Hey what up it is your girl, MD and welcome back to my channel or welcome to my channel. If you are new here, don't forget to subscribe before you head out. So I saw this hair growth combo on an ad on Facebook, and I was like hmm that looks interesting. So of course I had to do my own little research and I decided to give it a try. So I've seen people mix sulfur into their daily regiment. So I thought it would be interesting to try this combo out for the next 30 days, so you're supposed to see a major increase in hair growth, but we'll be the judge of that one. So what you're going to need is sulfur 8. I got a 4 ounce bottle. Do grow also 4 ounces. It calls for black, castor oil, but I'm going to do a combo of black and regular castor oil. So I'm going to empty the sulfur 8 into this container, followed by the do grow. Then I did about a quarter bottle of the black castor oil and about two to three ounces of the regular, castor oil. It calls for an entire bottle of black, castor oil, but really you can kind of add what you want. You can do. Tea tree oil peppermint oil, once you have all of your ingredients in your container, you just want to mix it up, so I'm just going to work out of this container until it is all gone, a quick details on my hair. So after I washed it, I was just playing around and tried to do a flat twist out, I say playing around because if you know me, you know that I'm not the best when it comes to braiding, especially like to my scalp, but I really love how It turned out so I'm going to try and work on mastering you know a flat twist out B. I just was letting guys know what was going on there. So all I'm going to do is grease. My scalp, like my mama, did when I was a kid. Don'T judge my parts because they are horrible, but just know that the grease is getting in there. Another thing I am NOT going to use any other like hair growth, oils or anything else like that on my scalp. This is the only thing that I am going to be adding to my scalp for the next 30 days. A nice addition is to add a little extra stimulation to your scalp, and you already know I'm going to use my shampoo brush. If you don't already have one I'll leave the link down below, I know a lot of you guys do, use this as well, and I'm going to try and do this like two to three times a week. But at the same time, I'm just going to see what I need like what my hair needs, like maybe I'll do less than that, like maybe I'll only do it once a week, but I will do. I will definitely keep you guys posted in a follow-up video. You can always melt this down, put in an application bottle and apply it that way as well. I feel like I probably will end up doing that, just because it seems like a lot easier. This was just kind of nothing he was challenging, it wasn't challenging. It was just like kind of a chore to be like. Oh, let me part, let me put some grease when really you can just you know, it'd be like a lot easier and faster to apply it with an application bottle. So we'll see, I might do that. I will be keeping track and documenting it every single week and I will do a final video at the end of the 30 days. This was actually really hard to do on camera and show you guys what I'm actually doing. So I did the rest of my head off-camera and I just wanted to say that I love my hair. Even more post hair grease like a little bit okay. So now, I'm just going to measure a few spots in my hair to keep track of to see. If there is any major difference was on FaceTime with my cousin, while filming this, I instantly was like I'm going to measure the back of my hair because it looks so broken and damaged and she was like. Don'T do it it's going to be so hard to grow. I'Ve never honestly paid attention to how horrible this section of my hair looks back here, and I know a lot of people's hair probably looks like this, because I know it's mainly my scarf being tied right. There and just like the friction and so yeah, so I'm going to make a conscious effort to really pay attention and try to nurse this back to life, not only in these next 30 days, but just in general. I know it's going to be hard because it's such a high-traffic area but yeah - I just wanted to measure this part - show you this part to see. You know maybe down the road. Hopefully, I will be able to make it less looking a hot mess and then I'm just going to measure this part of my hair in the front and yeah. That'S it. Ms. Tee: Check out SistaWith Real Hair super old video how to grow nape area. I think she did 3 videos. Basically, she trimmed, washed and drenched nape heavily with olive oil. Then applied Saran Wrap with small rubber band and kept it on for a week. Then repeat steps for months. After a week she would wash, blow dry straighten hair to measure the growth. I going off memory so I may have left out something! Happy nape growing!
