This is a review of some products from the Cantu Shea Butter line for natural hair.The names of the products as well as the retail prices from UK and US are posted below. Prices subject to change depending on retailer. These products were purchased with my own money hence this is NOT a sponsored video. This is my honest opinion on how the product line worked for my hair.

Hi guys welcome at my channel so today I'll be doing review of some products from the counter shea butter line for natural hair. I recently did a product whole and collected these six items and thought I'll show you guys how they worked through my hair and review. The items as well so first I'll be reviewing the cleansing cream shampoo, the hydrating cream conditioner, as well as deep treatment masque and after this I will be looking at the leave-in conditioner, the define and shine custard, as well as the coconut oil shine in holdman. So if you want to know more about any of these products, then stay tuned. So this is what my hair looks like before I apply the product, so, as you can see, it's very dry exactly and luster, and it's not defined at all. So I want to see how well these products work to revive my curls, so let's get straight into it. So first we have the shampoo reviews, so this champion ready the bright good lather. It contains no sulfates, silicones, parabens or mineral oil, which is white quite good. Along the other product, I thought the price was very affordable and the packaging was very good for use in the shower. However, it was quite drying to my hair. It caused tangles and I thought with a very harsh cleansing, so I apply the conditioner straight after rinsing out the shampoo and once again this is a very affordable conditioner. The packaging is quite good for use in the shower and I love the scent. So all the products have it's really tropical, coconut and pineapple scent, which I absolutely love. The problem of this conditioner is that I didn't provide enough slip for detangle in, and I didn't feel as though it moisturize my hair so on to the day treatment mask this product has a very thick consistency, and this is why I applied it in this manner. So, basically, just smoothing it into my hair strands and because I have fine strands at first when I use this project a fella, so it was just caught in my hair. However, when I rinse the product out, my hair felt very moisturized and very soft. So this product, because of its thick consistency as well, it's not suitable for detangling. However, I did by night was a very good deep conditioner and you get a lot of volume of product for the price, so I did think it was very much worth it, and this is one of my favorite products in this product line. So this is my hair. After rinsing out the deegeu in the mask. No other products were applied to my hair. It felt so soft and fluffy and it was real, my strays. I absolutely love this project so onto the leave in conditioner review. This product comes in a 12 ounce jar like the deep conditioner, so that's a lot of product for the price, and once again, this tent is absolutely amazing. However, this product wouldn't buy moisturizing. It is sat on my hair and left its weight goals of its. You can see here, and it didn't have enough slip to allow me to detangle my hair so now on to the define and shine custard review. This product helps to define and elongate my curls. It reduce the frizz that I normally have with my washing goals and I also added considerable amount of shine. So this is a comparison between the leaving conditioner on one side and me using the define and shine custard on the opposite side and, as you can see, my curls are much longer. However, I have more volume when I just use the leave-in conditioner alone fan and Sheamus was quite easy to play because it had a nozzle, it's quite lightweight, and I found it was really good at refreshing. My washing bill the next day, one con that iPhone is ia, was quite sticky after using it. So this is the end of my review. Thank you so much for watching and do comment below to. MadeIn97: i have semi coarse hair and its very curly in some parts and gets randomly wavy/straight in others. I started using the Shea moisture but it started to make my hair feel stiff and brittle so i switched to cantu and it was the best decision! Im native american and have hair that tangles very easily! i often don't brush it because it fizzes out and gets to big. This shampoo and conditioner is amazing! I can easily use a big toothed comb to go through my hair and my hair is more soft and even with the curls. Helping to return my hair as much as possible to its original curly state after i damaged it from dye and heat. Love love love it

London Thompson: Watching YT has taught me so much about my 4C hair and how to care for her. I no longer fight with her, but have come to embrace her. My life is so much easier now. I've been using these products for years. My hair is much stronger and healthier. I agree the Cleansing Shampoo can be harsh. But by following it with the Moisturizing Shampoo, it replaces the moisture, stretch and balances the pH.
Letitbe1991 Letit: Try the cantu curl activator for refreshing wash and goes:) it works wonders! We have the same porosity to our hair! Cantu just sits on my hair too for about 5-10 mins but when it soaks in its protection! Also, have you tried the Shea moisture line? The bottle packing is kind of a peach color, and it has curl milk that is absolutely amazing. That's a great one as well:)
C. S. Vaught: I love this product, I use it in the shower after I shampoo. I use it on my hair wet, don't rinse much just squeeze out most of water. It provides my long natural kinky hair with easy combing and detangling. It dries nicely and allows my hair to feel soft and lay down well....
Iris Efeti: Great review. I noticed the conditioner didn't have great slip but I tried it as a deep conditioner and I love it. If you let it sit for a while before washing it out, it softens the hair and your curls pop. At least, it did for me

KITTY KAT KATTITUDE: I tried the curling cream and the leave in conditioner . The directions say to use leave in on dry hair and the curling cream on wet hair, however I used the leave in on my hair dry then applied the curling cream and my curls were off the chain!! It was a dry and go and my hair looked great all day in 90 degree weather

Mary Robert: Cantu is the best product ever, I use it as well and it has been giving me awesome results. The cantu shea butter has a detangling spray just to help loosen the hair... So I recommend you get that:)

TYSON L. TAYLOR-GERSTNER: The conditioner, you did not put enough for the lenght of your hair. It detangles quite well. I use it and my hair has a tighter curl.By the way the shampoo does tangle a bit, but if the hair is styled in a way that there are no tangles between washes, then covered at night and when washed, massaged at the scalp and the hair strands lightly pulled clean rather than lathered atop the head, then there are less tangles. I do that anyway, but today I made sure I did it that way and it did not tangle at all. Water temperature will also be a factor, too cold and curls shrink, warmer water relaxes the curls and avoids tangling.

Esther Phillip: I love Cantu products but the shampoo makes my 4b type of hair very coarse even when I use the Cantu conditioner....I'm going to start using the deep treatment masque to see if it will keep my hair soft n moist....will also try the define n shine custard.. I always use the leave-in conditioner with the creamy lotion..there's no difference so I'll use the leave-in without the creamy lotion

Constance Newton: Hi TheALGLifestyle, I use the Cantu Curling Creme and the Cantu Activator for natural hair and they both moisturize my hair for a full 2 days. I do the shingling method to ensure that I get product on all strands of hair. My hair is naturally curly and I have been natural coming September of this year will be 3 years. I love the scent of the Cantu. It is heaven sent complete with the price. It has been working pretty good with my hair. I use the Tresemmee Gel for Flawless Curls on top of the Cantu products and it turns out great with no white residue..Great video by the way and I look forward to more.

Amelia Swift: Bajan??!! Great Review! To the point and concise. I live in Trinidad, I just bought the product range after a work colleague convinced me to try it. I don't like it. My hair is very similar to yours. The Leave-in Conditioner sat on my hair as well and after it my hair fully air dried it, it didn't feel moisturised at all, it looked dry and thirsty. I don't know if its how I used the product range or the products themselves. I'll be going back to using SheaMoisture.

Nadege JUSTE: I feel the same way for the shampoo and conditioner. Harsh cleasing and not very moisturizing. I keep the shampoo just for clarifiying. I havent try the mask yet. But I love the leave in and it soften my hair. Yes it does leave white residue but the trick is to let it set for 10 minutes before applying styler. I did not try the mist but the curl activating cream wich is awesome for defining my coils. I even use it as a one product replacing both leave in and custard. I also love the custard, but it flakes. Did you try the cowash? It's good. Seems more like a moisturizing shampoo than a cowash, but it's gentle. So for me I'll skp the shampoo and conditioner and go for the cowash and other product. Overall, not bad line. Ok, great price

jj maxxy: need help with my hair!! i went natural in 2015 and its been an easy journey so far but i get frustrated with styling. my current regime is apply avocado, argan oil and jamaican mango locks oil mask. and this lasts overnight. wash out with egg hair shampoo and then consition with argan oil conditioner and towel dry. i do finger detangling. i apply grow healthy olive oil cream. and then twist. just looking for new products really.
