B is for virtue, calm, hi, guys it's been a while, since I last spoke to you all back so I'm back. I want to come back with a review on a hair product. I am a little late on the bandwagon, but I wanted to give it a try and um. I think, on the last hair video, I've got a great response and a lot of people were requesting me to do hair tutorials and do different, looks and do more videos that were related to here. So that's what I'm going to do them to make sure that try to incorporate more hair videos - I don't know if you guys can tell, but my hair is a little lighter all my life. My hair has been jet-black like really really really would ask me if I dyed my hair and I never dyed my hair and um. Two weeks ago I dyed my hair widens up all of my hair. I just got some highlights. I don't know if you guys can see but yeah, so I'm giving those a try. Let me know what you guys think I don't know how long I'm gon na rock this look, but you know I'm trying it out for the summertime so we'll see um. So the product that I'm going to review today that I used on my hair, it's called when by Chaz Dean - and I saw the infomercials I'm sure some of you guys have seen infomercials on TV all that good stuff, and I wanted to know if it was Going to work on my hair, I saw some of the models that they used and I really can identify with any of the women in terms of hair texture, because my hair is really really thick and not only is it thick, but it's coarse and I didn't Really see that represented um during the infomercial, so I want to give it a try. I found the best way to use. It is to start off with completely drenching your hair soaking it in water. First, maybe under the in the tub, under the faucet in a tub or the sink, but just really saturating your hair rinsing it thoroughly get get really really wet. When haircare recommends that you do it in the shower. But if you have really really thick hair, it may be hard to part it and section it and distribute the cleansing conditioner throughout your hair. So just really drench your hair, so feet wet rinse. It really really good and then come back from underneath the water and then section your hair and apply and distribute the cleansing conditioner, which is what I did and I found that I was able to distribute the product a lot easier throughout my hair. But once I got the conditioner in my hair all over my hair, then that's when I went in the shower and rinsed it out. Well, actually, I went in the shower and that's when I kind of worked the product through my hair and kind of conditioned it and cleansed it. Um got in the shower, made sure that the product went through my hair, really well kind of massaged. My scalp and just really work the product in and then I rinsed it in the shower after I rinsed it in the shower. Then I got out and then I went to step two. I applied the sweet almond mint green moist, intensive hair treatment, all throughout my hair that I put a plastic cap on and walked around. It says to leave it in for about 30 to 45 minutes. So that's what I did so then. After that I came back. Rinsed, my hair again thoroughly thoroughly thoroughly made sure everything was out and I can kind of feel when all the products have left um. My hair felt clean, but it still felt soft. It feel dry. You know like how it feels sometimes, when you use a shampoo that kind of strips your hair and that's the good thing about this product here with the cleansing conditioner, because it cleanses your hair. But it doesn't strip your hair and leave your hair pretty dry and a lot of people know about co-washing a lot of people that are natural kind of do the co washing thing. This is kind of similar to that process because you don't strip your hair with shampoo. You cleanse your hair with conditioner, so if you co wash, you might want to do this to try because it's kind of the same process same effect but anyways. So then, after that, I use a sweet almond, mint, styling cream, and this says after cleansing with wind cleansing. Conditioner and after you do like the remoisten intensive hair treatment, it says to add a quarter sized amount of and styling cream to the mid-shaft of the hair and working down to the end. So that's what I did I've distributed throughout my hair again, making sure I got the ends working it from the middle, bring it out to the ends and then it says stylus desired. I normally when I shampoo my hair I've got conditioner. Then I sprayed a leave-in conditioner and I add some other things like the Paul Mitchell soaking zone. I was really tempted to do that, but since I was reviewing this product I said I want to only use the wind hair care line, so I can really see the effect you know. I don't want anything to interfere with how my hair turns out. I want to see if this really works so then I blow dried, my hair. What you guys know is a process it takes forever. So I blow dried my hair and then what did I do? Next, okay and then I styled it, which is you know, I flat ironed it using my FHI Flatiron and then guys. I went to Ulta and I was I had been looking for a jumbo-sized kronar throw a while, and so this is off subject, but I just want to show you guys this jumbo. This is a I'm gon na, say, 2-inch a two inch barrel and it's by Hot Tools, and you can get it from Ulta and probably get from Sally's any beauty supply store or you can order it online. I did not go to mine online. I got my from Ulta, so it's really really big and I like it because I don't like it sometimes I don't like tight curls, I just like a little feather a little bump, and so that does that boom. So anyways after I finish telling my hair, I apply the sweet almond, mint, texture, balm and what you do is kind of like a light oil. But you rub it on your palms and then you rub your. I rub my hands together to kind of loosen up the oil kind of milk, the balm a little bit in my hands, and then I applied it. It'S really good for flyaways. As you can see, I have some flyaways right now, but it was really really light. It wasn't heavy, I applied it on my ends and throughout my hair, and it was kind of like a finishing balm for your hair, so um, I use all of the products that you see the whole line, and this is how my hair turned out the cleansing. The sweet almond mint cleansing conditioner. You can really feel like a tingle. It kind of feels it's not as strong as like a dandruff shampoo, but you know that team that you get when you use like a tea tree or dandruff Sam shampoo. That'S the feeling that I had it smells it's. The smell is pretty good, doesn't smell bad at all, um it has that minty smell. So, like you know, tea tree minty smell, but it's mild, so it has a pleasant smell um and my hair feels soft. Sometimes I've used products where, after I wash my hair conditioning and it's an after, I blow dry it. It feels brittle um or it doesn't move as much. But as you can see, I have body, and I mean I was surprised at how my hair turned out. I wasn't sure if it was really gon na work for me, but the key is that I found is that you need to follow the instructions and make sure that you apply a lot of the product. It says to use about 10 to 15 pumps um throughout your hair, but for me I have thick hair. I have to use about 10 to 15 pumps for each section quarter, section of my hair. I sectioned it in four parts, so um and they say to really make sure that you rinse your hair thoroughly before you apply this product in your hair. So I think if you follow the instructions, your results will turn out. You know pretty good so um, but yeah. It smells good. It left my hair soft um. I was pleased with the results. I still have some shine to my hair and, if you guys can see it um, it moves pretty well and it's soft, so um yeah. That was my review of the wind hair care by Chaz Dean. Oh two things. I got a lot of questions on my last hair video as to whether or not I'm natural or relaxed, and I am transitioning I'm going from relaxed to natural, really don't see how I'm not sure if I'm gon na commit to that. But even when I did do relaxes, I probably get about two a year. I would go really long time or maybe three a year and wait, maybe every four months to get a relaxer and I would never leave the relaxer in my hair too long to really straighten my hair. I just left it in long enough to loosen the curl pattern, so, as you can see when my hair gets wet, it's really really big and it still has some way to it. That'S because I'm kind of I guess, texturized or you know I'm transitioning, so you can see that the room is really really big and puffy while it's wet. So I hope that answers your question and the type of laughter that I did use when I was relaxed or getting relaxers was called Phaedo and I'll. Put that information down below as well. It'S a really gentle relaxer and it's vital data, and I really like it works well for me and it didn't burn and never burned my hair and never left my hair feeling dry or brittle. So that's the relaxer and it cost about $ 60. You can get it from some. Some salons do use it, but a lot of times that I went to did not carry that product, but you can't get it from Sephora about $ 60 per container, so feetoes, the type of lexer I use when I use relaxers that I'm no longer getting relaxers. I'M going we're on transitioning to being natural. The second question was: I got a lot of questions about the blow dry that I use, which is called an andis this bull dryer. You have to excuse the way it looks because it's kind of worn or whatever, but it's um by it's made by andis and it's the andis professional 1875 and it's an ionic ceramic blow dryer and um. I really really like this blow dryer and I can't remember where I got it from, but I will post information on where you can get it where you can purchase it online. I think I purchased it from a local beauty supply store here in Atlanta, but I believe you can buy them on their website and it says website. So this is the blow-dryer that I use, and it's made by andis you can possibly buy it on Amazon is what I think you can get it on Amazon as well, but I'll put information down below on where you can get it um, and I think that's It so yeah Chaz Dean, win hair care review by V. It'S for virtue, thanks for watching and I'll talk to you guys later, bye B is for virtue, calm,

Mertyce Lowe: Beautiful hair! I just started using WEN. I'm coming out of a relaxer and a sew in, I have a lot of split end that are like hair balls. I'm using Fig, so far so good. The smell is nice, I feel like a walking air freshener! Thanks for the review. You should send Chaz a before/after of your hair, he would be so proud! You are a WEN girl!

LadyBugAni1: Wen works best on natural hair. The 'Fig' and the '613' are the most moisturizing for 'ethnic' hair. I've been using it for years on my natural African-American (3C) hair. Give it a try:).

Makeup by Kym Small: Girl I love your hair!! The highlights and all, I've been wanting to do mine but every time I did it in the past I ended up having to cut my hair off. Last year I even had to shave all my hair off which is when I started my journey. My hair is now back at shoulder length and I'm so excited. I make videos to document my progress. I'm gonna do a review on these too but I'm kinda nervous cause I'm hearing that people have had their hair fall out from using the products so I'll definitely have to take notice of what's happening.

Kayla Stubbs: Your video review has been so helpful to me. Thank you for taking the time to not only review but post your results. I'm trying to transition out of relaxed hair and I'm having a challenging time because I really prefer straight or wavy hair for me. My edges have gotten difficult to manage so I've decided to go back to trying WEN. I purchased it a few years ago and haven't used it since. But I found all the items for the system and after your video I think I'm going to give it another try.

Icet Lorenzo: Hi, I just ordered Wen yesterday and I'm so glad I watched your video because there are so many bad reviews about it. I am a black latina, my hair is beautiful but it's getting very fine and it's breaking because of some highlights that I applied 4 months ago, now I hope that my hair gets stronger with this Wen product because I'm desperate to have the same hair I used to have. By the way, I love your hair, it looks very strong and healthy. Thanks and congrats

Rachael Kurian: Your really pretty and your hair is amazing! I am always so impressed with woman with thick coarse hair that still manage to make it so beautiful and manageable without weave and harsh chemicals. I know it's a little more work but it so pays off! Your gorgeous! Hair and all!!

UNDERACHIEVER: Thanks so much for the review! I've been thinking of using this product for a while but I wasn't sure if it would cater to my kind of hair. Question, how often do you do you condition your hair? Once a week? Every two weeks? Twice a week?

beautysoulchild1121: First and foremost this is an awesome video ! I just brought the WEN haircare system. The exact one you have coincidentally lol. And to be honest I was hesitant in trying this new line especially since it has taken me years and I have found the products that have worked for me. I am 3 years with out a relaxer and use straightening tools to straighten my hair. Seeing this video gave me hope to try! Your hair came out wonderful and you look beautiful. I seen your straightening video and the products you used. Did you use why serum or straightening product other than the WEN or was that it? Either way I am trying it out tomorrow age can't wait. Thank you for sharing!

Ravengal101: Hey! I've seen this product being advertised for a while now and I kinda want to try it (based on how healthy it seems to be for hair) and then I don't want to try it (because it's expensive and has had some really bad reviews). So, what will be my deciding factor is whether it may work for me or not. I'm Jamaican with short, thin, frizzy, processed (relaxed) hair and I would like to know if you think this product would work for me. P.S. I would like to start a hair growth journey soon.

blkimble: I've used wen, didn't really notice much of a difference in my hair. I no longer use it. But, the issue I had with wen was them stealing money out of my account. They would constantly send me things I didn't order and just take my money from my account. I've had to go to the bank to fill out affidavits, etc... I also had to contact the California Attorney Generals office and file a complaint against them. It was a nightmare. Each time I checked my account, wen had dipped their hands in it.

browntreasure: I have the Wen product too and right now I have the Intensive Treatment in my hair cause my hair is so damaged and dry I am keeping it in over night all wrapped up lol but when I washed my hair with the Conditioner it was AWESOME!! It felt really soft and my hair felt so clean! My recommendation also would be to make sure and get it into your scalp really well and in the ends really well...

Tessayah: I am so happy you made this video. I watch the wen tutorial and was so interested in but I could not relate to any of the women that were using it. Your hair looks great and I will purchase it and try it on my hair. Thank you so much for the review!

Constance Antone: Great review. I'm natural and I co wash Definitively going to try Wen!

Kandris James: I like your video, that was great. I was actually on youtube just browsing looking for another review on a product I just bought and saw your video. I am actually using Wen and I love it. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and mY hair looks and feels great. I am also using Wen on my baby girl hair Her hair is Thick, long, course, and dry. and this is the 2nd week of using Wen on her hair. And her hair is so much easier to wash as well as comb. So I think ppl should just try it out

Tatia Davis: Your hair is absolutely beautiful! Awesome color and cut!!!! That's how I want my hair this summer! I will share your video with my stylist!!!!

tamoniva12: Loving the color. Your hair turned out very pretty using the WEN. Very good review.

Sutra Mac James: Yes it does it make your your hair stronger, I'm converting gradually to natural this product is unbelievable I recommend this for very very coarse hair. Love this product!

Laterria J: Have anything bad ever happened to your hair when using wen? I'm scared because I ordered some wen from sophora and others say it has been making their hair thinner and stopping hair from getting moisture.

DarkJanet: 1. Dr. Miracle Relaxer 2. Wen Hair Care 3. Instyler 4. Pink Oil Sheen Spray I think it will work on my hair and it will make them natural. I have my to-do list.

Nefertity*: I have real thick natural hair also, and I was wondering about this product thank you. Great review

Jmendez6972: This is a great product. I am white but I can relate to having thick hair. I would have to use Biosilk in my hair before I could even get a brush or comb through it after washing with regular shampoo and conditioner. I've spent so much money on expensive products in the past. I spend so much less on Wen products. You can customize your order also. Instead of only getting 2 bottles of conditioning shampoo with your 90 day supply, you can substitute an extra bottle or 2 in place of the intensive

Selica Williams: um .... next video just getting to the point would be great

Kayla Ayres: The only difference is the scent. Same formula, different scent. I was wondering the same thing, and ended up asking someone straight off the website. They will answer any questions you have. @Melanie Wood.

Mulatto4Metal: I'm looking for something that really works for fragile hair, or hair that gets easily damaged; I've cut my hair five times in less than a year because it kept getting damaged somehow. I only use organic products (I've been on this organic-only trip for sometime) which is one of the things I like about Wen and I really want to give it a try since most shampoos don't work for me, but I don't wanna pay that type of price for it if it's not gonna make the difference that it claims it does.

Icet Lorenzo: Ohh one more question: How many times during the week do you wash your hair with Wen?

mimi102239: Im using Wen on my hair and it great...my hair is already thick but it makes it thicker..Which I like!:) and easier to comb through

Auriana Wilson: Your hair is GORGEOUS! and so are you! :)

Niecy Is here.: Oh, boy. I'm glad to hear that it worked for someone because it drawed my 4a natural hair up to a brillo pad.  I did just as instructed, too.  I think it is more beneficial if you plan to wear your hair straight, and not let it air dry. My hair was left drawn up, dry, no moisture and defined curl pattern as advertised when they showed a lady with my hair type on the infomercial. 4A Hair. Good luck to those who use it. On my channel you can see my results.

Amber Nycole: Very good product I used to be a wen girl myself then A friend told me about hairrules. Its also for all hair types I couldn't believe the difference. I didn't even need to use a detangle comb.

Nadya: I love it, I'm mixed and mixed chicks did NOT work for me! Then I used Wen and I'm so happy(:

AuntyM66: Hi have you tried Phytospecific relaxer? It comes in to strengths. Course and fine. It cost less than Aveda. It is gentle and cost £30.00 in the UK.

Shawna: Hi, your hair is beautiful. I just really wanted to know how often did you use the WEN product? How often do you wash your hair?

fruity2dots: Thank you so much love it I'm also an African American woman and i was thinking about trying this product but wasn't sure if it was right black women lol

Veronica Chambers: Lorraine, you need to use A LOT of the product. I am an avid WEN user with natural hair. there are videos on his site to walk you through how to use the products. it can become very expensive if you are using it more than bi-weekly as you have to use A LOT. also remember to use a small amount as a leave in conditioner in addition to your normal moisturizer if you have AA hair. I spray mine daily with an olive oil treatment. hth. vee

sissimpson: Your highlights look great. Make sure you treat them with kid gloves, they can get crispy dry!

jakea moody: How long does the body and shine last before having to re cleanse your hair?

browntreasure: My mom is west indian (light skin) my dad is black (also west indian) so I have a challenge with my hair being very curly, thick and brittle because I LOVE straightenin out my hair lol but I told myself no straightening til after 30 days so my hair can reboot itself with this product that I believe will work because from the Conditioner alone my hair felt amazing... :)

Ms. Shikita LaDona: girl me and ur hair is the same and i use WEN by Chaz Dean as well... n i loveee it!

GreySniper: To elaborate, I mean, yes it works, but is the amount of money you pay for the entire Wen system of products worth the results? Like how long did it last that way, and how long does it take you to finish the products before having to buy another set?

TheSpiceAndRice: Im Jamaican and it does wonders for my hair! its worth the expenses

finaldestinationkish: hey do you use oil on your scalp at all when you do your hair? ( i use spray oil and i use it because I have dandruff and sometimes the shampoo isn't enough) if you do usually do that does this work to take away the need for it?

Tanya Bryan: No I am not switching to Hair One.  Been a WEN GIRL for a long time and it works very well for my natural 4B hair type.

1Who’sNaturally Noticed 💋: Great bubbly personality -not too much randomness .Thanks I'm a Wen girl too!!! Look on QVC.com it's great and they have new products out check them out . Gorg hair too I like the hi-lites

empressbeeotch: Your hair looks amaaaaaazing!

IamMusic247: It worked for me my hair was easy to comb out and i haven't gotten a perm in about 5 months so i have a lot of new growth i use that then i use my instyler my hair gets really straight and nice i dont think i will get a perm ever again

UtubeHairCare: looks great. ive always wanted to try the wen line ;-(

Che Leonce: Thanks i have been doing the same for the pass year. You have the same hair type as me. Have been looking for a long time now. Was just thinking of using wen.

Delores Emeagi: Was your hair partially straight and soft right after you rinsed it? Before you blow dried or straightened it

Coyle Marlow: Hello, Are you still using WEN? Are you experiencing any thinning or hair loss..I've been reading that a lot about WEN

Hannah Sundal: I use wen and I love it.

Dr. Michelle Daf: I think the color is BEAUTIFUL!! you're gorgeous..and u already know how I feel about WEN lol

PecsInDaCity: I just tried the Wen Summer Coconut Mango Cleansing Conditioner. I like it but just like you said, there are other products out there that do the exact same thing for less. Hair One is great. I use the As I Am cleansing cond (from Sally Beauty Supply and online) and it's much cheaper at $8 a jar and smells very similar. Also, Wen's video suggest that you use triple the amount necessary. I have natural kinky curly shoulder length hair and 12 pumps was more than enough.

꧁ Orlando Cruz ꧂: WAIT! $60- for a do-it-yourself hair relaxer? And 3 of them once a year? That is crazy. I am sure Aveda's ingredients are no different than your regular and cheap drug store bought hair relaxer

SashoukaMMV: How was you hair after just blow drying it? Did it feel the same as always...well with my hair, after blow drying it's dry and I need a lot of straightening because blow drying doesn't straighten it like good ole Mr.Flat iron..but it would be nice if it was a little healthy before straitening. So did your hair feel soft at all after using "Wen" then just blow drying?

lorrainebavaro: HOW LONG DID THIS TAKE ON YOUR HAIR!! IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND MY HAIR LOOKS SO DRY. I AM 52 YEARS OLD. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? PLEASE HELP ME

Akentha Carter: I am sorry to hear of your ordeal.. I actually worked there up until July.. Guthy Renker to be exact. You have understand to program. We had plenty of customers that were upset bc of lack of knowledge of the program. I understand it is bad for business. But in the future if u decide to try again It is a replenishment program. U can customize the products specifically u want, and say when you want your shipments to come out which controls your payments. u can also cancel and restart at any time.

Pink Pineapple: Great review video. Can you do another more update flat iron video.

LipzNLashes: Your hair is eveything! Luv it:)

Mish - Simple Beauty Secrets RevealedTM: Please answer: YOUR HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL :) What Website Did You Get Your WEN Products From?

Icet Lorenzo: Hola como estas, I just ordered the sample which is the smaller bottle, it will just last for a month, have you used the Wen's products? If you have, for how long have you used it? I'm extremely concerned about my hair, I eat very healthy food (fruits, vegatables, salmon, chicken) and I also take vitamins and I work out everyday so I can get my hair back.

Torrance Wainwright: I love you, your awesome!! Great personality

sara k: i used the wen products on my 3b hair. and i dont like it. i have this kinda like mist oil spray. and it dries my hair out bad. i had to go back and use my shea mix on my hair. but other than that. i washed and use the frizz cream and than i used the styling foam. and rolled my hair up with perm rids with 2 stand twist. the hair came out ok. but my hair was so dry and i had to go and use other hair oils i have to get it to look more lively. well im glad i only paid 29 Dollars for this stuff for the trail. they gave me 7 bottles of wen products to try out. i called and cancelled my auto. they didnt want to let up and im like mame this stuff not working ok. and i got my refund back but she never ask me to send the stuff back. so im gone just use cleansing conditioner and the style foam and the deep treament. never again. and i been watching wen for years and i was like let me try this since it suppose to be so good. but naw not for me. anyway nice vid.

Bianca Allen: Did Wen make your hair longer or is it naturally long?

shouline: I had to sub because you did a great review of the product plus I can relate to your hair type minus the bounce lol I am relaxed. Check me out

Ms Jaye: Your hair is thick and pretty. Wen's FIG formula is for ethnic thick coarse hair.

The Greatest of All Time: Did you have a perm before you tried wen or were you natural?

GreySniper: Would you say that the Wen products are worth the results?

Kelly Robinson: have you thought about using you hair dryer and a round circular boar bristle brush instead of a curing irons and flat irons?

Taco and Afro: so I heard that this stuff is causing hair loss really bad. Did you catch the latest update??

Cndyciani: Hi was this product best for length or health ??

DK Dempcey Knight DK: Well this is a helpful video. Thank you.

Nicole Foster: Your hair is beautiful with the highlights

Shady Lane: Question, I live in Oklahoma and we have "hard water" it completely strips your hair and just destroys it. Do you know if you have hard water as well?  I ask because I really can't pre rinse. I actually apply conditioner to my ends before I shampoo, otherwise I get really bad breakage and I just ordered a regular Wen kit so I'm a little worried about not being able to follow the instructions because of our water condition.

Tiffany jacovy: Are you relaxed?, and how often do you wash your hair?

Kelly Robinson: @Vis4Virtue its just a different idea. all chaz uses in his salon is the boar bristle brushes and hair dryers with the nozzle. :)

Pam STLGIRL: Very informative.... Thanks!

GlitteryLotusFlower: your hair looks great..think Im gonna try it out.

TheBella3470: Hey I just put my order in for wen, do you still use it?

Sarah Vang: does it only work if you use it when you shower ? what if i go a day or weeks without using wen and using some other shampoo will it still be silky and smooth looking ? or do you have to use it to make your hair soft ?

Tommielee Johnson: I like its it gives you a mocha caramel glow...lovely

Dejaa Allen: Do u have to use heat protector

Falishia Pratt: beautiful hair color!
