Welcome to my very first natural hair wash day routine from start to finish on my beautiful 4C hair. I started out with a prepoo treatment, followed by shampoo, quick protein treatment, then I deep conditioned my hair. Lastly I end my full wash day routine with a beautiful twist out on my 4c hair. I recently big chopped 2 weeks ago at 11 months post relaxer, which is why I have short natural hair.

Hey what's up everyone, it is tight East hair. So today I am doing my very first wash day on my channel since I transitioned to natural hair right now I am rocking my TWA and this is a close-up shot of my hair texture, so it most likely looks like 4c. As of now, it's very thick and it's super kinky, there is no definition, no curl pattern. So this watch day I am starting out with a pre-poo. I don't usually do a pre-poo every single wash day, but I chose to do one on this particular day. So I just apply my pre pull on dry hair, just to give it that extra moisture before I shampoo it after renting out my pre pool. This is a time where I clean my hair, so I am using a sulfate free, really moisturizing shampoo to make sure that my hair is clean but moisturized at the same time. So I just rubbed that shampoo all over my hair, I do not have any special technique, as my hair is very short right now, so I cannot shampoo in sections yet. So this is a step I do not do weekly either. So this week I decided to use a light protein conditioner in between my deep conditioner and shampoo, just to give my hair a bit of strength since I've been really focused on moisture for like the past three weeks. So I do not want to neglect protein. In my regimen just to make sure that my hair has that healthy balance of both protein and moisture. So I let this conditioner sit on my hair. While I take a shower, which is usually around 10 minutes - and then I rinse it out afterwards - and this is how my hair looks - it looks very moisturized very healthy, but it feels strong at the same time. So now it's time to deep condition, my hair, so I've been using my same Holy Grail, deep conditioning, makes this is working so well for my natural hair, my natural hair, I loves it even more than my relaxed hair. So I am sticking to this deep conditioning makes it is the bomb, so I'm just applying my deep conditioner all over my hair, it's so different, like applying products to your natural hair. It'S like you have to go in these really tiny sections. Every time I like open sections, I'm finding sections that haven't even received product, so it's very sort of tedious to apply product. You have to really really separate your hair to make sure that every single strand gets product. So if you notice, after applying my products, I love to comb that product through my hair, just to make sure that every single strand gets nourishment and gets product. So I still deep condition for 20 minutes under the hood, a dryer that is still working for me. So I'm going to stick to it. It looks so healthy. Oh my goodness, I just love washing my hair. I literally wish I can wash my hair every single day without damaging it, but yeah. So now I'm getting ready to apply my leave-in. I apply a very heavy thick creamy leaving my hair loves the creamy stuff, the heavier the product, the better it is for my natural hair. It just sticks to the hair much more longer and then I seal all of that moisture in with my Holy Grail Jamaican black, castor oil, pure butter. Yes, I am still using it. My hair loves this stuff so much I need to restock on it by the way so weekly, I have been doing twist outs with this TWA. I just wear my hair, free and out every single day guys. I don't do anything to my hair. I just pull it back so twist outs give my hair a nice elongated look and it also gives it a nice a little bit of curl. Since my hair, I do not curl on its own, so yeah, I love doing the twist outs weekly, so I am using some twisting cream or curling cream on my hair just to give it a bit of definition and it moisturizes it and defines it even more. All right everyone, so this is how my hair looks after I am completely finished, twisting it so right here, my hair is very very damp and what I do right now is sit under my hooded dryer for about ten minutes just to activate and lock in that Curling cream, so that my twist outs can last up to four days when I do that, so this is the next day after I have completed air drying, my hair overnight. I take a little bit of oil on my hand, just to give it a bit of Sheen before I unravel my twists. So I loose on my twists one by one and then I fluffed the twist. So I separate it even more just to make it into an afro, so after my hair is completely separated. I did take my fingers just to separate those parts so that none of those parts are visible and they look more uniform and then I brush my edges and I just tried this little skirt and Chi hair ties. I actually don't like it. I feel like it's not tight enough, but today was actually my first time trying it to see how I like it and no, I do not like it. It didn't give me that snug hole I was looking for, but I made it work that day - and this is the end of my watch day. Thank you all so much for watching. Don'T forget to give this video a rating and leave some tips down below about natural hair care, as I am new to the natural hair world, and I will see you in my next video bye, bye,
