Hey YouTube: what's up okay, I wanted to do a product review really quick. This is a direct upload to YouTube from my iPhone. Yes, so I'm going to be really quick because the uploads don't do pretty good, but I'm doing a product review for the as I am products. I was challenged by a chick that I met at work one night and she told me to give these a try, because I am already. I already have my product regimen down for my hair, and so she challenged me to try these products. So I bought the cleansing pudding from as I am. I bought the oh wait a minute. Let me get them alright, mmm I bought the Coco coconut wash and I see it as backwards. So I hope y'all can see that right and then those are the cleansing products and then for a leave-in conditioner. I left the leave in conditioner over there, but I also got the leave-in conditioner as well, and then I have twist defining cream and I have double buttercream and I also got the hydration elation intensive, conditioner. Okay. So, first of all, let me talk about price um. The price is expensive oblem. I would say that um, these are high-end products. Um, like I want to say, the big jars, the coconut wash and the other one were about 20 bucks apiece. The least expensive thing I think I got was the twist defining was a twist defining cream and the leave-in conditioner. I will say that the let's talk about the cleansers first, I can stay on track, so money wise. It'S going to be high in like Miss Jessie stuff, like that's going to cost you $ 20, 20 plus dollars. If you want to get the whole line, you're talking about $ 100 for the entire line, just so, you know, if you're into that thing, if you don't like using sulfate, cleansers and stuff like that, if you like using conditioning cleansers, then this may be something you Want to check into now about the intensive conditioner, I'm not really sure if it gave me an intense like conditioned feeling, because I did not use it the way the directions said you're supposed to leave it on your hair for 15 minutes. I did not do that. I actually looked it on for about 5 minutes to get out, so I can't really speak on that on the double buttercream um. Double buttercream does keep your hair moisturized the twist defining cream. Okay, this stuff right here, the twist defining cream, will give you an amazing. Amazingly defined twist out hands-down best one of the best twisting definition products that I have ever tried. I will say high five top ten on that one, definitely for sure um the cleansing products they got. My hair clean, my scalp was not irritated um and the leave-in conditioner was fine to me. I felt like it did not give me that slip that detangle that I what I want. Maybe it was me I don't know, but I had heard some people say. Oh, the detangling, it's great to get a lot of slip, knot for me. It doesn't and the products do not work well with other products at all. I did the conditioning cleanser the pudding, I think, and then I did the leave-in conditioner and then I used curl junkie, cocoa, coffee, I think cream. What did I use? I use the coffee, cocoa cream, curl cream with curl junkie. It did not do well at all the cocoa curl junky stuff. Just sat on my hair did not go in at all. It was a mess I did not like it at all. I had to end up having to wash my hair, so the products do not play well with others, but I don't think they're intended to. I think they're intended to work with the entire line. So if you guys are interested in trying as I am products, they are expense. Will I be repurchasing, probably not if I repurchase anything, it would be the double butter cream and I would definitely repurchase the twist defining cream because it's amazing other than that. As far as cleansing products, you can find less expensive cleansing products that don't have any sulfates in them and stuff like that as well. So anyway, that's my two cents. I hope you guys enjoy the tutorial. If you have any questions, I will try my best to answer them. Just leave them in the box below. I hope you guys are having a great day bye.

C Key: I love the coconut cowash, twist defining cream , double butter cream

taylorbear86: I've been using the AS I AM for about two months now and I LOVE it! especially the twist defining cream...i agree about the cowash leaving something to be desired in the detangling area but I am definitely gonna be a repeat cust.

teaster08: Very helpful, thanks for sharing. I've been waiting to try a few products from this line. I picked up the Double Butter Cream for $7.99@Walgreens, it was on clearance. I might go back for the twist defining cream, it was $6.49. I'm a Shea-Moisture fan, but wanted to switch it up a bit. Your hair is gorgeous by the way.

Tee_LaShawn: The only product from them I've used is the twist defining cream and I absolutely LOVE it!...a local store had it on clearance for about 3 or 4 bucks and I bought about 5 of them! It gives my hair the BUSINESS! :-)

DEMETRICE LOTT: Hold ON!! You paid $20 for the Coconut Cowash?? I pay $7.99 for that. I'm surprised the price is so much higher. The As I Am Products here in Michigan are between 7.99 & 11.99 that's it!! I absolutely love the Coconut Cowash; it has MAJOR slip!! Thanks for sharing; I'll be purchasing the cleansing pudding this week. Love that line!!

Tanya Hicks: Thank you. I purchased it and I love it. I used it on damp hair. I really, really like this product. It has given me the best twist-out since I've gone natural almost 2 years ago. Thanks so much!

LaToria Okello: I just recently tried the curl defining cream for this line. I absolutely luv it and it has a nice smell to it. I bought it at walgreens for 5.99. Sally is ridiculously high. Thxs for the product review, it was very helpful.

prec18: I ran out and bought the Coconut Co Wash after hearing so much about it. I thought the price was reasonable ($7.99 at Sally's) so that also convinced me to try it. I didnt know they have that Cleansing Pudding. Looked on the website and I guess the difference is that the Cleansing Pudding acts as more of a clarifying cleanser. I wasnt really impressed with the Coconut Co Wash so I wont be re purchasing but you got me wanting to try the Twist Defining Cream now. LOL

Raquel Rene': Thanks Ladybug for the review. First of all, I am a Sally's member and they have all of their natural products on sale buy 2 and get 1 free for all of July 2014!!!!  So YOU have helped me make an important decison. My honest opnion is that NONE of the high-end priced products "play well" with other products LOL Soooo each month I week I will buy something from Sally's. Before I do another BIG CHOP / razor my head!

BellaCocoCurls: I haven't tried the cleansing pudding, but the Coconut Co-wash? Amazing!!!!! The Leave in Conditioner? Amazing!!!! Curling Jelly? Amazing!!!! And just used the Twist defining cream with a WnG......Amazing!!!! (can you tell I like it? LOL)

Keisha Rodgers: LOVED IT! I'm relaxed and it gave my hair awesome slip.

niquebud: Whaaaat! $20 a piece! Sally's robbed you, I got everything for $10 and under at target, I wonder if they changed their price point?

MUA_Larisa: no worries!!! :) I hope it works for you!! try to see if you can get it on sale though!!!

Azha Irving (ZeroSurrender): Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. No, I absolutely love short hair, which may be a part of the problem. I was never a weave/wig wearer, but, I'm learning now to actually get through the growth phases when I feel like I can't do anything really satisfying with my hair.

Eli Taylor: I have the pudding wash and got it at Walgreens for 12.00 I Love it

danacharice: The Twist Def Cream & Dbl Butter cream are my faves!!!

MUA_Larisa: They are ok....they just felt heavy on my hair....like I had some build up....the double butter cream provided moisture. The products really are meant to be used together!

Nope: Wow you are beautiful, the other commenters are right you look like the first lady! I love As I Am's Coconut cowash as well. I also just did a review on their CocoShea whip on my transitioning hair.

MUA_Larisa: thank you!! and thank you for the support!! I really appreciate it!

bdmoody62: Love your vid.... I uses some of As I Am products....except the double butter cream, hydration condition and co-wash condition....I need to know how they work.

MoDiva225: This really helped, thanks for the review!

pinkcashmere1908: Cleansing products range from $7-$15

NaturalMonty: Saw a sister's hair at church who uses the full line and her hair looked moist and pretty.  I don't want to spend loads of money, but may try a couple of the products.  This review was very helpful, thank you.

fullofkinks: Hair and make up is BANGING girlfriend. I LOVE the double buttercream but HATE the price. Its my staple butter though. I need to find a secondary. Thanks for your info

DNaturalArtist: You and your hair are beautiful. Thanks for review. Very helpful.

SpicyNegress: Yes, those products are expensive. I loved the coconut cowash, which is the cheapest product in their line. I don't think I will repurchase though, found something that works better.

Azha Irving (ZeroSurrender): About to big chop for the 5th time, UGGGH! I did wonder about this product line thanks for the review.

C Key: I sure wish I could take it off of your hands lol.. I follow up wish my tresseme conditioner to detangle and then i'm done :)

MUA_Larisa: it was wet/damp....did use it on dry hair...I gave it away and the person who got it, LOVES it....I think she used it on wet/damp hair also and had a very defined twist out....it was fabulous....but on dry hair, it would probably be fabulous as well!!

MUA_Larisa: aahhhhh lol.....glad you like it girl!!!

keidaboo27: i thought the same thing, had to do a double take. Beautiful

MUA_Larisa: I only used the cleansing pudding and the hydration elation once.....you can have them if you want!!

Shameka Maddox: I bought the co wash from Walgreens for $6.79

ShirneiseV: Going to get my daughter on these.

MUA_Larisa: when I went to Sally's they had the same deal, but they did NOT have the twisting cream! which was a bummer!

MUA_Larisa: thank you....you guys are too kind!

Tanya Hicks: Did you use the Twist Defining cream on wet or dry hair?

MUA_Larisa: thanks girl!!

MUA_Larisa: thanks girl!!

MSIEE: I thought I was the only one who noticed...this product line does not play well with others. Thanks for the review!

Danicka Green: I bought the co wash from Walmart for $8

Monica Anderson: You look amazing!

Na'Asia Pringle: I just did the big chop on September the 6 and I've been using the shea butter mango products but I want to change to As I Am.I just want to know which products to use step by step after I wash my hair with the As I Am Shampoo because my hair is short right now I just want it to be shinny and curly
