Hey: what's good y'all, it's Bridget here! So if you're a very long time, I've been lying to bring you guys, a part two to the video that I did a long time ago, my secret to magic, hair removal. I hope that I'll be able to address any questions or concerns that you have about the shaving powder. I'Ve gone ahead and written down all of the questions that I've received on this video, thus far I'll be answering them throughout the whole video. Hopefully, this time I'll be able to make a more informative video that will be helpful for those wanting to try out this fantastic product. Now, let's jump right in and I'll show you what you can do to achieve: smooth hair free skin. So, first I'll start off by showing you method one, and this is so easy. These are the things you'll need. You can find them all right at home and these are the products magic shaving powder. This is the fragrant, but the one that I really love is this one here, it's the skin conditioning with aloe and vitamin E. So if you can find this one, I recommend this one. Definitely now there is a cream version of this product, but I prefer the powder form. I think that it works a lot better and, as you can see, what I'm doing here is I'm just using a spoon to open up the metal lid. It'S not too hard to open and it's just a really dry kind of powder consistency and I'm going to put a couple of good-sized heaping scoops into my bowl and grade to add a little bit of water and stir it up. Definitely a big number one question I get asked a lot is: does this product have a strong odor? No, it does not have a strong odor, the original formula that one I think it's been like. A blue and silver that kind of has a little bit of a strong odor, but the one I'm using here now is the fragrant one. So now I'm showing you the consistency and consistency of this product is very important. If it's too watery, then it won't really remove the hair well and if it's too thick, it could irritate your skin plus it's harder to remove. So I like to get it into a very nice. You know this consistency is perfect. This is the best consistency to achieve I'll show you method number two, and this is my favorite method. It'S using a blender bottle. You can pick these up at a lot of department stores. I got mine from Walmart and it has this little springy ball that you put on the inside and it's for shaking up powder drinks. It works really great for this. I just use this for my shading powder at all times. I do not use it to drink out of so the way that I do this technique is, I put a little bit of the powder into the shaker bottle and then I add my water and put the silver ball back in and when I shake it up, It does it so quick, so I don't have to stir stir stir with a spoon which can take a really long time, so this is a time-saving method that I really enjoy. I just want to tell you, though, be sure that you start off with a very small amount of water. You can always add more because, if you add too much water before you know it will become a liquid soup and it won't be thick enough for application. And then, when you put it in the shake, shake shake shake it up, and this is the fun part and as far as saving the product after you've already mixed it up, saving it in a container. I don't recommend it. I'M not really sure what the harmful effects of that could be, but after you make it, you mix it up, be sure that you use it right away. That'S what I recommend about this and I'm going to go ahead and pour my mixture back into this bowl. So I can show you the consistency better and it'll be easier for me to use I'll go ahead and scrape all of the remaining into the bowl. That way, it'll be easier for me to use, but you can actually leave it in the blender bottle if you'd like alright. So now I'm going to start applying the product to my legs and I'm going to use the spoon to help kind of glide the product on and get it all evenly distributed. If it's your very first time using the product, you might want to start off in just a very small little area to make sure that you don't break out and have any bad reactions. I have very sensitive skin and prone to razor bumps very badly, but I have never had any trouble using this product. On the contrary, I have no razor bump problems, no heat rash, it doesn't burn the skin and it's very gentle. Now I'm going to go ahead and set my phone and time it if it's your very first time using it I'd start off with eight minutes. I usually do fifteen minutes and it works good for me no more than 20 minutes, but just to get used to how it goes start off with eight and gradually work. Your way up now, it's time to remove the product, and this is where that sharp-edged card is going to come in handy great, any type of card will work and that's going to be your key for removing the hair. So I'm just going to take it and after wetting my leg, all down, I'm going to glide up and it'll be removing the hair. Just like this. If you don't want to use this method, you can also use a damp washcloth that could work too, and people had asked. Does this remove hair by the roots? No, it doesn't remove it by the roots, but it does give you a nice clothes shade, and while this product is not permanent, it does keep me hair free for up to a week at a time, and your hairs do not have to be long to use. This you can apply it to stubble, and it's also gentle enough for your face. Underarms and bikini area.

Tiffany Bradshaw: i use this on my lady parts and get 0 irritation. i absolutely love it. I've been using this for about 8 yrs

Sunita Fisher: tried it today, my advice for ladies doing this If you use Salic acid or any facial stuff on face, don’t apply this to upper lip etc I caught it in time, within two minutes it was burning It worked under arm, bikini area, legs and was smoother than a baby’s booty Mine worked in less than 8mins, so do spot test if it’s your first time I used very warm water to open pores for better result I will use this from now on as waxing, shaving, epilator etc just was causing too much issues I have very sensitive skin Don’t use soap to wash after, I showered before and after I came out I dried well and used body oil on areas I treated Just in case I go red. Wash it well.....I sat on some of it and my ass is still on fire lol Just be careful where u sit, I was naked...my fault lol Oh don’t do it on same day you go out as it had slight Nair smell.....I didn’t know how else to describe it It was extremely mild, my husband couldn’t smell it but I did So did my cat, haven’t seen him yet The one got was same on this video https://youtu.be/bKWLvyCFh98 he mentions bump patrol towards end, for chaps with ingrown issues

R Platt: Awesome! Thanks! A little trick that can make mixing easier: start with less water. Make a thick paste and gradually add water.

S LEE: If your hair is stubborn or coarse it's best if you make the consistency slightly thicker, or leave it on a bit longer then the recommended time, now I know why she sets her timer for 15 minutes. Overall I love this product! Thanks for the review.

Mr. Thomas: I went and bought the silver bottle with aloe, and I will never use an electric razor again. A protein shaker is next because I was stirring for every it seemed. Took me awhile to get the mixture correct, but got it close to yogurt. Had a hard time getting it off my face, but once I did. I have never felt my face this smooth. Sent your link to my girl, and from now on, like Montell Jordan, this is how we do it.

soy_sweet99: I use this for my eyebrows and they come out great! Since watching your video I am currently doing my legs and underarms. Thank you for posting this video darling!

XeeRé: The Original formula in the Blue tin has a STRONG odor. My grandfather uses it and has the entire house smelling like eggs and sulfer x.x I recommend using the kabuki type brush that barbers use. I believe it mixes faster with less fall out and less waste :)

Christine: This video and comment section was super helpful. I can’t wait to try this, my hair always grows back super quick and I’m getting so sick of shaving. This product seems perfect

Bodhisatta Maitreya: Excellent video presentation, Bridget, ... appreciate the time and effort you put into posting this video. Based on my experience of using this product, I believe simple common sense should be applied for those that may have experienced a chemical reaction, i.e., skin redness, irritation, burning, itching, etc, after using this product. I would suggest performing a 'patch test' with the product on a part of your body, e.g., lower leg area that isn't very noticeable if you believe the product may irritate your skin or you typically have sensitive skin and see how this test performs on your body before committing to fully using on the body. Everyone trying this product will experience different results depending on skin sensitivities, so again, use common sense, i.e., after applying, if the paste begins to sting slightly, begins to itch, and/or you experience an adverse skin reaction, say after 3 - 5 minutes after applying, then your skin type is too sensitive and you should monitor the time use on your skin in order to avoid burning the skin, plain and simple. Having tried this product for the first time as instructed per the video, I am quite pleased with my individual results! I bike, hike, run, and swim regularly, so having lots of body hair in my opinion is not welcome in my eyes, ... my own personal reasons. After performing the patch test and experiencing no adverse reactions, I went ahead and continued per the videos instructions. I will point out that first I did shower with a non-scented liquid soap, i.e., Dr. Bronner's to remove all oils and dirt from my body, then slightly dried off before applying the mixture. I also used a pair of rubber gloves, which allowed me to pour the mixture in my hands and apply it to my legs in an upward motion, i.e., starting at the ankle and working my way up to my upper thigh. After the mixture was applied to my entire leg(s) region, I started the timer and waited, of course monitoring the sensitivity of the product on my skin in case it started to sting, burn, or irritate my skin. At slightly past 7 minutes, I noticed a slight irritation to the skin, so I slightly moistened the product with water and began to use a old credit card in an upward motion, (against the direction of the hair growth) to remove the product and my leg hair. Viola! Worked like a charm! Word to the wise, don't use soap after scraping and showering off product if you have really sensitive skin, ... it has been reported that for some, using soap after using the product may cause irritation and a burning sensation. However, I would recommend thoroughly showering/rinsing off the product with warm water and gently wiping with a soft hand towel in order to get all product residue off the skin. My own finished results after using this product, again per the videos instructions, ... no real noticeable skin irritation, no redness or itchy skin, and legs as smooth as a baby's behind! I'm thinking the hair shouldn't start to grow back until 4 to 5 days from now, and I'll probably have to repeat the procedure in about two-weeks or so, we'll see, ... if you made it this far, thanks for reading.

Freaky: I’ve used this and this is my comment/review. Before I start I have really thick hair and I’ll give my opinions and thoughts on what is best. I tried this product two times and left it on for 15 minutes. I made it good and exactly the way she did it and I made it a thick and thin consistency. 1. This product is just like Nair and it smells like it too but it doesn’t smell strong and it doesn’t hurt or react badly (for me) 2. When using this, I still see ingrown hair because it does not remove the hair all the way down to the skin. The ingrown hair is immediately showed after used. But it was easy to use and easy to remove hair, all hair was removed but you still see ingrown hair growing. My thoughts on this product is that it is just like Nair except the smell is not as harsh. I feel like right after I used this, I can still see hair and I can feel it too because it is not removed all the way down to the skin. This product was easy to use and easy to remove hair but it probably won’t remove the hair down to your skin if you have thick hair probably. I think this product is better for people who doesn’t have thick hair like me and have thin hair. For me, I think shaving is better because you don’t see the ingrown hair. When I used the Magic Shaving Powder, I haven’t shaved in 2 weeks and my hair was long and it was still showing ingrown hair. But when i haven’t remove my hair in 2 weeks and I shave, the hair is remove down to the skin and it last longer because I haven’t shave in a long time.

Nagel Fro: Just did this !! Love it !! Thank you Was looking for a less wasteful way to get rid of my hair and the packaging of this is great !

Penny Smith: shaving powder - who knew? I have always struggled with irritation from shaving. totally going to try this!

Latte Brown: Thank you for posting "Magic Hair Removal Part 2 + FAQ". You addressed most of my comments and questions. Since this product was developed for the face it can be used on almost the entire body. I will soon become hair free without the itch and burns, at least for a few days longer. Thanks

Savannah Buday: Who’s here because of Tik Tok!?

Loelisaa: Tip: mix with a fork, acts like a whisk and mixes faster :) (I think idk it works better for me at least)

Stormy Girl: I used it on my face. It worked good but I will only use it next time for 4-5 minutes. I did get a few chemical burn spots. The bottle said 5-7 minutes. My teenaged daughter did her mustache area for 4 minutes and it worked great w/no chem burn spots. (I used the gold can not silver...maybe the silver kind is not as harsh)

Heckin Toast: I used this for the first time yesterday. I had a weird chemical reaction on my fingers when applying it to my legs. Left me with really smooth legs but blisters on my fingers.

Kevin's Mind: Hey! Love the videos on this product. Question though, how long does it last before you start getting stubble again? Thanks!

Tyela McGee: I just discovered you, I watched both your videos and I am happy I found this. I use Veet for sensitive skin and noticed I still get bumps and I've been trying to find something that won't break me out. So I really want to try this. New subbie

Julie K: Hi! I have really dark hair on my legs and when I shave, it leaves dark spots that I absolutely hate. I was just wondering if this product gets rid of these dark spots? Thank you so much! Great video :)

Alan Morris: Hmm, now I realize why SoftSheen/Carson Products never discontinued Magic Shaving Powder. We men stopped using Magic Shaving Powder decades ago when my grandfather was alive. I even stopped seeing barbers use it on customers. I had no idea women were using this stuff. I always wondered why this stuff was still on shelves in so many stores. Now I know why.

mae rue: you are way too nice answering questions you already mentioned in the video thank you

Rebecca Riccoo: how long did it take for the hair to grow back?

jori grey: It worked! Odor is stronger than I like, but it was pretty quick and easy... and I didn't have to worry about cutting myself with a razor!

Rachel Williams: First I just wanna say thank. So I tried this once and it works wonderful I have super sensitive skin no bumps but my skin was a little dry afterwords. So application is a little messy I just bought a men's boar hair shaving cream brush and it is soooooo much easier to apply

Nikki Botts: Now they need to start selling it in larger containers.

Holly Roesel: I just used the aloe one from sally beauty and worked great! Thanks for the advice.

Random Person: I bought and tried this today! works so well! Thanks for filling me in about this product :)

Deborah Hall: I’m so thankful for your videos. The instructions I found say 5 minutes and wipe away with a washcloth. Now I know the cc trick and won’t be discouraged from rinsing too soon.

ashley v: Curious to try this but I'm usually into natural, organic products...do you think it would be harmful if you use this strategy long term? As far as chemicals and such? I have the worst razor burn!!!

Combs & Creme: Thanks for this. I am so tired of shaving :(.

PRS: Thanks for sharing, Bridget.  I liked the ending, very cute.  *smooches* <3

John Ramsey: I followed your recommendation and bought a shaker bottle for my magic shave mixing. Thank you for your great recommendation hon.

Christina Martinez: I can’t wait to try this! Thanks so much for making your video so thorough. I subscribed. ♥️

Ellen TopGun1: Can you get a close up before and after so we can see the “‘magic” of the hair being removed?

Life With Alondra: Can you use any type of lotion after shaving with the magic shaving powder?

Laura: I find it sooooooo hard to mix!!!! I get desperate trying to get the right consistency and it hasn't worked for me I think it's because of that I'm def gonna try the shaking bottle....

Chak Tempest: Okay... So, I'm a guy, and a friend of mine shaved his legs and told me how much he liked it and all that, so I gave it a try today... First things first, I had no idea it would take so long to shave the whole leg, I now completely understand why it took my sister so long to shower.  Second, oh my god the stubble... It seems no matter how close I try to shave, I would always end up with sharp, poking stubble on my thigh, and I ended up nicking myself a couple times as well with the razor. From what I'm hearing, this could fix the stubble problem I'm having. So I'm going to head out to the store and buy some of this stuff, after I see if my skin can or cannot handle it (put a bit on, wait 24 hours, etc) I'll give it a try. I'll be sure to post the results and such!

Task Failed successfully: so glad i learned about this. you're video has helped me out lady! thank u!!!

Tiffany Sanford: I used the white and blue and OH MY GAWD!! THE SMELL FILLED MY HOUSE!! My boyfriend comes in the house yelling about the burnt egg/sulfur smell and all I could say was... "it's my legs?? " so now I have my house filled with burning scented candles!!! SO DO NOT USE THE BLUE AND WHITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUN PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR HOUSE!! He came in and turned around and left lmao but oh my goodness... use one that DON'T stink up.your house

Sarah Garza: i loved it..I tried it and it worked so well for me ..thank you so much

CynD: It did work!! YAYYYYYY!!! It is unbelievable when I found how it just ripped all the big hair in certain area (if you know what I mean girl) without being painful Thankyou!!!!!!!!!!

Fredlup: HELP PLEASE! I applied the product by following each steps correctly and the hair came off well. The problem is that now I have like this ‘white powder’ on my skin that won’t come off! Even if I try to shower. When the water is on it, it seems like it came off but then, when the water dries the white powder riappears! HELP

ANGELFLUFF 444: Thanks sooo much for sharing! Also thanks for answering all the questions!

Avery Fleming: I know this is a pretty old video, but how often can I use this product?

EmiiHeff: Ladies I have a ?. So when you use it on miss kitty, do you then shave on the more sensitive spots? Or are yall putting it all over? I'm scared of putting it all over because I think it could burn if i get too close lol

Skeeter Saurus: It's so funny, new kids finding out about 'Magic Shave Powder' and thinking 'it's a new product', when in reality, it was created in 1901. A lot of guys I knew in the Marine Corps used it, and that was over 30 years ago!

Anønymøus Víds: Does it grow back naturally or does it look more coarse

A R: I agree no more razors for me tried it and left my skin remarkable!!! Thx again

Animal Life: My hair is very course. Do you think it will work well on me? Also, is the finishing result of the "card shaving" similar to shaving with a razor?

AnelyMG: I don't think they have that product at my local walmart, bummer! I will have to use the web.

reina black: if you use the Red can Powder its stronger and will remove Coarse and Thick hair.Make it slightly thick and moist.use a back brush with Magic Shave on it to remove back hair. if you have it.

Mary Sweet: Does this leave a residue on your skin afterwards. I kind of noticed when you were done you could still see where you had applied verses non application?

XeeRé: I use the Silver tin sensitive skin w/ aloe and its odor is more tolerable

NARCC FREE: Start off with little water as possible mix hard and then gradually add more water .. you need a thick paste for best results

Nicki Don: Well i shave everyday ! Story of my life- ill shave in he morning and after 6-10 hours i have a stubble! I know its horrible if i had the money i would go get laser hair removal! But i have ordered the powder and i cant wait to try it out- i hope it will save me from shaving my face everyday, i hope my face will be smooth atleast for the two whole days- if it wont work then i dont know anymore

kards17: How long before hair starts growing again?

Kayla Guerra: this product damaged my skin In less than three minutes it damaged my skin I wouldn't recommend it at all my skin is burnt and red I guess everyone's akin is different glad it worked for you

Courtney Adkins: Just used this the 1st time, 1 leg is mostly smooth...the other is all jacked up. How long until I can try again? Will it hurt my skin to apply all over my leg again so no spots are missed?

Shraddha Kadam: Does it darken Ur skin? N when Ur hairs grow back (as u said it's similar to shaving ) does it get pokey hairs

anna ant.: I have extremely sensitive skin but also a lot of dark and thick hair, ot is worse that the hair of the man...so which one should i buy to avoid burns? Also, i have a lot of stretch marks. Is it allowed to use this product on top of stretch marks?

Stephanie Rodriguez: I tried this and it worked but it left my legs white. I did what the instructions said and wiped it off with a damp towel. I don’t know what I did wrong. Please help

Kieron Bride: Is your skin sensitive to sun after??

Mya: How long does everyone wait to use soap after using it? Or do u shower before?

SOY Meni: Hi, i'm so Happy with this product but which is the difference of gold bottle and silver bottle is skin conditioning, I want to know that it serves both? Thank you so much.

Abby Shumway: I love this product so much but now my bathroom smells like sulfur so bad

DoUKnowDa Wae: Does this help reduce hair

Shannon sweetdreemz Jackson: How long does the hair stay away

Kawaii~Chan: If you're a dude, try 3 minutes. Eight will burn you, take it from me! I did an arm for about five and it came off baby-smooth though. 8 burnt my cheek, and it's like a sunburn.

Shawna Pruitt: Does this work with stubble???

Boris L: You might have answered this in comments but I did not see in the video. Does it work on long back hair? or do i need to shave then start with this process? Thanks in advance for any info...

Sara S.: Hair free for a week yet it doesn't remove hairs from the root
