This video is going to be all about my updated wash day routine on my short natural hair. So please keep watching my hair is hella dry. So, of course, I'm going to just start off by spritzing, just a little bit of water to add, moisture and at least make it more manageable. Then, of course I'll go ahead and proceed to section it off into tiny little workable sections. Next up, I'm going to be doing a pre-poo using coconut oil. This stuff is so good for my hair. It actually helps to make my shampoo process so much easier by adding moisture, of course, and also helping me get rid of the notes and the tangle after that. I'M wrapping some cling file on my head so that it can help trap some heat. Then I'm grabbing my heat cup, of course, that will also help the oil penetrate so much better into my hair strands. I'M going to leave this on for about 10 minutes and then rinse the oil out next step is to shampoo. I like to apply directly on my scalp and then I'm just gently going to be using my fingers to work that product in at this point also like to use a scope massager, and this feels so good. This actually aids in blood circulation. On my scalp and of course, we all know that bat Gates in hair growth, after rinsing of the shampoo I like to follow up with a black Tiryns, which helps to prevent excessive hair shedding and also helps to strengthen my hair strands. So, of course, after it has cooled out and pour the mix into a spray bottle and spray directly on my scalp and on my hair strands. Well, the tea is still doing its magic. I'M going to take this time to finger detangle and, as you can see, I'm still working in sections, I'm applying the conditioner gently finger detangling and then using a wide tooth comb to further detangle my hair. I know it looks like a music, a lot of tension, but I'm doing this very gently and at this point my hair is fluffy soft and my curls are already popping after rinsing out the conditioner and the black tea. The next step is to do a routine treatment, and I love this stuff just because you can leave it on for about two minutes and it helps in strengthening my natural hair. As you can see, my hair feels soft, stronger fluffy defined all the good things I'm going to leave it on for about two minutes and then of course, I'll proceed to wash it out. Next up is, of course, doing a moisturizing, deep conditioning treatment and I like adding a between avocado oil to my treatment, because it helps add, more moisture and elasticity shine and manageability to the hair. And, as you can see, I'm just applying that all over my hair and then I'm walking back in using my fingers, and at this point I don't even need to tell you what my hair feels like you can see that you can see the bounce. You can see the shine. You can see the softness, it's super fluffy and soft to the touch which I absolutely love. So, of course, I'm throwing on the heat cup and then I'm going to let that sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. If I have enough time on me, I usually let it sit for about thirty minutes, and once I rinse that out, this is how my hair looks like it's very shiny. It'S very soft. It'S quickly clean with capsules, great my hair feels great and yeah. That'S it guys, that's all I do for wash day and of course, after doing all of that, I'm going to proceed to style, my hair, which I'm going to be showing you guys in the next video. So thank you so much guys for watching. If you did enjoy this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up and also subscribe to my channel

Nurul Huda: My hair care routine - Shampoo - Conditioner That's all

OSIR: Beautiful hair and skin ...You're skin is so flawless...we need an updated skincare routine

doublecuploove: if my mama finds out i used her tea leaves to rinse my hair , i'm finished

alison hilaire: Wow! That's just WAY too many steps for a lazy natural like me lol. I prepoo at night the day before washing my hair, and don't use a lot of coconut oil so no oil spill on my pillow. Then shampoo and conditioner for 2 to 3 minutes (realized that deep conditioning was not really useful for me). I also use Aphogée but the stronger treatment, every 2 months or so.

Tinta Manengu: Love this, it's a lot of work considering how much hair you have, I did a short wash day video too and I and my short hair are tired, but I plan to make it a weekly thing so, we keep going. Great video.

Sharon Kamanyire: Really great video. I really wish I could put this much effort in my hair.

Ali B: You’re skin is sooo flawless

Felecia Wallace: I wish I had enough hair to follow your routine, I cut most of all of my hair very low which requires little maintenance but I love to watch you, this inspires me when or if I grow my hair longer in the future .... thanks

Fezile Sithole: All this while sitting on a couchtalk about class. I love it Sheila.

Lawyer Ruth Tanui: Great Video, btw can someone use the same procedure for long natural hair? And is there something else you can recommend for long natural hair?

Vox: Some of y'all know this isn't a tutorial right? Why are you guys complaining about the amount of steps? It's HER wash day, she's doing what works best for HER hair, she's not telling you to do it for YOUR hair, you do whatever works best for YOUR hair.

Angeline Matina: This day is always equal to a gym daybut the outcome

Ayana Chebet: Ima help u do this routine but shorter Prepoo:coconut oil How:preferably do this in the shower Put water in your hair.really soak it.apply coconut .takes like 7mins or less.ohh and do a little detangling. Shampoo:depends on you, but on a normal wash day where u don’t have much dirt in ur hair. The important part of your head is the scalp. Condition:not on the roots moreover near them and down the strands This is the best time to me personally to detangle.whether finger detangling or use of a comb, be slow this is the place to take time (length retention is key).rinse thoroughly Leave in conditioner:your hair is already moisturized this is the peak of moister. How:every every every single hair on ur head neeeeeeds the leave in.your hair is already detangled u can enjoy combing it or cover it with a shower cap or a plastic bag.i usually blow dry it with low heat to warm the hair. The moisture oh lord I love it. How long u keep the leave in depends on u.rinse ur hair lightly,u want whitish to slightly clear water dripping when ur finished. Style:of course this is ur desicion. I love that this works for all lengths. Thanks for reading GOD bless you.❤️

Charisse: Thanks for showing how much shed hair came out!

Wanjeri Irungu: waiting on that next video like.............

MARY CHEPKEMBOI: how she is enjoying all this

Empress: What's your hair type?

mwa njeri: SHEILA umepotea sana welcome back

One question, the heat cap does not 'melt' or choma the plastic shower cap becoz mine does? I have to wear shower cap and a light kitambaa on top so avoid the problem, then wear the heatcap.
