Thank you so much for your support. Reminder: 4C hair is absolutely beautiful.

What'S up y'all, my name is sheroy. Thank you for clicking on my video. If you're new here welcome to my channel, where i'm currently in the process of growing my natural 4c hair down to my butt. Also, i make chaotic lifestyle content, because my life is a joke no, but i have a lot of fun if you're returning, hey bestie, so as of today, i have had these knotless braids in for about. I want to say five weeks now and i've gotten a lot of new growth, so i want to show you guys that, but first can i just say something because y'all know i'll be preaching. Y'All know i like to preach. If you are just starting out your natural hair journey or if you recently done the big chop or you're just trying to grow your hair out, i just want to say i like specifically remember a couple years ago. I don't even know because i didn't did the big chop like three times but that's another story. For another day i used to watch millions of natural hair videos. I used to look at other people's hair and their length and their textures and just be like. Oh my gosh, i wish my hair looked like that. I wish my hair was curlier, longer healthier, thicker shinier, whatever just comparing myself, and it wasn't until. I really embraced my hair and stopped comparing my hair to other people and really just kind of decided that i was going to take care of my hair, and i was going to love my hair exactly the way. It is not wait until it gets to a certain length or it gets to look a certain way that it really started prospering that and the fact that i did the big chop three times but, like i said, that's another story, so i just want to say No matter where you are, if your hair is damaged, if you're transitioning, if you currently have a relaxer, you have a twa whatever whatever your hair type is, and i've said this before, instead of being like frustrated with your hair and just kind of putting bad energy In it, maybe just like being a little rough with your hair, because you know what, when i used to watch these videos, they would always say: oh be gentle with your hair. You know i was not being gentle with my hair. I was ripping that comb through my hair, so frustrated so over it to the point where it's like. I was mad because my hair didn't look a certain way that i really wasn't taking care of it and treating it like. I should have my poor dresses. So more of the story is love your hair, exactly how it comes out of your scalp right now. Learn your hair and you know be patient with it. Nurture it and it'll grow like you, want to be abusive or mean or negative to someone you love so put that good, nurturing loving energy into your hair and really baby it like treat it like your baby and you will see results. I promise you that's cause trust me. I came a long way anywho enough ramblings. Don'T forget. Can you hear me don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you enjoy my content because 100k on the way be there or hear about it? Okay, so y'all read the title you already know. What'S going on? First, i'm going to show you guys how my hair looks when i first got it done, because you can tell kind of where i started from. Of course it was tight, it was crisp. You know it was looking good and all this other stuff, so i'm insert a clip of that all right, and this is about the new growth i have now. I didn't like put gel in my hair and you know, do all my stuff so that it could look neat as you can see c. Oh, i know y'all saw that little twist i took one of my braids out. Don'T ask questions, look. It is what it is got a little twist hanging out. You feel me is minding its business, so mind yours. I can definitely tell like what areas of my hair grow faster than others. Usually like around the perimeter. I get a lot of growth. My hair kind of grows the slowest right in the middle and then up here i have like a different hair texture and i have several videos showing you guys, like what kind of oil i use. I have this leave-in um growth spray that really works very well. I make my own products, you know i do my own natural routines like masks and stuff like that, so i know exactly what ingredients i'm putting in my hair and all that good stuff. So, honestly, if you want to see faster growth, it's possible if your hair is stagnant or you feel like it only reaches a certain length and then it breaks off whatever the case may be. I'Ve been there before trust me and now i feel, like my hair is growing at a faster rate than it ever has before, and it's all because of my natural little concoctions that i'd be doing. I'M gon na link all those videos in the description box. So you guys can know how i do it and you guys can make them yourself if you guys, like braids as your go-to protective style. Let me know: is this a standard amount of new growth for about five weeks of having your hair in, or do consider this a lot of new growth? I know some people's hair grows at different rates and they do different things, but i honestly can say that my products and things like that, especially having my hair in a protective style, because i can retain length, i'm not seeing as much breakage like, i always say The products can go directly to my scalp and i can give myself a good massage and i can get the blood circulating and those nutrients delivered to my scalp, all that good stuff. So, like i said, let me know in the comments if this is standard. New growth, for you guys when you have your braids in or do you get more or less? What are some tips and tricks you guys use? Let me know well, that is all i have for you guys today. Thank you so much for watching, and i will see you guys in the next video bye

Abena Berlinda: it is true braids makes your hair grow. I had a short hair because every months i cut my hair ,so when i decided to grow my natural hair all I do is braids, three types of braids (corn rows, twist with kinky hair and box braids).I have never worn a wig before in my entire life but trust me my hair has grown enough from 2017 to 2021.

Latyia Ware: Since the very first quarantine i learned how to do my own Knotless braids and since then I’ve been retaining my length keeping it growing with oils and massaging my scalp. Ive been showing my hair so much more love and learning more about my hair ! The goal is to get to bra strap length then waist length. Those slick backs was taking my hair out ! Had to learn how to let my hair sit in a protective style for as long as I need too.
