So today I am going to be using 20 volume, sensitive scalp developer. By ion since ion color brilliance. Today I will be using 20 volume developer by ion color brilliance. This will be the base for every process that we're going to be using today for the bleaching. The toning and the dyeing so because of that I made sure to get the 32 ounce. The type of bleach that I'm going to be using is the salon care, prism, lights. Blue. This is a pretty big tub. It'S 16 ounces which lasts you for like multiple processes. So this is the blue one. There is also a violent once. The reason I get the blue or the violet is because, rather than using a regular bleach that doesn't have any tones to it, the blue or the violent actually helps cancel out those yellow and frosty tones that you get when you lift your hair for the next Process that I'm going to be doing, I'm also going to be using the 20 volume developer with both of these. So basically I'm going to be using this t18 toner lightest ash blonde, and I'm going to add this additive. I add the whole bottle. Some people say when you're toning, you only want to use like a drop of this stuff or like a Kapil, but since I'm going gray, I want the maximum results from it. So I am going to do both of these complete boxes. One box of toner one box of the additive and I'm going to match the developer for this one that it asks for which is a 1 to 2 mix ratio to developer one of these. So since it's 1.4 ounces, I'm going to do two point. Eight ounces of the developer and then I'm going to add this whole bottle and for the finals, the dying I'm going to be using ion color brilliance, Chrome. Two of these. These are permanent, so funny story. When I went to Sally to get this stuff, they only had two of these. I needed three because my hair is a bit longer now, it's past my shoulders, so I got this one. They suggested silver pearl. They said that it's a little bit darker than the chrome. However, you want to make sure if you're getting a permanent color to get another permanent color, you don't want to mix it with permanent demi-permanent semi-permanent. So these are what I went last and I'm actually pretty excited to see where they come out with, because I've never used silver pearl before so I might add a tone in my hair that I actually really like and for the tools that you will need. I bought two black reusable latex gloves which I've used these before they work pretty. Well, they don't rip until like the fourth time that you use them, but hey they're, only like two dollars and I also got some processing caps, which I normally don't even get. But I feel like, since I'm using a 20 volume developer, I'm going to need to capture some of my scalp heat in here. So it can activate it a little bit more since it's not as high of a developer as I normally do. And last but not least, you're going to need a brush doesn't really matter just make sure it's kind of like a paintbrush for your hair everything I got. I got from Sally's. I also have this bowl right here, this one's actually by Sally Beauty Supply, and this one has measurements on the inside. You can barely see it but there's lines in there right here. These lines are the fluid ounces. So when I'm telling you guys I'll go a little bit past the two: it's because there's a three line right there. So if I'm doing 2.8, I'm gon na almost go to the third line and that's gon na be my 2.8 for developer. That I provide a little example for you guys, let's get started so before I go in detail with the dying and the bleaching and whatnot. I want to show you guys my previous hair color, so this is blond, as you can see. It'S kind of starting to turn into like a more gold blonde. I'Ve got some roots right there as well, so I am going to bleach my roots and I'm gon na tone, the rest of it and then I'm gon na dye it all of it hello and welcome back to the bathroom. It'S pretty yellow, I'm gon na leave. This on for the majority of the video, however, oh my showers - oh look, lots of people say, don't bleach your roots or you know, don't touch your scalp with the bleach, but if you're, using like a 20 volume developer, it's not really gon na do much harm Unless you have a very sensitive scalp, but I did get these sensitive scalp developer by ion color brilliance, so hopefully things will be okay. So not only am I gon na bleach, my roots, but I'm also gon na go through and see if there's any spots that are like pretty dark, like kind of it's kind of more so like near my roots, actually and there's a couple spots in the back. That seem like they could use some lightening. I'M sorry! I wish I was better at doing the back of my hair, but it's kind of hard when your fiance doesn't help you yeah, and I do apologize ahead of time, I'm quite a talker when it comes to what I'm doing, because I feel like there's a lot. You need to know about this, since I've done this so many times, and I've talked to so many people at Sally's that have like professionally done this at their job for the bleach 20 volume developer. So when it comes to how much developer you need for using the bleach on this container, it clearly states that, for the amount of blue scoops of powder that you use, you want to have two blue scoops of developer. So it makes it pretty easy for you. You don't put my gloves on cuz. This is the part that is the absolute worst for your hands they're just so grippy. I love them so much. You don't need to go over blonde with bleach again. There'S no point in that. A lot of people are gon na say you need to get your hair to like a white before you do gray. However, the Grays that I'm using you don't need to go to that extent, you just want to get it to like a pale blonde. It doesn't have to be white, so I'm gon na start with two scoops because, like I said, I'm not doing that much since I did two scoops, I'm gon na do four scoops of developer. There have been occasions where I've messed counted, so I highly suggest don't lose count. How many scoops you're doing my favorite thing to do is just like, as I'm going all of my dirty utensils, I just throw them in the sink. So now I've got the bleach and the developer inside of the bowl and I'm just going to mix it. I want to clarify something really quick. So in my other videos, my dark brown, a silver hair video I used color fix since I don't have any color dye and my hair at all right now. I am just going straight to bleach if I did have any other pigments in my hair. I would highly suggest using color fix by one and only first because it really gets those pigments out before you lighten your hair, and would you rather bleach the pure hair or bleach pigment of hair that you might end up with some funky color when you're bleaching, Like yellow or red or orange, whereas if you're just bleaching like your natural color yeah, it might be a little brassy. But it's not you know: you're, not screwing with it trying to get the smoothest consistency possible. Alright, that's pretty smooth I'd, say mmm and I have my bowl on top of a grocery bag. So it's not gon na get all over my counter. I'M not gon na try to like smack it on my scalp, like that, I'm going to try to use like smaller amounts and just kind of section as I go. A lot of people have different methods for this, but that's pretty much how I do it. This is what I do yeah you don't really need to go any further if you're already blonde, just the roots so like what I do is when I get to my scalp. I just make sure it's like the smallest amount of bleach, rather than having like a big dollop right on your scalp. I don't know if you've noticed, but what I'm doing first is I'm bleaching it for the parts of my roots that I know people are gon na see the most, because this is for my part, is if I want anything to be lighter than the rest. I would want to be here. I will hit you up when I am done with this process, and luckily they make these brushes so nice that there's a little partner on it. So you can just go to the next go to the next area very easily. I know I look really bad right now, I'm going to continue to do this to my entire head and since I really need to look at the mirror for this all right, I'm going to turn off the camera for right now, when I get to doing the Back, I will turn the camera back on and show you guys how I go about doing that, so I have done most of it, I'm about to do back and you probably already have an idea of what I'm about to do. Well, where is it? I can't find it Oh found it, so I have this handheld mirror hi. I don't know where to look. I'M just going to check in the back of the mirror. Oh yeah, it's a little bit of a pain in the ass, but it works. So I know I look fun. Okay, I I covered my undercut pretty well because I intend on dying this great too, but if that doesn't work out, I'm just gon na shave it right off, but yeah this. This bleach with 20 volume developer, doesn't quite burn. My scalp nearly as much as 40, but so this is just a slight little itch, so it's not too bad, but if you can tell if you look really closely, it actually lifted like the perfect color on my roots, because it's not like over. It'S not lighter than the rest of it. It'S like a perfect pale blonde, so I am going to leave this on for probably 10 or 15 more minutes. I have already applied it to the rest of my head like, and that took some time. So I'm not going to let it sit there forever. I wash my gloves. I almost forgot processing cap. This is gon na look really cute. I'M going to look like a lunch. Lady whoo-hoo! Oh that was a fail. Sally'S! Okay, hang on. I could just tuck it and just tuck it under here: I'm not gon na about it 15 minutes from now. I'M just gon na go ahead and wash this out, I'm only going to use conditioner. So this is the turnout. It worked exactly the way I wanted it to, and here you can see it's a little yellow, but it will be totally fine. The toner will make it exactly the color at once. My hair is damp, I let it tell dry for a bit and that's all. I'M gon na do in terms of drying it before I tone it, you can leave it a little bit damp if you want to makes it a little bit easier to spread throughout the hair, believe it or not, but not like soaking wet to where the water Molecules are taking up all the space. You want the toner to be able to seep in so damp, not wet, or you can do dry. It'S up to you. The t18 is the toner, so I'm gon na follow the ratio on that and as one toner to two developer. We'Re gon na do two point. Eight fluid ounces of this, since it's double I'm gon na stop right before it gets to the third line and I'm going to add the entire bottle. Let me clarify the difference between these two really quick. Okay, so the toner is going to make my hair a pale ash blonde, but this additive is going to add gray pigments to my hair, so it will already be pretty much gray before I use the dye, but this will help boost it to what I need. Last time I use so much product that it was super liquidy, but this time it's kind of like a loose jelly-like consistency and it will be easy to spread. So this is what the consistency is. It can get really messy if you are not careful, so I would suggest doing this over the sink. The parts that are the most yellow are the parts that you want to attack first, so, for instance, up here at your where my roots are pretty yellow. So I'm gon na go ahead and apply it there. I'M gon na do the same process with how I separated my hair with the brush like like this, so get all those yellow spots first and then the rest. So it's all over my head now, you're, probably gon na think your hair is turning purple, but I can assure you it's not I'm going to leave this on for a little bit longer than I left the bleach on. So this will be about 20 to 25 minutes, because I want this to really seep into my hair and being in it is 20 volume, it's not as damaging. So it's okay to do 20 or 25 minutes, but when you do 40 volume on anything. Basically, you don't want to do it for that long, but I will say the consistency of that concoction was like spot-on. It went through my hair so smoothly and I used every drop, but it was the perfect amount. So if your hair is like right by your Tatas, it is the perfect amount you don't need to add any more developer or anything because since it's so runny which, like I said, you might want to do it over the sink. But since it's so runny, it just spreads so evenly through my hair 20 minutes. I'M gon na go take a shower with cooler water, not not like cold, but you don't want to take a shower with like super hot water cuz. The color is just gon na bleed away. I'M going to use that same conditioner that I use the first time lunchlady cool. Well, I haven't even gotten to the dying part. Yet here let me turn out this light. It'S kind of right. I let it tell dry for the most part, and then I kind of semi blow-dried it it's pretty much dry for the most part, as you can see, some through here is a little bit yellowy and through there like at the top, but this should take care Of it, it's permanent dye, I'm using two of the Chrome and one of the silver pearl. The developer, I'm just going to end up pouring it all the way to six fluid ounces. It says that it's a one to one ratio, okay, so which means I can actually combine all of it. I did enough for all of this. What the developers, oh, oh god, this is gon na, be a lot of dye. I'M gon na probably have to use like a different Bowl or something because I definitely gon na need like a big Tupperware Bowl. This is what I'm gon na use. How am I gon na do a tutorial and they mess up okay, so here's my concoction, I have silver pearl, I have chrome, I have 20 volume developer and another thing of Chrome so just mix it all together. This makes it so much easier, though cuz then I won't have to go back and redo it all. Once I get through the first bowl, so instead, I'm just gon na have one bowl for everything. Looks nice. Are you trying to make my video fun here? Doesn'T it look like strawberry, frosting or yogurt strawberry /? No, don't you don't eat it, love! You love! You! The first parts that I'm gon na have to do are the spots that do seem a little bit yellow still. To be honest, I normally just go crazy with it in this slot on there, but I really want my yellowness to go away. It'S like under all of my bangs, and all this like Heron, that I just have on the left side of my head. Okay, I'm literally going to do this to my entire head and then once I get through there, I'm going to die the rest of it. So I will see you guys soon. Hopefully this doesn't take too long. I have a feeling it will take forever but bless you. Okay, I'm gon na be a lunch lady for 20 minutes, 2025 minutes yeah. No, I'm gon na take a shower with the justic conditioner once again with Kulish water. What do you think about my hair? Yeah? Yeah well thanks, so there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, so I wanted you guys to be able to see this in regular daylight and I'm pretty happy my hair's a little nappy. I haven't brushed it, but I kind of like the messy look. So let's actually go outside, so you can really see that is the finished product and I'm in love with it. So you're doing yard work. Let'S go back in. Thank you guys so much for watching, and I hope this video helped you guys out. I know this is a look. That'S like kind of challenging to get it's not like a super light silver. However, I'm really happy with it, I'm happy with the darker gray, so it's more pigmented but yeah. So let me know what you guys think about this: I'm not a professional once again, and I did this in one day. If you have any questions, please comment below or you can DM me on Instagram, maybe even send me a picture of your hair and I can tell you what might help you out. My Instagram is for you guys just like YouTube, so there's the Instagram handle and there will more than likely be more hair videos soon. So stay attuned. Goodbye

Lauren Hatchett: Hey! I just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you. This video and your dark brown to grey video have gotten my hair the EXACT shade of grey I wanted, and I love it so much. It's perfect. I pulled tips and products from both of those videos, and my hair is silkier than it was BEFORE the process, and also it's just badass. Thank you so much!

Cecilia Garza: I have a quick question...... on another video you did grey too but used T 14 instead of T 18 with the additive 050. So do you think that it made it come out much different? I feel like it covered more with the T 14 and then the T18. Or did you leave the toners on for different amounts of time?

Lisi Ledbetter: this was a thorough talk through, thanks for all the work you put in this!

Johanna Vargas: Thank you sm for this video!!! you explained everything so well, its been really great help :)

Hyliann_Princ3ss: I’ve watched like almost all of your hair coloring videos & they are like the best. Definitely my favorite. I love the outcome of this!! Soooo pretty!!!

Brittany Stieber: Second time doin this and I follow your video step by step. It always turns out amazing, thank you!!

Starlight Mota: Best tutorial I have seen so far. I've been looking for one for about 3 weeks now and this is the best one. I tried what you said and I am not disappointed in the look at all. It came out fantastic! I'm so happy. (: I just wanted to do a DIY because I couldn't afford to go to the salon to get my hair done when friends have told me that they've done it at home with the same or better results than my salon hair! Thank you!!!

Laura Williams: My hair was White blonde. I just toned with wella t14 and it is a nice, pale grey. Love it!

Mervin Gonzalez: The awesome thing about dying/bleaching videos, is you only get one shot! One take! Which is why I appreciate great dye/bleach videos

Caroline Boves: I had great results with Chrome permanent dye alone for the perfect Silver hair. I bleached my hubby's hair first with 30 vol till he got a pale banana yellow (nearly white) then i just went in with Chrome and 20 vol developer. I didn't leave it on for the full 35-45 minutes that the box advises for fear of turning his hair purple, but when i rinsed it Oh Wao!! it came out PERFECT!! I didn't tone it either with the Wella. I read some reviews about Ion not lasting at all even though this one is permanent, but he has washed his hair a couple of times and the color seems to be fine. It looks so wonderful Silver. Really shinny too!!

Kelly Hale: I used a little Intel from your dark brown to silver video and this one and I LOVE it!!!!!

Melanie Maynard: Thank you so much for this video, it was really helpful. How long did the gray stay vibrant for before it started to really fade? (If it faded much at all)

shelley samsel: Just wanted to thank you for this video. I paid 170 plus a tip for this color and because of this video I was able to achieve the same look for half of what I paid for in the salon.

meow_trix: I watched your last video on dying hair silver and inspired me to do the same. I bought the supplies a few days ago and hoping it turns out on my curly hair.

Mary Kohler: Love your videos I'm slowly wanting to turn my highlights from brass to ash Process 1 I used the purple shampoo and conditioner under a cap and now my hair is ash I want to go to silver

Makeupbyfifi: Hi! You did amazing job ! When I dyed my hair like yours, it turned out gray and yellow. So my hair is short. I was wondering how many do I need of chrome and silver pearl?

Roxann S: I used Silver Pearl but felt it was too light so I added Chrome to it and love it!! Tip: use a whisk to mix

Jessica Ambriz: This video is amazing and a hair saver!! Thanks so much! Ahhhhhh

Grinn: You are a life saver and I love you. Like geez, I'm super excited to colour my hair now.

OVERKILL 4x4: Love this I was bleached two years ago and then decided to let my natural grow out cuz I wanted gray silver ahh but I lost most my hair before I got there it was to the top of my butt fell out to my shoulders. Anyway it’s been two years and it’s back down to top lower back and I still have some old bleached ends left. I have some natural gray coming in so I want to make the old bleached ends gray to match. My sis in law is a cosmo and told me to try the new wella blonder permanent toner in pale silver and there kicker I was gonna go for it tomorrow kinda scared I already have the stuff so ima try it if it doesn’t work I’m definitely going to try this I really didn’t want to re bleach my ends but I mite have to we’ll see sorry for long text. Thanks again for this video it’s cool to be able to see it happen!

Dora Rodriguez: Thank you for the video! I am going to try this myself, hope it looks as good as yours!

Julie Fizpatrick: Hey my friend:). I finally had 4” cut off my hair and went all silver yesterday, 7/23/2020I found a stylist that did it for $70.00. I love it! ❤️

Leslie Arellano: i love your hair videos!! i’ve been wanting to do this color on my hair for sooo long and i’m so excited to do it tmrw how long did the color last you btw?

Mervin Gonzalez: Hey I'm back. So I used the 050 wella (the whole bottle) additive and mixed it with the 12a wella gel (ash blonde) and a 20 dev. And of course after 2 bleach sessions and... it came out pretty cool. I feel like I probably should have left it on longer or more like should have hit the roots first but either way looked pretty cool. I wish I could show a picture but just check out my fb page I guess it's my default one so no need to add me or anything. Thanks for the video it really did help me! Especially when you went HAM and used the whole 050 bottle! some people only used half. Fb (Mervin Jaime Gonzalez)

Lisa Jackson: Hi! Thank you for your video! Right now I’m about a level 9 blond with dark roots and was wondering if you think I can skip bleaching the roots, go straight to the toner/050 and then the dye? It’ll leave my roots untouched and create a shadow root effect or would it be horrible?

Vash Star: Thank you. Very informative You hair looks absolutely stunning

fatima hussain: How long did this last for you? My hair was recently dyed silver/grey and it came out so fast thinking about trying different dyes

Witness For Yeshua Mashiach: I normally don't comment, but...I just have to say this: you really look gorgeous beautiful with all your hair so blonde. You look precious and so youthful and since you are a cool complexion with bright eyes, blonde really works perfect for you. Just saying. I've also seen your grey video. Because of your eyes (color) it works great for you too. Either way, you rock it. Have a blessed day darlin'.

Maria Huerta: wow. your hair is like the perfect shade and still looks healthy

Mary Thranow: Thank you for the shopping list, makes it a lot easier for the prepping.

Sarah Dobson: You are so pretty and your hair turned out great. I’m about to tone mine with the wella 050 and t14. Here I go

Gem Phillips: Hey this looks so gorge, did the colouring cancel out the yellow tinge that was in ur roots? I’m on my journey to platinum blonde and your videos are wicked cool thanks for sharing. ❤️☺️

Glenn More Lamar: I really loved this tutorial. Really Cool

elizabeth bullock: i had mine done at the hairdressers from my faded blone kind of yellow in parts, i wanted to match my dark peppery gey roots which i love, and i wanted the mid and ends like the same, this is the second time ive been to a salon in a attempt to rid my hair of golden warm tones, as i want cool tones , but again i still have clinging gold to mid sections though the ends are just how i want it, i knew when he did it it was not going to budge, despiter watching my mid lengths turn orangey as he washed out the light bleach ready for the toner, he said to come back when iuve washed it.im so disappointed, should he have left bleach on lonbger, or given it another do at the time as you did? yours is perfect. love iy by the way.thankyou. i want hair extensions but cant till colour is right

Melissa Gomez: It looks great!

vicki joyner: You did a great job!!! I have grey hair already and have dyed it dark brown for years. I’m ready to just go natural gray; how do I do that??

Saçma bir isim: It looks amazing OMG wow awesome !!!

Stacy B: Love it!

bijou angel: this was EXACTLY what i was looking for thank uuu

OVERKILL 4x4: Also I got a cheep really cute food scale she told me to get to make measuring easyer the one she sent me from amozon was like $10 and there’s cute colors to chose from and it’s super easy to use.

Julie Fizpatrick: OMG that was mostly the hair question I had for you from ur losing weight video I mentioned. My hair is dyed brown w half head golden blonde heavy highlights and then the under back same brown as lowlights on top (but u see mostly blonde)and then about 4 inches of natural gray growing out. I love how your gray turned out-so do I have to do the color fix? What do u suggest? Not holding you accountable for anything-I just value you opinion highly? I have thick, curly hair but I could flat iron it about a week b4 I color to make it easier-my hair blows up if I just let it air dry but is about half the amount if I flat iron it. I have a girlfriend that I can ask to help me and she colors her mother’s hair and vice versa so she has knowledge on that...any thoughts:) ❤️‍♀️

Peggy Thomas Executive Director PUFFER CORPS: your hair is stunning! i love that silver pearl chrome mixing idea. i had long hair like yours ( I shaved a 1/4 Mahican back in the 80's/90's too) that i colored with Ion Color Brights Cyan, lavender, and Orchid till last summer when i over did it with the bleach. my hair has stubborn orange spots along the hair strands, particularly in the back. I totally destroyed my hair trying to wipe out this ridiculous orange spot in right smack in front . My hair hair fell out and broke off leaving me with a super awkward growout, worse than the mullett stage after my full mahican phase. A FrEAKING FULL YEAR LATER it's finally grown out, i'm back on the bottle and the spot is back too. Bastard! Anyways, Thanks for explaining exactly the whole process you had to go through to get that killer color. THis vid was helpful.

Lucy Ghaly: Hi, can I go from blond to grey without the toner? Using only the box dye? Also can I use chrome 6 and 7 combined instead of silver?

Leia Griffey: I went to Sally's today and she sent me home with ion lightener kit and chrome. Dyeing from natural brown. Hope it turns out! I dont have all the additives you used :/

Stasi Kara: Beautiful!!

Tisa6: finally someone who knows how to go gray! ty!

Redlink Zee: cool video! this is the exact color that i wanted....thanks :-)

Lea Stoehr: You are too cute! Thank you for the video! So thorough!

Ashley Luu: How long does this color last for you? Also after you wash it, will the color faded completely?

Nicole Galindo: Love this!! What conditioner are you using to rinse?

Ginger Carco: You should be a Hair colorist you are Amazing love you your so Cute and Funny too, and love your channel love your hair it looks beautiful just like you ❤️

Darlene Gattus: Looks really great

Ginger Carco: What do you suggest for me to get yellow back in my hair it’s naturally platinum blonde now my stylist uses the Goldwell for a base then I have to get a whole head of foil to get the yellow blonde back in my hair any suggestions so I don’t have to do that anymore? Thanks Ginger ❤️

Bird: I'm trying to get a light shade of silver/grey like you had after you toned. If I'm trying to stay that shade but most likely I will have those spots/patches you had what should I do to correct it without darkening the overall shade?

Dalia Gil: Love it!!!!

Sarah M: I LOVEEEEE your hair ! how long does gray last?

Roman's Moments: So I used your other tutorial to go silver and I have a few spots that didn’t get as blond. So I toned and I got uneven color. ☹️ I’m hoping with adding the color it will fix

Cathy Arnett: Fantastic result! Consider going into cosmetology ❣️

AquamarineDream: "If that doesn't work I'm gonna shave it right off" haha well you're just like me! I was doing my hair drunk last week after a wedding.. How do you stand that much bleach on your shaved side! So ITCHY!

Mardee Grammy: OK, so, it's been a couple of weeks, 1 to 2 washes a week and now my hair looks like a ashey blonde with some goldish highlights and some darker blonde area's. What do you do to get it back to the silver. Do you have to bleach it again or use the colorfix to get it back to a level 9 or 10?

Morgue Higdon: looks so good!

Paige Graham: Your so good at hair tutorials !!!

Annette Adams: Loved your video...thanks. It makes it a lot easier to know exactly what to buy; really appreciate it!

Caroline Boves: I see you're using Ion developer here whereas on other videos you use Salon Care developer instead. Can you honestly see a difference in the lifting capacity of both? I read some reviews on Sally's website and some people complained about Ion not being very powerful at lifting when used with bleach, some even complained about it not being too good at depositing color when combined with regular color dye. Is that true? Do you see a difference? I would really love to know from someone that has used both as much as you have

Julie Fizpatrick: I would probably want the 2 pearl gray and one gray so it would be a little lighter-do you think?? my natural hair at temple and sides is more white with light gray and the natural gray growing out in the back it darker gray:)❤️ any comments would be treasured:). You r better than any hairdresser I’ve had!

Anita Molnar: How many days (after washing) this color stayed in your hair?

Mother Nightshade aka Lady Absinthia: I went and followed your directions, got the products from Sallys - I had to buy twice as much because of my hair thickness but in the end it worked and turned out AMAZING!!!! I was floored with the results. Thank you so much for this!

Jessica Jetton: I dyed my hair blonde. Do I need to apply a color remover before I do anything?

Donna Smith: I use the exact same colors. I skip the toner . The dye tones it. On my hair chrome is darker and silver pearl is blue but fades to pale silver .

Lesli Salazar: Loved it, thanks for the video.

Mara Hucek: Would you recommend stripping the hair first with the colorfix if you have used sun in 4-5 times on your roots?

Rev. Goins: This was a awesome video. Do you think you can do a video on how you touched this up weeks later. Thanks

vicki joyner: Thankyou for your reply!!! Could you get your hair light enough w/just the 1st product you used; the color remover? I’m going to watch the video again just to check if I missed anything! I just did my dark brown color; do I need to do this process before I have roots? What if I don’t? I’m 99% grey or white? Thanks again!!

Shannon Gabor: Hi, so do you absolutely need to tone your hair after bleaching your roots if you're dying it silver/grey?

Nilda Castillo: HI! I HAVEN'T dyed my hair in along time and the top of my hair is salt and pepper ABOUT 4inches and the bottom of my hair is a level 7-8 do I have to bleach the top of my hair?? Thxs

AlwaysCastingOn: Thanks for the wonderful tutorial. My daughter wants grey hair and I'm doing some research before messing her hair up. Hahahaha! Is it necessary to do the toning/050 additive before using the ION Chrome colour? Also, any reason for using 20 volume instead of 10? Is it just for cost? Many thanks. :)

Carly Melendez: I'm doing this tomorrow! Need some badass birthday hair!!

Barbara Jones: Thank you so much ❤️ my hair now..

K Martinez: You are my hero I have done step by step to get my result and am so happy, now am in the last phase so my question is can i do 2 pearl and 1 chrome ?

Rebecca Thomas: Love it

G K: Very nice. Better than the blonde. Thanks for the vid!

Donna Leavitt: I love watching your videos you are awesome

Brendalynn-Blaire Zillinger: I got this same color but I wasn't a fan of how blue it turned. Did you end up blue too?

Carol S: gorgeous!

Ani Cordova: that color looks greaat on you! This is just the colour that i'm going for... not a fan of the very light gray/platinum

Brittany Stieber: So question, I forgot the additive with the T18 toner and I notice a difference, I already colored with the 2 chromes and 1 silver pearl and it’s just a lot lighter like more blonde is showing. Should I just do another chrome or should I do that additive by itself first? Help

Akansha Jayant: I love your hair's ....it look damn beautiful...

rosie saunders: So, do u add developer to the Wella additive as well as for the T18? Or are u just adding developer to the T18 and pouring in the entire bottle of 050? Sorry.... I’m new at trying this. My hair was the exact Dark brown as you had and now it’s as blonde as yours with some brassy spots... exactly like yours ... lol My goal is to get it gray as well. Pls help.

Natalie Cundale: How often do you bleach your roots?

Amber Stanton: Love your videos can you tell me why you added the additive and the ion dye and on the other video it was just the additive? If I am going for a darker gray should I do both?

Candice Fandrei: Thank you for sharing I wonderful video. Your hair color rocks. X extremely gorgeous. Bye.

Stephanie Ginn: i’m doing this soon but i was gonna ask if you used all 3 tubes of color completely. it seems like a lot but i’d hate to run out mid-dye

Marisol Sierra: I Love it..

morelie666: My hair color (silver) keeps on fading out, going blond again. Do i have to use purple shampoo?

Kara Baumgart: I have been trying to get old color out of my hair. I stumbled on your video brown to gray and I have Ben watching your video over and over and trying to take notes. I am waiting for my stuff to arrive via Amazon. Can you send me a list of necessary items. I could find the brand of prism lite blue bleach. I purchased another brand called quick blue. Your thoughts?

Jazhua Vanboven: Adding a couple cap fulls of wella cooling purple will help kill that yellow!

Green Grass: 2.8 of the developer to tone And how much developer do I use to dye hair with 2 permanent chromes?

silly sea: If my hair is currently a light Grey bit my roots are black (growing out) and i wanna dye a light charcoal with titanium hightlights do I need to bleach my roots and hair for the color to stick?

Crystal Myers: What causes it to look shimmery and like a grey rainbow vs just all over gray?

liz ortiz: watched your brown to grey video 1st then this one. i bought all the products from the 1st video but in that one you didnt use the ion chome/silver pearl dye...is there a reason why?... im confused do i need the ion dye too?
