Our bodies are made up of roughly 70% water, so drinking water has HUGE benefits on our wellbeing including our hair and without proper water hydration our hair can stop growing all together...PERMANENTLY!

Welcome back cw, friends and family to another edition of our saturday uploads, where we try to bring you information, that's going to help you on your hair growth journey. First of all, i like to say, happy hispanic heritage month. That'S right! This month is hispanic heritage month. So go out there and enjoy it and learn something new about the culture taste. Some food go to some artwork events and just check it out celebrate hispanic heritage month. Today, we're going to be talking about the correlation of water and our hair and how it benefits our hair in our hair growth journey, our bodies are made up of about 70 water. So, yes, we are mostly water people, not kool-aid, not soda, not fruit juice, not wine. Yes, mostly water, even though our bodies can extract water from all of these, only in small trace amounts not as much as our body actually needs so providing our body with real, clean, pure water, is the best way to hydrate our bodies from skin to scalp water Offers us an all-natural way to up our beauty game, but especially when it comes to growing out our hair and keeping it nice and soft and luscious feeling with a nice smooth texture. Now, i'm not going to go into all of the benefits that water provides to our natural bodies. This is a natural body. Yes and water plays a huge part in keeping us healthy, but i'm not going to go into all of those benefits, but i am going to go into some for one. Water helps you to lose weight, that's right by flushing out all of those toxins and all of that waste. Putting in water flushes out all that stuff. We don't need so it's very beneficial in weight loss. Two water helps to boost our brain functionality, so it helps you to think quicker and a lot more clear. Three water helps to keep you looking good. That'S right. Water is extremely beneficial in helping you stay, looking young, it smooths out those fine lines and those wrinkles and plumps up those skin cells to help keep you looking really good. Four water helps to energize your muscles, so cells that don't maintain their fluid balance and electrolytes shrivel up, which can result in muscle fatigue and adds to the feeling of making. You feel tired and less energized. So we need to stay hydrated because dehydration can cause to all types of bodily harm. So, for example, dehydration can lead to low energy levels. It can help make you feel really really weak. It can cause low blood pressure. I know a lot of people's like low blood pressure. That'S good! It isn't! Your blood pressure needs to be at a normal rate. So if it's too high bad, if it's too low, also bad so staying hydrated helps us to keep a nice even blood pressure. It cleans out toxins in our gut, so staying hydrated, as i mentioned earlier, helps you to lose weight by cleaning out all of those toxins in your gut flushing them out, so that you can flush them down, and dehydration can also lead to you feeling, sleepy all The time and mood swings so if you're cranky often drink a little bit more water. So now we know that water can supply the body with natural hydration and vitamins and clear out toxins and all of those wonderful things help us look beautiful and our skin look younger and plump up those cells. But now, let's talk about the benefits of water to our hair. Now, when it comes to hair growth, dehydration can cause hair to stop growing immediately in some extremes. When hair doesn't have enough moisture, it causes split ends and helps the hair to become brittle and break off very easily very quickly with dehydration, not enough fluids, uh water in particular, in our bodies, it can cause the hair to stop growing permanently. This is not what we want right, so, let's try to stay hydrated to keep our hair at its optimal hydration level, so think about it. This way, the roots of the hair is the only channel to provide hydration to the hair, so the thirst is real and the solution is simple: water hydrates, the hair, the entire hair shaft from the inside out, so most of the products that we discuss, whether it Be avocado avocado oil, aloe vera, we're talking about things to put on the hair. What we're talking about now is water hydration that flows through the body and penetrates the hair from the inside out. Now, that's phenomenal and being able to do that at a rate that keeps the hair hydrated is going to do nothing but help to promote it to grow when the roots are hydrated. This prevents things like dandruff, dry, dry, scalp and itchy scalp and all kinds of scalp ailments can just be cured by drinking water. So i bet you didn't know that water accounts for about 25 of the moisture in our hair 25. So just think if you're not drinking enough water and it provides a quarter of what our hair needs to be moisturized and hydrated, just think of what you're doing the reverse act of hydration dehydration 25. You probably can't see that, but that's 25 water, so how much water should we be drinking? Well, it really depends on. Let'S say how much water you're putting out if you're very athletic. If you work out a lot every day, then much water as you're putting out you need to replenish you need to put back in, but it does really depend on, like your weight, um, your height, your athletic level and all kinds of various biodynamics. But here's a rule that you can go by so hydration on average should be between three and eight cups of water, a day cups, this type of cup, not a little bitty cup and, like oh, you know, one of those dixie cups. Oh, i can drink. Eight cups of these. No, no, no we're talking about this. This is four cups right here. This is four cups. So if i want to do eight, that's two of these put this back, but you don't have to think about drinking water like oh, my goodness, i have to just gulp go go all day! No, no! No! No! No! You can pace it out throughout the entire day, like at night before you go to bed, fill up a glass of water, sit on your bathroom counter or or next to your bed and in the morning drink that down boom. That'S one start and then, throughout the rest of the day, replace like soda for water. Can you do that replace that extra cup of coffee, i'm not gon na, say replace coffee, i'm not not gon na say that at all? But if you have to have that. Second cup of coffee - maybe you want to replace that or you can try and replace that with a cup of water instead - and i know some of you guys out - there are saying yuck, i just cannot drink water, it's terrible. It has no flavor. We hear this. All the time hear it all the time right, and i feel you honestly, i feel you so i do drink a lot of water, but i don't just drink you know. Sometimes i do, but mostly for me to get my water intake. I cut up a lemon and i squeeze the lemon juice in it. I take my fork: squeeze the lemon juice into my water and that's how i get it in it's flavorful. It tastes really good and then that's a whole nother slew of antioxidant benefits when you're, adding citrus things to your water and you're, taking in citrusy fruits and vegetables throughout the day. So what you can do to help alleviate that flat, no flavor business of water. Add your favorite fruit mine is lemon. You might want to add some strawberries. Maybe you want to add some peaches. Maybe you want to add a lime, but those are ways to make that water more flavorful. Also, you can eat your water. Yes, you can foods like grapefruit zucchini, especially watermelon um, provide a lot of water when you eat them, plus they're, good, healthy snacks that taste delicious. It also provides you with much needed beneficial water to keep your body and that hair that crown on your head hydrated. So healthy hair, healthy, beautiful skin, it helps you sleep better, keeps you with a better mood and healthy hydrated, hair of all benefits of water for the body. So, let's get away from the soda trend, the too much liquor without putting the water back in um trend and let's stick to something a little bit more healthy. We can do this. We can do this guys, i'm pretty sure of it, so just switch out for me. One item that you drink a day for two cups of water. Let'S start with two cups of water. Add a little lemon, see how you like it, the more you drink it. The more you like it and the more likely you are to put away those those sugary drinks so very, very beneficial. So not only does drinking more water help you save money, but it helps you to have beautiful skin on the cheap. There are no products over the counter that can give you the benefit of younger looking skin like drinking a gallon of water a day. Trust me on that one, so beautiful skin on the cheek get that hair growing on the cheek get rest in moods without medication. On the cheek weight loss on the cheek and getting those brain cells firing and triggering really quickly to help you through your day on the cheap, so those are the benefits of water. A few on our body, there is a long list of benefits of water. For the body i just gave you a few, but our focus is the hair, so there you have it the benefits of water on our luscious locks.
