How to make fenugreek oil at home for long hair.
Hello, beautiful friends, welcome back to our nyx food heal in today's video we are going to be making fenugreek oil for hair growth to make fenugreek oil you're going to be needing fenugreek seeds. Now to make your fenugreek oil you're going to start by toasting the seeds. I'M going to place my pan on here to the point i'm going to be adding in the fenugreek seeds - okay, so i'm just using half cup of fenugreek seeds here just going to spread these around once i place this on heat, i'm going to start tearing these To enable the heat to be distributed evenly and also to prevent the seeds from getting burnt fenugreek oil helps stop hair thinning and also prevents hair breakage. So this is why you need this oil after toasting the fenugreek seeds for five minutes, and you notice. They are slightly brown like this. You can turn off your heat and bring it down to cool. Once you're done roasting your fenugreek seeds, you should pour it out into a dish. If you leave it in the pan, the remaining heat is going to burn the seed. This is very important. The next thing i'm going to do once the seeds have cooled down. I'M going to transfer these to the blender. Now i'm going to blend this once the seeds are nicely crushed. Just like this, you can start blending i'm going to fresh three tablespoons into a bowl. So next i'm going to pour in olive oil. You can use coconut oil, you can use grape seed oil or sesame oil, sunflower oil, any oil of your choice just use it just make sure the oil covers the ground seed. So i'm just going to use a spoon to stir this. The next thing i'm going to do is to transfer this into a double boiler. All you just need to do is to heat. A pot of water on heat then place the bowl containing the seed and the oil over it and leave it to boil okay. Once this has heated up, i'm going to use a spoon to stir this. I'Ve been stirring, my fenugreek oil intermittently, and it has reached 20 minutes, so i'm going to just turn off heat and i'm going to take out the oil from the water. Okay. After leaving this to cool down completely, i'm going to strain out the fenugreek oil from the blended seeds, okay, i'm just going to place the double strainer over a bowl. This has a larger holes and this one has smaller holes. So i'm just going to do it. This way, once i'm done, i'm going to discard this very one. I don't need this again and here is our fenugreek oil. It'S ready once i'm done straining my fenugreek oil, i'm going to add in two capsules of vitamin e oil. Then i'm going to add in few drops of lavender oil to give the fenugreek oil a nice aroma. You can use fenugreek oil to massage your scalp to prevent dandruff and also improve your hair quality, and it also prevents hair thinning and prevents your hair also from cutting. So i'm transferring this into my storage jar. Fenugreek oil stops dandruff and also prevents itchy, scalp and dry scrub for effective results. You can use this oil twice a week and you will see the improvements on your hair. You can store your fenugreek oil in an airtight container. Use it whenever it's needed use it to massage your hair, and you can even mix it with your hair cream so guys this was how to make fenugreek oil at home. Sherri Okere: Hey sis great video but you could have kept the grounded seeds in the oil and let it infuse longer for at least a month for potency. Then strain the the oil. Also instead of throwing the left over seeds away you could have save them and boiled it and used it for a hair mask.
