Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so the main ingredients you need for this. Carrots oil is just some carrots and any carrier oil of your choice. So because I'm going to be showing you two different ways to make your carrots oil I'm going to be using two types of oils: hair, which is coconut and olive oil. So for the first method, I'm just going to place a pot on fire. Add some water into it, cover it and allow it to come to a boil. So while the water is boiling, I'm going to go ahead and peel the carrots I'm using two carrots. You can use more depending on your quantity. You are making so yeah after peeling. The carrots I'm going to go ahead and create it, so you want to make sure you create your carrot into a tiny pieces so that it will be easier to extract the juice from the carrot now after creating the carotids. I was because this is very sweet. So after creating the carrot, I'll just add it into a jar, the jar that you saw earlier in this video, then I will pour all the coconut oil into the jar make sure the oil covers. Your created carrot very important, so I said it together to make sure they are well combined. There now put it into the boiling water and, as you can see, I didn't cover it all the way through, just because I am afraid the the Jama at break into the pot. So I have to leave it open a little bit as well as the pot. So after leaving it to boil for 10 minutes, you have to leave it to boil for 10 minutes after 10 minutes. I took it out from the boiling water and then I'll set that aside and leave it to cool down completely before I strain it now over to this second method just place: a frying pan on the heat, add some olive oil into it and of oil to Cover the carrot and, as you saw earlier, I didn't use all the grated carrots. I shared it in two to one for the first method and then the remaining one for this second method. So after I added the Protectorate into the hot oil, I left it to fry for 10 minutes just for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes. This is how it's looking like. Then I will strain it with a sieve to make sure I get all the oil from the carrot. I use a spoon to you know kind of press it down. So this is what I got from the second method. Now I'm going to pour it into the the coconut oil bottle, because I don't have any other thing I can add it into. You can use any container to put your oil yeah set that aside, and then this is the first one I made now it's time to strain it to get all the oil and the juice from the carrot. I will also use a spoon to kind of press. It down to extract all the juice and the oil now I will add it into a little container again, and that is basically it karati. Oil is so good for your skin. For your hair, its nourishes your skin, it leaves your skin, shiny and glowy. So if there are lots of benefits you can get from carrots or you definitely need to try this out so now for the first method. I think I prefer this first method for my hair and for my skin and then the second one. I prefer to use that one for cooking, so just because the first one still has its nutrients. Most of the nutrients are still intact and it still retains its natural benefits. So I prefer that one for my skin and for my hair now, the second one. This is what I'm going to use it for you can use it to fry eggs. You can use it for your stir, fries or anything you want to cook with it, but then you want to make sure that you have a large quantity of the if you want to use it for cooking, so that is basically it. It is very simple to make. I hope you do give it a try. Carrots oil is so wonderful. You have to give it a try. I hope you enjoyed this video. Thank you so much for watching. I will see you all in my next video

MISS POMMY: So excessive heat actually destroys the nutrients in the carrot, so the best thing to do is to immerse the oil&carrot mixture in moderately hot water and leave it until the water cools... This will help to facilitate the movement of nutrients from the carrot into the oil and also evaporate the water from the carrot without denaturing the nutrients.
