3 Ways To Use Aloe Vera Gel For Hair

Hey guys, what's up, this is rashi, and today's video we're going to talk about three easy peasy ways of including aloe vera gel in your hair care, routine. Now aloe vera gel, is absolutely fantastic. I remember the first time i started using ayurveda gel was when i was in my college. Some friends said you don't use aloe vera gel for your hair. You should start using it. You saw a brilliant result. So in today's video we'll be talking about this, but which aloe vera gel to use, if you can cut a leaf peel the leaf scrape the leaf and do all the things that are required, you can use natural aloe vera gel. No, no doubt it's a great option. My only problem with that option is that there's so many steps involved after a while it just starts getting very tiresome uh. Some of you might be able to relate to this. I believe in the philosophy of keeping my beauty routine, minimum. Okay, that's the only way i'll follow it. If there are too many steps involved too much of work to be done i'll, even if the routine is very good for me, i'll not do it after a while, i get i just get lazy, so i personally like using store-bought aloe vera gel and this one. I recommended like, for i don't know i think 100 times on my channel. I first discovered this where it was launched a couple of years back and since then it has been a staple in my you know, in my beauty routine. So this is a wow skin science, aloe vera gel it's a 99 pure aloe vera, gel with no parabens silicone mill, oil, color or synthetic fragrances. So it's very safe, very gentle, and how do i like to use aloe vera gel on my hair? Well, uh? The first way of using aloe vera gel is to is to use it as it is nothing innovative there, but it's really useful. Just take a bit of aloe vera gel on your palm spread across and just you know, run it through your hair. Through your scalp. You can use it on your scalp, also it's very safe and leave it for about 15 minutes and then shampoo it off. One interesting thing: i've noticed is that you know after i apply aloe vera gel, and then i go for my shampoo. It just makes my shampoo lather even better for some reason, and the shampoo experience is also much better if you've, never if you've never used aloe vera gel before shampoo, try it out. You'Ll know what i'm talking about and it leaves your hair really soft really conditioned. Well, hydrated, another great way of using aloe vera gel for your hair is to uh deal with dandruff. The aloe vera gel has anti transplant properties as well. It helps to soothe your scalp and balance the ph of your scalp. So how do you do that? Take some aloe vera gel to this add some neem oil or you can use neem powder or something with neem and add some curry leaf powder to this mix. The ingredients really well and just you know, apply it all over your hair and scalp. You can leave it on for about 30 to 40 minutes and then wash it off with a nice. Angry dandruff shampoo, that's very important, and you can actually do this every single time before you shampoo, your hair. If you want, because um this is a very safe, a very natural routine and it is brilliant, like i've tried so many things for dandruff, this is one of the things that works, the best, okay, uh and last, but not the least. This is another way of using aloe vera gel and i've actually used aloe vera gel like this today take a spray bottle or water mix some aloe vera gel to this, give it a good shake and spray it on your hair. So you can do this up. You know just before styling your hair with a heat style like a straightener like a curler anything which can be damaging for your hair. You can actually do this. Some of you might be thinking, but you wouldn't make my hair sticky. Somehow it does not guys um uh, there's again something which i've been doing for a long time using aloe vera as it is before straightening. This is i like to mix it with water, so you know just before straightening or curling your hair. You make your hair a bit damp, instead of just using water mix a little bit of aloe vera gel it's great for heat protection. Okay. So what did we learn today? Aloe vera is great for conditioning your hair, it's great for dealing with dandruff. It'S also great for heat protection. Overall, it is so awesome for your hair, even for your skin, by the way, since summers are just around the corner, uh just thought of letting you know. Aloe vera is great for dealing with sun damage, sun tan, uneven skin tone because of sun damage, especially or if you've spent a lot of time on this cream. Applying a little bit of aloe vera gel here can also calm your calm, the skin around your eyes beautifully. Otherwise also it feels very soothing. You know when you apply it, it has a nice cooling sensation very, very soothing, so, yes, guys go ahead. Make aloe vera gel part of your routine? I just sounded so weird another way.
