What'S up guys anything that I love to use on my hair, I will usually use on my daughter's hair and the rivera is no exception. I'Ve never actually shown you guys. My daughter's hair blown off I've done it one other time, but I've never recorded it. So so this is a great opportunity to show you guys. I learned the best technique to get the most out of the blow-dryer like get your hair. Looking the best, I want to show you that technique, and also you guys, are used to seeing my daughter's hair. Like this or like this, which is usually about three days later, because she's so rough, so it's very rare that you get to see Olivia's hair out, and so I wanted to take the opportunity. So in today's date I want to show you how I blew her hair out and the following video, which should be out right now. You can see how I styled her hair after blowing it out, so I hope you guys enjoy the video. I hope you love this new Rivera technique. I'M gon na have other options for blow dryers and listed in the description box. I know it's an expensive Lowe dryer, but for those who are interested in like how to kind of get the most out of the blow dryer, I hope this video helps and yeah I'll see you guys in the next one. Alright, so I've already blown out the majority of her hair and I saved this last section just so. I can show you what I did so. I definitely need to update Olivia's wash day routine, because I now wash her hair and braids. It'S such a simple process, but more on that later, so her hair is freshly washed, I'm spraying her scalp and roots with aloe vera juice in water and then spraying the rest of her hair. That'S within the braids with aloe juice and water too. This helps to heal, soothe and repair her hair and scalp so that her hair can grow in nice and healthy and strong. Now I'm taking out the braids and grabbing a leave-in conditioner, I'm using the as I am grow, yogurt because it's nice and lightweight and I massage that into her hair from Institute's, I'm applying my favorite heat protectant, the Aveda brilliant damage control. I spray the ends generously and then I spray the rest onto my hands to work it through the roots and the mid length of her hair. I just do it this way so that I don't get the hair. That'S already been blown out wet all right. It'S time to blow-dry grabbing a small section of hair and clipping the rest out of the way i detangle first with my wide tooth comb, followed by my Felicia Leatherwood detangling brush, and seeing that I am now obsessed with my Rivera blow-dryer, I'm obviously gon na use That now I found the best way to do this so using small sections at a time and for Olivia I put the suction on level five on lo. He I go halfway up the section to target the ends. First, for about 50 seconds, then I increase the heat to high for about 40 seconds. Then I click it back to low heat and move the device all the way up to the roots. Leave it here for about 50 seconds and then increase it to high heat, leaving it there for about 50 seconds. When I release the section, it looks pretty good and it's pretty much completely dry, but I discovered that brushing the section out once more, with the brush made for blow-drying helps to get the hair even straighter and shinier so brush it out with a blow-dried brush. I'M just using the Denman one and put it back into the machine on high for about 30 seconds and when you release it alert, it's perfect man. I love this machine, it's so easy. Like legit, I was almost bored doing her hair because I had so little to do all right. So let's grab another section and repeat detangle with a wide tooth comb followed by my Felucia Leatherwood detangling brush. You can also use a Denman if you have it, but definitely use a detangling brush. It'S gon na help get your hair straighter. Now we blow-dry starting on low heat, go halfway up the section and hold for 50 seconds, then increase the heat to high and hold it for 40 seconds now back down to low heat and bring the device up to the roots and hold for 50 seconds increase. The heat to high and hold for another 50 seconds release the section, and it's almost perfect - you can stop here, but I'm gon na brush it out with a blow drying brush and place it back into the machine on high heat for about 30 seconds. When you release the hair - oh my goodness, it's shiny, moisturize and perfectly straight - I am so impressed alright, so I just repeat the same process for the rest of her hair. Now I know this machine is expensive, so I'm gon na also lists other blow dryers that I love in the description box that are more affordable. I'Ve used so many different types and there's so many great options. I just specifically love this machine because it leaves the hair extremely moisturized and it's low manipulation. So it's really perfect in maintaining the health of your hair and curly hair specifically, but of course there are so many other options too so check the description if you're interested. Oh and if you notice very little complaining from Olivia hallelujah, so if you have kids, this is an easy solution for a quick, painless blowout. The only drawback is how little loud the machine is because I like to have her watching cartoons. While I do her hair. Just for distraction - and I end up having to turn the tv up super high just so she can hear it, but okay sacrifices. I guess alright, so we're in the homestretch. Here'S my little tornado and we're done yay. Isn'T it lovely and that's it the easiest blowout ever right now, she's looking at herself in the camera's viewfinder, so next, I'm gon na show you how I styled this for our family gathering last weekend so stay tuned for that video. Next, I'm posting these. At the same time, so you can actually go and click and watch that video now I will link it again in the description box and in the information this is her. Are we done yet face? Yes, Olivia? Yes, we're done we're done. Okay, alright guys. I hope this was helpful and I'll see you in the next one. The worry about the shoe. Let me Wallace up to stay with me for, if trick it shall be a good time.

Chantel Sinaise: Olivia is so oblivious to the fact that her hair is BOMB! She's blessed to have a mom that will teach her how to take care of it. Many of us didn't have that. She's a cutie :-)

Tammicia Rochelle: Omg! I didn’t realize Oya’s hair was this long. She’s so beautiful.

Lauriaa: I just can't get over the growth your hair has been through you honestly inspire me to keep growing put my hair!

Latebloomer39: She's grown soo much. Beautiful hair.

Shelby Silverstein: Omg, Oya’s hair is so healthy & beautiful

TaShar16: Wellll, if you're bored because there is not enough hair to do, come do mine too.

Rihanna Fields: I bought it on black Friday for $299 (with added freebies) because of you and it is amazing! best $300 I ever spent. Thanks for the review.

ashante47: Your daughter has really grown. I don’t know you personally but I started following you before you had Olivia and I mean wow how time flies and she’s so beautiful. I’ve always loved your videos. Just spreading love and positivity.

lealea j: She's so cute! And so lucky to have a mom that knows how to take care and have the patience to do all that hair!!!

MyMamasChild2: The RevAir is an absolutely BRILLIANT concept. I ordered mine and used it a few times and I gotta say I like the Revlon Brush way better. Money is not an issue for me so this has nothing to do with price. My hair feels lightweight and softer when using the Revlon. I'll be returning my RevAir this week. Olivia' s hair looks great tho!

LaSha: Hello, I really enjoy your videos and I’ve learned a lot of helpful tips on how to maintain and grow my natural hair. I also respect your opinion, so after watching both of your videos on Revair (your first experience and then the one where you did your daughter’s hair), I went to their website to purchase one for myself. I was horrified to see their discription of 4C/“black hair as REBELIOUS!!! There’s nothing good about the use of the word rebellious as it pertains to our hair. We have to push back so I left them a message about how disturbing it is to have hair reffered to that way. That kind of thinking is what’s behind little black girls being sent home from school for wearing natural styles vs. perms/relaxers to please others. Our natural coils/curls were given to us by God and there’s NOTHING REBELLIOUS about them. We have to stand up for ourselves and our children, please.

Jasyoucan: I absolutely love my revair. I've used it for blow outs, drying my twist outs quickly, and for drying and stretching my wash n go's (it makes my super tight 4a coils look like micro braids) I paid $369 (search online for codes) and I feel it's worth every single penny. I might make a video showing all the ways I use it if I can work up the nerves lol #shyaf

Night Angel: I want one, but my credit card bills are looking at me sideways for even thinking about it.

scella: Getting my Revair this Black Friday and will definitely use this technique! Thanks Whitney!

Yaya DIY Creations: Her hair is goals!!!! You are doing an amazing job protecting and keeping her hair healthy!

Dawson Lambert: This is what I love about you, Whitney! You always give products a second chance! ❤️

Ariyachan: Olivia’s hair is just gorgeous! Whitney, u remind me of my mom, she took great care of my hair when I was Olivia’s age and now that I’m an adult I’m so thankful that she did. My hair is healthy and long and I thank her for never letting me getting a relaxer

Jennifer Edwards: Wow!! I needed this like 5 years ago for my baby’s hair!!

kerducky: This would be the perfect gift for my sister who is struggling with going fully natural because she is extremely tender headed. Beautiful results Olivia!! That is one cool gadget (I wish the price was cool) but I love how you can get it right ON the roots, WOW!

Anna Bellas XO: Omg Olivia is such a big girl now! I remember the vlogs where she was eating homemade baby food lol. So precious

ahesha white: been using your aloe vera pre poo method and my scalp is LOVING it ❤️. I have always struggled with dry scalp and red spots on my scalp. Now my scalp is healthy and my curls look a lot better afterwards

Jaronda Williams: Oh my gosh, Oya’s hair is growing like crazy now!!! She looks just as beautiful as always. The real question is, how long did this blow out last? Olivia does not know how to sit down haha

Marren: It's Oya! Her hair looks so well taken of with her rapunzel tresses!

TwinGodesses: All that hair!

Noir Mariposa: I washed my daughters hair in braids / sections as well . It made our bi weekly washing system fast and efficient

Vonshall: Lol you're making me laugh out loud how you made so many steps with this process. I'm looking forward to seeing you use the revair on your hair again. Hoping you'll show how you style after you revair your hair. So grateful for your review of this. It has motivated me to style my hair. I'm loving what my revair does for me (saves me time and makes styling easier) and my hair ( soft and shiny) .. I have a better relationship with my hair.

n: t AA n - y uh: I saw this machine and I’m terrified my hair might just decide to not come back out the suction.

Pa Triciannie: I thank you a million times for doing this video ...it answered my prayers about how to do my daughter's hair. I also love the shower wash routine III feel you on no more ouches.

myrevair: She is gorgeous! So happy to provide a healthy option to straighten hair that is kid approved as well! ❤️

Maya A: Oya’s hair is freaking beautiful!!!! Great job Whitney!!! You are an inspiration for me if I ever have children.

Catina Cochran: I'd never seen a blow dryer like this-wow!!! Thanks for sharing, this is amazing!!!! Olivia is growing right before our eyes to a beautiful Bella Dona!!!!

Ms Temptation: Wow, Olivia. You adorable little sweetie pie. I love how she didn't have a problem with her mom blow drying her very long and thick hair. Good job, Mom.

x0Mickey0x: So adorable. Great job taking care of her hair Whitney ! Your hard work is paying off

Kimecho: Finally 1 effin' MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!!!! Yaaaassss girl!!! Super proud of you!1 Milli & counting. Olivia's hair is beautiful btw. Lots of love from JAMAICA ❤❤❤❤

Italia iPerspective: Livy's hair is gorgeous!! I love you and your family...idk when the little ones became not so little #iwasnotready

Simply ShelbyMarie: When I do my nieces hair I have her put in air pods or regular ear buds and I have her watch my computer or iPad so that way she can watch and hear whatever she wants without fussing about not being able to hear or see. Hope it helps

Barbara Henderickson: I loved this short to the point video for revair. Other videos didn’t explain any moisturizing tips. No variety in the heat levels. You suctioned until you got the hair straight and that’s what we need to see. Why look at a 22 minute video that doesn’t get the job done. You made your money work and got the best use and deal from your investment by working with this machine. Love your technique.

NikNap: Look at Livy Lou shining!! Great job on Olivia’s hair Mom!

mcelweewife: I'm getting this for my daughter!! Thank you for the demo! Is that a lovesac SACTIONAL?! If so how do you like it? How long have you had it? I wanted this exact style and color for my family♥️

Terri Jones: Oya hair is so long and healthy!! Great job mom!! You the real MVP

Sereeta Miles: I really appreciate that you listed cheaper alternatives to the Revair. Sooooooo helpful! Also, Olivia is the cutest.

Tuhleenah: Hey Whitney! Can I ask your aloe to water ratio? I love how shiny and healthy her hair looks with the techniques❣️

gem4eva: Omg Whit!! I know this probably doesn't need to be said but great job on the health and length of her hair. You guys are amazing. Can't believe so much time has gone by since she was born. Time flys lol

RosieUK: Wow Olivia is growing so fast ‍♂️ Beautiful little girl with lovely hair. Well done mama Whitney

SharonDJohnson515: So adorable! And beautiful healthy hair! ❤️

Brownie8986: Your curls!!! Your bounce!!! And of course your mija is soooo beautiful!! Got those gorgeous tresses from her mama no doubt!! When she grows up she's gonna realize how lucky she is to have a momma so bomb at not just loving her from head to toe but documenting how she should always love her own mane and no matter how she evolves in style, her momma gave her the rundown on the fundamentals of her *natural beauty* !! Your rock, Whitney! ❤❤

Mz Faithfull: Awesome. I'll be saving up for this dryer. I do not mind investing in the health of my hair. The less manipulation on my hair the better. Thank you for the reviews.

Keep The Faith with Tori : Her hair is Gorgeous like Mommy.... She's soooooo too adorable!

AK A: Love this dryer! Curious Do you still modify your Denman brushes and is there one that your prefer over others?

Sw33tnSour88 Ezell: I love seeing Olivia! She's so freaking adorable

Shanell Pearl: $400 is well well well worth it! I'm definitely going to start saving up for this dryer. My daughter has the exact texture as your daughter. So I know this will be perfect for us.

jkcallen-Jeliyah: Beautiful!! Seems very easy to use.

Kieonna S: Yasss! I wish I could afford this hair dryer

Nai amall: Awwww Livy Lou is such a good sport her hair is gorgeous just like Momma!

ymb6987: Oh.My.Woooord! I was impressed with your blowout but I am blown away (no pun intended) on the results with Olivia's hair! Annnnd now, I'm going to watch the style video!!

Alba: Question, after using both the Reverse and the Revlon blow driers. Which do you prefer! I saw both the videos you made for them and I think the Reverse left your ends less frizzy, but was hoping to see which you liked better over all. Ty

Dee: Omg both of ya'll have such gorgeous hair! Your daughter is too stinking cute❤❤ I just got an email the other day that it's on sale for $299. Still too pricey for me right now, but maybe I can catch it the next time they have a sale.

NicoleB Jones: Oh my goodness she looks so cute I miss my mom doing my hair. When I was her age I put up such a fit about her doing it that she eventually just stop wanting to do it and now it's so hard I mean I'm 22 but still come on momma just braid it for me

Bella Linda: I bought the Revair on Black Friday on sale. I received it & so excited to use it. Glad for this video for some tips.

Kustomphitted: Her hair is beautiful...my hair has never been this long. Love it.

Melissa Melissa: Awww, Beautiful daughter! Her hair looks Great! Pretty cool dryer. Especially for the girls with a lot of hair.

asukachan07: Wow Olivia's hair is gorgeous! That air dryer looks so convenient, competition better bring the price down! Thank you for sharing!

Tiffany Monique: Such beautiful and healthy hair!!

Serra Kamanga: Wow. Her hair is long. Haven't straightened/stretched out my daughters hair to really see the length. Think she wouldn't go back if I did. You both have amazing hair

Karen Reeves: I sure wish they had this when my girls were younger. It was hell doing their hair because both of them had long thick hair. Your daughter is so cute.

Uptight Curls by Amanda: Any chance this is (maybe?) safe(ish?) for transitioning hair? I’ve been transitioning for 6 months now, no heat for I think 4. I had planned to just go on a NO HEAT program for about a year until I big chop. But if heat protectant and this machine could allow me to safely do this every 2-3 months that would be huge. Thoughts? Of course safety first

Jilly Bean: Can't wait to see her hair washed in braids. It will likely help a lot of us.

Keliesha Huggins: fhank you so much for making this video. i will definitely try this method once i purchase it. please make the wash day video with the braids. i already do this with my daughters hair but i usually see lint when im done and start to take the braids out. thank you. oya's hair is so healthy and beautiful

ayj825: She's adorable and her hair is everything. Mommy/daughter hair goals.

angie: every single time you post her hair im so jealous! its absolutely beautiful!

E Smith: Can I just say that I started watching towards the end of your pregnancy with Olivia and look at her!! Such a doll.

T Cha: She is so adorable and her hair is very healthy and beautiful....Your a good mother for taking care of your daughters hair the way you do.

Cheron Deans: Love the results! Got an idea from another commenter, would the rev air dry your hair in twists? Instant twist out? Can you do a review / tutorial?

Kendra Armstrong: Her hair is so beautifully healthy!!

Shelly Shell: All that beautiful hair. And I love the fact that she doesn’t prefer her blown out hair

Maxine S.: I'm so early yay! Your daughter's hair is gorgeous!

Danielle Hayes: My hair is really similar to Olivia's! It's so hard to find hair like mine. Please do more!!

Cierrah P: Her hair is so beautiful, healthy, and long!

Beyond Wredee: I wish I could afford this hair dryer. But I'm nervous to try to flat iron my natural hair the regular way. Olivia is so cute! Thanks for sharing.

Equilla Butler: Her hair is gorgeous!! #hairgoals it came out so good

hermit_artemis: If they ever come down on that price; I’ll give it serious thought. Curious to see the dupes

Imsuchavirgo *: Beautiful! Her hair has gotten sooo long!!

Tammy I: Wow you and your daughter both have beautiful healthy hair!!

Maya K: Her hair is so beautiful and healthy

Jamille Wade: Please do an updated wash day on her or a wash day with braids. My hair tangles so badly unless I wash it in sections with twists. Braids sound perfect

LittleNavajo: Holy Moly, I see why it is $400! Someone used the same idea from that product that cuts the hair using a vacuum technique, it was probably from 20 years ago! Look at all that hair from this little “lady” that we’ve watched since she was born, Amazing!

Shannon Sunshine: Omg. This almost made me cry. I can’t believe how much time has passed. She is growing into a beautiful young lady and her hair came out really well. I was thinking about buying one u til I remembered that I now have locs

Lynelle L.: I purchased this after seeing your review. I got 100 off on Black Friday & used PayPal Credit for 6 months No interest. I love how you have perfected this to get super great results. Thanks a million.

Kayla: Olivia's hair has grown sooo much!! It's so pretty <3

amica_belle: Omg she has beautiful hair she’s gonna be so grateful you took care of her hair please never cut it

Naturally Kay Kay: Her hair is gorgeous! Ugh I want that blow dryer!

Kadi Diallo: Her hair is goal!!! You are doing a great job!! Side note have you heard of the new showerhead brush by conair? If yes can you do a review on it?
