Hey guys today is all about how to clipper cut a dope Mohawk cut on your toddler at home. Yes, in the comfort of your own home, just like at the barbershop. My first step is to drape him and to make sure all that cut hair doesn't end up on his clothes. All right, I'm going to be using my antiserum mix. So let's cut Clippers and the first guard I'm going to use is 1/4 inch. Now, to be perfectly honest for this section, you can use just the Clippers, you can cut it. You can do whatever you want, I'm literally just going in and I'm just dusting off the sides in the area that I'm going to cut the lowest and I'm going to be using the 1/4 guard. So I just started with the 1/4 guard, but you can cut down the sides with anything now that I got the side somewhat cut down, I'm going in and I'm allowing the guards to do exactly what they do. They cut at a 30 inch away from the head. All of the guards on these Clippers have shaped to them. So basically you just follow the shape of the head and the guard will do everything else. So you'll see that I'm now really getting in there and getting those details making sure everything is cut evenly right now, you'll see I'm not really using the guard, I'm still just kind of cutting his hair down, because I know it's going to end up being a Lot shorter, but this allows me to see where it's going to be disconnected so I'm taking my Denman brush and I'm just kind of brushing his hair out to see. Okay, I can go a little higher and a lot lower once everything is kind of helping me visually, I will go back in with the same 1/4 inch guard and I will start to go around the curve of his head and I'll. Take it a little bit shorter all the way around, with his hair completely cut on both sides, I'm now picking it out, so I can see how short I really want to take it. So I'm going to go to the 1 inch guard. This is probably one of the largest guards you can get with a kit, and I think that it would be a good place for us to start growing it back out and to help me just give them a really even cut. So I'm going to take that 1 inch guard and I'm going to place it on his head to allow the guard to follow the shape of his head and I'm just going to comb it through his hair. It'S not going to go too short, and it's going to take off all of that unevenness and just make it super easy for you to get a very, even and professional-looking cut, I'm going to continue with the same technique. On the other side. Some tips here that are very helpful. It'S always important for us as a parent to work with our kids at home before we take them to a barber shop. This is my second time ever using clippers on Harrison, and I promise you each time it gets easier. It also helps so when you go to the barber shop, you just won't have as many issues, so you saw me bring the 1 inch clipper up the Mohawk and down the Mohawk, I'm taking it in both directions in all directions. Now I'm going to switch over to my 3/4 inch guard. Of course, we all know the saying you could skin a cat several ways. Ideally you probably would have wanted to start with the sides at 1/4. They then go up to the 3/4 and then close out with the 1 inch. I did mine a little bit different because I didn't know how long I wanted to keep his hair at the top, so this was kind of a decision made in afterthought. So, as you can see, I'm taking the 3/4 inch guard and I'm only using it on the sides of the top or middle part of his head. This is going to connect that 1/4 side in is going to still allow it to go into the 1 inch length on the top the most natural and flawless way. Now, I'm going to come back with my 1/8 inch guard. This guard is the lowest guard. Besides, just using the Clippers there, I'm going to take that and I'm going to clean up, so I can really give him that tapered effect without going too low and affecting his soft baby here. Yes, I am NOT going to line my son's head up. He is still 3 years old, he's still a baby, we're going to let his hair grow out and get to get a little bit stronger. So I'm just going to go in with the guard and I'm going to give it that paper stated effect on the sides and, as you can see, we use guards it cleans it up nicely. Even after that, we threw them in the tub clean them up and those are the products we use to give him. This look turned out pretty good right. She doesn't need a lining. Has a nice save you hear what the oxide say. I, like my baby here with baby hair. Yes, that's what we're going for. You want to say anything about your hair cooper's. You use a comb, oh use, some water, you use products, and this is how your hair looks like boo, oh and then what do you put on it? What products did you put on it? What'S in your hand, what is that can YouTube? It is why it is a product is, if I can yes do you like it yeah, it does go in your bathroom. Is it made special for you? Hopefully you enjoyed this video. Make sure you comment below. This is something you can see yourself doing with your son's hair. Also make sure you guys are subscribed and check me out over on the Maria Antoinette, calm and I'll see you in the next video bye.
