Going forward in my curly hair journey, i never want to be without these things and i'm not exaggerating. I don't want to live in a world without my conditioner. No, no somebody! I need more conditioner. What'S good everybody welcome back to my channel with your main girl and curly mel. I have lived and dealt with curly hair for nearly 25 years. Actually i was bald the first two or so, but i digress. I'Ve always been like this. In fact, my exact anniversary of being a curly and coming out of the womb aka, my birthday is coming up on july 22nd. Yes, and as we look back to follow up last week's video where we brought things back to the basics with a very beginner's routine and boot camp in today's video, i wanted to share the products and tools that i wish i had from the beginning. So without further ado, here are 10 things that i don't know what i would do without all right. So we're going to jump right in. I will be listing these things, not in the order of importance. They are all equally as important, but in the order of my application. While i take you through my wash day, that being said, the first product that i'm going to mention is very very, very important to me, because i could not live without a good hair oil. Okay, if you know me, then you know i always use a hair, oil or serum at the end of my wash day, to lock everything in and to break up the cast and bring out the volume. But i also use a hair oil to refresh my hair throughout the week to continue to add shine to help with dry detangling, getting through any really knotted areas of my hair. While being so versatile, a good hair oil can be used on my scalp to massage, which is great. If you have dry, scalp or maybe use one. That'S targeted for hair loss as well and to prevent split ends. How? Because it keeps the hair moisturized, and it helps to add shine, and by doing all this, it helps me protect my hair from washing preventing damage to my cuticles, preventing high growth fatigue and also helping prevent color fading. And while there has been cycles throughout the curlier community of oils being good versus oils being bad, i will always be team oils, because the hair is team oils. The hair is naturally very lipophilic. It attracts oils into its center and a great hair oil will help to penetrate the hair, while also giving you a protective coating. It'S honestly hard for me to choose just one hair oil that i love and i do separate oils from serums. But out of a more natural oil or treatment oil for the hair, i do look for a blend, so i'm getting different benefits. So this is the verb, moringa and jojoba oil, which i use a lot. It'S fragrance free and can go on the scalp. So is the christmas shine oil? I really like this one as well very lightweight. If you have fine hair - and i also really like the mizani 25 miracle nourishing oil - it's a little bit heavier. So if you have, you know thicker coarser hair, then you won't mind this. But beware if you have fine hair, this one's a little bit more of an all-in-one, because it's got so many different oils, including coconut oil, which my hair personally loves, really penetrates into the hair strand. I really like the smell of it as well, and overall, i like it as a silicone free option. Those three are all silicone free and my most used hair oil is the verb ghost oil as a serum, it's more of a styler. You can use it on wet or dry hair. It'S got some protein in it, it does have those silicones, it gives heat protection and it's super lightweight. It can be used on everyone's hair. It'S got moringa oil, it's a fabulous styling product. I'Ve been through so many empties of this, but it's more for styling, not so much of a treatment oil, so i wouldn't put it on my scalp, but it's still extremely versatile and it's a great hair oil that did change my life. I'M an oil girl and now that we are thoroughly oiled up i've gently detangled with my fingers to kind of pull out some of the loose hairs before going into the shower. I am now ready to talk about my next holy grail, okay, i've washed and i feel so much better. The second thing i cannot live without is a clarifying shampoo and i need a good clarifying shampoo and if you watch last week's curly hair back to basics boot, camp video, i just share that. I have been obsessed with the olaplex 4c clarifying shampoo, not sponsored hashtag. I wish hashtag i've just always been an olaplex girly. As someone who only washes my hair once maybe twice a week using a clarifying shampoo is a very important to the health of my hair and, most importantly, my scalp, and this one has been amazing for removing build-up from products, pollutants, minerals, chlorine, literally, all of the Things there was a time in my childhood life when i did not use shampoo, because i hated how it made my hair feel. But this really does not strip the hair and you can use it more regularly than other clarifying shampoos that i also really like, like the malibu, see undo goo, because this one's ph balanced to match the ph of our hair a little bit better. So we'll make your hair feel rough, truly amazing. It'S my current fave, but in general, a good clarifying shampoo, changed my life and will also change you if you've been struggling with volume. I'M looking at you, okay, release your inner beast, remove all that old poo and let's get into number three detangling a detangling brush that is now. I have used many detangling brushes in my lifetime. I'Ve loved, wet brushes, i've used and like the flexi brushes. But ultimately, i think i love tangle teasers wet detangler, the most, because it is the most versatile and if i were to be stranded on a deserted island with only one brush. This would be it. It just has these little fine, very flexible needles that i find gets into my tangles very easily without breaking you know, breaking my hair or my scalp as a child. When my parents used to take care of my hair, we didn't know to brush with conditioner until you know, trial and error. So i've experienced a lot of pain throughout my life, and this is definitely one of the most pain-free brushes and doing it in this wet and conditioned state is the best time to be detangling, i'm actually now just brushing through a product that did not make the List because i can live without it, but i don't want to live without it. It'S the k18 because it's not necessarily a need, but it's most definitely a want. I don't want to live without it or really ever do hair again without it. But i digress after my detangling brush: let's take a look at the list. Let'S see what could it be with my hair with my eyeballs? There'S no need for that to be as painful as it was. That was so rude, my beloved microfiber towels, and i'm specifically talking about these. I want you to think about whatever you know a microfiber towel to be. This is way more silky. This is like a nanofiber towel. It is the perfect haircare towel. This pattern specifically x means by mel new limited edition collection 2022, but i digress talking about this, not even the fact that i put my name on this. The reason why i did that is because this is the best microfiber towel i have ever touched, and it's the only one that touches my head. Not only is it extremely absorbent and great for quick drying, i use it. A myriad of ways, including just before going in with my k18 treatment, look how dry my hair is already. This piece is really she's drying rapidly, which is good because before applying my k18 treatment, my hair needs to be very thoroughly towel dried and within two minutes my hair was like 70 dry. So it's the absorbency for me and also the fact that it is so silky. These are the microfiber towels of my dreams, and the pattern is just so groovy 100 designed by me we're not we'll get more into it later, but we need to. I need to wet down my hair again now that way we can go into the next thing, so the next thing would be a hair cream. Now here i am aggressively generalizing when i say a hair cream, i'm referring to a leave-in conditioner, a styling cream, some sort of lotion, something moisturizing to leave into my hair. Specifically, i am saying my hair. My hair is very high porosity, as we can see it can dry very, very quickly. It will not hold on to moisture well, if i do not moisturize it with a cream to help lock. Everything in a cream is an emulsion of water and oil. It'S going to give me both hydration and sealing and shine, and if i'm going in with the styling cream, it's also going to help me to define. There are several years of my life where i only used creams in my hair and, of course, i've grown up since then, and i like to apply other stylers on top of that. But at the very least, a cream can both style me and help to even out my porosity and just make my hair really nice and moisturize and help define my curls. It'S a must. It'S a need for me, and this is one of my favorites. It'S the ag curl fresh definer, because it really is an all-in-one styling cream. It'S a curl enhancer. It has enhancing ingredients in here. It gives your hair hold definition, shine, long-lasting, it's a holy grail cream, and that goes for both of the curl creams from ag recoil and curl fresh. This one from ag specifically is silicone free, but additionally, ideally the cream that i'm applying will also give me heat and uv protectant, while also being you know, moisturizing and give me slip, and things like that so another one that i really like is the we dad Feather lights, styling cream from the advanced climate control line, it works really. Well, especially if you have color treated hair. It has one of my favorite silicones in here and my styling creams again, for my porosity are wonderfully balanced. Not only are they moisturizing, but they also contain some hydrolyzed vegetable proteins. This helps with strengthening and giving my hair balance, and just all of the nutrients that my damaged color treated high, porosity hair needs all in these things. So, needless to say, i cannot live without a curl cream. Now the other thing - and you may find this one silly - maybe slightly unnecessary to you. But for me i don't think i can live without my alligator clippies. That may be the stylist in me. I love alligator clips for sectioning, but if you look closely throughout this channel, we are wearing them all the time i wear them on my wrist, we clip our bangs away with them. These clips specifically, are just so freaking handy that i love it for me and i will consider it a need. Moving on. Another need for me is more of this she's almost an empty, and she hasn't even released, but generally a styler, something like a gel or a mousse or a phone. This is going to be essential for me. Why? Because, as i mentioned at the beginning of this video, i only wash my hair once maybe twice a week and a styling product like this, gives me the longevity. So i can go my whole week and my curls still look good now. What'S really nice about this, one which you guys will learn more of from me? Okay, it's that i can brush through my hair with it, which is going to help. Give me maximum definition from my styling that i do with a detangling brush that i said i cannot live without. Are you seeing how everything here is full circle and out in and out? There goes that clip specifically out of a foam styler. The thing that i really love the most is how lightweight and versatile it is. You can use it just scrunch or brush it through, like i just did, and you can just see how amazing these curls are already looking and now i'm ready for drying. I am most definitely not an air dry type of curly. We know this if we have been watching and so to speed up drying. I can once again pull out my microfiber towel. This one's mini made for scrunching. Some people refer to this as micro plopping. When i'm in a hurry to dry my hair, i most definitely do put my hair in a plop where my hair dries scrunched up in my microfiber towel, but for maximum efficiency volume and my very best hair days. It is the diffuser piece that i cannot live without as a curly who has spent most of my adolescent life. Looking like a wet dog, you don't know what it's like: the bowl diffuser attachment for the blow dryer saved and changed my life forever and if you are a non-believer, i am not only sad for you, but i do have hope for you, because it's all and How you use that's wrong, it's all on how you use it if your hair is coming out very frizzy when you're diffusing, i challenge you to hover diffuse. These are the methods that i have taught you or maybe not. If you missed that video, i have shared the method plenty of times on this channel, so you can watch me, explain it there in another video. There is no reason for you to hate number eight that was number eight of things that i cannot live without i'm gon na fully dry and come back for number nine, and here we are fully dry. This actually only took me 15 minutes and i did low heat, which i don't usually do, but i was already sweating. I touched on my makeup with again my alligator clips that i love these ones unfortunately have already been ruined during my last color correction as you can see, but somehow it's still fitting just before i finish things off with my step: nine and ten holy grails. I am gon na bring it back to our number one hair oil. This is the hair serum that i love the verb ghost oil. I take a pump and use this to seal and fluff, and i can gently separate the curls. This hair is doing the damn thing. It is moisturized, shiny, soft defined much of that from using mine, and i know i didn't talk too much about it in this video, but you'll hear me talk a lot more about this soon and yes, by the way it is vegan and cruelty free. It is also silicone free with no added fragrances, but you know the details will be below. Let'S move on to step number nine, i do love a good satin scrunchie i dropped half of these. I almost always wear a satin scrunchie as an accessory to match my outfit. This one is from slip. I could go with this one from aveda. I keep them on me so that i can pop them. In my hair anytime, i need for loose and damage free styling. This one is pineappling now honestly, there's a lot of vegan satin scrunchies, which would be polyester on amazon, but for silk scrunchies that i really like this one is by style fiend. It'S really nice like medium size, but for extra, large and also luxury scrunchies, curlfriend collective has got those look. How big? I can't tell you how many times having a satin scrunchie on me has saved me, but besides wearing these things that are satiny, i owe a lot of my hair success to this thing that i could not live without. I am a bonnet babe and truthfully, i think i've just suppressed the days where i wasn't wearing one of these things. This is one of my favorites. Specifically, it is double-sided, so i could switch up the color depending on you know what pajamas i'm wearing, but it also has this adjustable strap here. So i can adjust the tightness to my head. It is elastic this one specifically is extra large, which gives my curls my length my volume enough room to float around without being too squashed or too free. Where then, i'm prone to just being flattened. This bonnet specifically has been my best friend it's linked in my amazon, as well as many of the products that i have talked about. All of them will be linked in the description box below, but i do want to say that after doing a lot of reflecting and thinking when did i first start wearing my bonnet, it was after i watched the chris rock documentary good hair. If you have not seen it, you absolutely should my life has forever been changed for the better. Don'T believe me if, after watching this whole video, there are several things that you are missing. I don't want you to break the bank, but i do want you to do a little bit of evaluating, let's reassess the hair routine and see what we need. These are all the things that i need. I'M telling you like my bonnet when i'm traveling it stays with me. Carry on personal luggage like this. Is it's so important to me, as are you know what i have one more thing and i'm about to get really sappy, because if there is one more person place or thing that i need it, is you being subscribed to here on youtube? I'M saying it jokingly, but i'm meaning it sincerely, so my loyal subscribers that have been with me over the years. I truly cannot express how much i appreciate you, you watching. My videos has inspired me to continue. Learning teaching and growing together literally growing. The hair has been growing together and i'm not saying that i'm having a quarter life crisis, but with my 25th approaching i've just been doing a lot of reflecting, and i literally get emotional thinking about how far we've come. God damn it mel do not cry. I just want you to know that this community truly makes me the happiest, knowing that we can come together. Every texture, tuesday and share hair tips share our journeys and especially when i get to hear your success stories. That'S what keeps me motivated here so, whether you are old or new, my goal is always to be here and inspire you to share new insights and research and, of course, a good laugh denise. Thank you so much for tuning in to this video. This has been your main girl mel and i am out peace. I can't live without these 10 things like a snack when i'm filming, okay, let's get to it, this hair, it's been through it, it's been through it. It'S not usually this big, but i styled for big volume, and then i have just been picking it not in a good way. Okay, like we're, causing mechanical damage here, okay, i've done too much. I'Ve done too much, but we're not gon na talk about it. I have used many detangling brushes throughout my lifetime. I'Ve loved that sounded gnarly um, i loved it's. The chair that was the chair and it was, i swear, was the chair. How do i look? Do i look pretty excuse you just urinating all over the place. Does anyone else's shower? Do this? It'S like an aftershock, i don't know you're, not normal. It'S kind of making me have to pee hold on or a foam [ __ ], damn it and i'll. I cannot waste the goods like that. I am. I will not waste the goods like that. What did what was i saying to rhyme? Something will blow me blow me away. Well, meal inefficiency. I do opt to blow me blow me bloatry. This chair has already been cracked. I am i'm very scared to continue sitting here and on that note, i think i'm gon na close off this video okay before we get any more emotional

Ambar González: Oh Meeeeell!!!!! Thank YOU! Thanks for all the hard work you put into this videos! I've learned so much about my hair with your content! And I recommend your videos to every curly I know

Breezy J: Happy texture Tuesday everyone.Mell I love what you have done for all of us on this channel. I’ve been entertained and educated and I love it. I hope you and your sister are doing well.

Kristina Drewnowski: Thank you Mel for all you do for this community! You really are a star! You are the best, and one of the things I cannot live without because I've learned so mich from you! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ma'am

Jennifer Myers: Girl, watching your videos have changed my curls and hair! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!! And you are so entertaining also so it makes your videos even better! You're the BEST!

maya: wait, mel is 24?? i assumed she was older because she’s so knowledgeable. she has the expertise of someone who’s been in the game for decades. obviously she looks 24 and not a day older.

Deanna Ramirez: Curl Mama Mell, you got me tearing up in the end. You've changed my life and have helped me help my nieces and friends. Ask them, I can't shut up about you. I was even able to do my niece's hair for prom! Thank you for all you and your seester do for the curl community!

Helen L: I first bought the AG Curl Definer cream after watching one of your videos with your Seester, Amanda. I didn't like it at all. My hair was seriously dry and falling out. I finallt realized my damp styling technique wasnt working for my very fine and thinning hair. I started using the Tre Luxe line exclusively. My hair started to look and behave better. All their instructions say apply to wet hair. So I picked up my rarely used tube of AG Curl cream again and have discovered the joy of a one product styler! Typically I do also use Untie the Knot Leave in conditioner and then use the AG cream. It smells wonderful and does a great job of moisturizing, giving a soft curl hold, and less frizz. I will reorder this one when its gone for sure. Moral of the story...If at first you dont succeeed, try, try again.

Tanairi Mastarreno: I feel so proud 2 say that I have all of this , thanks 2 you! I cannot wait 2 be able 2 buy that towel! Thanks for being so educational ❤️❤️❤️ you ladies are awesome

KathieExplores: Watching now as I make my way through actually taking care of my hair. I never got into straightening cause I'm a lazy girl but I did always have my thick frizzy hair in a bun. My hair seems to be similar to your sister's! Anyway, thanks for the science and vids!! Any thoughts on trying the new JVN hairline? I'm curious about that one.

Ara: You’re videos are always the best! The end had my choked up, I’ve been subscribed to this channel since it was about your 4th video. The series that forever changed my hair was the cold hair collection. Thank you for never letting up & always teaching us new things. Forever a fan

Derrick Jennifer Watkins: Hi Mell, been here since before Amanda started her hair journey. My 6 year old daughter watches your videos with me for the curly content. My boys watch too because they enjoy your humor! You and Amanda make an amazing team and I'm so happy for all your successful ventures!

Rachelle P: You have literally changed my whole brain with your channel. I wear and love my curly hair all thanks to you! So to mushy Mell, I'm your ride or die. You have me subscribed for life .

Susan B: Who says you can’t teach an old gurl new tricks?? I am an (ex) hairstylist that always straightened my hair because I didn’t know what else to do with it. You (and Amanda) have taught this GenX’er how to LUH-HUVE her hair over the past year. I’ve even had 40+ year friends ask me if I got a perm!!!! Bless you both & I hope your 25th is a-rockin’ because you, my love, are a rockstar! ⭐️ PS- I know you’re not old enough to have personal experience, but any tips for gray hair or menopausal hair changes? It’s a slightly different world. Enjoy your youth & being chin hair free. Lolol

Daniela: Your hair looks so defined, hydrated and voluminous! Need to try these hair products and tips :)

Raleigh Bowker: After last week's video, I went out and bought the Olaplex 4c clarifying shampoo. I swim every chance I get and I admit I am not always careful protecting my hair... This shampoo got rid of ALL the chlorine build up yet my hair was not feeling like straw afterwards! FANTASTIC!!! However, my daughter just used it today after she went swimming.. and I think it's going back to college with her when she leaves... LOL.. Happy Birthday!!!

Frances Keller: Honestly, the wet brush is also incredible for my curls. I’ve used this brush for close to 8 years now and I love it so much❤️

Ruth Kuder: The one thing I can't live without for my hair is Manes by Mell videos! Been with you from the start and I have learned so much. Thank you Mell. Have a very Happy Birthday

Bori Michels: This was an awesome sum up! I am obsessed with these practical, funny and educational videos!! ❤️

Savannah: Mell your channel has changed my life for the better! My curls have never looked better and it's all thanks to your advice and expertise!

MsEyelinered: Girl congrats on the transition to your natural color, it looks SO right on you <3

Toni Maffeo: I just love you Mel you’ve helped me with my hair so much . I’m def getting the alligator clips and the micro towel . I just started using a gel and oils which I really love as I finish my hair ty for all you do

Molly Lighthart: I have all 10 because of Mel and my curls are THRIVING! Happy Early Birthday!!

Gail Johnson: Your hair is looking amazing! I always think it can never look better, but then it does!

Maria Knopp: You and Amanda are my favorite Curlfriends. Can't wait to watch the Seesters every week. Because of you two I'm am one of those curly haired success stories. I receive compliments all the time on my hair and I always tell them without Manes by Mell it wouldn't l look this good. I feel like the scientify part of what you do is what helps all curls no natter the type. Can't wait to see what else you have in store.

zoinomiko: 25!! You are such a sweet young thing and you've done so much already!! <3 I appreciate the hell out of your mass of videos. I've spent so long trying "curly hair" products so confused about how to use what and when and the directions always just say to buy more of THEIR product line. Even online advice is often focused on pushing a specific 'line' of products or ~cult~ methodology. Understanding the 'science' of it now makes me so much more confident about continuing my curly girl journey :D

Pamela Patel: Happy early birthday Mel! I love your videos so much and could listen to you talk all day about curly hair!! You are gorgeous….please keep making videos and best wishes on your special day!

Deanna: Happy Texture Tuesday!! I can't live without my malibu c undo goo shampoo my favorite clarifying shampoo hands down!! Much love and happiness!! Xoxo

Creatiff Curls: AWWW HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELL AND LOVE YOU FOR TEACHING ME LOTS! Can’t live without Mell’s funny and educational videos!

Cristina Amy: I have most of these products and tools and it's ALL THANKS TO YOU!!!! Thanks Mell <3

Annie Pfanny: Omigosh! I am SO delighted by this video and your recommended products! I lost probably 1/3 of my hair during the pandemic - I was born anxious and it definitely affected me. I started taking Viviscal several months ago and it has really helped me. I have loose curls (not super curly like yours, but more wavy) but I love it. I’m not ready to give up wearing it this way - so I’m really interested in most of the products you mention. I live in the desert in CA, so NO humidity, but we travel a lot, so I have to be ready for every type of weather. I cannot express how thankful I am for your suggestions, Mel! Thank you SO much!

Yara Alameddine: Honestly mel you've helped so many ppl with their hair we appreciate u so much. I wouldve never imagined my hair would be the way it is now but bc of ur tips and vids, I have the hair ive dreamed of! Thanks for all of it and happy bdayyy!!

Kiana Farokh: Hi Mell! Love your channel and ecstatic that it’s growing because y’all deserve it! I wanted to ask your thoughts…because no matter what oil I use or how much I use(for example tried the curl smith one), my hair always goes stringy I can use hair oils for scalp massages but otherwise SOTC with oils or ‘praying hands’ with oils just messes up my wash day. Any suggestions on what to do or is it possible that my hair just doesn’t like oils? I do live in a very humid environment and I have 3a-3b, fine curls

Catherine: Thanks Mel for all the info over the years and happy birthday. Thanks also to Amanda for the editing and perfect release time as I lie in bed at 6am in Australia watching the video .

Sarah MacMillan: Sitting in a hospital getting an iron transfusion. Watching my favorite curly content. The very beginning made the nurses jump! I couldn't help but laugh. They thought someone was in distress.

Katie: So excited for the Verb foam-gel!!! I’ve never brushed through my styling gel or mousse products before, I’m going to try that out on my next wash day ☺️❤️

Carla Olund: Happy Birthday Mell! Hope you have a fabulous day! Celebrate! I have enjoyed your videos, your humor is priceless and I am learning so much from you. I always thought my hair was just wavy but......after watching your videos, have discovered that I've probably been curly all along. (My mom used to put my hair in banana curls when I was a kid, without curlers & it stayed). I'm on steroids now and it has dried and frizzed my hair out something awful. Most mornings I feel like a cross between Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka and Phyllis Diller. Sorry, you may be too young to remember her. I have very little grey hair but my hair is sproing-y all over. I used to wear a nylon on my head to bed to combat them! Lol! I have learned that my hair needed to be moisturized not just conditioned and adding oil calms the frizzies down so, my hair is definitely much healthier than when I first started 2 or so months ago, thanks to you. I am still struggling but I’m not willing to give up yet. I just need to spend more time on the training part. Thank you for your help in educating how to manage and care for curly hair and all the encouragement in my curly hair journey. Keep your wonderful personality shining through!

a hall: Hi! I’ve been binge watching your videos. Anyway, I have fine curly hair and I have damage from various sources. So, I have been babying it for 10 months. In the meantime, I’ve been using bebonia hair extensions since I REALLY don’t like shorter hair on me. They’re amazing. But, I wondered if you’d ever consider doing a video about curly hair extension options and ways to blend them, etc? No pressure but it would be FUN to get your thoughts on it. So many of us experience hair loss or damage. Thank you for being amazing.

DamaSongs: Super Happy Birthday to you Mell blessings to you girl your videos always are super helpful and informative, thanks for keeping it real!

Kaity Miller: I totally agree about the alligator clips!I love em too! Also, I'm an affiliate with Verb too, and they are sending me their new Foaming Gel!! I'm soooooo excited to try it!! It would be really fun to do a collaboration with you on the product! Would you be interested in that? ➿️

Anna Breslaw: Please make a video on how to get different clump sizes when styling!! Max clumpage was my goal for a long time until I realized smaller curls would make my low density hair look a lot fuller, now I am trying to get smaller clumps (like yours!) but well hydrated, bouncy and shiny instead of scraggly. Help!!

lunique 622: Your curls look fabulous! <3

A S: #ManesByMell Love this must have list! I just recently got a tangle teezer travel size brush. Can you please please please do a full styling routine with it??!

Game Traveler: Hi Mel and everyone! Last week, out of nowhere, I decided to get my curly hair back. For 4 years, I had keratin trearment to straight it, my hair was long (waist) and no curls to be found. But I cut like 5 cms and added layers. Now, the hair is a desaster, but I am sooo excited about it. I want healthy hair. Some advise on how to take care of it for the next 2 years while I go through the transition? Thanks!

Flor L. Delgado: Your so pretty, Mell. Even at the start of this video, your hair was BIG AND FRIZZY..... AND YOU LOOKED FABULOUS ANYWAY!!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING ❣️

Shari Perlman: Another great video❣️Your dark hair is beautiful❣️ I loved your blonde hair too. It’s fun to see you changing it up.

Kelly Carmichael: i just found you because after 40+ years of not thinking my hair had any sort of wave/curl, a few months ago I realized I do. Needless to say your videos have been extremely helpful. Thank you so much. And it's very cool that you are a fellow Canadian. I live about 4 hrs away from Toronto. Thank you again!!!

Lindsey Prozanski: Been here three years! Thank you for helping me on my curly journey

Janel Vazquez: Love this as a one stop shop for some essentials! Hair looking fabulous as always Mell :) for your bonnet do you buy the large or extra large size I have about the same length hair as you and have tried lots of different bonnet sizes but they never seem to be the right one

Morgan Dugan: I went to Cali last week for my honeymoon, and I always carry my bonnet with me too - it was in my carry on bag. Well we rented a convertible and the zipper on my bag in the backseat came undone and my wife goes, "Ummm I think we just lost your bonnet...". Sure enough it flew out of the car and god knows where it went. I was so sad cause it was my favorite! But good thing I brought a back up hahaha

Madelyn Valle: Thank you Mel, really encouraged me to keep going. Happy early 25th!!,

Kamilah: hey mell!! I’ve been dealing with dandruff for a while now and I don’t know what to do! some people recommend head and shoulders shampoo but my friends who have used it said that it made their hair super dry and messed with their curl pattern?? what do i do and what helps it? what are some key ingredients to look for in any products?

Melina Sica: Loveeeee you so much and your video’s are so funny and educating at the same time❤️❤️ now hoping that verb will sell in Belgium asap and Happy early bdayyy

Nevada Bigbey: I wish so much that I was close enough for you to help me with my hair. It has so many different curl patterns and grey in it I just can’t find the right way to style it! Thank you so much for sharing your tips and favorites I will keep trying them and maybe find something that works for my hair

Rosalba Barragan: Broke down and highlighted my hair after caring for it for years. My curls are on strike. The last 3 inches of my hair don’t curl at all. I take it that I may need a more intense haircut than what I received with my color. What products do you suggest to revive the dryness that is now my hair.

Lyana Gonzalez: I already know that’s going to be the best curl foam on the market because is designed by the curl queen herself
