. My hair is very damaged and have a lot of gray growing in which is why I'm looking for this look. I've lost a lot of hair and have a lot of breakage all over so can afford much more damage if any. Your method looks like the best, for me, from the many tutorials I've watched. Thanks.

Linda M Keefe: Beautiful!!Exactly what I’m looking to do I’m going gray and it’s a silver color actually and I want to dye my brown hair gray so it all matches thank you for doing this it’s so good for us older ladies to

Femme Famke: Still one of my fave go-to tutorials for this exact color on my bangs <3

d m gunthar: OMG I've struggled with $400 Color apts every three weeks, over processed hair and the invasion of more grey hair over time.  But no more thanks to you.  I carefully followed your directions and my hair turned out EXACTLY like yours!  So fabulous.  So thank you very much.

Francine Vallone: Tired of dyeing roots, I asked a friend to do this on my hair. Other than just coloring our own hair, neither one of us had ever done this before. It came out beautifully! For the few questions I had only one of 3 Sally employees was no help at all. I was super impressed with the other two. They were kind, pleasant and willing to take their time with me with me and my questions. With you and Sally's, I am very happy!

K M: I literally did this today after watching her video and following her steps, I been wanting my hair this color for so long and it's so expensive to have someone else do it. Thankyou so much I'm so happy with the results and I will forever be greatful that you shared this information with us to use, thankyou! I love my hair!

Impslave: I followed your tutorial this weekend, and my hair came out perfect! Thank you so much for the great advice!

Tammi D.: I love this video, I'm going grey as the years have finally caught up (56 and almost all silver/grey) I just did the color fix box and my hair turned the same color. I got scared and stopped doing anything in fear it might damage my hair. But after watching hundreds of videos and stumbling on to yours, I'M SO READY. My natural color now is silver/grey and am excited to follow the steps. Thank you. By the way your videos are least this one are funny and sweet. Keep on doing what you do

Nina Anghelix: the sally employee here! love how it turned out, you did a gooood job!

LizVeta: I sure wish we could post pics here. Just did this for my mom. She finally decided to go grey and we followed your steps and it turned out beautifully!! She was reddish-brown for years. We did do the bleaching twice, but her hair was ok because she’s never processed it other than coloring it dark. It’s just gorgeous now! Thanks so much for the tutorial!

Gabe Tree: This video has been incredibly helpful. I've been dying my hair navy blue and black for the past 2 years and I came up with the brilliant idea of going extremely light pink, practically white. However, I've also had a terrible experience with bleaching my hair (I used packet bleach, 40 volume developer, and left it in for 45 minutes. Not my greatest moment) and I'd like to avoid doing that again. My hair is currently dark brown, as faded as it's going to get after dying it black so many times, and it's incredibly healthy, no signs of damage. I'm hoping I can try using Colorfix, because my natural hair is a few shades lighter than what it currently is. Is that a reasonable plan of action? And is it possible to get as light as I want to go without absolutely wrecking my hair, if it's even possible in the first place?

Jesika N: This is the best tutorial for grey - silver hair you explained everything perfectly I'm going for it

Marcell DelCorpo: Thank you so much! I've wanted to do this for a long time but I thought it was more complicated, you made it so easy I am going to do it tomorrow!

Kate West: That is the best darn single bleach application lift I've ever seen. Bravo! You did an awesome job, I'd screw up if I tried!

Roman's Moments: I love it! I’ve been dying to color my hair silver and your video has been the best one yet!

Caroline Boves: Oh WAO!! It came out so beautiful!!! Just so you know, my hubby wants me to do his hair in Silver and out of all the videos I've watched (Guy Tang's included) yours is the one I'm going with. Not only the color came out wonderful but also the things you used are more affordable and easily available for the typical member of humanity (like me and everybody else...) and quite honestly, it turned out salon quality look (maybe even better) It's very kind of you to share your knowledge after stumbling on your own mistakes (like we all do) and then kindly share the results when you finally got it right! Thank you so much!

Sarah Almond: This video was great! I have been wanting to do my hair gray and following your steps I LOVE my color!!!! My hair was golden blonde to start with so I started with the toner/additive step and it worked great! THANK YOU!!

Kelly Cushing: What a great tutorial! I'm starting to go gray at 40 and I am contemplating doing this to go completely gray. Your hair looks great! I'll be going to Sally's to pick up these products. Thank you!

Amber Lynn: another sally employee here. we usually reccomend the ion color remover but this one looks like it works better! i will be reccomending this one from now on and also will be recommending this way of turning your hair silver since sooo many people want it!

Janet M.: Great job! I've been coloring my salt and pepper hair for years... I'm over it. I am scared to do it myself so I'm going to show your results to my hair dresser♡

Zoe Szolomayer: I’ve watched hundreds of tutorials on how to go grey. This was by far the best. I had a bit darker brown than she did so I did my roots last, but this was a great tutorial and I got amazing results!

Mercedes Raeanne: I love you so much for this video!!!! I'm wanting to go silver at the end of the month and you have my exact hair color with the lighter ends and everything! You are a hair SAINT! Just subscribed!

Lauren Rodriguez: Your video was so helpful and was on point I'm really happy with my results and minimal damage was done to my hair!

Amy: The two step color brilliance really works. I've never tried Olaplex...but my hair seriously feels almost as soft as before I bleached. They also have the second step in a huge conditioner bottle for cheap...it's amazing.

Teresa C. Sanford: This is what I needed so I can do my Niece's hair!!! Thank you for being so thorough!!!!

Kirsty: You did such a good job! I love it! I'm in the process of going Grey with a dark root melt. Got my second appointment next Month, can't wait!

Anna Raime: Omg - you look AWESOME- I am transitioning from Chestnut to Gray. I've decided to let it grow out- I have not touched any hair dyes in 19 months - and I am going stir-crazy with this two tone color. But after seeing your transformation I now know what I will be spending my money on next paycheck. Thanks for making the video and for sharing it. P.S. I will be showing this video to the girls at Sally's LOL

Robin Castle: Thank you for this very precise tutorial!! I have NEVER done anything like this and begged my hairdresser to help me, but she would not. (after the process, I know why). I have over 50% white roots, and had brown black hair color that I no longer desired at all. Following the procedure, I started at Sally's. At this location they were not familiar with the process you suggested, but helped me locate the correct products. The only thing I did differently was use the ION Bright White Color creme to lift the pigment out of my hair, instead of smelling like ass, which would have really bothered my husband's allergies. Using the 40 developer, 1/2 the Step 1, 1/2 the step 2, two times, I lifted my color to yellow at the roots and quite a bit of orange all over the ends. After watching your tutorial several more times, I noticed the the orange in your hair had no problem with the tonic of T14 and 050, so I decided against a third go with lightening and did the toner, using 4oz of 20, one bottle T14, one bottle of 050, 1/2 of step one and 1/2 of step 2. You worked it into dry hair, but I noted in another video that someone started with damp, towel dried hair. I decided to go with damp hair. AMAZINGLY, the yellow/orange hair reacted so quickly to the cocktail recipe. I had bluing/graying happening so fast on one side, that I hurried to get to the other side to try to keep even. It didn't matter, as things to progressed, both sides evened out, and I have a deeper color of ash gray than you have. I'm really pleased as well. Now I just wonder about the roots....I will have to figure that out in about 6 weeks, but I'm considering adding the 'clear' developer to lighten the 050, or only using 1/2 the bottle. I'd like to get a color closer to my roots. Thank you again! This is a great how to video!

Chris and Collyn Carey: Thank you for this! I just bleached my hair and it looks very similar to yours bleached, just less orange (95% yellow). I have T14 ready to go, but I think I’ll put a doo-rag on it tomorrow and run to Sally’s for the cool violet to add to the toner. Your color turned out just like I want mine to!! Thanks again for posting your journey so the rest of us have hope :-)

Fernanda hernandez: I’m going to do this tomorrow I’m excited you explained so well and showed everything! Thank you

Gabrielle Agnew: Thank you sooo much for this! I followed your steps exactly and my hair turned out perfect shout out to the Sally’s lady that helped you help us☺️

Cathy Smith: I'm so excited after researching techniques, this one seemed simple, love your results. Bought all the products, now ready to do it! Can you do all 3 steps in one day? Definitely won't bleach 2X in one day, but all the other steps seem fine to knock out in one day.

Barbara Marion: Your hair looks beautiful! I love it! I want so bad to do my hair but I’ve never done anything like this and I’m afraid I will ruin my hair. I am 71 yrs old and during the pandemic I decided to just let my gray hair grow out. The rest of my hair is a dyed auburn. You were fortunate to have that girl at Sally’s tell you what to get.

Luke Lee: Definitely watched this during quarantine. Gotta say that as an asian guy with black hair who hasn’t colored his hair in over 10 years, this video was super helpful with just reorienting to the process of bleaching and toning. I now have awesome silver hair. Thank you for putting out great content!

Rae Sunshine: So LUSH this is super helpful for me having similar colours and length and wanting that perfect silver

Tea Delgado Valencia: I've wanted silver hair for 3 years. I followed your tutorial plus added ion silver pearl at the end and I now have beautiful silvery hair. Arg!!! So happy. That color fix and the blue tinted bleach plus your step by step instruction are amazing!!! I love your channel. And thank you sally employee Neli Lugo!!! I'm so happy. You both saved me 200 bucks. I paid 50 bucks to do it all myself. I'm beyond pleased.

Jesus Nova: Wow, BRAVE! I lost my hair once before, due to chemo. This time according to this young lady, I can do the lightening process safely and I'm the same dark brown, wanting to go silver grey, she did a wonderful job and it turned out absolutely beautiful! One question though, what happens when your original color begins to grow out?

Rocxsi Peralta: Awesome video tutorial step by step ! Your hair turned out perfect ! Thank you ^__^

Devilsreddresss: Thank you so much ! I’ve been watching so many YT videos on how to get silver hair and by far you explained it to the T and made is so much simple love the hair on you !

marcinpatricia: YOU are SO adorable! I am 52 years old and want to go all gray! I am watching your video over and over and going to buy all of what i need to do this! Thank you for taking the time to do this video!!! <3

Jane Smith: I'm amazed you did this at home. I've been watching professionals try to cover grey and I haven't seen any of them do a better job than you did at home. Thanks for sharing your formulas, I'm totally going to steal this. Is there anything you would do differently from this? Also, how did it grow out?

Tory Bauler: I followed this video and my hair came out amazing! Thank you for sharing! I've been trying to get silver for a while and spent the entire weekend following these steps! Now my hair is totally silver and is the exact tone I was wanting. YAY!

Kay Royal: The silver suits you so well! It looks amazing!

Debo Smithy: Best I've seen especially for someone inexperienced. You did a great job, Queen!

Teresa Dunlap: Just did this to my hair. Love it! Thank you.

L Sedillo: I went from dark brown with warm tones, hair not much different from yours at the start. It took me freaking FOREVER to get the brass out of my hair! I still have some in fact. You did a great job, with this 3 step method. I think I haven't gone into public for like 3 weeks during the transition. Looking good today, and I still have all my hair LOL!

LisaBelle: Finally, Someone uses a proper color stripper prior to bleaching. I see even professional colorist just try to bleach the color out directly. Well done!

Jorge Trevino: What a beautiful job. I wish I had the guts to do it myself.

Ashley Norton: So glad I found this video, I've been thinking for a while now about dying my hair grey, and I have medium/dark brown hair! Glad to have found a video with someone starting with about the same color hair!

Christine M. AlwaysBelieve: Gorgeous! It looks amazing on you! I wanna do this soon. Thanks again for sharing!!

Zazaxdoll: Thank you so much for doing it step by step, you were sooo helpful! I have seen other tutorials but they never show it step by step. ❤

Reality of a Second Life: I'm sitting here waiting on my hair to process after dying it my natural colour. I'm 42 and the grey hairs are coming in force these days. I stumbled upon this video and I'll be more than happy to trade places with the young woman in the video - she can totally have my grey;) Lovely hair - thanks for the video. Maybe there is empowerment going full grey/silver. Thanks!

Vanessa Lee Steinebach: Went to my Sally store thinking I'd get the kind of help you did and I left feeling so dumb and lost. Came home, refound your video and ordered everything from Sally online from your shopping list!! Can't wait for next weekend to do my steps My hair is naturally white/silver with just a little pepper in the crown and neck, but I have been dying my hair brown for years and I am so sick of it and the constant roots -- so excited to phase into my natural color and undoing the brown burden. Your hair looked beautiful when you were done ❤️

Fini Fernandez: I work in my house and the beauty salon too for 10 years. I love this job and I know it's not easy getting this color. You got it.

Norma Petito: You look amazing! I was worried about all the chemicals but it seems like you took the right steps. Very nice color!!

Jax Golden: I am going gray and I’m tired of fighting it ! That’s exactly what I want thank you for sharing

bun: I’m looking to dye my hair grey and this pushed me over to do it! Thanks! I love the vid

Nyte Shayde: Holy shit. I'm turning 50 this year and I'm done with my dark color. My natural is a silver smoke color now and this is going to help me grow out my natural hair. Thank you, youngling. You saved this middle aged lady's hair from a potenitally bad experience.

Enchanted Gifts: i have to say i watched at least 20 videos.. your's was the best! step by step, you went threw the process and the results are amazing! the exact color im wanting to go for.. THANK YOU!

Monica H: Loooove how it turned out! I have been sainting to do this but it’s super expensive and was told it would take forever to get it done. I’m encouraged to try it out. Did you do this in just two days or how long was the process? Also thanks to that Sally’s employee. She really know her stuff. I have natural dark brown hair with some grays coming my in. Think the same process will work? Thanks again.

KennaRedd: this is the EXACT color that i want. definitely trying this now. THANK YOU!!!

rforegreen70: I wanna dye my hair this color and I'm happy I came across this video. Your results are AMAZING & I hope I get the same!!! Putting this video in my playlist.

Trish Franklin: Hi Jenn, first I just want to say I love your channel & your tutorials have been so incredibly helpful with bleaching my hair for the first time. You're so adorable & so much fun to watch, keep it up <3 Here's my situation...I really wish I could post a pic of my hair since I have one of every stage from the past week. Everything I did is listed below. I started with very dark brown, almost black from years of color from boxed dyes or mostly ion colors & developer from Sally's. I've managed to lift to a light to med brownish/blonde but also has an ashy/greenish tint to it at the moment. Yesterday after bleaching then toning w/ Wella t14 + Color Charm 050 I dyed it w/ ion Chrome demi 7VA, not realizing that the color charm was actually a perm dye. I realize I need to bleach it again. What I want to achieve is a base that will allow me to experiment w/ silver/metallic colors like lavender/lilac, rose gold & other metallic colors using semi (or demi) perm dyes or color depositing shampoos. My hair seems to be in decent condition after last night. My 2 main questions are 1. How soon could I (or should I wait) bleach it again and 2. would it help to use some at home color remover remedies i.e. vinegar, vitamin C, lemon juice, dandruff shampoo before bleaching again. I've already done 2 processes of color remover (color oops, was impatient didn't want to wait for one and only to be delivered) so I'm not sure if doing that again would just create more unnecessary damage. Any tips or recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated!!!  Mon May 4  Color Oops Color Remover, left on 20min, shampooed & rinsed 5min, shampooed & rinsed 5min Baking soda, lemon juice, crushed vitamin C for 1 hour then apple cider vinegar rinse.  Coconut oil + L'Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge Leave In Conditioner Treatment overnight.  Wed May 6   Color Oops Color Remover, left on 20min, rinsed 20min, shampooed & rinsed 5min, shampooed & rinsed 5min, shampooed & rinsed.  Baking soda, lemon juice, crushed vitamin C, Head & Shoulders (shampoo + conditioner) for one hour then apple cider vinegar rinse.  Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Deep Conditioning Protein Pack for 1hr.  Sun May 11 Step 1: Wella Blondor Multi Blonde Powder Bleach w/ Clairol Pure White 30 Volume Creme Developer + Absolute perfection booster by ion color brilliance step 1 & Absolute perfection color sealer by ion step 2 packet added to bleach & developer. Gina Cantabene: I followed your instructions exactly and my hair came out so beautiful I can hardly believe it. Thank you for posting such a thorough video. I just have one question about maintenance - how do I keep it looking this way? Do I bleach my roots and then apply the T15 and 050 with the developer? Thank you again, I am still in awe of how great my hair looks and it’s all thanks to YOU!!

Michelle Smith: I am going to try this! Thank you for the step by step tutorial. I'm going gray and want to get my brown out of my hair! Thank you!

cathyantrim: OMG!!! I love love love that color!!!! You did do a great job! Im saving this in my favorites for my next hair color adventure (i just went rose gold)

Kaitlyn D'Aversa: That really was an amazing single lift application!! Your hair lifted beautifully best clients lol

Cindy Bubb: Whoa! Followed your instructions and so pleased! Saved a ton of money and eventually my grays will just blend in and take over. Thank you so much for taking time to help others :)

batjoker12: Thank you!!! I just tried dying mine gray for the first time. I've done plenty of other colors but it didn't turn out as gray as I had wanted. I had asked the girls at Sally's for help but they were kinda oh try this and that was it. Not much help at all really. After seeing your hair, I was like yes! That's the color I want. Now I know what to buy when I got again. I'm going to let my hair sit until next payday (one cause I'm broke haha and two I need to let it heal from the bleach for a bit). But once I can I'm trying it again. Thank you so much for your video, it really helped!!

Cullen Casa: You rocked 4 hair colors in 1 video! . Really wanna try this- thank you for the video!

Kaeleigh Lafferty: Def going to try to go silver doing it this way, best video ive found so far. Thanks for being straightforward and specific im so excited to try this once i get the bright green out of my hair!!

S G: Also a Sally employee and we recommend that color remover a lot as well as the T 18 and color additives. Looks awesome! Just a suggestion so you get an exact measurement of developer but after pouring the toner into the bowl you can use the bottle to measure the developer. Thanks for sharing

ItsJordanaaa: I’ve used color oops before and it smells like rotten eggs. I gagged while it was on my hair.. anyway I love this color. I have premature gray hair, started when I was 22 and I keep fighting it with dark hair dyes but I’ve been thinking about highlights or full blonde but I actually really like this color. Would love to see how you maintain this as well as your root touch-ups!

My CustomPainted Life: I can’t believe how much lighter your hair got with the remover! How did your hair feel after that ? Your hair looks super healthy! This is sort of random but important because I’ve been doing my own hair and others’ hair forever and yet… I was an idiot! After bleaching your hair to a pale blonde as instructed by many, you have got to remember, those hair strands are just hollow, empty shafts so HANDLE WITH CARE! Take extra care to redeposit all that moisture & nutrients you’ve just stripped out of your hair(Oleplex is your best friend) and in the meantime, don’t brush it while it’s wet. In this state, right after bleaching, it’s susceptible to snapping off and that sucks!!! I’m not an idiot but I was that day!

Dynamic Duncan: Your hair looks stunning!

Natasha Deschamps: Can't thank you enough for this video, have had issues with over processing. Your hair looks amazing thank you for the share

Jeni Watkins: Thanks for doing this. I'm near 50 and have a lot of silver gray naturally. I don't color it. Unless my tips are purple once in a while. Lol. My hair is brown like yours was. And I've by thinking about doing a gray all over for fun. Now I see it can be done.

Cecilia Garza: How long did you leave the bleach on? And the toner? Absolutely love your results!♥️

Indira Wylie: I watched this a couple weeks ago and I’m watching it again caue it’s literally the best tutorial on silver hair

SuZet Rides an Andalusian: I've been trying to do this for *awhile* I'll be ordering the last 3 things as I'm already bleached blonde. Love the look! Awesome job, btw

Karuth Williams: Thank you!! I’ve wasted so much money on toners and additives, using them separately with developing just to be disappointed. So thank you I’m going to try step 3 and hopefully it works for me this is what I’ve been going for!

Applepiebetty: I fail to understand why a young pretty girl like yourself would want the older grays and miss out on the younger natural color of your hair, but it seems to be a thing these days. I am 71 next month and am still the healthy looking dark brown (thanks to Revlon now) I was as a kid, but I think it is time to settle into the older look (everyone thinks I am in my early 50s) and be treated with the respect and care that a older person deserves after all the devotion to family and community, so this looks like a great way to start and let my natural white of today come on through. So thank you. By the way you did a great job with this and look terrific.

TwilightsSecrets: This turned out amazingly!! I just can't get over it.

Gloria: Your hair looks freaking awesome....mine didn't turn out as great as yours so I will re bleach in a couple of weeks and do the process again using your process and colours. Thanks for your video. Enjoy

sidekickdumpling: Thank you for the detailed instructions in the video and description!! How long did the toner/color last in your hair?

Lisa Biby: I love your videos - I used this process the first time I stripped my hair - my hairdresser was impressed (when I went for my last cut). I'm going to use the t-050 this time, but I have a questions; if I add 2x 50s to 1x 14, I'm assuming that I need 6x the amount of the toner bottle (seems like a lot). Also, can I add the color sealer to this mixture?

ReemM: As a hairstylist and color expert you did and amazing job, impressive!

Jade Rand: thank you sooooooo much for this tutorial! i've been looking everywhere for how to dye your hair this color!!! I even went to a hair salon and they told me that you had to bleach it that color. but now i know what to do!

Kim Young: I always loved my natural auburn hair. I'm now grey and will try to embrace it.
