Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, so today you see these braids or whatever they are. I did to sydney's hair a while ago and her hair is an absolute mess. We'Ve been doing a lot from birthdays to christmas to new year's. All of that so i finally had time to actually sit down and take care of her hair. So i'm going to start by cutting out the braids and i had to go, get a bag so um the hair can just go directly into the bag and nowhere else. So what i like about this is the her hair is not like the same texture of the actual fake hair, so i can see where her hair stops - and this is just going to help me um - make the process faster because ain't, nobody got time to start From all the way down to the bottom, just go ahead: if you know where her hair starts or ends, then do it, if you don't start at the bottom, and that's what i'm going to do here now that that's all done now, i'm going to get my Water bottle, which has oils and water in it and remember she has those rubber bands in her hair still. So i am going to fully saturate her hair and make it nice and wet so that when i take off the rubber bands, it will be easy peasy and i won't cause any more breakage to her hair. Now i'm going to take my comb and then i'm just going to start unraveling the braiding hair and then, when i get to the rubber band, i'm going to use that comb to pull up the rubber band away from the hair. So i can cut it without cutting the hair, so that's my technique for um successfully removing rubber bands and then to make the detangling process better. Every time you take out a section of hair, you detangle it right there and then you can actually twist the section up, but i'm going to demonstrate it again. Now i'm going to take that comb, pull it away from the hair. Put my fingers through. So you can have a clear view and you won't cut your hair or your client's, hair or whoever's hair that you're doing and then you're going to detangle, and i am going to do that and that took forever. I'M not even gon na lie. It took forever and i started her hair after she came home from school, so we were tied yurt, but that's what we did so, while sydney's in the shower i'm going to get all the ingredients for the hair mask and everything in this hair mask is in My kitchen, that's the great thing about it and the avocado i'm going to tell you everything about this mask because our parents did it, but they didn't tell us why they did it and why they use these ingredients. So the avocado has an acid and a mono unsaturated fat that actually it's one of the few oils that actually penetrate the hair shaft. It doesn't sit on a hair shaft, so it penetrates and actually adds strength to the hair and helps prevent breakage and then eggs provide a protein like biotin and vitamin a and it helps with brittle hair hair, lo hair loss, and it helps with hair growth. Okay and then the mayo is like it has a lot of eggs in it. So basically i use that just for like an extra egg or um the consistency of the hair, you know the hair mask, it makes it thicker and then the olive oil is softens. Hair adds moisture and you want to use evo extra virgin extra virgin olive oil because it's the highest quality and it's going to help the hair, because it has more olive properties in it. And then the honey has like um. It'S good for a moisturizer moisturizer humectant. That will reduce frizz and it smooths hair follicles and adds shine and um. It will restore your natural hair and then um did. I say olive oil already yeah the olive oil softens the hair but um and then cardi b actually use a banana, and i didn't have any bananas because sydney stopped eating bananas and she would let them go back. But bananas add collagen to your hair and it um makes it stronger and thicker and it helps with a dry scalp. So if you need, though, a banana and you have dry scalp, you know use the banana and then the consistency. This looks so pretty and nice, and i just this will be the first time i ever use this mask on my daughter's hair. Okay, so her hair look at it, it is. She just got the shower. She shampooed it and now it's time to add the mask. So i'm just going to use my hands, i'm just going to mix it up, mix it in there, like your mama, does that dressing on thanksgiving day she uses her hands, okay, and that's what i'm doing here and i'm just going to make sure that every strand Gets some of this mask and, as i put it on her hair, her hair actually softens you can feel the hair like soaking it up. It'S penetrating her hair shaft, like i guess what that avocado does honey, you can actually feel it. Her hair instantly became soft and i guess that's because the olive oil it's in there and go ahead and just watch, and i also wanted to say that, as i was shampooing her hair, i noticed that she had a lot of hair loss. A lot of breakage and shedding so i'm like she really needed that egg in this, so the mayo and then the egg itself is really going to help with the hair loss or the shedding of the hair, and i believe it's shedding. I want to add: you can't go wrong with using natural ingredients in your hair as long as you're doing it for the right reasons and you're, not just throwing anything in your hair. Now here i'm trying to detangle her hair, but she said nah. So i'm just going to go ahead and get my plastic bag. I kind of like rip the ends into split it open more and then i tie it when i don't have a cap to put on her because we don't have a hooded dryer anymore. I need to invest in one but um and then i'm just going to take my blow dryer and then i'm just going to blow dry her hair for about 10 minutes, you're really supposed to sit under a dryer for like 30 minutes. But i'm not sitting here and blow dry her hair with a handheld blow dryer for 30 minutes. Nobody got time for that. So i'm just going to make sure the heat gets in her hair and then i'm going to rinse her hair thoroughly make sure you rinse until the hair until the water is clear and it took a while, because sydney's hair is really thick. But thanks for watching. Please subscribe like because youtube will not show my videos if you guys don't like them. They think that you're not interested so please like if you're interested subscribe, share all that good stuff, and i just love you guys and happy new year, and i will see you in my next video bye. You

Dot Blu: Sydney's hair has already grown so well since you did the big chop. Bless her tender headed heart. I like to use grape seed oil in a similar mask for dry scalp and growth promotion. I missed you guys. Happy new year to y'all sis!❤️❤️

ROA: When detangling her hair, you could try flaxseed gel by boiling flaxseeds. It's super slippery so it can be use it as a prepoo and will allow you to detangle much easier.

Tra Trazy: This hair concoction worked amazing for my son's 4cdefg hair. I literally could put my finger's through his hair.

Wendy: I remember back in the 80’s we used mayonnaise as a cholesterol treatment which helped to repair and moisturize damaged. This looks so much better.

Anna Glenn: Hi girls, I have been missing you guys! Happy New Year! Sydney reminds me so much of my granddaughter when it comes to doing her hair. She hates it but loves the outcome. Lol. Sydney I am sending you a hug because it looked like you had been crying at the end of the video. You are a doll. Muah! ❤ Mom I can't wait to see how you decide to style it. Take care ladies.

It’s NiyaElise: Idk why but when I cut out my braids I cut farther down than I need toEven tho my hair is short I always cut it farther down just in case my hair grew like 5 inches Even though I know it probably hasn’t lol Love your video

Saranda Akens: Your daughter's natural hair is beautiful god bless

B C: My niece is the same way .. if you hold a comb towards her head she's crying .. im like I haven't even combed it yet

Karen Diaz: I love the way you take care of your baby girl! It really reminds me of how my Mom took care of my head of hair! Thank God I was not as tender headed...brings back memories. I am now a Grandma watching this. Thanks for sharing!

Sarah: One day I hope she looks back at these videos it says I'm proud of my hair and I'm proud of my mom.

Donna Lemmo: Hey there, I'm Italian and American indian and have long straight dry hair, and my mom used to use the same ingredients only she use to heat* them, once every two sundays. Kind of like a hot oil treatment and I would sit for about a half hour..beautiful treatment, does wonders and her hair looks great and healthy. *(microwave for 1 minute and 1/2)

Faith in all things W: I'm 38 and my scalp is very sensitive. I have to comb and blow dry my hair when I get my hair done many times. Your daughter will probably be the same way. I'm thankful for a stylist that understands my hair struggle and doesn't get frustrated. Us sensitive scalp folks can be a lot. She told me to use moisturizing and hydrating conditioners only to soften the texture.

Esther Salim: I love how you've explained everything ❤️

Sharon Skipper: Happy New Year mom and Syd so glad to see you both i hope you both have a blessed and awesome safe holiday you can tell Syd trying to be a big girl but she so tender headed and it really hurts when u trying and being as gentle as you can her hair has really grown so thick and healthy

Shauntanika Dalmida: My dad told me years ago about this recipe for my hair and I just thought he was making it up till I started doing my own natural hair.

Tbaby C.: I'm sure it turned out great. Can't wait to see her next style. ❤

Just Being Me: I'm not natural but I enjoy watching natural hair videos. I've seen many comments about Aunt Jackie's Knot On My Watch detangler. Maybe it's something you can try for her if you haven't already. People say the comb slips right through their hair when they use it.

MzNoemi: So relaxing to watch you work! It's soothing, especially stuck at home, windows closed, during pandemic. God bless!

Fefe Nicole: My daughter has the same type of hair omg I thought I was the only one that has a whole process just to do one hair style It literally takes all day to do my daughters hair she’s 5 yrs old even the tender headed ness and tears I go threw all of that so trust me I no the struggle....but they have beautiful hair do

Jacqueline Malone: That child is absolutely precious!!!

Brittney G: Your daughter has beautiful hair... Keep it up momma... Plus this home made hair conditioner been around a while people just forgot using the old school hair products at home made products on our hair for growth. You can also add carrots to the ingredients just steam the raw carrots...

Salamata Bah: You shouldn’t use the rat tail come to detangle her hair. The breakage is coming from here. And if you use a wide tooth coam it will be easier to detangle and she will not wince or cry.

Alyana: Happy new year!! I use a hot head deep conditioning cap to add heat to my dc. It’s very convenient bc it heats up in the microwave and it’s portable. I’ve had mine for years and I love it.

Q: Momma got that hair in check okayyy I see you cause growing up my mom gave up lol we would be cutting out chunks of my hair and everything I got a relaxer and now back to natural but keep going her natural journey is already beautiful in the start and will be beautiful in the end. ❤️❤️❤️

ReigningGlory: Sydney has all kinds of styles she can try with that thickness! Blessed New Year u 2 lovelies! Missed ya!

karen smith: She's gorgeous I absolutely love her natural hair

T. Owens: Awww. I hate to see Sydney cry. Thank you for this video as my 8 year old granddaughter has 4c hair also. Her hair is beautiful. Always look forward to your next video.

misbah ailia: Her daughter is SO pretty, and adorbss. ☺ Please use a wide tooth comb though, all the other combs cause hair breakage and hurts like anything.

Donna Smith: Her hair has completely grown out!! Beautiful !! Sorry for the tears Sydney!!

Lakeshia Ball: Her natural hair is beautiful ❤️I’m going to have to try that on my hair thanks for sharing ur video God bless❤️

🌬INFINITE 💨 AIR♊: It definitely works been doing that for years. My mom will do it for me when I was a kid. evertime it was ready to clean. Its Dominican thing but it works for everyone's tip hair.. I'm 33y now

seaira davis: Aww good job mom my baby is about to be 9 with a head full of thick hair she’s sooo tender headed. I’ll try this mask it looks so nutritious for the hair

USNMelanie Daria: My 8yo daughter has natural hair to her butt and she gets on my nerves when I get ready to do anything to it. But it’s so comforting to do her hair because it reminds me when my mom used to do my hair because I have super long hair too!! ❤️

Wait, what???: Her tears kill me every single time . I can only imagine how painful it must be to have as sensitive a scalp as hers.

Lequitta Prince: yes my granny use this on our hair all the time n we continue to passing it down to younger generations

Victoria Odom: The hair loss after braids is normal. You loose about 100 strands a day. So if your hair is in a protective style those strands are coming out but won’t “fall out” until you take your hair down. It’s normal to have a lot of fallout after a style.

Judy Walker: Those faces she was making when you sprayed was too funny

Bebe Patton: You are so patient with her and doing her hair!!

C Townsin: I love your daughter's spirit

Tracie Roy: My daughter cries when I do her hair no matter how gentle I think I'm being so I decide to take her to a salon and she did not cry once they knew how to manipulate her hair and it came out so pretty. I would rather pay than to see my baby cry. Maybe try to find a salon that do children's hair. Not necessarily applying heat but natural styles as well

Hebrew Honey: Hi Queen. You’d love the Ayurvedic treatments on her hair, like the clay masks for example.

Cynthia Black: Your daughter is BEAUTIFUL!

Tammara Higgs: Y’all do know that it’s most of the time good for your head to shed especially when combing or detangeling it means your hair is growing just letting you know

Livi Mann: Have you tried the maximum hydration method? I was thinking about doing that in my and my daughters hair.

Coily Girlz World: I just have to say... your daughter is truly your twin‍♀️. You guys probably hear that often.

Wanda Allen: Her hair looks wonderful

Chosen One: Oh I thought the extensions was her hair and I’m like my daughter must have a different type of 4c hair lol but I love her hair 4c now that’s some good hair strong and resilient.

Tee Ramirez: Her hair is so beautiful!

Klassic Made: Awh, she was crying Baby girl is looking flawless tho ❤️

KOGIA HOLLIDAY: Awww she is so tender headed that reminds me of when I were her age I got popped plenty of times sitting in my mom chair kicking and crying

sherry: How long do the mask last for as far as to make an store it.? An secondly what is the rate it grows your hair if it do? Has anyone try this on 4c hair an what was the results?

Salila Muru: Go to Sally's Beauty for a decent home hair dryer. I bought one for $28 a while back. Place it on your head and connect a hand held blow dryer and it's just as good as the one you find in salons.

CookieDoughmonsterTravels: God bless you! I swear, I dont envy you... I feel like babygirl cries every washday. she has such thick, beautiful hair, and very strong opinions about her style— but no tolerance to get thru all the steps to achieve and maintain the desired style. If she wasnt so tenderheaded and squirmy I think you would be able to help her hair really thrive and avoid breakage and thinning— but Im on her side about that Denman brush tho! That is like the worst thing to use on thick, kinky-curly hair (esp if all the rows of teeth are left in) . I swear by the tangle teaser on my curly crybabies. With a mask like that, it’d go thru like butter— and fast too! I wish you beauties the best. Hopefully washdays get easier as she gets older and more tolerant and you learn new techniques to avoid manipulation pain.

for you: Your daughter has beautiful strong thick full hair I hope she grows to love her hair More like and not wanting to Shave It Off...

vicki s.: Sydney is a beautiful girl. I so appreciate you uploading your videos. I'm learning what to do with my hair.

Tee j: She got a thick strand of hair. My son has this texture too. That mixture is going to keep her hair strong. Great video.

Jenny Shaw: Ur daughter is so cute love the video just a quick question will this mask work on my damaged hair from bleaching it and for hair loss as my ma suffers from it from stress and is trying everything. Thanks x

Wandering Star: This is not Cardi b's mask I was doing this since before Cardi was born lol but I did finally find out that we don't need to waste all of that food. Two certain types of oil and one fruit product will soften moisturize and help the hair grow faster. My hair went from shoulder length to almost touching my butt in a year with only two oils and one fruit.

✨JellyShrek✨: Haha! Looks like she enjoyed it Beutiful girl

Zepeto Girl's world: Is it me or Sydney became even cuter now

MistressMaria: That thumbnail though Got me thinking about my mother brushing my hair

Plamedie Bergstrom: Your daughter is so cute❤️❤️❤️

Wendy Foster: SHE’S A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE QUEEN

damayia: story time : so this was my second time having braids and I thought my hair was shorter than were I cut and I ran out of scissors so I used a knife and I cut off 2 inches of my hair but it’s been two years since than and grew back lol

Sabrina Finucane: I don't have a hooded dryer for my deep conditioner. I put about 3 plastic bags on my head and I take an old stretched out slap cap and put it on my head. The head from my body will do just as well. I keep it on for about 2 hours just to make sure it penetrates. Save yourself some coins sis

Aesthetic Toca: Just a tip, rubber bands break our hair sometimes

kaylawaylaa: I remember when she wanted you to cut her hair. It was cute and natural ❤️

Brandzzbylaunii: Omg yo your daughter looks just like you she is so beautiful just like you ☺️

Tara Allen: Is this a mask that you would use once a week or once a month? thank you

Deja Sabrina: Instead of a hooded dryer .. get a hothead ! Best money I have ever spent ! I use it every wash day for my DC !

Janet Williams-Miller: I have tried this and the aloe leaf the gel is very important heals scalp and growth brings softness long lasting.

K.Kalyss: I used to get so nervous and cautious when people were cutting braids out my hair

Sandra DeJesus: Sydney's hair grew but I think she wants to still cut her hair short

LaQuintia Jones: Can it be use on the relaxed and texturized hair

0 0: She's beautifully innocent...2021 BLESSINGS....❤❤

brianna coleman: Can you comment the list of ingredients please?

enjoyable: im so happy you postedi miss you uploading☹️can we get more vlogs please❤️

Elle B. 🖤: Baby girl so tender headed

The Dayglow Gurlz: My mom Used that on my hair it's so soft

Jessica Williams: Aww she is so tender headed! It's ok Syd

Danyalle Baisden: This baby hate for you to even touch her hair lol love you guys

Tyona Osborne: She is a do i love her personality she seems free spirited

Daria L.: Free my sis from this hair bondage lol

Gina Bonds: Beautiful!!

Alexi & Zo Bee: Hey girl! Was wondering where you guys went! Happy new year ❤️

AyoRic: Thank you ❤️

Lonette J: Your daughter really hates getting her hair done.

a n g e l : I was getting a silk press at the salon and I started crying and when I cry sometimes I can't breathe so that's the main reason I was crying so much. And then the people doing other's hair picked on me and teased me. My mother also did it too and they acted like I chose to be tender headed.

Cassie the Virgo: Poor baby!!! I've always been tenderheaded I used to cry if I saw a comb! I very light scalp massage BEFORE any manipulation might help☺️

Monique UU: A razor to cut the rubberbands works well for me. No hair coming out with it.

Simply hope Life: I want to try that cardi b hair mask myself.

Stacey Stancil: Thank you for sharing, Sydney's hair is growing so much. GOD bless.

Barbie doll Dajja: Her hair is nice I wish I had hair like her

Miss D Lisa: Awe she is crying. She must be really tender headed.

Senzelo Ngema: How is that Cardi B's mask? My great grandmother always used that on my hair when i was little. She would add green tea as well

Rosalind Uzoewulu: Thanks for the video will be trying next week

Trinity Mcgee: I have 4C hair it’s hard because running a comb through my hair it hurt

Cece: Natural ingredients does grow hair, my 6 year old daughter i been buying better quality hair products, even changed our diet more healthier he hair is thriving im soo shocked when I took out her braids the growth and thickness is real even mine i was using a concoction of aloe vera, black jamaican castor oil, different oils in bottle spraying our hair with braids and using a little bit of blue magic thr castor oil one as sealant nott too much.

RolandW: THEY MAY OR NOT WANT OR NEED US TO MAKE IT SOMEWHERE IN LIFE BUT ON GOD WE WILL ‍♀️‍♂️..

ANIME FOR LIFE ᕦ😤ᕤ: I wish I had your daughter's hair but it is beautiful
