My Weekly Natural Hair Care Routine// 4C Natural Hair Regimen

Hi guys welcome and welcome back to my channel, it's your girlfriend and we are back with another hair bitty. Welcome, welcome! Welcome so in today's video i'm going to be taking you through my weekly haircare routine from start to finish so, instead of just doing a video talking about um my weekly hair routine, i thought i would just take you guys through it with me. So typically, wash days are my day ones in my hair care routine and yesterday was my wash day. So i didn't film a video doing my whole wash day, because i already have two whole videos about my wash day, so i'm going to either be put. So i'm going to either put them up here or here or in the description box below i have a video on my full wash day routine. I also have a video on um. I also have a video on the minimalistic uh washington routine. So i'm going to be putting the links to those videos either in the description box or up here, so you can watch you can post this and first watch the watch the routine and then come back to this video. But yesterday was monday. So that was my day. One today is tuesday, yeah today's tuesday, tuesday, the 14th of june - and today is my day two. So, ideally, on my day, one i do on the whole wash day and the whole loc method, lco method, to just lock in the moisture and on my day two which is today. I do not do anything to my hair. I do not spray my hair. I do not apply anything to my hair. I just let my hair be the reason why i do this is to just allow the products i applied the previous day to do what they are supposed to do, and also to just keep my hair rest because, let's be honest, watch the stuff - and this strains Like you're pulling your hair in all different directions, so on my day two which is today, i do not do anything to my hair. I just let it rest so i'll film again tomorrow to let you know what i do on day three of my weekly haircare routine. So today is day three um, as you can see it's wednesday, the 15th. So what i do for day three is i hydrate moisturize and just seal in the moisture so for hydrating for hydrating i use the this hair mist and for moist and for sealing in the moisture. I use my harbor infused oil. So i'm just going to go ahead and do that forgive my voice up just woke up a few minutes ago. So on my wash day, i put my hair in these twists six twists, so my hair mist is in this bottle. I just spray my hair and then i get the hair growth. Oil just apply it, and then i just sculpt massage my hair for about two to five minutes. When i'm scalp massaging, i use um the fingertips make sure that you're not using nails because they can damage your scalp or, if you have a scalp massager. You can use that instead, and just so after that, i i get this um. Imagine, hair fertilizer and just apply it to my edges, this stuff, actually combined with my hair oil, the hair growth oil, has helped me regrow my edges because and that's my debt three so i'll see you on day four hi guys good morning um. So today is my day for it's thursday, 16th and typically, on my day four, what i do is um. I do exactly what i did on death ray. So what i did in the previous clip is what i'm going to do. My hair is still in twists and since i did it in the previous one, i don't feel the need to over drag it in this. So i'm just going to do a time lapse while moisturizing my hair so same thing, hydrating, hair mist, so that's it for today for i'll see you guys tomorrow for day five hi guys or welcome to day. Five. Yes, welcome to day five, it's friday, the 17th. So, on day, five is usually the day i will do the whole loc lco method. Where i apply the hair mist. I apply the leave-in conditioner and i apply oil and sometimes i put butter on my hair depending on what um my hair needs at the moment. But today i'm not going to be doing that. Um! I'M going to take this as a rest day for my hair, because i feel, like my hair, is still good from what i've been applying the previous days and that's why it's very important for you to not just copy someone's routine but actually do listen to your Hair and pay more attention to it, so that you see what it needs in the moment. But for now i'll see you tomorrow on day, six hi guys welcome to this seven, and i know what you're thinking you're lucky, but you skipped um. Yes, i did skip day. Six, which was yesterday, which was saturday, but it was because i was so busy yesterday - i didn't even have time to do anything to my hair, so i didn't do anything to my hair and um. Today is sunday. Today is sunday, the 19th and it's the seventh of commanding day, six and seven, and for today i am rushing because i'm heading to church, so today i'm just going to be spraying it and adding oil to it and that's it. Ideally today is usually my um. There to purple since the next day i'll be washing my hair, but today is a sunday and if i'm, to do a pre-poo i'll, do it at night on monday morning and then getting the oil and this time around, i'm just going to put it on top. Just do this, i'm just going to go ahead and put it back in its bun, because i'm not going to be doing a lot to eat and guys yeah. That is my day one to day. Seven.
