Hi, my name is taiko, I'm a celebrity hair makeup and fashion stylist. Today we are at B su Salon & Spa here in New York City and I'm going to show you how to use a round brush to curl hair, also known as a hot air, curling brush or a hot air styling brush in order to use a round Brush to curl here, you will need to start with the hair about 50 % dry. So in that just going to spray a little prep, you don't want it completely dry you're, going to have a half inch section and you're going to split the half inch section in half you're going to use your styling brush along with a blow-dryer. So one of the keys to doing this is making sure that with your brush, you start at the base of the hair and when you're rolling the blow-dryer over it you're moving the brush continuously to get that so you're, so that the brush is acting somewhat. As a roller, so when you're doing that, just make sure you're moving the brush continuously so that it acts as a roller. Then, when you take the brush out after the blow-dryer, you'll have a nice curl, and that is how you use a round brush or hot air styling brush to curl hair. You

Poetress7: I don't get the hate for round brushing. Been natural since 2010, 3c/4a mid-back length healthy hair and I swear by round brushing. It's the secret to body and growth imo. My hair was always above my shoulders for most of my life. Once my stylist started round brushing, that's when my hair started growing like crazy and had so much body and fullness with my blow-outs. Love it.

Malibu Milk: Can this be used in place of a blow dryer on WET/DAMP Hair

snatchedbahamas: the clients hair does appear dry, she may need a oil treatment and a color refresher. from what I learnt your not suppose to put the blowdryer directly on top of the hair it's suppose to be at a distance so the hair doesn't get damaged.

Mel S: the model agreed to this foolishness because she knew she would big chop shortly after

QueerClawz: well most people dont have healthy hair so this can relate to the masses

Maria Gonzalez: Nice brown hair

Brittany Wright: Omg I can’t watch this this method makes me cringe when I see this on black women. Hair pulling and breaking to the max!!! and the hair stylist hair looks so unhealthy what is that?

Tiffany Battle: This hot hair brush isn’t for black people stick the flat irons

Malibu Milk: Opps. Scratch my question

shine shine shine: offs

yasmeen hussainy: couldnt you at least find a model with a better kind of hair?!!
