Should you spend your money on Olaplex? Well I'll let you know! I tried Olaplex bond rebuilder set on my 4c fine, dense, normal porosity hair. I wanted to see if the bond rebuilder would give my curls life again.

BIG DISCLAIMER: I made an 10 minute error at the No.0 part of the treatment. I should have added No.0 to my entire head let it sit for 10 minutes then add no. 3 to my saturated (with no. 0 only) hair. Moral of the story: Don't just read the website... Read the whole bottle too!

Olaplex has changed my hair texture, wow olapex is a bond rebuilding product line. Of course your texture might change, but how much and is it a good thing? Don'T get me wrong? I love a good curl pattern, but your girl wasn't expecting this stay tuned to the end of the video, where you will see exactly what i'm talking about. Yes, olaflex, we will be doing a trial situation today. Here is what we are working with: number zero sitting at five point: two: fluid ounces number three sitting at three point: three: fluid ounces and number. Four then, at the same three point, three number, five same three point: three number, six same three point three number: seven, which is a whopping fluid axe; number, eight, which looks larger, but it's still a 3.3 fluid ounce situation for size, reference um. I think a lot of you might have this line around next to the got to be glue. 5.2 fluid ounces. This is number three. 3.3 fluid ounces. My hair is very thick, so i'm a little concerned about using this. Let me show you real quick one by three can be bought in an 8.5 fluid ounce bottle. Do you have any idea, so you don't have to think about? Oh, my goodness. Am i using too much that's a whole five extra. That is eight point. Five. So double and about a half of product granted it is 56 but 28 times 2. Is it's 56, so the other thing i did notice that now it's 28 for the shampoo for the 8.5 fluid ounces. If you would like to get that the one that i have is now 14 for the 3.3, which is great, i did see a couple probably concerned about the the amount of fluid ounces in this, and so they listened, it looks like and it is 28 for A bigger bottle so number three number four number: five you can get in an 8.5 fluid ounce, which is awesome. This way is on it says slowly. I wonder why it says slowly, that's probably why so it's not like a mist, it's just shooting straight up. I hit the wall. Okay. For me, i just want to kind of see what happens to my pearl pattern. I don't know if i'm putting too much does it say anything about putting too much. I should probably pull up the website. It doesn't smell great. It doesn't smell great. You know what i'm a little concerned about the quantity we're gon na. Do that much for this much hair and see how it goes. Okay, so it does say thoroughly, saturate, very, very, very, very, very soft. Now i'm going to you can kind of see my little curls popping and then we see some heat damage down here. You see might be a little different over here, but can you see okay, so this has the product in it. Okay, do you see this? I haven't done anything here, but do you see, can you see all the zoom okay? So my curls are popping already this is here, that's just stupid dirty i mean granted they're both dirty, but this is dirty just pulled right out of my little two strands: braids. Okay - and this is it looked exactly the same before, but can you see that that's that's pretty impressive, all right, let's go to the next section and we'll just kind of go through the hole here and speed it up. Okay! So, for me you know knowledge of power, so we're just going to jump right on to the website where we can get all of the information and all the knowledge on these products, starting with number zero intensive bond building treatment. This is a primer. It primes it here for maximum repair um. I didn't like the spray nozzle i kind of wanted a mist. I think that would have made my life a little easier um, it kind of flew it literally just shoots i would have loved like. I know there's a reason behind it being this way, but i would have loved it just like if i could just and do that it would have been way easier than trying to spray it and laying it down. That was kind of my only complaint, but even with just this, i did see a lot of curls popping. Then we had number three. This is the one that everybody's talking about everyone's super excited about absolutely great smell, terrible. It says 68, more repair and three times of stronger hair when you use the two part system, which is the zero and the three um you apply this to dampened hair from the root to tip. If you just have this, you just stamp your hair with some water and then proceed. But if you have this, they work really well together once a week or two to three times a week for damaged hair. So i tried it twice within a week time period. Another nice thing about this is it's ph balanced. It'S vegan cruelty, free gluten, free nut, free paraben, free phosphate, free sulfate, free. Now, when you look at the ingredients for this or first ingredient in water, it's always a great time after it is the main ingredient. That is the bond repair. I do not want to butcher this word, so i will place it right there for your view and pleasure glycerin, which is a moisturizing product. Sterile alcohol, moisturizing ingredients, another moisturizing alcohol. I see the bubble seed all the way at the bottom. It'S the right side of my head with the zero and the three here's the heat damage. It is definitely helping my curls, my healthy hair. The heat damage is curling up a bit back here. I don't know if this will. This is the extreme heat damage. I have in the front, so i don't know if that will do anything to help with the bonds that have been broken, but everyone else looks great. This is one side done. Okay, next time, when you are doing this, you go section by section: you hit it with number zero. Then you hit on number three. None of this hitting the whole entire hair with zero for the especially if your hair is anything like what i'm dealing with. Don'T spray the entire you do it if you want to do it, i'm just trying to help don't spray. Your whole entire hair with this and then expect to be able to get this in properly. I might have had better results. If i did it properly like at this side of my hair, so that's my notes. This is the left side of my hair with zero and three and again we have you know our heat damage here, every single time i have to shampoo twice to get my hair to properly lather. As you can see, it kind of hit it laddered a little bit. The first go with that first pump that i did the back it had some on there. I just felt like i needed more granite. I wasn't seeing it like i'm saying it now. I probably could have tried to force it too, but i don't like being too rough, so i did put another pump in the back. It said to focus on the scalp, so you'll see me scrubbing at my scalp you're, washing your hair you're, going to want to use the balls of your fingertips. Um, don't use your nails, you have the possibility of cutting your scalp if your nails are too sharp or i'm just abusing your scalp and inflaming it instead of actually getting the blood to circulate a little better, so use the balls of your fingers and just kind Of like knead, it might look like i'm being rough, but i'm actually just giving myself a real good head, massage it laddered up so much better. This time around literally, i just have one pump and then i'm just going in like making sure it's hitting off my strands all of my hair, but then i'm focusing again on my scalp to get it to do what it needs to do. You can see my curls look, you can see all the curls it's doing. What it's supposed to do. Things are happening or wishes or bond maintenance, shampoo, concentrate on the roots, um formulated for daily or every wash use all hair types, especially those needing clarifying or oral control. So this is a clarifying shampoo um again it has all those cruelty, free statements going to the ingredients, water again a great start, see the main ingredient. That lovely word here. It is again it's hydrolyzed vegetable protein that is protein, ladies and gentlemen, and it's pretty high up in the list. I know it looks like it's in the middle. You know it goes from, but it has the most of all the way down to what it has. The least of, and it's towards the upper half of this product list, i'm going to consider this clarifying with protein shampoo and now we're going in with the conditioner. I don't know if you're like me, but i want to feel the conditioner. I want to feel all the slip i want to feel like it is just there there's nothing, there's, basically, no hair, it's just conditioner, and but i was so petrified of the fact that this is so small number. Five bond maintenance conditioner. This ph balance of four to five focus on the ends and distribute evenly formulated for daily everyday, wash use for all types again, ph balance and all that beautiful stuff that we love to see many peanut water. I see a moisturizing ingredients, more moisturizing ingredients, these other things i have they're, probably part of their special cocktail to give you this bond reparative, plus their main ingredients. Here it is again, ladies and gentlemen. Eventually i will figure out how to say this word. I say soybean oil avocado oil, grapeseed oil. These are all great oils for your hair. To me, i'm like where's, the conditioner there's barely any like i'm looking at it like where, where girl, where's the i should have used, more mistakes were made people mistakes. For me, okay, so um after i rinsed that out, i off camera went ahead and started working on the back, but i started using number six um, which is going to be our leave in repair styling cream. That has a little bit of protein in it. It feels strong, it feels strong, i'm definitely gon na try it out. It feels feels almost like. I had some protein, but not as brittle. You know protein can make your hair feel really like charcy. If it's too much. This is why you read the ingredients labels. Sometimes you don't need protein, and sometimes you do number six is our bond smoother. This is equivalent to a leave-in it's supposed to reduce, fridge and nourish and protect, which i did see a little bit of again. It'S ph balanced. This is great. It'S supposed to reduce for flyaways for 72 hours. Okay, so you apply the product from mid length to the end um use after each wash or as needed for styling for all hair types blow, dryer, air, dry and style. Free of all the lovely things again main ingredient is water. I see moisturizing ingredients. Okay, here we go again: hydrolyzed vegetable protein and again it's above the half point of the ingredients list so protein. I think it was interesting that they just wanted to make sure and put it in there. You see it's towards the bottom of the list this time this lovely word here. It is again. Okay, so first try of olaplex. We did number zero three four five six. My hair feels very soft. It feels strong feels good um. Usually i can stretch my hair a little bit more to get it in my little star. Wars braids, but i'm guessing the bond. Rebuilder really did what i'm supposed to do, because my coils are very, very, very tight, so i'm not able to really get it looking the way i would rarely have it looking, but i do see a reduced amount of flyaways. I usually have a lot of little fuzzes here, try it again in three days or so, and let you know how it goes and then come back with my final final thoughts. Okay round two, it's been a week and i do have thoughts and concerns. However, for the sake of a proper review, i'm going to do this one more time um. I did learn a couple things doing it the first time so we're going to make those adjustments but um. Yes, so we're just going to go right into it. We'Re going to shampoo condition and this time we're going to do the mask, which i believe is equivalent to the condition. So, okay, here we go okay, i just wanted to show you like. It looks a lot better. Now, all this little frizz - you see here this. This is what some of the heat damage right, so it doesn't look too bad, but you see this. This is all this needs to be cut. It will be cut as i'm sitting here editing. I realized i didn't do the little video portion for this, so we're just gon na speed right through here and voice over this real quick, don't mind those i'm just gon na go away. Now, charm we are going with in number zero spraying each section then we're going to go in with number three another thing. I really wanted to mention the protein that was in all these products that i used. I didn't read the ingredients label, so i used number six and let my hair be because my hair is so faithful to me. I tend to not have to touch it and it's just fine, but because there was so much protein, my hair was so dry so dry, so i had to go back in with a moisturizer once i figured out what the problem was. Okay, so this time around, instead of just leaving it out, i twisted each little section to keep it, and now it has a little bit moisture in it. Now this time um it's not completely dry and shrinked down, but this is what we are working with right now, so we're gon na go shampoo second go around! Yes! That was another huge mistake that i made the first time when applying number zero number three. I didn't like i would regularly. I don't know what i was thinking, but i didn't twist down my hair and pin it to keep the product um in and not really let it air out with which was not intelligent of me. But i rectified that. The second time, okay, last voiceover part - i just want to note look at my hair. Look how well it's taking the shampoo and the conditioner this time my hair looks better, looks healthier, and this is just one week: the full laplex okay for second time around, we went in with the number eight. This is going to be a mask bond, intense moisture, mask moisturizes smooths as body and shine for all hair types. Two times, shinier four times moisture six times smoother and 94 saw more body. Okay, so you apply the clean, damp, hair and work through with fingers. Um use weekly for the best results all hair times, especially those with visible damage and again free of all those lovely things that it needs to be free of. Let'S go to the ingredients again water. I see moisturizing ingredients. I see avocado oil high up this one had a lot of really great things in it. Um no rice rice, it has rice in it. Those hip rose hip, is very good for your hair hydra. I have bobo ester again, but this time not hydrolyzed. So that's that's two sources of protein. We have some hemp seed oil in here it's good for hair. It is good for your hair, oh staff, flower seed, and then it puts a little fragrance in there. So this one did have a nice smell as opposed to everything else. I like this. It smells really good um, i'm not mad at it. I did it says two pumps i did add more and just two pumps was just it just wasn't doing anything. My hair tended just kind of like, oh then, you know food and just kept going. I used maybe four pumps. I left it on my hair for 15 minutes and it did it felt great. It was really really good, but you'll see the results once i washed it out. So as you can see, yes, we still have heat damage. We can see it at the front um. Is it as bad? No, if the heat damage in the back is bad, absolutely not it's a hundred times better um and my hair, just in general, is just coilier, and it's it's just better. It'S just all around better. It'S back to a texture that i've never seen it's way. Curlier way, pinkier way tighter coils than i have had in a very long time. So will i use this again absolutely if i could use it consecutively for two weeks. I think it would do great things, however, seeing that there is protein in the majority of these items. Protein moisture balance is very important. You don't have too much protein. You don't want to have too much moisture so to combat that i would use a daily moisturizer. That is purely moisture. If i could find something with absolutely no protein in it. That would be a good save for me. You just don't want your hair to have way too much protein, so yeah, just a really good moisturizer and keep it moving. I'M very excited to keep olaplex in my hair routine. If you want to just pick one or two items to get from here, i would definitely go with number zero number three. If you were able to get three items, i would get number zero three and number four, which is your shampoo um. I think my next favorite would be the mask really really good much better than this. I think i'm not i'll, try it a couple more times and see if i can get a better results um, but also depending on your type of hair texture and what your hair needs. It might need a little bit more. I might need a little less um and, like i said i can use a mesh, so i would definitely get zero three and four and eight and eight. So that's my review. Thank you so much for watching um since you're already here and you've made it go ahead and hit the subscribe button hit the like button. Um leave a comment down below. Let me know what you think this is my first video i'm excited. Thank you. So much for watching entirely jojo and come back next week for another video and while you're here go ahead and click this one, because then you have something else to watch. Thank you. So much for watching see you next week.

Entirely Jojo: BIG DISCLAIMER: I made an 10 minute error at the No.0 part of the treatment. I should have added No.0 to my entire head let it sit for 10 minutes then add no. 3 to my saturated(with no. 0 only) hair. Moral of the story: Don't just read the website... Read the whole bottle too!

Whymsy: Girl Olaplex took my money this holiday season. I got a silk press for the first time 4 years needless to say I didn't like the way my hair felt after the silk press. Tried Olaplex and Wala it was back to looking healthy. I used it twice in 2 wash days spread over 2 weeks. I'll take a break next wash day return to my normal products. But will be using Olaplex routinely throughout the year. Thanks for the info it helped assure me that what I was seeing was legit.

Zaida Rivas: The tighter the curl, the healthier the hair.  I use Olaplex once a month on my natural hair. I use No. 0, 3 & 4. I will get 5 & 8 (these are the conditioners). My curl is super tight, shiny and springy. This stuff works. Like it really works.

Chisty A: The absolute best thing you can do is go to a salon and get an Olaplex Standalone treatment. They use Olaplex #1 and Olaplex #2. These are the strongest Olaplex formulas. Basically they apply #1, then wait 10 or 20 minutes and apply #2 on top of it. They leave that on for an additional 10 or 20 minutes. Then they either rinse, or shampoo (I don't remember which). Then they follow that with a deep conditioning treatment. It's the best treatment I've ever seen for damaged hair.

Random D8: Olaplex made my hair more coarse which I’m happy about because my hair was thin from being relaxed. As I grow out my relaxer my hair is curling back up and not breaking off at the demarcation line from going natural without the big chop.

Kim C: I have #0 and #3 sitting in my Sephora cart. This is the review/demo I needed. Thanks!

Eli4shawt: This is some of the best editing I have seen ever from a beauty YouTuber I love the format of this video and the way you multitask with the amount of information you give that’s dope

Roseanne Lino: This is hands down the best olaplex video in YouTube Thanks for taking your time in explaining everything and showing your progress .. we appreciate you

Rhonda Roberts: Great review! I have been using Olaplex for a while now. My stylist uses it but I do not go to her very often so thought it would be a good idea to try the "at home" version. 2 things I would add this review. 1) The directions say to use No. O and leave it on for 10 minutes before adding No. 3. I do not think you are supposed to use them at the same time. 2) My stylist told me that the shampoo is very concentrated (I think this is the reason for the small bottle) You really only need a quarter sized amount (I know we all have different amounts of hair). I have a bit more hair than Jojo and I use a really small amount and it goes a LOOOOONG way. I have had the same small bottle for awhile now. I wash 1X per week and use the Olaplex often (but not always). I have had similar results as she did. Curl patter is much tighter. I have some heat damage that I am just going to have to grow out and cut off, but overall it has help quite a bit.

peacetomymental: Hey girl, In the process of my 2 year heat damage. Shits hard asf! I don’t even like wearing my natural hair anymore… but slowly I started cutting the straight ends.. and I started using oplaex 3 I heard it’s good but I might get some other products as well. Is your hair dry after expirecning heat damage? My hair is dry and doesn’t take moisture as well as it did when it was healthy. You got this!! Also I saw a really rude comment about you looking better with makeup and having a fake face, I just wanted to say you’re beautiful!!! With or without makeup keep your head up

Expat Lifestyle: You did very well with this review. I use 0,3 and 8 which is perfect for my dry hair

shanjohn54: You should lightly shampoo you hair first. Towel dry but still keep hair slightly damp. Then you put no 0 all over your head. Cover your head with plastic cap to keep it moist and leave on for 10 mins. Then you add no 3 all over

sydnee gross: Appreciated this review so much! You have TRUE 4C hair like I do, so it was great to see your experience . Thank you

Alexis 22: yeah olaplex is amazing. i only use the shampoo and conditioner once a week, but its so shiny and healthy looking. I always get comliments when I wear my hair out after a nice braid out. never going back to anything else

vicky fox: I love all the data and the in-depth analysis! Subbed!

Pretty Natural: Im going to get the whole line. I am going to grow my hair out. Im tired of the thin ends.

MySkinnydip: Number 3 stopped my shedding along with shampoo and conditioner and leave in. Unfortunately my hair is to my waist and I don’t like the build up. So I use it once a month. I used spray bottles from the dollar store because I was wasting so much product I didn’t like 0.

Lydia Le: OMG finally somebody with my type hair with actual heat damage strands like mines.

BionAvastar3000: Ooh! Good to know about all the protein!! I only used 3, 4, & 5, and my hair responded EXTREMELY well!

Briyonna: I like how thorough this video was!

ClaudiaJuliet: Hi! I have seen Olaplex no 0 on different websites and some are with the spraybottle and other(older version) is just regular bottle. Which one would you recommend? :)

Lisa Stephens: I really enjoyed your video today. It was very informative with application and product knowledge

Kiera Gee: Very informative and helpful

LeTrellCheveux: The bottle are small but the products are very concentrated. I think you may have used to much of no.6 based on the instructions on the bottle.

Jamila Ellis: Love it!!!! The “fro results face” took me out

Ana P.: Olaplex has silicone in it! I think 3 is the only one without silicone!

Iona Vinson: Hmmmm you are the second video I’ve watched that has me tempted to purchase these items. I have known about them for years but thought they were for colored, permed or loose texture hair. For No. 8 are your supposed to use it with 0&3? Thanks for sharing

Jamila Ellis: Love all the effects!!!

Lana C.: Amazing review ! I gotta try this line !

Sydney Knoll: 19:07 YOUR HAIR looks so much HEALTHIER!

Yo͞oˈnēk: Thank u Jesus! Thanks beautiful for explaining and demonstrating the different of Olapex! Great video

jennifer Henriquez: Great review

Juli Juless World: just purchased 0 and 3, can’t wait to try them

ThePookie25: I love olaplex but it's too much money for the little that you get.

Esther Jewel: I love #0 and 3 . I’d like to try number 8 , how long does the bottle last ?

Rµ†h †ïå†ðå: I can see the coils its defining I got no 0 I like it better to soak in your hair w no 3 so it can be saturated and be hydrated after rinsing . Your hair will be persise it doesn’t take time it can be apply any same day or other next day. I did not follow instructions on th bottle my hair didn’t get damage it fixed split ends quickly ???????why is she mocking her own video by adding in comedy graphics this personality is way more expensive than myself ✍+ Keep it up I like your style ❤️

Chocolatier: Omg you are so funny. So happy I found you

Cleopatra Mitchell: Good review! I just wanted to clip off the heat damage hair.

Sandra Lopez: Suggestion: look into fast hair growth shampoo to double hair growth.

About Face With Mona: Great olaplex review

T J: So pretty!

Andrea curtis: I just used the Shampoo and conditioner and as 1 was Shampooing my hair was coming out.Never had that happen before with any product EVER! wont be sing it again Now im not Sure if it works best using the Whole line but I will not after Roller setting my hair it was so dry.I have breakidge in the front.Thankfully using the AS I am products Moisturised my hair made it Soft again so I wont be using it again Olaplex isnt for me

Jellyfishumbrella: Yes girl! Great first vid

Acasha B: I purchased the shampoo and conditioner only to try to restore my 7yo daughter’s hair. Do you think it’s ok to use on kids and do I need all of the steps or just shampoo and conditioner? Thank you!

Jilly: Olaplex absolutely changed my hair texture. It broke my hair the heck off and undid my relaxer. Maybe the henna and the Olaplex were too much protein, maybe it was the amount of grey I had - who knows. But it was a $200 bust for me.

Horror Nation: Does opalex 3 change someone's natural curly hair?

K. P.: As an OLAPLEX head myself- You used #0 and #3 wrong. You are suppose to apply #0 throughout your hair- then WAIT 10mins BEFORE applying #3. Cringed when watching you apply them together immediately Also- you seem very HEAVY-handed with these expensive products

Kiera Gee: Best YouTuber out!!

Catherine: Is olaplex good for bleached hair

Tee Lynn: You actually are suppose to use the product line on clean hair. You would not have to dampen your hair if you wash first.

Tiggy: 10 minutes with 0 before adding 3

I AM ENOUGH: SMH...TOO MUCH WORK & MONEY KEEP IT SIMPLE

Red Love: I could never and I never will .., EVER

Melody Moore: Maybe you should research fast hair growth fortified shampoo to double hair growth.

Denise Moore: You don’t need a lot of these products to get good results. Also I have only used the 0 once…I wash my hair like normal and then rinse well and then add #3….Following the directions on the bottle!

Adrianna Jackson: Has anyone tried the oil? #7

Miracle Mincy: This video is soooo long Lmaoooo

Teena Davis: This video chaotic. Damm

Amanda Valentino: I’m sorry but u look totally different without makeup on. It looks like a lie. And you’re not even ugly. You’re getting people used to your fake face and when u show your real face the difference is too much. Stop wearing makeup. Keep your normal face. And make yourself see you are beautiful. I don’t care what y’all say under the comments cause I’m right.
